OOC: Then prove that Luxord did create the Emblem Heartless, Pika, in any form of KH canon xP. Without evidence, the whole charge of creation wouldn't even be given a second glance if not proven. Why do you think investigators go out of their way to collect as much evidence to make fact their point before heading for trial to convict?

Janexna rolled her eyes, just wanting to laugh, because it was always Mr. Power in the end to complicate things and worse than it was, wasn't it? He was even more irritating than they say Xelax supposedly is. Making sure to have her iPod at a low, low level, she stood up, composed, "Luxord, just...ignore, to keep your sanity, that's my advice. Jiminy was never seen as hit, or had been shown hurt, or injured, or attacked directly, especially if the defendant did not know of any Jiminy Cricket that existed, so it wasn't done with ill will. As I said, Jiminy is not Sora's skin or Sora himself, at least Donald and Goofy were outside in the field. To move onward, I think considering the situation and who we are dealing with, is better to put Summoning Of Emblem Heartless as it falls to the same thing, and we have two other cases with it. This isn't exactly a normal court trial. Let's keep it easy to what it really is. So, to simply finalize -"

Janexna was confident on this one, I mean, the other two were unproven and didn't hold at all in any case whatsoever, there wasn't even a need to explain herself on why she took them out. However, now that the new charges were brought up, because it was obvious to her now the pokémon was out for revenge or something (while at least Birdman was understanding), they would be hard to fight, as Will Turner himself said by quote that it was the man in a black cloak. And Luxord did shoot a cannon. For the assault on Sora, this one was tricky, so she placed her eyes on the table in thought. "I would've conceded with Assault on Sora, but Luxord never envoked in any physical contact on anybody at that time, or any show of violence."

With that, she cracked her knuckles, preparing for Mr. Power's rants to get going as she let out a breath, and she waited for the incoming barrage in tranquility.

 

"The reaper had a heartless symbol. This is the symbol of an artificial heartless. Artificial heartless are made by the org. Luxord clearly had a moderate amount control of the heartless. What more to say? As for the heartless needing to be death to be made into the grim reaper, Nonsense. There are car heartless. Was a car killed to make them? What about hammer heartless? Was a hammer killed to make them? Get real. A builder or driver, perhaps. But not literal objects. Same with the reaper. It might have been a suicidal person, or a serial killer."

Pika_power's ears pricked up. "Janexa, Sora, Donald, Goofy and Jiminy were also part of what hit Jack Sparrow. They were otherworldly visitors and escaped the curse. Also, you forget the rest of the pirates that attacked Sora. they were cursed by Luxord. These are the charges I propose:

Luxord attacked Sora and Co. with Gambler Nobodies, as has been admitted in his testimony. He also attacked them using a reaper heartless. Aggravated assault /by proxy

No more ignoring charges Janexa, give reasons for your downgrading. Just taking charges and pretending they hold no air is unrealistic. Anything is a charge. You need to prove or disprove it, not ignore evidence."

OoC: Base, I don't dislike you, or rhetorics. In fact, if you got Mewtwo charging you, you would get a different personality altogether. He would be far more accepting of Rhetorics. Having two characters is my way of trying to stay IC, and not make it into an OOC fight. You got Pika_power. Bad luck! Next case is mewtwo though.

Most of the Emblem Heartless could've even been simply summoned to come to a certain place, instead of created, because as far as I know, we still need substantial evidence that any member of the Org., including Xemnas, were making them, or they have a machine in their territory to do so. Without that, the whole argument is moot and shouldn't be brought up. The reason why 'creating' isn't the right or proper charge, unless, of course, you and your partner do have something to back it up by quote or any other source," Janexna simply explained, though she didn't bother to answer to the rest, because she had no idea what the hell he meant with cars or whatever. He lost her there. She didn't think she needed to.

"Outwordly visitors or not, Sora, Donald, and Goofy, weren't a part of what hit Jack Sparrow, because they weren't affected. End of story, Mr. Power. The said pirates attacked Sora even before when cursed normally, so if any attack should be blamed on anyone, it would be those pirates, because obviously, they had a brain intact. Luxord didn't command them."

