Roxas didn't notice the water smashing into his back, only the girl in the ripped dress telling him to strip. He blushed a bright red as he muttered "You first!"

 

"If you don't take off those clothes yourself, I'm going to do it for you," Namine said sternly, a hand on her hip. "You can keep the boxers on, though."

 

Jack pocketed the munny with a grin on his face. "Much obliged, matey. Now, didn't you want a testimony?

• I was going about my business, when I was attacked by cursed Pirates.

"How do you know these pirates weren't pirates whome were cursed before?"

• This was strange, as Sora and I made sure that all the cursed medellions which inflict the curse were returned to the chest.

Nothing out of place here.

• I ran to the harbour, and met Sora there.
• He helped me defend myself against the pirates.
• Elizabeth found us and told us that Will had gone to island de murta to check on the chest. She told us to go and check it out.
• We set sail on my ship, the Black Pearl. After a while sailing, we came across the Interceptor, Will Turner's ship.
• Will Turner was unconscious on the ship. We swung across to him.
• He told us that the Aztec gold was stolen by a man in a black coat, and that he was attacked by the same man.

"So, you believe this man in a black coat was my client... do you have proof?"

• Luxord appeared with the chest of medals and summoned a heartless to attack us.

"This heartless, did he mention what it was? The type, and its origins?"

• We fought and beat the heartless.

"Cusrious, Using what tactics were used by each side? And was it a difficult fight?"

• Luxord called parley, an ancient seafaring code. We could not harm him until he negotiated.

"What was discussed during the negotiations?"

• He summoned four nobodies and got them to steal four medals from the chest.
• He brought the heartless back and blew up the Interceptor, hurling us onto it.

"Did he bring the heartless back?"

• I was cursed by the heartless at this point.
• We were discovered by Elizabeth and Will. They had the Black Pearl.
• We hunted the four stolen medals down, then returned to the port, as we feared Luxord would be attacking the townsfolk.

"Were there any townsfolk in danger?"

• I assume Luxord was going to, as he then attacked us with the heartless.
• We destroyed it, and he stole its heart.

Who's heart? And how was it stolen?

Jack walked away from Luxord, stepping on his foot as he went to the stand. "All the pirates whom were cursed before were returned to their normal form when all of the Aztec treasure was returned to the chest. Otherwise Barbossa would not have died when I shot him."

Jack bit his lip. "Not as such, matey, no. We do know that a man in a hood attacked Will and stole the chest. We also know that a man in a hood appeared with the chest and revealed himself to be Luxord. I also recall Luxord saying 'I return the gold with my apologies'. Now, what would the apologies be for?"

Well it attacked us and we attacked back... It was a weakling, very easy to beat, considering its side. Savvy?"

Jack hated this particular lawyer. He seemed to be rather ******ed. "Look here mate. I am a sea man at heart, so it makes my heart ache to breath land air instead of sea air, so in future, please do not ask me questions that I have already answered." Jack thought for a minute, then added, "Yes, he did bring it back, as when it emerged from the sea, it was cursed by the medallions."

"There were always town folk in danger. Heartless are impulsive things. I fear that if we had not gotten there, it may have attacked people. You would be a fool to call an invulnerable heartless in a populated town 'safe'.

"It vanished into darkness as it was rising up. As for whose heart, I have no idea. Sora's the keyblade user, not me. I am just an ordinary seaman."

Roxas smiled at Namine. Now she was offering to undress him! He waved happily to her. "The water's warm, come on in!"

Naminé rolled her eyes. He thought she was trying to be coy with him. "Look. Your clothes and body reek of rum, so stop arguing and take off your pants already!" She stormed in and stripped Roxas (disturbingly without a fight) until he was left in his boxers. Fortunately, even though her dress became wet and clingy, she was wearing the one-piece bathing suit underneath. With her arms full of Roxas' clothes, she gave Roxas a look. "I left a bottle of shampoo/conditioner and some body wash. A towel's hanging outside on one of the hooks. I'm going to take these clothes and get them cleaned and dried. You're a big boy, so I'm pretty sure you don't need any help washing yourself." She headed for the door. "You better be clean and fresh-smelling when I come back or you can forget about making out with me for the rest of the day." And with that, she left.

Although she was still dripping wet, no one looked at her twice as she made her way to the courthouse's cleaners due to it still raining outside. As soon as she arrived, she dumped the pile of clothes on the counter (to the clerk's surprise) and asked, "Do you happen to have a changing room here?" The clerk pointed toward some empty dressing rooms and as soon as she thanked him, she went in, removed the dress and the swimsuit and used another spare towel that was inside Kairi's purse to dry herself off. When she stepped out again, Naminé was donning white nylon gym shorts and a shocking pink tank-top. The clerk eyed her as she placed her torn dress and the swimsuit onto the pile. "I'm going to need all of this cleaned as soon as possible. And could you mend the dress, please? Thanks." The clerk told her it would take twenty minutes. "Okay. I'll be back for them." She prepaid for all the services and headed back to the courtroom, intending to stay for twenty minutes before leaving to pick the clothes and Roxas up.

