~~*Organzation XIII goes to court*~~

Riku casually looked upwards, admiring the ceiling tiles as Namine looked back at him. Yeah, he wasn't staring at her chest. No way. If he had a coat he would have offered it to her but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

Repliku looked at Zack and the mysterious munny from nowhere. It was too bad that the pirate guy was getting it. He could have bought some sea salt ice cream to find out what all the hubbub about it was. "Another plan foiled."

 

Jack pocketed the munny with a grin on his face. "Much obliged, matey. Now, didn't you want a testimony?

• I was going about my business, when I was attacked by cursed Pirates.
• This was strange, as Sora and I made sure that all the cursed medellions which inflict the curse were returned to the chest.
• I ran to the harbour, and met Sora there.
• He helped me defend myself against the pirates.
• Elizabeth found us and told us that Will had gone to island de murta to check on the chest. She told us to go and check it out.
• We set sail on my ship, the Black Pearl. After a while sailing, we came across the Interceptor, Will Turner's ship.
• Will Turner was unconscious on the ship. We swung across to him.
• He told us that the Aztec gold was stolen by a man in a black coat, and that he was attacked by the same man.
• Luxord appeared with the chest of medals and summoned a heartless to attack us.
• We fought and beat the heartless.
• Luxord called parley, an ancient seafaring code. We could not harm him until he negotiated.
• He summoned four nobodies and got them to steal four medals from the chest.
• He brought the heartless back and blew up the Interceptor, hurling us onto it.
• I was cursed by the heartless at this point.
• We were discovered by Elizabeth and Will. They had the Black Pearl.
• We hunted the four stolen medals down, then returned to the port, as we feared Luxord would be attacking the townsfolk.
• I assume Luxord was going to, as he then attacked us with the heartless.
• We destroyed it, and he stole its heart.

And that is all I can tell you. Is that satisfactory? Feel free to question."


Roxas didn't feel the slaps, he only kept staring up at Namine with a blissful smile, automatically saying "ow" whenever a slap hit.

"Ow."

"Ow."

"Ow."

"OWOWOWOWOW!" Zack had just rammed a needle into Roxas' bottom. He managed another sly look at Namine as she bent over to shove the bailiff down the witness box. he could only hope that Namine did not notice.

Sensing Namine's embarrassment, Mewtwo shrugged off his own garment and placed it gently around Namine's neck. It would have been a thoughtful gesture, but for the fact that his clothing happened to be made of thick metal.

Naminé rolled her eyes. Without turning around she said, "Roxas, if you don't stop staring at my butt right now, I'm gonna flash kick you out of this booth."

Then when Mewtwo attempted to put his armor on Naminé's shoulders, she felt her legs almost give out under her. "Um...thanks..." she huffed. "...but it's too...heavy..."

Kairi jumped from her seat and helped Naminé to remove the metal plating. "Maybe you should start working out a bit more," Kairi said.

Naminé handed the armor back to Mewtwo. "Thank you, but I don't think I'd be able to wear that for very long." Then she had an idea. Without warning, she tackled Roxas to the ground, yanked off his half-jacket and put it around her shoulders. "Better." Then she remembered that Roxas hadn't washed it yet. "Or maybe not." She glared at Roxas and finally decided that if he wouldn't get cleaned up, she'd do it for him. Naminé took Kairi's purse with some much-needed items inside, grabbed Roxas' ear and began marching him toward the courthouse gym's locker rooms. "We'll be right back," she assured the others. "Honestly, why in the world were you drinking?"

As Naminé yanked Roxas out of the courtroom, Kairi sighed. "Maybe Roxas was better off being unconscious. Good thing that I kept some spare clothing in my purse. And other things if he decides to get a little...fresh," she added.

 

Harvey listened closely to Jack's account. Now that he was sober, he was more comprehensible. It was nice to be able to hope they could get through this without anymore incident. Luxord was not going to be that difficult to deal with and perhaps next, Luxord could come up to the stand by the Defense. The charges were not so severe against him as with others prior.

"So Luxord, after you and Sora and friends defeated the Heartless that had taken the gold and you had to fight over to get uncursed, stole the Heart of the Heartless? Do you know why he would do this? Do you think he had it planned all along?"

