OOC: Well said, Erkz...darn expensive free paopu fruit!

Harvey listened to the charges. Things were moving on now. He did ponder why the Judge had this fascination with giving these bizarre assignments...but at the same time, his job was to prosecute these people and make sure justice was served. If that was the Judge's justice...well, that was it! He scrambled through his papers preparing for the next case. From here on out it would depend who was being called up and it was going to be a tougher fight in one sense because the charges for other members mostly were not quite as heinous.

He did ponder though if this fanfic wouldn't ruin the mind of Marluxia who would then move next to Pika Power and become a serial killer...well, he wasn't going to mention this amusing thought to his little yellow buddy!

Sora looked at Pika in somewhat of a confused state. "I really don't know the answer to that. I just hope he's going to be okay...but the thought of what you said is funny." Sora chuckled amiably after listening to the charges and responding to Pika. He had no idea how bad this fanfic was, but at least Marluxia was found guilty of things. Maybe he'd be a better person afterwards. Sora wasn't sure he could be at this point, but he had to hope.

Riku listened to the charges and the verdict. This judge was on top of things...but wha tthe heck was Shounen-Ai? The Pokemon had asked first so he wouldn't repeat the inquiry. Also it was 'mature rated'. This was curious indeed. Riku took out his phone and started typing in the search engine Shounen-Ai...curiosity killed the cat, so the saying goes. ... A moment later he blinked. "Oh...kay...he'll either love that or hate it." >.>

Repliku was silent as he heard the charges and nodded to himself. He glanced over at the person who had sat down beside him a moment but then turned back to face front. Was Vexen next or were they going in order? Oh, he hoped Vexen was next but had a feeling somehow he was going to be screwed to have to sit through all the way till Vexen's number came up...Oh evil day.

 

Axel couldn't help but burst out laughing upon hearing Marluxia's sentence. He slammed his fist on the wooden railing over and over, laughing like an idiot, only pausing to let the his cramped stomach relax, then immediately returning back to his laughter. Rated M-Fanfic, and Shounen-Ai. . . Axel was genuinely interested in reading what Marluxia would be writing, along with Larxene's story of course. Axel loved this judge, and his bizarre punishments, and it made him wonder what his punishment would be.

 

OOC - Ah! Another one makes the mistake. Writing? Oh no. Not so simple. They're going to LIVE those fanfics. Hence the whole "Turning into cards then getting FedEx'd to the Fanfic Realm" thing. :3

The judge turned to stare at the spikey-haired red-head. Seeing Axel burst out laughing like that in turn caused the judge himself to have a giggle fit at the red-head's reaction. He sighed. At least there was one person who was whole-heartedly enjoying this whole experience. Oh wait, Nobodies didn't have...

He shook his head. Such a puzzling world this way.

 

Almost sensing what Repliku was thinking, 150 murmured "Only a bit longer... We are going in order."

Pika_power looked around him, looking at the laughter on people's faces. Tugging at Sora's shirt, he asked "What is shonen ai?" Seeing that he clearly was not going to get an answer, he walked to the bailiff. "Look, I know we got off to a rough start, but I have a favour to ask. You do sort of owe me, and I am sure everyone would like it." Bending closer, he whispered in the bailiff's ear "Can you rig a live video feed from the realm of fanfiction? I want to see the punishments!"

OoC: If we implement Pika_power's idea, we will have something for the org owners to do in their spare time.

Axel wiped the tear off his his eyes from laughing non-stop. Maybe it was the caffeine working him. He cleared his throat to regain his posture and leaned back on his chair, still smirking and grinning. Elbowing Demyx next to him, who was amazingly quiet this entire time, he asked, "Hey what do you think your punishment will be?"
However overhearing Mr. Power's question, Axel took it upon himself to yell it out across the room. "Shonen-ai is a term that is applied to anime or manga that deals with love between young men!"

ooc: Well I got bored of waiting for permission, so I'll just jump in~​

The 14 year old girl walked in carrying a bag containg a pad of paper, her favorite box of Prismacolor pencils, and a package of Chips Ahoy!. She was wearing her favorite dark blue sparkly jeans and aqua tank top. Hey, it was comfortable! Her long, brown hair was hidden in a ponytail with a few strands falling in her face. Her ocean blue eyes looked around the courtroom. She saw the room pretty much split in half with the Organization on one side, Sora and friends on the other. Then, she noticed the sleeping Demyx. "One DDR all-nighter too many, huh?" she chuckled quietly to herself, as she sat down behind the snoozing nocturne to wake him up.

Demyx wasn't quite sure where he was. He was just walking around randomly. Suddenly, he saw something. A castle, maybe? This was nothing like TWTNW castle... This castle was made entirely out of... Cookies?!? His eyes lit up as he ran toward this seemingly magical castle. He had reached the door and was about to knock when suddenly he felt someone poking him.
"-up sleepyhead!"

