Luxord gets it to him right in the gut as a Purple cat is punted right into his lower
abdnominals.

"Zack isn't the only one going to die..."
Luxord says,
thinking he's annoyed.

 

Repliku looked at the Cheshire Cat and listened to him and promptly itched his head as he was contemplating what the cat just had said to him. He was about to say something...when suddenly bolts of lightning streamed by and left his hair standing on end and trickles of energy ran threw him as he was right next to the area that was impacted. The seat smoldered next to him and an angry Zack apologized for it but then punted the Cheshire Cat across the room.

His eyes and head followed the motion of the punted kitty and as he hit the ground, Repliku winced. Repliku then stood up, unsure of what to do and hopped over the seats to a few seats to the center and back and then plopped down in the chair there as Zack continued his pursuit of the Cheshire Cat. The cat was a murderer? Repliku didn't think he could or would say anything at this point. After all, he had killed too and if the cat was going to be on trial, well ... it meant this abuse could only last for so long. It kind of reminded him though of how Larxene beat the tar out of him before Namine got a hold of him, but he just sat immobilized now.

Sora turned and watched as the crackle of energy hit the cat and then it went airborne. "He's uh..weird but a murderer?" Sora couldn't help but say something. This was clearly immensely abusive and how could he not say a word? He remembered the Cheshire Cat and really didn't know who's side the cat was ever on when he met him. He just remembered having to fight a Heartless after dealing with the creature and how confusing he had been with his rhymes. "Did he do something to someone you know?"

Riku turned as bolts of lightning flew and the Cheshire Cat flew. He didn't really like the darn cat of Wonderland but that was just an ultimate display of hostility right there. "So yeah...like Order in the Court or something!"

 

The cat flew for a few meters and came to a halt, completely clean, in Luxord's chest. "Some cats have 9 lives, but pandas don't!" So saying, the cat faded away, leaving a battered blue body on Luxord's chest. Tron soon saw what it was. "Stitch!" the speakers yelled in dispair. Tron's voice grew low. "You'll pay for this..." A few seconds later, lightning flew at Zach, followed by a flamethrower. Tron had hijacked the defense system.

OoC: Cat... Cat... I love the cat...

 

OOC:
Wait, is Stitch injured or something on Luxord?

Luxord is just in plain shock of the blue.....is that a koala....?...An evil koala....

He picks it up from benath the armpits,
and brings it's droopy, dazed face to his.

"Rather adorable..."
Luxord note sinterestingly,
looking Stitch over a few times.

Stitch is right up near Luxord's face.

OoC: Zack smashed the cat one, but the cat did one of its tricks. Stitch is now free, but has been smacked around.

Stitch half heartedly tried to eat Luxord's head, but the task proved too much for him. He went still, Jaws latched onto Luxord's forhead.

Ratatatatattatata! Machine-gun fire echoed around the hall, coming from the roof. Tron was not happy, and he was trying to let Zack know it. Xigbar's guns appeared in the roof, shooting down at Zack. Everyone else's weapons also threw themselves at Zack. Roxas laughed in delight as he ripped the price tag off his camera, snapping seven photos in quick succession of Oathkeeper trying to ram itself up Zack's nose.

OoC: Yes, the forcefield prevents people bringing their weapons out. Tron can therefore use the field to manipulate people's weapons.

 

Luxord tries prying the little monster off with both hands,
suddenly the abobination latching onto his head.

"You little!"
Luxord grits through his teeth before detatching Stitch.

The downside,
his usually neat hair is now standing up in odd ends,
goo dripping between the strands...

Luxord closes his eyes to slits in annoyance,
still holding Stich as far away from him as he can.

He faces Stitch and sneers bluntly,
"You're enjoying yourself,....aren't you...?"

Janexna glared at Power fiercely, irritated, and tempted, but did not give in. The case was closed with and now is time for the judge's decision, period. She wasn't going to take bait. The Pikachu can go screw himself if he's not satisfied. The main thing that just made stop from blurting out fully, and perhaps starting this all over again, is the way the little tick basically acted like a pompous big shot that he isn't, actually trying to force her to answer when his arguments are not worth wasting air for. If it was Birdman, she perhaps would've replied, because the guy would've asked more calmly and he was the one she really respected out of the prosecution team, though being the person with most sense, it wouldn't have happened. With a small, fleeting unimpressively look, she simply stared at the commotion in the courtroom, ignoring the yellow rat as someone had to be the bigger person. She didn't know why the Cheshire Cat was being pummeled upon, and liking kitties, she frowned against it, yet he seemed fine for some reason, and she didn't know why Tron was acting this way. From what she saw in the game, he was a pretty good and kind...sprite computer thing. Sure, he got angry, to that red mainframe who was evil, but why in the world would he put a whole courtroom in danger?

Thinking that she should pass the charges through Xelax and make sure it was alright with him, since it didn't seem fair that she was so decisive as far as ignoring his consent, she turned to her partner with a sheepish smile, almost a bit guilty. With the prove that was presented by Harvey before, she asked softly, "So, what do you think? Can we come to a decision with this and move on?" She knew that Xelax only replied back to Pika, so from there, she figured her partner would understand as he had remained kind of silent before it happened. And if he wanted, they could go over it together if he needed something cleared for him.