"I could say the same for you. Give proper reasons for your upgrading, and stop pretending they do hold any air that is realistic," she simply countered nonchalantly, holding back a yawn. The Hollow Bastion crap was ungiven as well, so if she needed to argue that one, she will too. What the hell was the pokémon's problem? Seriously. And to think she used to love Pikachu, her cute preferred Pocket Monster. Presenting the ending verdict, she again, finalized. "There is no evidence, what you're saying barely stands at all. At least with what I'm saying, you can look at the game, and is prove enough. The charges that would stick still because the rest don't hold in any possible way is:"

OOC: Sigh. We went over this and Harvey even did it IC proving that the Heartless IS an emblem Heartless despite what Luxord said IC. So Base, whether you like it or not, the Grim Reaper Heartless is not a local deity of the Aztecs. Luxord did at least bring it as the game says by saying he 'summoned' it. So since he's trying to say he didn't 'create' it IC, the term has to be applied that it was 'summoned' guys. Let's please not fight over something so trivial. This is why Harvey changed it to 'summoned' since no place says he 'created' it outright even though it could be taken to mean it. It's really not this big an issue to get tied up over though. Let's pleeeeeeeeeease keep it rolling.

Also, Base, I doubt Luxord would get yaoi punishment as he wasn't so fruitlicious as Marluxia. His charges are a lot less so I don't see his punishment being -that- bad. If Marluxia's punishments were so weak, all things considered, Luxord's should not be that bad at all.

"I am sorry but these are the only charges I can legitimize. Jiminy Cricket in this matter doesn't seem to get harmed at all and is just along for the ride to journal entry the events. The Coercion was mainly focused on Sora who was coerced into killing the Heartless in order to save Jack and end the Aztec Curse once and for all. Others involved would be those who also were forced to actually fight which would be Donald, Goofy and obviously Jack, who was affected."

"Assault on Will Turner is correct as well, since he did get conked on the head and the ship taken from him. So it's founded as is the cannon issue. Due to the fact that Luxord never engaged Sora until later at the Castle when Sora went to go face him, I do not believe the charge of assault can be applied as Sora willingly, as did Luxord, engage in combat."

"Also, I changed the 'creation of a Heartless' to 'summoning' of the Heartless because at this time by records we cannot verify he actually created it. It is very probable someone in the Organization did it, but at this time we cannot prove who the Heartless was prior, if it was multiple people, or what. So while I do believe there was obviously foul play in the creation of the Heartless, there is no way to prove Luxord himself made it. However, we have enough evidence to say he did call it forth and had control of it, and thus it was used for coercion and Luxord had control over the situation with Jack's curse."

Harvey sipped some coffee. "Those are the charges I see as valid and think you should submit. You did a good job presenting the information and I think we should let these be judged now."

"I wish I had a gun suddenly." Riku rolled his eyes. Maybe he could strike raid some various targets in the room to make Zack have to deal with him which meant a fight of sorts. Entertainment. Then again, he had an image to think about here. Riku pondered though the image of getting one of those trumpeter Heartless to show up by the Judge to have it blow in his ear whenever he became inactive. All the Judge had to do already was just say he was ready to decide. Though being a lawyer didn't interest him at all, he could so do this judge thing. And saying 'guilty' 'innocent' 'recess' and 'get the hell out of my court room' and 'order'...those were fun.

 

Edgeworth knew it was bad form to discuss someone totally urelated to the trial when court was in session. He refused to acknowledge the accusations against him... especially because everyone seemed so upset with him.


Xelax awoke from his daze. The coffee was a major distraction. He still couldn't believe how hot, and bitter that damned cup of coffee was. It was the last time he would ever buy formula 107! Godot's 47 was much better... even though it was extraordinarily bitter as well... at least it was tolerable.

Oh, yeah, thats right, court was in session.

"Mr. Birdman, you have yet to prove that Luxord created the heartless. The only thing you did prove was that the heartless is in fact artificial, even to the suprise of my client. I suggest the charges be dropped, as you have no way of proving that he had any involvement in the creation of it. Possible creation will not fly in court."

"Also, you have yet to substantiate that the Summoning of the heartless is in itself a crime. As the heartless was not involved in the harming of anyone, other than the mentioned witnesses, and my client, has seperate charges in accord with those charges."

"The defense pleades no contest to the charges of theft."

"Also, you have presented no evidence nor has a witness stated that anyone was assulted with a cannon. Sorry, but the prosecution is not allowed to add a charge without at least one being presented."

"Also, Jack Sparrow himself did not say that Luxord himself was responsible for the curse. I would be less inclined to resist, if my client was charged with assessory to place a curse."

