"Thank you Demyx!" he responded happy that he just got a full cup of coffee... however, his happiness quickly vanished into dissapointment, the coffee was warm, but the brand of coffee he had, Godot's Formula 107, only dissolved when it was "Hot as hell."

He looked over to Axel, "Hey, um, could you heat this up some more?" he outstreached his warm cup of coffee.

  2. Janexna by this point was feeling quite...she didn't know what, but quite dizzy, or she felt really sick at the moment. Groaning to herself, she layed her head on her hand, watching how Luxord's testimony would go. The Nobody had nothing much to worry about anyway, though she wasn't exactly sure where he was coming from. Either way, she was feeling too bad to be able to concentrate much, so she just closed her eyes as she heard Xelax asking for coffee, Then he asked Axel to heat it up for him...hmm, Axel. A goofy grin came over her face at that.

Which reminded her, he needed to speak with him.

Xelax got distracted from his endeavors towards the "Perfect cup of coffee."

His partners well being was much more important. "Janexna, are you ok?" he questioned, he hoped it wasn't morning sickness... then he wondered how that thought entered his head.

OOC: I am so in character, I am actually concerened for you... bad ICSP, BAD!

Zack looked over at the cloaked emo (he was running out of insulting nicknames) and rolled his eyes. The guy must've been either extremely lazy or dense to not see the giant water cooler he had lugged in when Janexna was thirsty earlier. He was also annoyed that the prosecution didn't seem to catch the one contradiction that might've destroyed Luxord's credibility once and for all. But really. He didn't care whether they caught it or not. Every single person in the courtroom was guilty of something (some more than others). Possible attack techniques whirled through his mind: "Shadow Buster Punch," "Bloody Quartet," "Earthbreaker..." And if all else failed, he could always summon his "Treble" Armor and bring out his "Forte Crusher" or "Gospel Cannon." Of course, doing either of those would end up cracking the world in half...

But this was a magic courthouse, right? It looked sturdy enough.

Then he finally realized that Mewtwo had finally left. How'd it teleport out past the continuous security system? The psychic shouldn't have been able to do that...

Zack shrugged and decided to forget about it. The nuisance was gone and good riddance. Now he could start stripping the girls with his eyes again...

Then he realized two things. Kairi and Namine were gone and Janexna didn't look so good. He strutted over to the defense's table and asked, "Did you need something?"

“I knew it!†He exclaimed. There wasn't exactly anything exciting about finding out that a 14-year-old was a babysitter, but he need to do something to express his energy, so he did, by sitting upright in a jerk at her response and then exclaiming his own response. Blame that espresso he had just a few minutes ago. He was already starting to feel jittery and the added cookie bonus was even better. Why not? Yeah, why not add some extra sugar to that excess amount of caffeine? “Thanks, Denise.†His face lit up and he picked up a few cookies from the Chips Ahoy! packet and munched on them . . . Delicious! And sugary!
He stared at Luxord for a moment, chewing on his cookie, catching a few sentences off the guy as he spoke and he raised an eyebrow. Wtf? Looking around the courtroom, almost everyone was taken aback as Luxord used his awesome vocabulary skills. Most of the spectators were obviously lost. Damn showoff, he thought to himself. He never really understood what the heck the Gambler was talking about half the time when they were in The World That Never Was, as mostly Axel only nodded his head in agreement, and looked as if he'd been listening whenever he had a talk with Luxord. He slowly bit his cookie, as he stared at Luxord when Xelax's voice came in.
“Huh?†He looked back down, and there was Xelax, holding a cup of cold coffee, asking for him to heat it. “Er . . . sure.†He reached in and touched the cup with his index finger and within a moment, white steam began to rise out of the black liquid. “Better?â€
However, Xelax was a little distracted at the moment as he was concentrated on his sexy – er – beautiful partner, Janexna, who didn't seem to be doing so well. Even that red haired bailiff guy had caught attention of her sickness, as he too came asking for her health.
“Ey. You ok, Janexna?†He asked, leaning over the railing towards Janexna.
Hmm . . . suddenly she was the center of attetntion.