 

"Initiate Universal Manual Voice Override! Passcode: "Wily Bass Treble Elemental *-*-*-*-*-*-*!" Every single projectile immediately ceased and the entire court could hear Tron crying out in agony as he was ejected cleanly from the main and sub security grids.

"You want to blame someone, blame that cat," he growled. "He caused my family to die. He destroyed an entire village with his presence. Hell, that demon was the cause of my world falling into the darkness." Zack wasn't usually this emotional, but they had to know the truth.

"He showed up during a critical moment when the world was on the verge of destruction. That demonic grin of his distracted my people as he began to start one of his damn riddles. The world's core imploded in the middle of his speech, taking everyone's life. I was on another planet on...er...business, when the news reached me. From that day forward, I became the very person you see today: broken, bitter and sexually-repressed."

He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "All security systems, nullify all Wonderland magic immediately. Specify target: Cheshire Cat. Activate "Illusion Breakers", "Swap Negation," "Antimorphers," and "Wormhole Seals." His eyes narrowed. He pressed a button on his glove and a field of tachyon particles enveloped his entire body giving him a glowing look.

"Cat. I know you're still in this courtroom. The moment you reappear, you're stuck. You can't disappear or switch out anymore. You try the whole disembodiment thing, consider yourself beheaded. If you try to do the whole "Behind the Back" trick, your internal systems will liquefy if ANY part of you appears within three feet of my body. And it will work ONLY on you. No more making others suffer for your misdeeds. I swore you'd pay and your life is forfeit..." Like Zack reasoned before, he may be an "evil genius", but the cat deserved a worse fate for his existence.

Kairi looked over at Sora and Riku. "Well that explains a lot. And here I thought the guy was just a total spaz." But something didn't seem right with that story. Finally she said, "Couldn't your people have been t..."

"Teleported?" Zack finished. "As if. They were trying to regulate the planet's core, not trying to escape. Trust me when I say there weren't any survivors. I've got the DNA samples to prove it." Then he looked over at the comatose judge. "Your safe wasn't as foolproof as you thought. You mind making a better one this time?"

Naminé didn't know what to make of Zack's explanation. If he were telling the truth, it would explain a lot. But if he weren't...

She shook her head. The whole point of the trial was for Luxord. So what was taking the judge so long?

 

Xelax smiled... for once it seemed like everyone agreed to something... however, it looked like the rodent was about to say something. Xelax grasped the coffee cup firmly... if it was just another extention of the arguement, Mr. Power would taste the bitterness of Formula 107.

He then noticed his partner talking to him. "Yeah, I'm fine with the agreed upon charges. Are you feeling fine? You seemed a bit faint a few minutes ago."

 

"Naive, clever Zack." The cat's grinning voice announced. "So much work, done to prevent my escape. Such a pity he forgot one simple thing... A metaphorical window of escape, if you like. Or rather, a literal one." The cat appeared on the windowsill of the window Pika_power flew in by, and stepped out graciously, vanishing as he did so. Soon only his mouth was left, grinning. "Next time Zackariah, remember to block all movement, not just magical." taunting one last time, The teeth fell backwards into the mouth, a single simple tune coming off the noise of them hitting each other, "lololololololololololololoollollololollololololololollololol!111!!11!!!111!!one!11!" The empty mouth vanished with a pop, sounding a lot like "n00b!11!!!1!" leaving Zack alone with the court.

OoC: Sorry guys, but I felt that cat had to do something 1337.

 

Janexna gave a big grin, not even bothering giving a sigh of relief because she kind of expected the answer from him...from faith. Glad that he showed he could be understanding to the others and not really the way he was portrayed to them, she gave him a tight, half friendly hug, putting him in her embrace as she curled her lips in...what was it? Proud-ness? Hearing his question though, she slightly broke it off, her arm now dangling lazily around his shoulders as she felt quite giddy. "I'm feeling just fine, and I'm pumped up for the next case." However, her hazel eyes travelled around the room, listening to Zack's story a little saddened, as there seemed to be a unending war between the bailiff and he feline. "The judge needs to have order in his court, though...."

 

Instead of raging after the escaped feline, Zack unexpectedly started to chuckle. He shook his head in amusement. "You may call me naive, purple pussy, but by running, you only proved my point. You're an egotistical, smug coward who'd rather run from problems than face them." He shut the windows and sealed them. "And I guess you're the only cat who likes water," he said as the rain outside continued to downpour. He turned back to the court, grabbed Stitch by the collar in one hand, the Judge's gavel in the other, and used it to transport Stitch back into the safe.

As a precaution, he kept the security systems around the windows, doors and vents locked on the Cheshire Cat. Zack wouldn't fall for the same trick twice. And he locked Tron out of the security systems with a "Labyrinth" and a "Randomization" firewall. "I only let you into the security system as a sign of good faith. That was your one and only chance. Until you're needed, you'll be held within the Pit Cell with Observation functions only." Zack walked back to the judge's side and looked angrily out toward the courtroom. Usually it was a front, but this time he had a reason. The malicious demon got away, but at least he put two beings back where they should've been in the first place.