 

Roxas stared dumbly as Namine stripped him, staring at her body the whole time. He did not hear much, except the words 'clean' and 'make out'.

Confused, he sat down on the plug hole, and started singing a song.

"Row, Row, Row your boat, gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily merrily merril - What the hell am I doing?!" While he was singing, Roxas had started Rocking back and fourth on his bum. When Zack injected him with the soberizer, it went directly to his buttocks, but it got stuck, due to a small wad of fat, causing the progress of the drug to go immensly slowly. The rocking had dislodged the fat, and the drug had rushed full speed towards his head.

"That bloody pirate..." Roxas cursed, slamming the wall. Remembering what he said to Namine, he groanned. "Oh god, I think I have made a mistake or two..."

Suddenly he remembered Namine's instructions. She said she would be back in twenty minutes. His singing and his soberizing had taken up 18 minutes. "Crap." Roxas uttered a single word, then grabbed the tubes of soap and body cleaner, spurting them over himself. "Damn, damn, damn..." he muttered, getting a stead rythm going.

He hurled himself out of the shower, sopping wet. He had a minute to get clean clothes. He couldn't let Namine see him half naked! Then he remembered. 'I'm going to take these clothes and get them cleaned and dried.'
Roxas groaned. He grabbed the towel. The best he could hope for was to make himself look presentable in a towel. He quickly summoned a keyblade, the toilet being out of court. He deftly cut arm holes in the towel, and tied a few knots. Slipping his towel on, he looked a lot like a wealthy roman, in a toga. That is if you could ignore the bananas in Pyjamas on the front.

 

Naminé was almost at the courtroom door when she heard someone coming up behind her. Whirling around it was none other than...

"ROXAS?!" Her jaw dropped. "What are you doing out here in a towel? I said I'd be back when the clothes are finished being cleaned!" After seeing him in his boxers, Naminé wasn't exactly surprised at anything underneath the towel. Then she noticed that his eyes seemed a bit more focused than before. "I take it you're finally sober?"

She let out a huge sigh. "Our clothes won't be ready for another twenty minutes." Naminé reached in the purse and pulled out a pair of denim shorts and a black T-shirt that had in big, bold white letters, the words "TELEVISED WRESTLING IS FAKE..." on the front and "...UNTIL YOU TELL THE WRESTLERS FACE TO FACE" on the back. "It's the best I've got." She handed them to Roxas. "Go get changed and I'll meet you back in the courtroom."

 

Roxas sighed with relief, and checked off a mental tickboard.

1. Girlfriend not trying to kill me, achieved.

2. Proper clothes obtained, Achieved.

Roxas looked at the simple shirt with disdane, then realized he had made such an ass of himself, a shirt with a stupid joke would not make a big difference to his reputation. He pulled on the shirt and shorts, then sat down, pretending he was dead.

Roxas sat unmoving for ten minutes until he recalled something someone told him. You need a purpose, something to do, whether it be running around the world, or simply finishing a book Roxas stood up. Whoever had told him that might have been right, or might have been an utter loon. But he decided he didn't care. He was bored, and slightly depressed. So he chose a goal. Revenge on Jack Sparrow.


He walked into the courtroom, ignoring the eyes on him. He grabbed Jack Sparrow, smiling a warm smile at him. "C'mon Jackie! We have some catching up to do!" So saying, he marched off to the toilet.

 

Zack knew what he had to do. He grabbed Roxas' arm before he could leave with the Captain. "Sorry kid, but ol' Mr. Savvy here isn't done on the witness stand yet. Wait until the court's done with him and then you two mateys can get it on in the locker room afterward."

 

"The Heartless only appeared to Sora and you, however, and the spot where the battle took place was vacant and empty of civilians, it seemed, because it was in a very secluded area," Janexna added, more to herself and Xelax than anything, and she eyed her partner at the same time, as if pointing this out to him. Luxord's case didn't look as bad, he definitely had theft in his hands, and the rest was up to the prosecution, yet she figured it wouldn't be that hard. Demyx was quite easy, Axel was going to get charged for some things, she knew, Saïx was a hard one, then Zexion...he only did damage to Riku more than anything, and about what depended on the prosecution, though there might coercion, as always, Lexaeus...he should be cleared really, all the guy did was stand there and be silent, and only fought with Riku. How many lines did he even get in the whole game? Five? Vexen was another story altogether, because the whole Repliku deal will come up and she wasn't looking forward to go into arguments of that topic again, then Xaldin was doomed, Xigbar didn't have much charges against him either, and then Xemnas. She predicted the long ones to be Saïx's and Vexen's, though not that long. Hopefully.