Pika_power sighed. He hated the elusive ones. They always appeared when you had no balls, and never appeared when you went searching. "Answer my question Luxord. Did you hire yourself out to attack Sora and do research? So far, that is what you have implied."
The elusive pokemon was still not appearing. Now it was sending ratatas to distract. "Great, great. Glad to know that the pirates can heal themselves. As you would say, Bravo." Pika_power added a hard tone to his voice. "But that does not answer the question! Due to the gambler's actions, were pirates trapped as undead? Also, were you personally threatened by Xemnas?"

Pika_power grinned. Finally, a chance at catching the rare pokemon! He called out in an overpowering voice "Judge, remember this when you sentence him! Luxord has pleaded guilty to Coercing Sora, Donald, Goofy and Jack into putting their lives and/or bodies at risk." A guilty sentence was assured. Pika_power grinned.

The pikachu did always find it amusing as the level 2s attempted to strike the level 70s. Futile, but funny."Do you deny it? Kindly speak out loud, for the court record." Pika_power figured out what Luxord had just said. Ah well, two can play it that way. Pika_power called out to Luxord, "Hey, Ansem the Wise, I never knew you gambled! By the way, the berry juice, that's my cheek!"
Pika_power looked in his animal crossing pockets for something that fitted the situation. Pulling out a sign post, he scrawled on it with red pen, 'WTF?!' Placing it in obvious view, he said to Luxord "Excuse me Luxord but I think some mistake has been made. The grim reaper I am talking about is the one you summoned. You know, the one with the heartless emblem on the front? The way I understood it was that you summoned the grim reaper. Sora defeated it and knocked it into the sea. Then you did the thing with the nobodies and the chest. You then cursed the grim reaper heartless, making it invulnerable, and giving it the power to curse the other things, aka, Jack Sparrow. Is my thought process wrong?"

Pika_power sighed. Another person using pretty language to demonstrate his stupidity. "Look, Luxord, The heartless had a heartless emblem on the front! Is this, or is this not the symbol of a heartless created by the org? No fancy words, no history of Aztec gods, just a simple Yes or No answer. Okay?" God that gambler was annoying. Why couldn't he go play a game of Russian roulette with six bullets, by himself?

Roxas flew out of the pipe, knocking Namine over, hands outstretched. Somehow, through luck, or perhaps precise aiming, he had ended up with Namine on the floor, his hands coming up to her chest, from the bottom of her skirt. "A complete accident, Roxas announced, groping wildly, trying to 'get his hands free' without success.

Without really knowing about the Pokemon refferences...
I thought you actually tthought what you meant by balls was......
    Nevermind.....

    BIC:
"I was hired, not deciseivley, but still."
    Luxord says with empahsis.
God...he was really starting to hate this pokemon.

Luxord sneers at the sharp comeback,
    but recoups.

"As my choices to endevour in this mission were forced upon me,
the pirates did have choice to post a blind."
    Luxord only slightly rhetorics,
    and uses card metaphors.
If Pika could do it in thought with Pokemon,
why could he not use it in his speech.

    OOC:
That last one's more directed at you OOCwise, Pika

    Luxord grinned.
    "Judge, remember this:
I throughly admitted truthfully to my actions,
    so therefor,
    my crimes are partially justified."
    Luxord remarks.

    Luxord grinned even slyer.
    "Also remember, Master Pika,
the judge can think for himself!"
    Luxord goes on coldly.

    Luxord replied thoughtfully,
You play the game quite well..."
    Luxord congratulatates.

    OOC:
game refference when you fight him in a time battle.

    OOC:
    Major problem with the game.

The Grim Reaper is canonically a "natural" heartless.

But when I searched it on the Kingdomhearts wikia,
the picture showed that the Grim Reaper bore the sign of Artifical creation.