With that Xelax took a large gulp of his coffee... a sip rendered him in a daze, the gulp almost knocked him out.

"Also, I do not appreciate being called out of line, I presented my defense properly. Though I may have made accusations wich did not hold up in court as well as I anticipated, I did refrain from making personal insults..." He bit his tounge as he stared at the rodent accross the courtroom.

OOC: Ok... I am really not going to let you get away with presenting an incomplete case... one of those charges I mentioned should be an easy fix, but without evidence it won't fly.

 

Pika_power wracked his brains. What evidence? Any proof of them having the ability to create heartless? "YES! I do have evidence! The heartless Dragon! Xigbar corrupted it, giving it the heartless emblem. That certainly wasn't done prior to KH1. Also, the heartless had the ability to inflict the curse. The apprentices did not start work on the harbour, only Luxord. As such, I honestly doubt it was mere coincidence, and that the apprentices made a heartless with that ability."

"Remember, Luxord cursed them. Not that Luxord commanded them, but he cursed them, and prevented their return to normal. As for the attack, Jack was hit with nothing different from Sora. He was hit by the heartless' attack, onto the interceptor. Just like Sora, Donald and Goofy. Show me where Jack got special treatment. Dare ya!" Pika_power gave a childish wink. Without his yellow skittles, he was helpless to the impulses of kids play.

"Very well. Let's go through all my charges then!

Despite anything, Jiminy was in Sora's hood, not in an invulnerable bubble. Sora getting eaten by darkness would hurt Jiminy. Change it to attempted aggravated assault for Jiminy if you wish.

A man in a black cloak did it. We all know that Port Royal was Luxord's territory, and the fact that the chest turned up in his possession a few hours later does him no credit.

He shot at them, correct? Jiminy was there, in Sora's hood. Therefore he shot at Jiminy with a cannon.

They had to get the coins to free Jack from the curse placed upon him. Luxord was keeping them away from the coins. They could get hurt by the gamblers if they did not play the games right. They were forced to play the games.

He cursed them, correct? The curse entails loss of flesh, corrupted bones and inability to feel joy. Seems like Grevious bodily harm to me. Or at least mutilation.

They were standing next to Jack when he was cursed. Goofy made an accurate guess that the curse must not have affected them, because they were otherworlders. Also, there was no difference between what hit Jack, and what hit Sora, Donald, Goofy and Jiminy.

This is the only one you can possibly remove. But considering the effect of the monster, I think it would be fair to say it was made by Luxord. Not many other people would know enough about the curse to make it.

Also, did you attack Hollow Bastion with Nobodies? Who else was there? Please recount all you can remember of the event. Once you have done that, and allowed me to question it briefly, I will call Sora to the stand. Thank you!"

The two cases are entirely unconnected. Just because one might have created a heartless, doesn't mean someone else actually did. Your evidence is circumstancial at best... but at worst... its utterly irrelivent. You forget something, Xigbar is a scientist, Luxord is a mere gambler."

"I don't see how you can jump to such conclutions, the cursed pirates were cursed by the gold itself, Luxord had nothing to do with it."

Harvey groaned. Xelax and Pika were both just content to run this crap into the ground. He slid under the desk out of his chair and just laid there. A white flag went up which Avenger took and waved it about. Harvey then stood up and dusted his suit off and sat down. "At this point, why don't we just let Xelax and Pika argue it out since they are both so intent even though one half of the prosecution and defense have stated what we are going with? Have at it. You two obviously want to. I'm done with this. I'll stick to the charges as named by me and Janexna. You two argue till Kingdom Come."

He really hoped the Judge would get in on the case and just say it was done with. However, if that wasn't going to happen, these two could argue and spit at each other till then. There just was no point in arguing with either of them. One hated the Organization. The other hated Sora and his affiliates. "Any time now, Judge Erkz."

Repliku hopped up and then ran out of the room. He walked over to an old woman and looked cute and hit her up for a dollar and some change and then went to the candy machine and got a candy bar. After, he ran back and sat down. Having not eaten anything all day was finally getting to him so he munched on the 3 Musketeers bar and sighed contentedly as food finally arrived to his grumbling tummy.

 

Zack could barely conceal a grin. At this rate, he would win the bet and be able to lay the smackdown on both two of the most annoying creatures he had ever met. He tightened his gloves, waiting for the moment to strike...