 

Janexna was in glee when she spotted the Axel that she had placed in there for Larxene's sake, and she grinned, not believing it actually worked. Well, what do you know? Too bad that fanfic had to be scrapped, but oh well. Listening back on Jack Sparrow, she wondered how does piracy against piracy worked? Sparrow in itself is a hunted man, who plunders, steals, and even kills, she bargained, so why he was even allowed to be a witness on court when he has committed crimes is beyond her. And do a testimony when drunk as well. Nice. And what was so strange about the skeletal pirates? Weren't they suppose to be that way from the very beginning unitl Will puts down the last piece of gold with his blood to end it? She didn't think that was Luxord's fault. And she also noted that Sora and him thought that Luxord might have been hurting civilians, but throughout the whole game, it was never made fact that the Organization ever hurt people. Especially on Luxord. The focal point was never them. The best she could think of was the whole Dragon summoning that Xigbar had done, but even then, it was still for Sora to kill it, and barely anyone was there except Mulan and her dragon friend.

Marking all these down on her brain, she went back to check the video, finding that more interesting than anything else that was happening.

Larxene just raised a eyebrow at him for a second at the stupid introduction, before looking back at the place they were in. It was almost like a galaxy, mounts of literal vast space, navy blue in color with glittering dots that reminded her of stars, hazes and clouds, with added supernova around, and some weird numbers and letters every few minutes that flew past through the rifts. A bunch of circles from the air appeared in mutil-colored flash lights out of nowhere, each popping like a Pluto sized planet. One red, one purple, one green, one blue...and they kept lining up until it stopped. Yet, that was it. It was empty, otherwise. She waited, but that was all that took place in their arrival. "Okay...this is nothing, is just...well nothing..."

Crossing her arms, she eyed him questionably.

Axel just gave that ever cocky smirk though. He waited for a moment, suspecting that someone had been informed that they were coming because of what occurred. Soon enough to prove he was right, above the circles with the same matching color materialized neon signs of English words, marking them all appear as they followed the exact trail of how the "planets" came out, one by one. Gazing at it once it was done, Axel simply explained, "Each of this colored 'planets'...they're not really that, but more like passageways...anyway, the fanfiction realm is a world of choosing, and to go to a certain place, you have to choose a category. See there..."

He pointed at one, now acknowledged with letters. "It says Animé. Next to it is Movies. Then Cartoons. Then Comics. Books. Since we only know about Kingdom Hearts, it will be good to remain in well known territory and pick Games, where you will find it. Seeing as there are many different languages in the worlds, you have to pick your native tongue so you could understand this place, thus, you say out loud the language you speak in and the words appear on top of the circles so you can read them perfectly and know where are you are going to. I was suppose to shout 'English' for that to happen, but it seems we are....being expected, and the words came out by themselves. The CEO that runs this whole thing probably knows the situation from word of the judge, or else we can be marked as a virus or intruders...we should probably wait for a while, cause if that is the case, we will be sent to its office."

"Hmm..." was all she said as she studied each section, though she did honestly took it all in. She'll never admit it out loud, but...she was glad she had a guide, or else she'll be useless in her endeavor. Fighting back a yawn as she heard Axel say they had to remain here until further notice from this CEO, she let out a irritated breath, only to find out her hand was being held unto when she wanted to move it. Narrowing her eyes in realization, she gave him a dirty look before snatching it away roughly, to which he remained impassive, as if he had foretold that reaction from her. Yet, instead of choosing to kick his a** again, she picked up on something worth asking first, though her tone was tight and clipped. "Why do you call the CEO 'it'?"

"Because 'it' is genderless, though it takes on the image of a woman or man depending. Kind of reminds me of Marluxia..." he laughed to himself, remembering back on the Organization member, the honorable Pink Fairy. Man, how he despised the guy too. Whether Axel was involved or not, Marluxia was doomed to his demise.

"At least he doesn’t have more curves than a woman," Larxene retorted sassily, her eyes pointing at Axel's waist, a amused and evil grin on her face. The reaction she obtained from the redhead was something to gain from, as he looked appalled for a while, before his lips turned upside down.

"Now that's foul, and you know it. I'm just skinnier than most. If you notice in the game, all the men have some kind of curve," Axel replied indignantly, though he was saying the truth. He didn't know what type of graphics they had or whether it was the black cloaks, but they all did. But of course, being as this was Larxene, she wouldn't miss a chance to hammer this fact on him more for her form of enjoyment. And this time, another set of laughter ignited from another person. Her.

"Oh, no need to get defensive. Everyone knows your hips don't lie, Axel."