    But when in fact,
Luxord had come across the essence when searching the chest.

    BIC:

    Luxord replied without hesitation.
"I summoned it....but it was the keybearer's weapon, respectively,
    that truely called it forth."
    Luxord claims truthfully,
even though the others may deny it.

    OOC:
Squall Leonhart: The heartless have great fear of the keyblade...they'll keep on coming
at you out of the darkness because of it....

    OOC:
    The Org doesn't create Heartless.
    They can summon them,
    they can collect them,
but only Xenmas has acces to Ansem's computer,
and he doesn't use it to create heartless with the only machine that can,
he in fact uses it to see "A friend".
    Aqua.

    BIC:
Luxord is perturbed at this point.
"We as the Organization do not create heartless for our own gain.
We use Heartless that already exsist."
    Luxord hisses.

    OOC:

    Luxord blinks,
    and stares out blankly.
    "What the F**K"
    He yells stupidly,
not getting what was going on with that....xD

Harvey sighed and whispered. "The spirit of Darkness probably did exist prior but the fact that it was changed into an Emblem Heartless by the Organization, most likely Luxord himself on the world since that was his assignment needs to be inquired. The Emblem Heartless are creations and not natural despite what is being said. It is the same with the dragon that Xigbar corrupted. Whether it was a dark force on its own, it clearly was not a Heartless at first. Making it a Heartless put it under his control. That is what needs to be addressed other than what was already stated."

Luxord was even now playing a game with words and hoped Pika would not lose patience. In a way he understood Luxord and it was very probable he did believe not doing what was expected of him could result in death. "Another point is that he was 'hired' to the job most likely by Xemnas, when he refers to being 'employed' but ask for assurance who he felt he was employed by. He has stated that he was doing the bidding of the Org and about Axel's scenario and he is a low number in the Org as well, so what he means should be addressed." Harvey wasn't really so worried about Luxord. At this point, most of the charges should stick but if there was some sort of feeling he was controlled into it, that was important to address too. Harvey wasn't out to totally twist things around either on the Defense or Offense points but to get to the root of the situations to get justice and Luxord was in a position of peculiarity. He did feel that Luxord's case probably could be wrapped up swiftly if the right questions were asked and that his punishments would be pretty minor. After all, one of the worst, Marluxia, was let off with some humiliation but things weren't so bad for him.

Sora flew back as did Riku, both slamming into the wall but recovering swiftly enough. Sora rubbed his shoulder and stood back up looking at Namine and Roxas and winced. This wasn't going to turn out well.

Riku stumbled back and stood up after hitting the wall, almost by reflex. He was already imagining the sound of a slap because of where Roxas's hands currently were. He looked off down the halls as he fixed his shirt and pants up and then seeing no one yet, went over and turned the water back on to the toilet since it seemed to be fine. "What are you two exactly doing? How does one get his foot caught in a toilet like that?"

"And I thought "I" was accident prone." Sora snickered.

Luxord was quickly tiring of Pika's stupidity,
most likely the pokemon thought Luxord's Rhetoric was just stringing
    long-words meaninglessly and without thought.

These words he used were not direct definitions of the roots
    he meant them to be,
    but yet the were synonyms,
    and had a close meaning.

And Pika's useless Pokedex served little purpose as well

So directly, Luxord faced the court,
"You prosecute my peers and I,
as if our crimes withhold worse intentions
than that of a hardened criminal!"
Luxord refers to himself and the rest of the Organization.

"What doth make Saladin so much different, ye King Richard?"
    Luxord states highly,
    using a powerful metaphor.
    (See: The Crusades)

    "We torture our prisoners,
we make them pay for being so different from our own ways."
    Luxord states the alligation.

"But what makes us so indifferent to that of the tortures,
which the keybearer and his knights, respectively,
inflict on the numerous nobodies he slaughterd?"
    Luxord continues his speech.
(Respectively means, and I've used it several other times,
even though I state against them,
I still give them dignity in the meaning)

    "We fight a meaningless war,
    one for ages to come,
many will mock us for starting and continuing."
    Luxord goes on shamelessly.

