OOC: I'm glad to see you aren't quitting! You are cool.

Harvey let out an audible phew and wiped his brow. "Pika, it's alright. Calm down, okay? You are safe and all. We've got some things to finish up here and move on!" Harvey was hoping to get him back to normal so that they could continue and nothing bad would happen...beyond what already had.

 

Pika_power sniffed suspiciously. "There is something strange afoot... Yes. I just realized. When I came back from after mewtwo took the case, all of my yellow skittles were gone! Someone took them! I must find out who."
The pikachu jumped out of the seat, and started patting the flloor gently. "Yes, something's definitely going on..." He continued to wander back and forth, patting the floor at regular intervals.

OoC: I bet you're confused about what Pika_power is doing, right? Guess what. So am I. Anyone have any ideas?

 

"Um... Mr. Power? Are you alright? You didn't suffer any permanent, irreversible mental damage from Mewtwo, did you?" the Judge asked, eyebrows raised, clearly worried about the pokemon's actions.

 

OOC: Lost.
Has Luxord's judement been set?

 

OOC: Nah. Erkz always waits until both the defense and the prosecution are present. To be honest, they could always do it without me. I'm on neither side after all. :xp:

 

Xelax stayed behind his desk, almost as if waiting for Yen Sid to go away. He was certainly a powerful mage, who had an intimidating presence. And whats worse, he had a vendetta against nobodies. "Janexna, he's a wizard you know... and you remember what happened last time I tried to use magic right?" He said, trying to remind her there was a reason he was a lawyer, and not the similar sounding warrior.

 

"Not really, I've been too involved in the cases and my thoughts to remember any outer actions, or use of your magic," Janexna admitted truthfully, giving him a apologetic stare. Was she the only one who hasn't used her full powers yet? She could sense things and all, but she found it unnecessary as there was no reason for her to, and she didn't want to. It was something she liked to keep to herself. She...had the gift of quintessence, Aether, whatever you wanted to call it. She hadn't been able to grasp the most she can do, though, and thus, she kept it to herself. Maybe that's why Yensid didn't intimidate her.

 

Xelax was a little suprised by Janexna's confidence. It seemed like she was hiding something. Whatever it was, he was glad she was standing next to him, and not an opponent. He wondered when the ruling would come down.

OOC: Bumpage!

 

Harvey looked around at the scene and hoped Pika was now alright. "So um...how about that ruling now, Your Honor?" He kept an eye on Pika in case he needed to grab him or something so that Mr. Power wouldn't do anything out of the ordinary.

Yen Sid frowned notably. "That is an unanticipated event." He was sure he had done his part correctly in casting the spell. Whatever was up now was something beyond his control but he was prepared to freeze him with a Stop spell if needed until things could be sorted out.

 

Pika_power patted the floor a bit more, then realized what he was doing. He stood up hastily, brushing down his fur. He coughed loudly, then sat down. What the hell was that about? he thought. He glanced towards t the floor, but couldn't look away. Staring, he thought wildly, why can't I bring myself to look away?! It's only a floor, for Zapdos' sake!

With an effort that left him nauseous, he wrenched his gaze away from the floor. "ugh..." he groaned, tasting bile in his throat. "Zack must've done something to my head..."

OoC: Yeah, I figured out what pika_power was doing. Although I kind of need Luxord to do a runner for it to take effect.

 

Zack raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms defiantly. "Hey, don't blame this one on me. I didn't even get to touch you this time." He jerked his head toward the doty old wizard. "It was all Obi-Wanobi there."

 

OOC:
So what am I supposed to do, Pika?

BIC:

Luxord is easily growing tired of
all the actions postponing
his judegement.

He hoped it would be a good one,
and could only count on Pika keeping
his yellow mouth shut
so that the punishment wouldn't be as harsh
as Marluxia's.

Luxord's ears perk up to hear: Obi-won Kenobi,
but as it turns out,
it was just Zack being smart.

Thanfully so for once,
for in all truths,
Luxord hated star wars.

I'm actually a big fan of the series,
and I'm hoping, if Erkz aprroves,
he'll send Luxord to The Phantom Menace
timeline...xD

"Actually, someone else helped you, Pika, and there weren't supposed to be side effects. Do you want to sit down and drink some water?" Harvey inquired. The little guy was looking a bit green now.