His eye twitched, and he felt his cheeks warm a bit from embarrassment, yet he wasn't going to give her the pleasure of seeing it. He also wasn't going to let this go down this way. He didn't even know why she jumped on Marluxia's defense, and admittedly, that kind of irritated him, yet he was not going to be insulted without retribution. "What I question, Larxy, if what you claim is true, then it must be hard for a man to have more curves than you. Here I thought Marluxia was questionable."

Like the sound of bells halting, her laughter got sliced off like a knife, and silence reigned the vacuous air. Larxene gave him a murderous glare, so hard and burning, Axel could swear he could be struck by death any time in half a second. Her eyes were sharp and icy. He definitely hit a score. Still, he gave his own piercing glare back as his green eyes narrowed dangerously as two hothead and arrogant personalities stared each other down.

 

Jack shrugged. "Yeah, this happened after I dismissed Barbossa."

Jack wondered why it really mattered. Surely it was an attack either way? "Nay matey, never seen it before in me life. Sora didn't seem to know it either."

"
Jack thought for a bit. Perhaps the drink had affected his memories. "The curse? Well apart from the obvious aesthetic changes, such as the lose of skin, it makes you loose all sense of pleasure or enjoyment. Your senses are decimated and you have only a desire to become normal again, at any cost." Jack sighed. What other effects? "Oh, one more minor thing, those afflicted with the curse are immortal, savvy?" Jack strained his memory for the theft of the black Pearl. "No, not as such... He threw myself and Sora onto the Interceptor, then shot at it. He sailed onwards with Will and Elizabeth, but then walked away into a black hole, or so I am told."

Roxas walked with Namine to the washrooms, grinning. She wants me to change my clothes, but with her dress ruined, she might decide to change clothes as well. And undressing in a changing room with your girlfriend is always a good sign... With this, I will have broken two age restrictions in one day, in court! Jack was right when he said that bottle could change my life!

 

Harvey gave a nod. "Thank you, Captain Jack Sparrow. The Defense can now cross-examine the witness." He walked back to his seat. Jack's statement was well enough to the point and there was no need at this time to dwell further, he figured. He had obtained what he was looking for.

Sora watched Jack as he testified. He kind of felt bad this whole thing was going on but it was the way it just had to be he guessed. Jack was a pirate, but he was the kind of pirate that kids even wanted to emulate for fun because he still was a good guy at heart. He wasn't rotten to the core like some of the other bloodthirsty ones he had met. He wondered what he was going to be tried for now and how it was all going to work out. Maybe it was the fair thing to do, but it just made him kind of nervous since he didn't get it all.

Axel first took a moment to listen to Captain Jack Sparrow's testimony... which was... well just plain hilarious, and what made the entire thing even amusing was the judge's reaction, as well as the rest of the prosecutors, as they all stated in wonder at the Captain. He listened to the entire slurred and poorly spoken testimony with a grin, before turning back. It even surprised him as how he'd managed to hold back his laughter. He did not know he could do that. Well, you learn new things about yourselves everyday.
"Oh, hey Denise." Axel waved again. "Oldest? I understand the youngest bit, but oldest? Well outside of the courtroom... You babysit, I'm guessing?" That was the only way it'd make sense. If she worked in some recreational center, she'd definitely be the oldest amongst all the young children...
"Uhh... yeah. Guy stuff" He repeated himself after Demyx, snickering, then snickering loudly as Demyx's cheeks turned rosy red. The soft giggles coming from Denise only made a voice [which he didn't know he had] in the back of his head go, 'Aww, how cute!' The thought was interrupted, as the loud gunshot had echoed throughout the room, and for once, Axel had managed to ignore whatever the matter that happening between the bailiff and— er... whoever it was. Axel honestly hadn't been paying attention. The truth was that as he was talking with both Demyx and Denise, he was spacing out, AGAIN, and all that he was aware of was the fact that Marly was sent away, there was a new girl, Luxord was up, Jack's testimony was hilarious, and Janexna was finally showing some sort of life from her seat observing Larxene's progress. The rest... were all a blurr.