"Should the crimes against me lead to death,
    or any other punishment...."
    Luxord starts to finish,
drawing attention from the court room.
It was obvious his misdemenours would not
likely end in the death punishment,
    but it was always possible.
    Look at Ohio.

"....Allow me to quote Michael Caine,
who spoke it as fervorently I speak now,
    by saying..."
    Luxord finishes confidentally,
drawing in the last parts of his speech.

"Allow me to choose when and How."
    Luxord says with intense emotion,
that he would have been surprised to hear himself say,
    if he had a heart.

He bowed from the defense stand,
    in all directions,
    even in Harvey and Pika's,
    and stood upright once more.

    He leaves the stand,
    his motive and thoughts said,
and takes his seat by the rest of the Organization.
There was no more to say on his part,
and his strong silence showed he would answer no more
questions, and rather let the judge decide his fate,
following the juxstipication of his speech.

    OOC:
If you've never seen the movie, "The Eagle has landed."
You should....It's a great old movie.
    Actually not so old,....
    1976 it came out.

I saw it for the first time, not so long ago,
and the line I reffered to,
just hit me like a bullet as a great movie line.

Micahel Caine may strike you more notably as one of the uncles
    in "Second Hand Lion".
Or as Batman's butler in "batman returns."

Harvey Birdman just looked at Avenger and both shrugged at the same time. "Well, now that that's over..." He scratched his head and took out some papers rummaging through them. He would wait for Pika's reaction but as far as he was concerned, that was enough to do about nothing since the direct questions had been averted but yet answered at the same time. He took a long drink of coffee and leaned back in his chair. Yep, it was going to be a looooooooong day. Despite it all, he didn't mind Luxord that much. At least he did go speak for himself and despite his view of the other side, which was normal, in his way, though looping words around, he had been a better person about it than the former two Org members. Of course, he had a lot less to lose and being out front with it meant that he probably would not be sentenced so badly any way. Harvey was curious on points about Luxord and wished he could have had time to question him, even out of court. The man was intriguing with his unusual mindset. Such an option probably wasn't going to happen though.

He looked over at Pika again and the Judge. "Did we want to call anyone else up or are we ready to go over the charges?"

Luxord looked around in the court room,
and noticed the disappointment of Birdman's face.

Luxord could understand that he had directed most of his
    answers and questions at Pika,
and had not allowed Harvey to endevour in
    Luxord's prosecution.

    He would have done otherwise,
if it did not serve his own purpose of
saving the skin of his own flesh,
and most likely some of the others as well,
but perhaps he could use something to his advantage.

    He summoned a single card,
and took a pen from a desk nearby.

    He wrote clearly as follws:

Should there be a recces before my judgement,
meet me in the courthouse cafeteria to go over some things
    about my actions "against humanity."
    ~

Luxord put " "" "" around Against humanity,
not becuase he felt it so what he did,
    but rather what others thought.

He placed the card on the ground,
and let it find its own way towards the Prosecutor.

    Luxord could only hope he
was not putting himself in a trap....

    OOC:
    I'm Sorry Repliku...xD

I didn't allow Harvey to do much,
and yet I don't want to take back what I said before.

Because I've been waiting all the time since I joined this Rp
    to say it.

So even if there really isn't a courthouse cafeteria canonically,
could we just skip that formality,
    and just "Build" one?
    >.>
    xD

I look forward to the scenario should it follow through.

    After all,
it may take Erkz a while and a recess to "think over"
    Luxord's testimony.