Otherwise, there was nothing much to ask from the pirate. Yet, she still couldn't get over how he got to testify or was alllowed to. Oh well, at least Johnny Depp is hot, in a older guy sort of way. Her mom surely loved him, and she loves Will Smith as well, and Brad Pitt, but everyone loves Brad Pitt. Females anyway.

Marluxia had nothing to do but sit, and wait for when he reached that realm, apparently heading there by now. It was kind of dull, to say the least, not doing much of anything and simply just pending for his arrival. To somehow make most of the time worth it, he went into his thoughts, wondering and noting some things in his mind about the world, his chore, and the court itself. It had been quite a while since he left, but what he was most surprised about was when he felt the card somewhat rattle, being taken out already by something, considering the view of the screen, and once he was set down, it was only a sense of calm, before a huge flash of white light surrounded him, making him squint, and in the end, close his eyes as the brightness became too overpowering.

It was over a bit quickly, and once it was fully gone, he fluttered his eyes back open carefully, only to widen them in interest as he was standing in a silver platform, the whole place reminding him of what he recalled to be space, though a bit unique in its own aspect. But he couldn't really explored this sudden world, as he spotted what seemed to be Larxene and Axel battling each other recklessly in front of him. He did a lost double take.

Axel?

The said Axel had no idea how the argument escalated to Larxene striving to literally slice him open. At least there was the answer of whether she could use her powers and weapons once they reached the fanfiction realm, because they were both going at it, that he even had his chakrams out and had to summon his fire from time to time. It all evolved from their little "curve" spat, that became insults to each other, then they began to say "Your Mama" disses, and that went to "You're so ugly, blah, blah..", and then it led to physical strikes, which is where they both found themselves in now. And they weren't even holding back or trying to. He didn't truly want to hurt her, but as said, Larxene wasn't any normal girl.

The loveable b*tch was fast though. He got speed, sure, maybe in second or third on the members list, but none of the Organization could match Larxene's ravenous quick feet. Xemnas maybe, but that was even questionable, it didn't seem likely. Most of the while he had spent dodging, and he did so again as the female went to slash her claws to him in what was a blur as she transported out of the blue, almost ripping his skin if he didn't move away in time. Taking in a breath, he eyed her sharply as her whole body sparked with furious lightning, maybe planning some form of attack, and he set himself for whatever might come at him. Despite the fact that Larxene was capable of many things, he was enjoying this fight more than he should have. For some reason, he loved seeing her go all savage and merciless on him, he found it sexy, especially as a overconfident smile never left her face, just as much as his own smirk. You could never go wrong with liking a girl that could kick your a**, and that was actually one of the attributes he admired about her. She was just like her namesake.

That, and he loves a challenge. He firmly believed he wouldn't go down by her hands, however.

In truth, she was planning an attack, but she was pretending it to be long-range instead of the short range she was hiddenly scribbling in her mind, and she was proud of the fact that she had managed to get a few hits in. Axel had too, admittingly, but her count was higher, and her speed wasn't even up to her full potential yet. Overall, she was feeling very good. No matter how they got to this point, she was glad it ended up with this fight, because she had been wanting to hurt and make him suffer for quite the long time after what he had done, yet the fact that he wasn't the real Axel she should be fighting with was kept in the back of her mind. But what the hell? He looked him. Close enough. She needed to blow some held on steam anyway. Preparing to go ahead with her plot, her eyes suddenly caught a flash of pink that made her halt, and following Marluxia's actions of doing a double take, she did the same, lowering her defense a little as her vision was now set on the man before her.

She blinked, then blinked again to make sure she was seeing this correctly, not expecting or even believing that Marluxia was actually standing there with her, and she wondered if this was the real deal or another fanfic spawn. Axel must have noticed it as well, because she could also see him putting down his weapons as his narrowed green eyes looked at the Graceful Assasin in obvious dislike. The whole fun disrupted by the out of nowhere appearance, she diminished her kunai, but not her alert senses as she gazed at him suspiciously, before questioning, "Marluxia? Is that really you?"

OOC: Marluxia arrived faster becaus he wasn't sent on snail mail xP.

 

Roxas turned to face the bailff, and laughed innocently. "But sir, he just needs to go to the toilet, like me!"

Jack grinned at Roxas and the bailiff. "Yeah, I really need to go. Sorry mate, but if I wait any longer..."

Before leaving to the toilets with Roxas, he called out to Janexa, "Heartless seek out hearts. Secluded or not, summoning a heartless there was potentially dangerous."

Jack turned, gave the bailiff a shove, then walked out to the toilets with Roxas.