 

Jack was irritated, he had a name. Talking to Harvey's back, he said, "Look matey, the Wittness has a name. I am Captain Jack Sparrow, not 'the witness'. Got it memorized?" Jack shamelessly ripped off Axel's prized line, putting it to use for his own means. The whole witness thing was really bothering him. He paid for a ship, so his title should be 'the Captain' or 'Captain Jack Sparrow' or even 'the fantastic, infinintely cooler than me Jack Sparrow' not 'the witness'

 

Harvey gave a nod of courtesy, though he had thanked Captain Sparrow prior. "My apologies, Captain Jack Sparrow." He cleared his throat to recover his bearings. "You may cross-examine Captain Jack Sparrow, now" he said clearly to the Defense and then took a deep drink of coffee. It was going to be a looOooong day.

how did Jack know about that one time with Elizabeth Swann?
He only stolen a trifle....

And....faxcord........
Now he was a thin piece of plastic connecting a machine used to scan, print, copy and fax,
which contained wires of all sorts that all conjoined at a nearby power resciplprical?

Luxord slips one explosion card out from isde his sleeve,
punches a small hole in the top,
slowly slips a thick strand of the back dreadlocks of the pirate's hair,
then knotted it so it would go off in only seconds.

This will be quite refreshing...

 

"There is a contradiction in the testimony. Initially Mr. Sparrow said that "Faxcord" and "Ducksword" were the ones who perpetrated the crime. Now he said that my client Mr. Luxord was at the scene of the crime. He only said that after Mr. Birdman payed him in gold. Your honor, the Prosecution is bribing the witness."

OOC: Ok... that was a joke, let me put the real cross examination together in a minute.

 

Jack felt his hair being knotted by Luxord, and he guessed it was not a sign of affection. Brain working fast, Jack figured that he was going to loose half his hair, so he might as well incriminate the Fax cord. Jack dashed towards the bailiff, the intuitive piratical knowledge of explosives giving him a timer.

3... 5 meters away...

2... 3 meters away...

1... 1 meter away...

Jack did a flying leap, catching the bailiff full in the face with a lock of hair...

BOOM!
fire ripped out from the tag, burning everything around it. Jack kept his cool, flicking out a knife he sliced away the burning hair in one fluid motion and hurled the dagger at Luxord. "He did it! He put a tag in my hair!" Jack yelled, pointing at Luxord. Hopefully the bailiff would realize Jack had not engineered the plan himself, and it was Luxord who put the tag in his hair. He must be feeling pretty angry, Jack reasoned.

"OBjECTION!"

Pika_power stood up, pointing dramatically. If only I had longer arms... he thought wistfully.

"Your honour, Jack suffers from nerves, as he has already told you. This caused him to make a false testimony until we managed to calm him with gold. I am sure that the gold was not a bribe, but a means for Jack to be able to testify. Also, the first testimonies you heard seemed to be rather strange on all accounts. Meeting a Lizard? Setting up a sale? BEING GIVEN A BONER BY A FAXCORD?! How many of these comments seem legible? You have no proof that Jack was even talking about the case we were. Furthermore, being on the witness stand is very pressurizing. Sometimes people need multiple attempts to get the story right. The gold was a calming method, nothing more. Like someone drinking coffee to last the day in court."

Pika_power sat, his mental lawyery keyblade fending off attacks.

 

Luxord flashes a smile.
Even though a dagger is headed straight for between his eyes.
Won't catch me that easily...

The card now lie in complete ruin,
burned and totally unrecognizable to his own signature cards.

But now was not the moment to draw about the card,
now was the time to make an affront on Jack's attempt on "Faxcord's" life.

He instantly stops time,
the dagger stopping,
suspended only inches from his face.

Calmly he walks away from it's firing point,
and calmly waltzes to the back of Jack,
also frozen in time.

He continues the time stream,
the dagger landing inches away from Jalex's face.

Luxord calmly taps on Jack's shoulder from the back.
"I would hazzard to justify on the affront of mine andst my law attorney's life."
He says with triumphant sound,
pointing accusingly at the dagger,
half caught in the wooden table,
stuck hard in the auburny.

Jack would have no physical evidence of Luxord's attempt at merely ctahing fire,
to said pirate's hair.

However, Jack would no doubt have rum in the strands of his hair,
a simple test would check,
and the mere presence of Axel would soon catch nigh anything flammable,
to start it's burn.

And Jack's actions were seen throughout the entire court room,
it looks like the snazzy dressed Poket Monster has lost one witness.

And the law stood,
since one of his crimes was perjury,
It would take two lying witnesses,
or one witness telling the truth,
to affront him of Perjury.