  12. Janexna was quite surprised with the sudden questions of how she was feeling, and while she was flattered by the fact that they cared, she was also flustered at the attention. Blinking a little dazedly, this time not because she was surrounded by men, but because she was feeling a little nauseous, she tried to pin point her vision correctly as she eyed the three guys, coming in and out of focus as she also attempted to take in Luxord's testimony. He did a good job for himself. Either way, she weakly replied, "I'm alright...you know, just fine...I just feel...sick for some reason, but...I can hold it!" She raised her finger as if to prove a fact, swaying it slightly, before thinking if she was having a dizzy spell or something. And for some reason, she had a feeling going to the bathroom was going to lead to something she didn't want to see. Call it sixth sense. "But you...!

Her finger suddenly turned on Axel as well as her body, her words a bit drunken, though she managed to stay still with a serious expression on her face."I need to have a little talk with you...though now I'm just....going to lay me head down...savvy?" With that, she plastered the said head on the desk, shutting her eyes as she wanted to avoid puking, or any sort of unwanted consequences. She heard Luxord in the background not standing to be questioned anymore, and he did provide good points. Wasn't the Emblem Heartless created back then then? They were roaming all over the worlds by the time of KH1, and summoning one was perfectly possible. What do the members of the Organization who simply wanted a heart have to do with the first six scientists' experiments? Not to mention, there's no machine to create Heartless in KH in the Org.'s grasp as far as she knew...the only one who did use it, maybe, was perhaps Ansem Heartless, but it had been awhile since she played the first one...hopefully, Xelax wrote it down.

Oh, God, this was giving her a headache, and her throat was getting thick at every minute.

"So you hired yourself, implying you were paid for your crimes. Hardly being forced into it. Taking into account you never answered my question about whether you were you ever threatened personally..."

"So how were they forced upon you? Also, it has been a while since I have gone to the games corner, as the prizes have been useless. What do you mean by posting a blind?"

Pika_power gave Luxord the Sonic finger. "No, no Luxord. Admitting to the crimes does not justify them. It can reduce a sentence, but only the conditions of the crime can justify it. Pleading guilty cannot."
OOC: Before you ask, the Sonic finger is the "No-no" finger, not the middle finger.

OoC: He found the entity in the chest? Sorry, but Jack will testify against that. If it is Luxord's word against Jack's and Sora's, they will win out, as they opened the chest first, the heartless has the heartless symbol and no one saw Luxord draw it out of the chest. Also, where is the proof? It is not in the game. Is it a novel only thing? If so, after the case we need to decide what is canon. There are the two chains of memories, then the novels and Manga to decide between.

"Wait, so you summoned and made the heartless, but you claim that Sora summoned it? I don't believe it. The keyblade does call forth heartless, but that one was clearly under your control."

"Uh huh, right. Then how come a few dozen new types of heartless appear in kh2? Emblem heartless, no less. You have been creating heartless, then attacking people with them. Such as the case of the dark thorn, possessor, rabid dog, and a fair few more. Please explain where these come from."

Pika_power listened to Luxord, silent for the whole time. When he finished, the pokemon stood up, and began in a cold voice, "Nobody, you ask why we prosecute you here, today, as if you were worse than hardened criminals. The answer is because you are hardened criminals. You have no emotions. You are worse than hardened criminals in that sense. You imprison children, manipulate emotions and attack worlds. You steal and violate even the hardened criminal's code of honour. You unleash horrors upon the world. Thanks to the selfish actions of you and your peers, Hollow Bastion has to employ a security system. That is why we prosecute you like hardened criminals. It is because you are.

Sora is being investigated for his supposed wrongdoing as well, so do not think that this is a biased court.

Sora never attacked for no reason, you struck first. You continued. You shied away from those who tried to understand and help you. You turn against each other, discord in your own ranks. We are not against nobodies, only their actions. When you attack, and harm the worlds, people retaliate. You created the image your kind now wear.

While you can quote old speeches, and use impressive words, I can convey my message using simple language, and my own tongue. So stand back up, and finish answering my questions, in a simple yes, no, why not fashion, so at last we can attempt to understand you silver tongued people. This is one time you cannot just dark portal away!"

    Pika_power sat down, breathing heavily.