"Wake up sleepyhead!" she said as she started poking Demyx. "Come on!"

"Huh? What? How many cookies?!?" he almost yelled as he woke up. "Oh, um, hi there!"
How he managed to sleep through all the chaos and noise, and yet this random chickie could wake him up so quickly, we will never know.

She smiled. "Hi~" she gave a tiny wave. "My name's Denise."

He smiled, then realized Axel had said something. "What?"​

 

Zack casually took the card of Marluxia and chuckled slightly at the expression of the gay princess on it. "The snarl brings out your hair," he muttered. Going into the backroom, he was about to do what he did to Larxene and snail mail it, but then stopped. There had to be a more entertaining way to send Marluxia to the realm of Fan-Fiction. Zack pondered for a bit. Then he remembered. He was Bass-incarnate. The powers of chaos were his to control! So he did what he could've done in the first place.

He scanned and duplicated Marluxia's card. Then using his Net capabilities and put Marluxia's duplicate cards up on E-Bay. The bids skyrocketed within five minutes from devious fangirls...

Twenty-five minutes later, Zack had acquired over 315,000 munny in his bank account and had sent the duplicates on their way to the highest bidders. Then remembering that he still had to send the real Marluxia card out, he put the Graceful Assassin in a KH:TCG deck and shipped the entire box to the Fan-Fiction realm.

Feeling pretty cocky that he had just made some munny on the side, he walked out casually back into the courtroom with his usual gruff demeanor as not to draw attention.

That's when the little yellow furball got in his face and demanded the live video feed. Zack glared at him. "I owe you? For what exactly?" However, as much as he hated to admit it, the request was reasonable. He walked up to both the prosecution and the defense's tables and slammed his fist into their surfaces. Before anyone could ask, he walked over to the audience booths and slammed his fists into both sides. Hidden panels opened up, revealing holo-screen projectors that began displaying Larxene's and Marluxia's status. "It's a one-way feed. The executed cannot see or hear what's going on outside the Fan-Fiction realm."

And with that, the 18 year-old walked back to his post, puckered his lips at Denise in a flirtatious gesture and then resumed his menacing scowl toward the courtroom.

 

OOC: Ok... I'm glad that all the bitter feelings were vented out. I think the main reason the courtroom got stale was because of the fact that the last two cases too place withing one building. These next two cases take place elsewhere, so more different witnesses will be called. Lets keep it going... the thought of a drunken Jack testifying is funnier than Yanni taking the witness stand.

Mr. Xelax folded his arms. He was a bit dissapointed that he lost another case. And Marluxia was sent to do what kind of fan fiction? Something to do about man love according to Axel. Wasn't that cruel and unusuall punishment. Oh well... maybe he might actually enjoy it. I mean, Marluxia doesn't seem the type... but there is that pink hair.

Edgeworth was somewhat pleased. Only he wonded how the child abuse charge going through would affect the Defense's strategy. He tried to warn the prosecution to double check the court record to make sure that no charges went through that could be regretted later on. The prosecution proved that nobodies had emotions by letting that charge go through, and now the defense had another tool.

 

Harvey shook his head. He was not sure what Edgeworth was getting on with the way Child Abuse worked. Regardless, Namine was purely not a normal Nobody, and neither was Roxas by the accounts of DiZ himself. The only way he saw anything could be used was when they got to Demyx, which Demyx was not an abnormal Nobody and nor could he claim to have been 'child abused'. Harvey though would go through things because the guy was enigmatic and just had a presence to him so he figured he better think on things. While awaiting the next case, he'd be brushing up and pondering as he went through records.

Repliku frowned. "Ah well" he mumbled and put the paper in his pocket again. He would have to be patient. This was hard for him at times. His life had been so short that at times he pondered just how much time he actually had of life before it might be extinguished again. He sat back in his seat to await what would transpire next.

Sora watched as a new girl entered the scene. She seemed nice enough and accused Demyx of too much DDR. He gave a chuckle.

 

The Demon Prosecutor was suprised. It seemed as if Harvey Birdman was able to read people really well. Almost too well. He reminised of only one person whom he knew who could read people better. It was a scary thought... Seeing him go up against the defense certainly was entertaining. The intensity built up. He folded his arms and tapped his finger, impatiently awaiting Luxords case. Then he noticed...

"Dammit!" he exclaimed outloud.

He had taco sauce on his sleeve. He looked around hoping no one noticed his sudden yell.

 

Naminé's eyes widened at Edgeworth's outburst. 'He must've finally realized the taco sauce,' she thought. Then she noticed Harvey was staring at him with a piercing glare. 'Is he...reading his mind?' She shook her head. It reminded her of when Edgeworth did the exact same thing to Phoenix years ago. She giggled slightly to herself.