Kairi could sympathize with Harvey. She only hoped Janexna would agree with him and stay out of the arguing or else this entire open and shut case would run on forever...

Naminé's head drooped to her chest. Calling up a witness would just cause more grief. The whole event was captured on camera. In fact, she even remembered this one video on YouTube that made a parody of the whole thing. What was it called again? "KH Ultimate Team-Up?" Of course, that video would've made it look like Goofy caused the cannons to fire...

 

OOC: I was merely pointing out that no one presented that yet... You can't charge someone just because a lawyer said something happens... unless he officially presents evidence, or a witness testifies what happened.

Even with a testimony, circumstantial evidence must be presented. Think... Ace Attorney.

 

"That was in response to Janexa ordering me to prove the org had the machine that could make Artificial heartless. I did. Savvy? Onto your point, Luxord was experimenting with the gold. Seems scientisty, right?" Pika_power let out a badly suppressed giggle as he made up a new word. "So the org had the ability to make heartless. I will have evidence of it when I call Sora up. My evidence is circumstantial, yes. But when the circumstance points strongly at Luxord, for he is the only one experimenting at Port Royal and would know anything of the curse, it starts to gain weight."

"Hey, only four medallions needed returned to the chest for the curse to break. This means that the pirates could not have been cursed by the gold, as all gold pieces were in the chest at the time of Pirate attacks. So they must have been cursed by the reaper heartless. The one under Luxord's control. Got it memorized?"

Pika_power grinned. Finally he had found a place where people loved him for what he was! No more screams of Ash haters! He had discovered a group of people that respected and praised him for his prosecuting prowess. He was happy.

Stitch was not happy. He had rammed himself into the safe wall many times, along with trying to crawl out of the drainage system, to no avail. He had taken to sitting still, exhausting his supply of saliva by spitting at the door every 30 seconds.

A round, grinning cat's face appeared in Stitch's cell, followed by a torso curled around the top of it like a cushion. "Poor poor experiment. Searching to escape, or escaping to search? Check in the corner of a round room, or check how much room in a round corner. The choice is yours!"

Stitch jumped at the feline, but missed, and smashed his face into a corner.

 

Zack's eyes widened as he heard a VERY familiar voice coming from the safe. No. Not him. ANYONE but him. The F***ing Cheshire Cat?! It had been awhile, but he had never forgotten what that jack@$$ had done. He caused an entire town to fall into ruins and despair with his phantom presence. His evil, maniacal grin always there. Watching. Just being smug and almighty as if it were omniscient. Yeah, Zack may have been an "evil genius." But the cat was a demon from hell. It had caused his entire family to be murdered by an insane psychopath that had been "blessed" with its presence.

He quietly went to the backroom and went to the control center. After inputting a few new parameters in the programming, he walked back to the courtroom feeling content. Justice would be served. And the cat would learn the meaning of fear...

 

Janexna was about to go at it with Mr. Power, again, to counter all that he said with ease, but Birdman cut in, somewhat stressed and exasparated, and it stopped her. For a moment, she thought of how glad she was that he was the pokémon's partner, or else, the trials will still be up to Larxene, never ending if Mr. Power went at alone, until the judge made his own verdict. Sighing, for the while, she let it go, the music blaring in her ears low again, though she also was getting tired. Either way, she nodded to the one prosecution with much level-headedness, simply saying with a shrug to Harvey, "I'll stick to the charges we agreed on if you do. I find no problem in them, really." Her eyes drifted to the judge. "Your Honor, it seems we will keep these by mutual decision..."

Now freaking go over them and END THIS, DAMN IT!! she yelled at him in her mind, though it wasn't harsh, but rather, begging and pleading, yet she didn't show that in her demeanor, appearing calm outside. Luxord's case wasn't suppose to last this long, it was closely over until it got more screwed, except for the new two charges that were pointed out. The rest though...bleh. She wanted to get to Demyx, who will be a breeze, and then Axel already. It was like Mr. Power won't be satisfied until the members get multiple among multiple charges just to higher the punishments, which weren't that hard, supposedly, for his pleasure. AND she wondered why Axel wasn't getting pissed at the fact that the pipsqueak kept stealing his catchphrase, misusing it annoyingly and badly, and which was said more and more times than Axel ever could accomplish in the years of his two lives in what Mr. Power used in maybe a few minutes. Shut up. Only Axel makes the damn saying cool and with that flare. Hiss. Snarl.