OoC: If Luxord starts breaking rules, and speaking out of turn, so will Pika_power.

A small flash appeared in the ceiling, and the armoured 150 floated down gently, unnoticed by the majority of people in the hall.

OoC: This is why I am now posting pro-org messages in the main kh2 forum. All my anti-org is stored here.

"EEEK! NYAHAHAAHAA..." Despite how wrong it felt, Naminé couldn't help but burst out laughing as Roxas' hands began to grope around her most ticklish spots. She struggled to control herself, and eventually managed to tuck her legs to her chest and placing her sandals on Roxas' chest. Then with a mighty shove, she shot her legs outward and sent Roxas flying straight upward. Running on pure instinct, she did a backhand spring to her feet and caught poor Roxas in midair with a whirling hurricane kick, sending Sora's Nobody rocketing into the far wall with an earth-shattering crash. "You pervert!" she roared.

As Naminé smoothed down her dress and her hair back into place, Kairi could only stare. "Girl, you got legs. But where'd you learn how to do that?"

Naminé gave her a coy wink. "You already know the answer to that, Kairi. After all, Riku lent you the book for it." That would teach the boys not to take advantage of her. She jerked her head outward. "Shall we go back to the courtroom now?" And she trotted off.

Kairi exchanged a look with Sora and Riku that said, "What the hell?" Then she glanced over at Roxas. "You might want to change back into your regular clothes after you peel yourself out from the wall." Looking back at Sora and Riku she said, "We'll meet you back at the courtroom, okay?" And with that, Kairi ran after Naminé leaving the other boys the task of helping Roxas out of the human-shaped crevice that he formed in the wall. Fortunately, the owner of the establishment was out for lunch...

Harvey rubbed his temples. He had no understanding of why Pika continued to insult the Organization. It just wasn't professional even if a few of them were seriously screwed up in the head. Luxord didn't seem that bad to him. Yeah, he had been 'wrong' but in the end, his crimes were seriously minor compared to some of the other Org members. He could have a chance at reforming his life.

Harvey let out a sigh. "The charges I am going to go with are the following to move this along. I am amending former charges to reflect."

    1. Attacking Port Royal world with Heartless/creating a Heartless that was used to curse Jack Sparrow and theft.
"I am going to remove 'attacking Port Royal with Heartless, but maintain the creation of an Emblem Heartless that obviously came from 'somewhere'. Heartless are formed when people lose their Hearts. Some people obviously perished for this creature to exist. However, if he had created it out of other Heartless or malevolent energy as he is claiming, this charge may be negated as the conditions were already there. However, the creation of the Heartless leads to other charges, even if it is dismissed because it should be known he was in control of it."

    2. Attacking Port Royal with Nobodies.
"I am changing this by both Jack's and Luxord's testimony. The Nobodies were not attacking Port Royal."

    3. Stealing the Aztec Gold, theft of the Black Pearl.
"The theft of the Aztec Gold and the Black Pearl have been confirmed by both the witness and Luxord."

    4. Cursing Jack Sparrow.
"The pirates and Jack Sparrow were once again cursed after the treasure was stolen by the Nobodies under the employ of Luxord. The curse is a direct result of the theft of the 4 pieces and then also the Heartless that Luxord is responsible for bringing there or creating. As stated, the curse does affect a person to be immortal but caged in a shell of a cadaver who has no enjoyment out of life and suffers."

    5. Coercion: Forcing Sora and others to have to attack the Heartless in order to undo the Curse he had placed on Jack Sparrow.
"I believe Coercion of Sora and Jack, Donald and Goofy applies here as the group was forced to go after the 4 medallions held by the 4 Nobodies Luxord sent out and then they were forced to fight the Heartless that Luxord had sent into the city. Luxord afterwards stole the Heart, which makes it apparent why he needed Sora in particular to go after it. He had opportunity to tell Sora what was going on and instead chose this method to employ. Once Sora had done what Luxord needed, in destroying the Heartless, the treasure was recaptured and dealt with, and Jack Sparrow was freed."