 

Pika_power glanced at Janexa. She seemed to be under the delusion that he was finished. "Janexa, Luxord has yet to answer my two most recent questions. Then I have Sora's testimony to hear, about the hollow Bastion attack. Nothing is over yet. Nothing."

The cat grinned, as usual. Shrinking, it curled up around a mushroom, falling asleep.

 

OOC: Seriously, has anyone seen Erkz lately? This is taking WAAAAY longer than it should have...:sideways:

Kairi groaned and rubbed her face in frustration. Why, why, why was this Pokémon prosecutor making everything so difficult?! The damn trial was done and over with. Luxord was guilty of theft. That was completely obvious. The defense even agreed to it. Unless Mr. Power was just stalling until the judge woke up, there was really no point in the complete facade that he was causing. Maybe the bailiff could do something when he finally calmed down...

Zack could feel the frustration in the courtroom. The judge was taking one of his oblong pauses in conscious thought. He was seriously considering just taking over as judge himself. Especially if this one was nothing more than an avatar...

 

Xelax kinda blushed from the spontanious embrace. It wasn't embarrasment, but rather, it was almost as if he was proud he did something that met her approval, he always had a reverential awe of her inteligence, it was an intelligence beyond his own which he feared, and meeting her approval was something worth celebrating over.

He almost put his arm over her shoulder to make it a mutual thing, but then he flashed back to the terrible shock Larxene gave him, and he had no idea what Janexna's power's were at this point, so he was frientened to see what would happen next. "Gee, thanks Jaenexna... this is almost a Kodak moment. Only one problem here, one of the prosecutors wishes to keep the case going." He let out a sigh, "I'm ready for the next case too..."

OOC: Should I pull a Godot on Pika? I already have a cup of Formula 107 in my hands...

 

Zack could sense that Xelax was about to do a Godot special. In any other circumstance, he would've went and intercepted it. But he was a bit cranky with the fuzzball's stubborn streak and the cat's cowardly fleeing. In other words, a nice cup of sulfuric acid would be exactly what the prosecutor deserved. Of course, there was the problem of the psychic interfering if that happened...

 

OoC: Well, I want to say one thing. The bet for Zack does not count unless they get a decent fight in. A single coffee throw then Zack stepping in is not fair.

 

OOC: Who said Zack was stepping in? :sly:

 

OOC: Epic Pwnage! Also, Formula 107 would disintigrate Pika... it was too acidic and bitter for Godot... if that explains anything!

Xelax saw that the judge looked like he had something to say, and figured it would probably be best to still his coffee hand until further notice...

 

OOC: I have no idea where Erkz is. Really all that needs to happen now is for him to make a decision. Yo Erkz! Maybe someone should PM him.

Harvey sighed. "We're done, Pika. There really is nothing more to go on here with. Please, let's stop and move on to Demyx once the Judge gets his decision out. There really is nothing more here to go on with. All points have been proven that could be." He was pondering putting a sack over Pika until the Judge's ruling so they could move to the next case but he'd wait and hope the Pokemon was done. "There are worse charges that other members in the Organization did. We shouldn't focus on this anymore, please?" Even Xelax had now backed off after the evidence he wanted was finally revealed. "The Defense and I agree to the charges now to present. Let's just go with that now." He gave Pika this imploring look of just exhaustion at this point.

"...I have no idea what I could say that would be different from what Luxord and Jack said anyway...really." Sora wasn't really sure what he could possibly know that wasn't already said pretty much. After Harvey had played the whole scene out, really that was all Sora had known too other than at the Castle. This was all getting confusing. He was still messed up after hearing Zack's story and what the Cheshire Cat was allegedly responsible for. The Cheshire Cat was a strange cat...that also had a knack for mischief but would that mischief actually be so severe as to wipe out a whole planet of people? Something seemed missing from Zack's story. It also seemed odd that the Cheshire Cat was there in the first place. But it wasn't Sora's place to ask and now that the Cheshire Cat was gone, he didn't need to. Just something seemed missing out of the tale but then again, how would Zack know if there was, since he wasn't there at the time?

"This place is nuts." Riku watched Zack kick out Tron, kick out the Cheshire Cat, go nutsos and then explain about his past and how his world was destroyed by a grinning cat telling a stupid bunch of rhymes and riddles. The Cheshire Cat was an annoying creature, but was he really that malicious? Of course getting the answer out of him without torture was probably impossible as he'd just give another riddle. And then Pika wanted to call up Sora while everyone else was just praying the Judge would show a sign of life at this point. Well, if the Judge was going to just zone out, probably Sora's testimony would be over before he woke up at this juncture. Either way, Riku didn't care as long as the damaging attacks and all going around stopped. Zack, it was apparent, needed a muzzle to shut him up and also some chains or something. The guy was a nut and the Cheshire Cat...well he needed a beating to get the truth out of him. Both of which were not going to happen so Riku just sat back and waited, glowering at the scene before him.