 

"Court procedures. I'm sorry." He firmly lifted the leaving Captain over his head and slammed him back down onto the witness stand. "And Mr. Sparrow?" Zack tossed him an empty water bottle. "In case you need to go. But you are NOT to leave the witness stand until the Cross-Examination is complete. Understood?" His eyes were staring daggers through Paintbrush Head and the Rum King. "Of course, I could always eliminate your need to go..." He bared his teeth as he cracked his knuckles menacingly. "...permanently."

"What do you think he means by that?" Kairi asked Naminé.

Naminé's eyes grew wide as dinner plates. "I think that's another way of saying 'I'll chastise you severely.' I guess 'Little Jack' might get his head ripped off..."

 

Jack looked at the waterbottle incredulously. "You're not serious! There is no way I am peeing in that!"

Roxas looked at the bailiff and Jack for a second, then figured he would not be able to create poetic justice, so instead simply grabbed the rum bottle from Jack's pocket and completed a swift uppercut between his legs. "That's for getting me drunk!" With that Roxas walked up and sat down next to Namine.

Jack fell to the ground in agony. "Oww... MEDIC!"

 

"Ok, I just got a couple more questions for you savy?" Xelax wanted to facepalm himself. He just said savy? It must be contagious.

"Wouldn't the heartless have attacked you anyway, or worse yet, other people? I mean, even if it wasn't summoned by him, it would have attacked someone anyway? Isn't it more merciful to use it to attack people who were more than equipped to defend themselves. You have already stated it was an easy fight."

"Did the nobodies ever do any attacking? Or did they just loaf around and avoid people? I'm speaking of course of the ones he summoned."

"Really, I walked throught that part of town. It seemed pretty much desolate and deserted. It was swarming with ghost pirates."

"Mr. Sparrow, how do you know the heart was stolen then? It possible it could be his heart you know."

Xelax glanced over towards Janexna. "Is there anything else I should add? I'm pretty much out of ammo." His eyes narrowed, "Don't give me that "you can handle this one on your own look!""


Xelax then looked back to notice the Captain wrighting on the floor. "Mr. Sparrow, are you alright?"

Zack considered helping the poor captain with an ice pack, but despite what he threatened earlier, he had no intention of sticking his glove hands in the "Captain's" pants. "Just take deep breaths. The pain'll pass."

Naminé gave Roxas a look. "Um...was that really necessary?"

Kairi had a random thought. "What exactly does it feel like when a guy gets hit in the crotch? Is it like getting the wind knocked out of you or something?"

 

Sora just looked at Roxas and shook his head. "He has to wait, Roxas. You can't just take him out when he is still up there. Are you sober yet or are we tying you down?"

Harvey looked at Roxas and then winced as Jack was slammed back to his seat. "Captain Jack Sparrow" managing to say the whole title so the guy would listen of course... "Please remain seated and once the Defense is done, you will be able to go." This case with Luxord was strong enough for what charges were in existence. Luxord was one of the people that would get off with minor charges, but they were stated well enough. He wanted to get Luxord up there and finish this, if the Defense was going to call him up but it would wait. Jack was being difficult, but spurred on by Roxas. If they actually had a chance to progress and move on, there were other Org members who would be a lot more of a fight for what charges they would maintain or not. This seemed pretty clear cut and dry.

 

Yes Sora, I am now sober. I am also feeling rather violent towards Jack." Turning to Namine he replied "Well my original plan was to get him drunk again, but as that failed, I decided to go for the obvious crotch shot."

Jack swore at Xelax. "No, I am NOT savvy!"

Jack moaned in pain, not in full control. "No, dammit! I pilfered some of Sora's notes, in it this And Sam guy said something about emblem heartless being created, so while it would be better to attack us with it, he created it himself, andowwww...." Jack broke off into a moan.

I don't really remember... I think they wanted me to play with them, there may have been a penalty for loosing, but they were not aggressive."

Jack gasped, then bit his tongue.

Jack groaned. He had to deal with this idiot as well as The Pain. "Do you have proof? Why are you telling me this? I am not going to change my testicles... Wait, lemme rephrase that..."

Jack groaned. "I doubt it. If it were his own, he would treat it better. Also, not many people know their own heartless. Besides, that would make the heartless years old. I doubt he was planning to investigate port Royal for ten years..."

"Oh yeah, just fine! Nothing wrong here! bloody moron..."

 

Naminé raised an eyebrow. "But didn't the bailiff say something about the antidotes having a side-effect? Something like a five-hour coma? If your plan DID work, Captain Sparrow wouldn't be able to testify at all and the entire trail would have come to a halt. Again."

 

Roxas grinned, regaining some of his old character. "So?"

 

"So we'd be at another standstill, yet again. Not to mention, what if you'd gotten drunk? Then YOU'D be the one knocked out for five hours. And I don't think you'd want to miss Demyx or Axel's cases, right?" Naminé was starting to think that Roxas wasn't thinking things through...