"In the end, those are the only charges at this time I can see pressing against Luxord as he admitted to them and Jack's testimony stated them as well. The following, I believe should be let to be judged now."

    1. The Creation of an Emblem Heartless
    2. Theft of the Aztec Gold
    3. Theft of the Black Pearl
    4. The cursing of Jack Sparrow
    5. Coercion of Sora mainly, but also Jack who had to have the curse removed or be stuck as he was, Donald and Goofy, who also accompanied Sora.

"So, what are your thoughts, Pika? Is that good enough?" Harvey looked down at the table and noticed a card sticking out of one of the folders. "hmm..." He picked it up and checked it over, reading it and then put it in his pocket. He would have to wait until the judge either called a recess or the Judge was done with his decision pertaining to Luxord, but if Luxord wanted to talk, he would tell the Judge after deciding his fate to let them have a bit of time to discuss things. He gave a nod to Luxord and then took a sip of the coffee.

Axel blinked for a moment. "Erm . . . Okey?" He stared at Janexna some more, blinking as if he was lost, as she put her head down, avoiding everyone. He leaned back on his chair, wanting to give her some space and he wondered what she might've wanted to talk about, and he bit into another one of his cookies which were in his hands. He chewed them slowly, savoring the flavor of it. His eyes were still on Janexna, and his attention on Luxord's case had long left him, and as of now, he was completely lost as he sat there listening to Mr. Birdman's speech. Oy. . . this was probably going to take a while.

  17. Usually, as she wasn't in the best of health at the moment, she would've ignored it, but Pika_Power's answer ignited something in her, and she found herself lifting her head, piercing at the pokemon with her eyes. The charges were just fine with her as she heard Birdman say them, but this was the time where somethng needed to be done. Ignoring the fact that she saw two yellow mice instead of one, she went to retort with forced clarity, "I think you have the wrong sort of statement under your grasp, Mr. Power, to call the Organization worse than hardened criminals. That does not make sense in the slightest form, sorry to say, because you missed the fact on who we are dealing with here. They are despicable more than hardened criminals because they have no emotions? How that does even work? These hardened criminals that you state know wrong from right, they have a heart, have emotions and feelings, yet they take it into their hands to kill, hurt, steal, have violent outbreaks, hostages, imprison, with no sense of remorse or guilt at all while doing so. The Organization are void of hearts, from studies and sayings, they can barely feel, they are just at a stand still where they need and lust for a heart to make them feel human and be complete again, working hard toward something they long for, and they can't see clearly what is it they're doing, while hardened criminals have no specific goal and do horrible things despite knowing the consequences for mere pleasure."

With a sigh, her eyes narrowed. "You have to understand, these Nobodies here, despite having human form and having special qualities, are really creatures that have the same markings of a lower Nobody. So you're saying that hardened criminals are better to those who can't know black and white or feel anything? Your mind must we warped with that type of reasoning. I'm sure that if the Org. and its members were not working towards a heart, they wouldn't have done what they have done, and would've lived the way they are with no chance of being whole. Just like I'm sure most would've created suicide if they ever found out that the only good way to return to being complete, or having a chance to, was to literally kill themselves. They had to hear it now from us that they could have done that, yet in-game, it wasn't like they had access to that information or even knew of the existence of the idea, Nomura doesn't speak through games by his interviews."