"He looks like he's going to chuck his lunch." Sora was glad he wasn't right by the front there. He was safe, so he hoped.

Riku studied the Pokemon and then yawned. "There's a bucket by the table. He can barf in that." Everything was under control to Riku. He always had a plan...sometimes.

 

Pika_power agreed with Harvey, in a croaky voice. "Yes, I think water would be good..."

He glanced at the bucket by the table, but jerked his head away from it after seeing the floor it was situated on. He did not want to be stuck staring at his own sick.

OoC: Wait, still lost on what is going on.

 

OOC: I think we were waiting to see if Pika was going to be fine and then now it's Erkz's turn to do the judgment thang.

IC:

Harvey went out to get Pika a glass of water, stopped off at the candy machine and came back, setting the water on the table and a bag of Skittles. "Don't eat the Skittles until you feel better, alright?"

"You should be fine in a few minutes, though I am unsure what did transpire" Yen Sid spoke assuredly. He was watching the young prosecutor to make sure there were not any odd happenings going on. It was interesting to see some higher power had called for this court to be progress over the case of the Nobodies. He would gather up information on the Nobodies he had not had prior. All he knew before was that they were not supposed to exist as they were, but then again, the Heartless were also never intended to manifest themselves on the Prime-material plane where beings dwelt. They were meant to exist in Darkness. The great balance had been upset by the Heartless. The Nobodies also seemed to be causing an imbalance and situation, though at the time he was not certain what it was their grand purpose was. However, it had caused problems to the order of things. This case was rather important to discern just what it was they were doing and to decide in what ways to fix the situation if they were freed. Yes, the old sorcerer wished to hear the cases and comprehend the matter.

The situation seemed simple enough that they had to be stopped because of their interference in worlds and all, and that they were incomplete and should have been in the place between worlds to wait until their hearts could be liberated. Their existences had gone unnoticed for years until the last year of their activity, though there were hints to suggest Heartless were not alone in being split. Their wills to exist and possibly make themselves whole apart from their 'somebodies' was what caused this situation perhaps. Were they entitled to it? Maybe. If they were, he may do the right thing and assist them but if not, they were nothing more than ghosts hanging on to a life that was temporary outside of the cycle, incomplete. His biggest debate on the Organization was if they were going to return to their Hearts and Somebodies, or if they were attempting to steal the Hearts and become whole in their new personalities they had developed. Perhaps there was even more to it. Now that he had the chance to hear, he would do so.

 

Pika_power glanced at the skittles and smiled faintly. He reached out for them, and started a hurried split between the yellow skittles and the rest. After that had been done, he pulled out a normal Animal crossing axe and ground them up with the flat of the blade. Sweeping the dust into his hand, he dropped it into the water. "One... Two... Three!" Pika_power downed the water in a single gulp, then sighed. "That feels better."

OoC: Yeah, yellow skittle withdrawal syndrome. He is a pack a day person, more when he is on a case.

 

OOC:

He shakes his head
Pika gulps down the skittles,
and pulls out a packet of his own.

Though rather than regular flavored skittles,
which would consist of Yellow ones,
it's instead smoothie skittles.

He pops a few into his mouth
and is instantly brought
into a colorful world,
far different than his world of grey!

Each flavor an explosion of flavor!

OoC: Any of those smoothie skittles yellow? (I have not seen them.) So, pika_power will need a lot of yellow skittles to sustain him during court.

 

OOC: You know, this RP's not going to get anywhere if Erkz waits for both the defense and the prosecution to be online. The chances of that happening is like waiting for the odds of the Red Sox to win the World Series again. :p I say just give the Guilty verdict and then give Luxord a chance to escape if that's still BS' plan. Because at this rate, this RP will die a slow, agonizing death...

BIC:

Kairi sighed. She wondered what was taking the judge so long to pass down his verdict. The prosecution and the defense agreed on the charges. This was supposed to be an open-and-shut case. If they were having so much trouble with Luxord, then how would any of the relatively easy cases coming up fare? She remembered Sora mentioning something about Demyx and how he stole something as well. Would it take this long to reach his verdict as well?

 

Pika_power leaned over to Harvey and whispered conspiritually, "This judge is taking longer to sentence the org than I take to defeat a full stat wondertomb!"