Kairi didn't know what Naminé thought was so funny, but she was a bit disgusted with the bailiff's attempts to woo the girls of the courtroom. 'Yup, he really DOES need to get laid,' she thought to herself. Then she noticed the new girl over near Demyx. She looked pretty friendly with Demyx. 'Must be another fan-girl.' Kairi did a double take. 'Wait...I thought fan-girls weren't allowed in the courtroom...' She took note of the items she was carrying. 'Huh...must be the new court sternographer...'

 

"I said, what do you think you'll be punished with?" Axel repeated his question to Demyx, turning towards the boy. "Huh? Oh, hi person!" He waved to the new young girl who had so casually come into the room and took a seat among the Organization. Very bold. He smirked, that such a young girl as herself wasn't actually intimate by the "oh so evil Organization XIII". "I'm Axel. A-X-E-L. Axel. Got it memorized?"
It was obvious that it was time to move onto the next case, but he wondered, considering that Janexna had slipped into silence again, would they wait for her, or just move on?

 

"I dunno... I never really thought about it... So who are we on now?"
he asked, randomly changing the subject.

Denise ignored the flirtatious baliff. She noticed Axel greeting her. I'm not two, I know how to spell... she thought, but instead she answered "Yeah, I'm pretty sure I can remember that..."​

 

"Uhh. . . well we just sent flower power to his doom in the Fanfic realm, so I suppose that it's our favorite gambler's turn." He smirked. Looking at the witnesses on the opposite side, and seeing the current condition of Captain Jack Sparrow, Axel grinned. This was going to be interesting. Maybe Luxord will get off easy thanks to Jack Sparrow.
Turning his attention back to the two, he spoke again.“Er. Right. So what are you supposed to be?” He asked her. He wondered why there was a 14-year-old girl suddenly walking into the courtroom, now, after two cases, looking important. Nudging at Demyx with his elbow, he asked music boy in a low whisper, “You know her? Oh no Demyx, don't tell me you're dating her.”

 

Sora blinked at Kairi. "They don't allow fangirls? I think it must be excused if they have a job here, maybe?"

"Well, now there's an Axel and Larxene fangirl and a Demyx fangirl with jobs. I totally lucked out this time. No me fangirls." Riku was so grateful. There would be no bad fanfics of him to read! No fangirls chasing him...it was almost pleasant, though sometimes when bored, any attention was wanted.

"Aww, man...they are going in order of number. That means I have to wait until um...number 4?" This was totally ruining his plans. He was going to need to think of something to entertain himself until that happened. He didn't know many of the other Org members now so he didn't have a problem with them or really care at all what happened to them. The punishments didn't seem that bad anyway. So, he glanced around looking for something entertaining to do.

 

The yellow pokemon sat at the desk, looking at the pictures of Larxane in the Fanfiction realm. He grinned. Pure gold. Turning his attention to the birdman, he laid out the battle plan. "Okay, first, you can interview Jack Sparrow, then I will do Sora, okay?"

 

Demyx blushed. "Uh, no! I only just met her like a minute ago!" Although she is kinda cute... But wait! She's a fangirl, right?

She didn't hear Axel's question, otherwise she probably would have blushed as well. "I draw stuff. Like, the court proceedings and such." As she took another quick glance around the courtroom, she realized something. "I'm the youngest one here, aren't I?"​

 

“Sure, Demyx. . . Whatever you say.†Grinned Axel, raising an eyebrow at his response and reaction. Axel had noticed the way Demyx eyed the girl— well she was cute, but maybe a little too young for him. “Ask her out!†He whispered, nudging at Demyx once more, “She just might say yes. She IS a fangirl. Write her a song. I'm sure you'll make her day.â€
Giving a small chuckle he leaned forward and rested his elbow on the railing, to have a better look at the girl. . . Wait, what was her name again?
“What was your name again?†He repeated himself no sooner had the thought come into his head, literally cutting her off as she'd barely begun to explain what her purpose was in the courtroom. “Ah, oops. Sorry 'bout that.†He scratched his neck, giving her an awkward smile. “So you just keep track of the cases, huh? That's a pretty serious job for such a young girl— yeah, you are the youngest in the court. . . except for that baby over there.†He pointed to one of the spectators seated in the back, a woman holding a small child. “Yep, otherwise, you are the youngest.â

 

"I am not sure who is supposed to call someone up yet, but yes, I will go ahead and speak to Jack when that is decided." Harvey still sifted through papers thoughtfully, and peered over his whole bunch of them in front of him. He then took a bunch, stuffed them in the suitcase..having to have Avenger sit on it to close the suitcase once filled.

 

OOC: Its usually the Prosecution who calls forth the witnesses. Towards the end, if the Defense wished to call someone, then they get their chance.

They usually don't need any permision from the judge... Unless its the second time they call the witness.