She paused for a moment, before shaking her head. "There's no reason to bring Hollow Bastion into this, as the added security went with the new renovations that it was building towards, the Organization had nothing to do with it, or with Tron. And what happens between the Organization and its ranks with its problems, are simply in the Organization, because is obvious that with each group, nothing will be perfect, humans alike. Especially a get together of Nobodies that are incapable of caring in the first place. Right now, here in court, the Organization are forced to awaken and brought back from their deaths, and come here to only get punishments, get through charges, and go over trials when the whole thing was over with long ago anyway? When they never even asked to be prosecuted or defended? Hell, I don't think even Xelax and I were hired by them. That's not only cruel, but obviously unneeded. Larxene, despite ranting, was not in the wrong on claiming these allegations of the court. Standing up, and going ahead to blame and accuse these people outright about being hardened criminals is asking for retribution and a act of coercing to let them worthy of harm on you, when Luxord simply asked a simple question of 'why?', Mr. Power. And you know what? He does have a right to question why he and his peers are going through this from what the court is doing. So my advice would be to think better on what to say, as I don't think you're making yourself liked or respected by any of them at this point. If Luxord spoke up, you let the judge handle it and bring order, or do it yourself. Not contribute to it and let it escalate."

Of course, she wasn't doing any better, but things needed to be pointed out some way.

With that, she went to slam her head down again at the desk, her mouth now tired as well, though her mind and brain were ringing, so now she was sick in many other areas. She was feeling somewhat nostalgic about this whole thing, as if she had once a upon a time had been through this type of argument, which was weird, yet the court wasn't a place for it, and so, she decided to keep these things to herself for in case something sprouted between her and Mr. Power that had nothing to do with the sessions at all about the rest of his claims. She wasn't in the mood either. Her lips curled distastefully, trying to hold something back from spilling out of her mouth, and she tried to relax herself, thinking of things so her nerves can be quelled and the desire to throw up could be gone.

Zack smirked at the feisty little diva. To have the galls to actually stand up and talk back to the little furball in that condition just made her seem more attractive. "You know, I have just the thing to bring you back to full health," he said with an arrogant swagger. "You've seen that I can cure drunkenness with just a shot. I can probably cure your sickness too if you want..."

Harvey stood up. "With all due respect...I do agree that Mr. Power spoke out of line and the insults were uncalled for, as was the accusation. However, I think that you are trying to say that because they 'don't' have Hearts that they are somehow more innocent than someone who does. They do still have their intellect and memes of reactions they had from their former lives and logic. Hardened Criminals and even Serial Killers have their reasons for doing things, even though some seem not to and some are just for selfish reasons. Some of the Org seemed to do things for selfish reasons as well. Therefore they do have a right to trial and can be considered to be fully mentally capable of standing it. Also, if anything, they've been given a second chance, or at least most of them will have been when this is over."

"Comfort yourself on the fact that the Org members, whatever punishments they receive, are all seemingly minor to the things some of them committed. They were brought back to life to stand trial, and hell, I wasn't brought in here by the witnesses either so hey...we're all equal on this, to do our jobs to the best of our ability, try these people, apparently after deal with Sora as well...and then we can go home and apparently none of the Org are being sentenced to punishments that actually would resolve in life imprisonment or death, or even imprisonment apparently for a very long while. Some of them in my opinion deserve a long while in rehabilitation and to learn because they aren't what I'd consider safe, even to their own group. However, that's not up to you or me, or Pika or Xelax. We just need to do our jobs the best we can and move on."

He then turned and looked at Pika. "Please, I am going to ask you once more to stop with the insults. Don't address them as 'Nobodies' in a slur way and let's try to keep our 'personal' opinions down as we look for actual evidence. It's what we most need now." In one sense he hated to chastise the fur ball but he had to understand what he was doing. Harvey was almost annoyed at himself for not just saying something before he said the charges out to Pika so that the other side didn't have to. It made the team seem pretty lame when someone had to go at just one member. "I know you can do better than this. Let's not run our side of bias. There certainly is enough evidence to do what we need to here."

Repliku looked at Zack. "heh, give her a shot in the ass too. I'm starting to think you like doing that too much."

Zack struggled not to let out a full out evil grin as he gave the silver-haired clone a look that said, 'Oh, hell yeah. You know it.' Although he didn't like the other silver-haired emo, respect for this kid in purple increased. The fiery red-head thought to himself, 'This could be the start of a beautiful...tolerance.'