"Fine, fine..." Harvey pulled out the proof that was apparently needed to quiet both Xelax and Pika.

"At the beginning of this, Luxord is seen going to the Aztec Gold and the scene shifts. Note that the gold was where it was supposed to be at the Isle de Muerta, but obviously it was moved to the ship. After, Sora returns to Port Royal and encounters Jack who needs help and Sora assists. After, they go on the Black Pearl. They find William Turner who is on the Interceptor. They go to Will Turner who was left unconscious. He says that the medallions and the chest were taken by someone in a black cloak. He said he made it out of the cave but the man sent a bunch of 'horrible creatures after us'. He also states he is the only one who may have made it back to the ship."

"Jack declares that they will be returning home and not pursuing after but then Luxord shows up on the Black Pearl."

"Here, the Heartless Grim Reaper is summoned forth by Luxord on the ship."

"Afterwards, they have defeated it and Luxord shows back up, standing by the Aztec Gold. After Jack says to throw him overboard, he calls the right to Parley which by Pirate Code would be obeyed by anyone who follows the Pirate Code, which Jack does."

"So as we can see here, he obviously had control of the Heartless. Is there a reason more to debate that or the cannon fire? Or anything else on the list of charges?"

"They discuss that they are not from the world and so thus not cursed. They leave to go explore and try to find the medallions and a ship that will float. Immediately they spot a Gambler Nobody with one of the medallions, juggling it. After they defeat all of the Gamblers and obtain the 4 medallions, Elizabeth and Will are on the Black Pearl so they have transport. However, now the whole Aztec Gold chest is missing, so apparently Luxord didn't stick to the parley agreements either."

Immediately after they get to Port Royal the people seem to have fled or their fate is left to mystery. However, the large Heartless is there. Jack leads it off for a bit and Sora, Goofy and Donald all meet at the Chest and Jack catches up. Sora, who can't be cursed, held the medallions and puts them in the chest. However, the Grim Reaper also shows up. Despite the treasure being restored to the chest, Jack's curse does not end. Goofy brings it up and it seems accurate that the curse was put on Jack after all by the Heartless and not the gold itself. So basically, they were on a wild goose chase."

"Once the monster is defeated, Jack is restored back to normal. So yes, how do you now say that there's no proof Luxord had control of the Heartless and therefore also knew Jack was cursed and used it? It's right there."

"And to close this, Luxord steals the Heart from it and says "Sora, bravo!" and dark portals. So I think that this is enough dancing around and saying there is no proof that he summoned the Grim Reaper, had control of it and it cursed Jack, and this was all orchestrated by Luxord to obtain the Heart from the Grim Reaper. There is no proof to say he -created- the Heartless but he most certainly summoned it. Every other charge mentioned that I agreed to has also been proven. I rest my case. "Ahem. Janexa, I think you missed something. A while back, I gave reasons for all the charges. Xelax objected a couple, but that was it. Nothing else. Until you reject every single thing out of place, I am not going to agree with you. Commit that to memory."

The Cat vanished from Stitch's view with a laugh, a last confusing clue echoing around the cell. "Are you a determined dog, or doggedly determined?"

A single paw appeared on Namine's thigh, with just the same sensitivity as Roxas' hand. Two paws appeared on her chest, while another slowly crept up her dress. The torso and tail appeared on Roxas' crotch, tail on the end, waving about seductively. The Cat's head appeared on the end of the tail, but shrunk x4, so as not to ruin the effect of the waving. 'If there is a pair of rabbits together, there will be more baby rabbits soon to follow. But what if there is only half a pair of rabbits? Will there be baby rabbits, or not? Figure that out, and save some munny!"

Changing tack, the tail lurched closer to Namine, the paws moving quicker. "Will you have nothing on, or be on a nothing? Neither, or both? Choose wisely, because nobody wants you to make a quick choice. Or maybe, a Nobody wants you to make a quick choice..." Grinning darkly, the cat pulled itself together in a frenzy, then vanished with a pop.

Roxas was rather freaked out by the whole experience. Looking over at Namine, he realized he had a duty/opportunity. Remembering where the paws were, he gently "dusted" the spots clean, over and over again, a spaced out grin on his face.