There was always the chance of Elzabeth and Willaim taking the stand,
but they knew very little of his crimes, but were quite intelligble.

Jack knew next to nothing of his crimes as well....
But his Intelligence level was up to Verbinsk, Elliot, and Russo.

And yes, Luxord can stop time.

You just don't know it becuase everyone plays as Sora,
and Sora is as well affected by Luxord's mainstream powers,
so you wouldn't be able to notice.

And yes,
I know I broke the fourth wall bring the two writers and Director of PoC into this,
but it's funny...xD

 

jack grinned. "Check the knife, Luxy. Only the side is sharp. The point is purely blunt." So saying Jack plucked the knife from its slot in the wood, and ran the point across his own neck. No blood. "Now, if I am correct matey, you are in big trouble. Savvy?"

Pika_power groaned. Just his luck. The org was still attacking people. Perhaps Luxord was more dangerous than he suspected.

"Objection." He said wearily. "Jack threw the knife in self defense. No harm came to Luxord, and the end is completly blunt. What's more, we have reputable witnesses to the crime. There is 150, who can sense anything that goes on, I suspect the bailiff has this ability too. Tron has managed to hijack the security system, as was shown when he yelled about Stitch in the toilet. I am sure he has video evidence of what really happened."
Pika_power sat, exhausted. This was almost worse than that time a kid decided to try to complete pokemon Yellow in under 10 hours, nonstop. He needed something to keep him going. Pika_power eyed the coffee on Harvey's desk. 'psst, Harvey, can you get me one of them?'

 

Luxord acts surprised for a moment,
but merely scoffs off the Pirate's actions without hesitation.
"Bravo, Mr. Sparrow."
He says clapping his hands together,
still standing in the middle of the court room floor.

He claps slowly,
and deliberately,
not siftly and sloppily,
suggesting no real intentions of fortitude of Jack's Actions.

 

Jack scowled, then got an idea. bowing low to Luxord, he said smoothly "I thank you for your kind words, Mr. Luxord. I can only hope you will be so graceful when you receive your sentence."

 

Luxord flashes another smile.
Caught.

He encircles Jack,
trying to intimidate him.

"Strange,"
He says elongated.
"I remember you being a bit taller, Mr. Sparrow."

He scoffs,
"I also remember the fact you always correct people by saying Captain Jack Sparrow...."
He says accusingly.
"Am I correct, Mr. Douglas?"
He reaches into his Coat pocket for some identity papers.

 

Jack smiled a shark's grin, responding to the challenge. "Correct matey, I am Captain Jack Sparrow. But the topic isn't me, now is it? Nay. I believe the topic was your own pretty little head. I wonder, what sort of sentence might you get? What sort of fanfiction will you have to do?" Jack let out a smooth, intimidating hiss. "And for the record," Jack whispered menacingly "I am taller than you"

 

"Pfft," was all Zack said. Explosions? Only a nuisance. Time abilities? The guy wasn't bad, he'd give him that much. But after wielding the Time Elemental and facing against it, his body had absorbed the chrono ions of the timestream, allowing the time displacement effects on him to be negated. He didn't move because he was affected by Luxord's "Pseudo Time-Stop," he just didn't see any point. The knife was obviously not going to hit. The judge wouldn't have allowed any actual deaths in the courtroom. And Zack knew full well it was Luxord's card that caused the explosion. Let the amateur play his little game. Zack's Backstep and Hypertime trumped Luxord's powers. Besides, the guy had moxie. He just hoped he wouldn't start blaring out Shakespeare quotes. If that happened, all bets were off.

Naminé had pulled Roxas to the locker rooms like she planned. She set his body outside a bathroom stall and brought Kairi's purse in with her. After a few seconds, she came out again, with no outside visible changes. Naminé then proceeded to drag him to the showers and turned the faucets on full blast. "Strip," was all Naminé said, her face blank as she stared at Roxas with an unflinching, serious stare. She figured if Roxas wasn't going to clean up after himself, she'd have to take on an "older sister" role and force him to. What girl would want to go out (let alone kiss) with a guy who had bad hygiene?

Kairi didn't know what to make of the past few minutes. An explosion in the bailiff's face, a boomerang knife...

She hoped Roxas wouldn't give Naminé any trouble. But just in case, she made sure to pack some spare clothes inside of her purse. Including a one-piece swimsuit for Naminé to wear underneath her dress in case Roxas got any funny ideas.