OoC: I love the cat, but gosh, those confusing twists of words are difficult to come up with! I have to admit though, nobody makes it easier. What do I mean by that? You'll have to figure it out... XD

 

"Look, coming from one 'fake' to another, can you stop imitating Axel already and saying 'commit it to memory' all the time, or the Got it memorized thing? Jeez. And just agree already! I don't want to be here forever and ever!" Repliku was getting annoyed and all the agitation from the lawyers was promoting it. He didn't care if he was thought of as nothing at the moment. He just wanted them to stop arguing before he decided to do something more dumb than just say something stupid.

"Really, let's get a move on already." Riku yawned. "And I'd swear that Axel will have to get his lines copyrighted after this."

A figure in a robe wandered into the room. No, this wasn't black, it was blue and the sorcerer with a beard meandered in, going to a seat quietly. He was stern and his gaze would just lend one to believe he could discipline the most rowdy obnoxious person in the universe with but a displeased stare. Yep, Yen Sid was now on the scene. He waved his hand and a sphere appeared before him, images danced through it swiftly as he seemed to be watching and hearing the antics of the court room from the beginning to present in ultra fast motion.

 

The cat appeared next to repliku, grinning. "Will the maker make his unmaker? Will the made turn mad, and master his master? Only time will tell. But a clock tells time, and you wind clocks. Take it for what you will." before Repliku could say, much less do anything, the cat's body formed a clock, then the tail turned a full circle as the minute hand, and wiped the cat from existance, whispering one last "Will the lab rat rat out the lab?"

then he might even lose his concentration and turn even Jalex and Xelax into cards and dice!

How he wish he had something against Pika that would make
the pokemon run from the room in terror!

He cupped his hand over his lips and whispered something
into Jalex's ear,
that even the mouse pokemon couldn't hear across the room.
"Could I be excused to go to a computer?"
He asks.

I say this because:
I used to be into Pokemon,
and learned everything there is to know....

But then the growing procces of too many seasons(I don't mean times of the year)
made it impossible to keep up.

Suddenly bolts of lightning shot out from the four corners of the courtroom and struck a spot immediately right next to Repliku. Ignoring the astonishment of the crowd, the bailiff stormed straight toward Repliku with murderous intent in his eyes. When he finally made it into the witness box, a bold smirk appeared on his face. The Cheshire Cat. Although there was no visible damage to the creature, it could no longer use its infamous disappearing trick.

"Excuse me, Repliku, but I've got some business with this sorry excuse of life," Zack growled. Then staring down at the cat he said, "I've been wanting to meet you face-to-face for a VERY long time." An aura of chaotic energy began to emanate from him body. "No more disappearing. No more stealth, coward. You're not in Kansas, Wonderland or wherever you demons come from. But know this. You...will...die..." And with that, Zack punted the purple fuzzball clear across the courtroom straight into the defendant's booth. "Continue on with the trial, everyone. I've got a murderer to bring to justice." He glanced over at the judge. "Unless you can cage him like you did that Experiment." In an astonishing feat, Zack leapt straight from the edge of the witness box to the defendant's booth and began searching for the annoyance.

Naminé cringed in disgust at the cat, but couldn't deny the feeling that was starting to build up within her. But when Roxas started to "dust" her, her eyes snapped back into focus and instinctively elbow dropped Roxas straight down into the back of his neck. Of course, this movement forced him onto her lap, but still running on fury and adrenaline, she yanked his head up by the bushy hair and slammed him across the face with her drawing pad. "Get off of me, already!" She stood up and looked over at Kairi. "Can we switch seats?"

Kairi, who wholeheartedly understood Naminé's predicament, nodded and sat next to Roxas while Naminé sat next to Sora. If anything happened to her, Kairi was confident Sora and/or Riku would deal with Roxas one way or another.

And that's when the bolts of lightning struck dangerously close to them. Immediately next to Repliku was a smoldering purple creature that was unmistakably the Cheshire Cat. Naminé was about to give the cat a piece of her mind, but that's when the bailiff appeared. He seemed to have a lot of animosity toward the cat and was almost stunned to see it being punted across the courtroom with absolutely no remorse. She was starting to think it was animal abuse, but it was a Disney character like everyone else. No one gave it a second thought when making a duck and a mouse to get beaten up on. There was no difference in having a cartoon cat (an annoying one at that) getting pummeled. So Naminé sat back in her seat, keeping a weary eye on Roxas...
