OOC: Its up to the judge if there is going to be a jury or not...

Destiny: The way the charges are carried out is up to the prosecution, and the flow of the trial is managed by the judge.

BIC:
Xelax turned over to his associate defence attorney. "Janexna, I understand your eagerness, but the weapons charges are an easy drop. No need to start drilling that deep into canon yet. Save it for the cross examination. In the meantime, lets listen to what Sora has to say, he is thier 'star witness' afterall."
OOC: I will update the initial post now Make sure to put this at the begining of the testimony...

 

Ooc: Understood. But Pika DID bring it up, though.

Sora slowly roused himself and slowly walked towards the stand. Pika_power started twiddling his paws aimlessly, slowly working up electricity. Without warning, a jolt flew out and hit Sora, knocking him backward, into the stands, unconsious.

The pokemon jumped up immediately. "Don't worry!" He said hastily, my partner will be here soon, he will be able to heal Sora!"

The pikachu then slumped in his chair, thinking good pokegods, I need to control my power, I am out of practice. What am I; A pichu?!

OoC: A cookie for anyone who remembers the pokegods.

 

OOC: Lugia and Mew[two]??? O.o thats all I know... or I got both wrong and phail at life. =O

 

OOC: The Pokemon were Togepi, Bellossom, Ampharos, Slowking, Lugia, Ho-oh and Marril (AKA: Pikablu). :)

 

OoC: Nah, pokegods go way back to the time of RBY. They were apparently glitch pokemon that you had to do all sorts of weird things to get. It was really quite funny. All sorts of rumours about having to take a glitch blocking chip out of your RBY cartridge. Those were the days.

 

OOC: Oh yeah, you mean like the elemental evolutions of Pikachu and MissingNo., right?

 

OoC: Yeah, like that. I think one was the fourth evo of charizard. They didn't exist, but like Pikablu, they were pretty well known.

While the pokemon you mentioned caused confusion, they were real. The pokegods were completely fake.

Now, are you planning on making Kairi react to Sora being shocked?

 

OOC: Um... why are we talking about Pokemon? Also, Pika_power, what you did is called god modding... you could say that you shocked him, but only Repliku could type his reaction according to RP rules. I'm sure Repliku probably would not mind, but I'm just letting you know the rules, since you are new and all.

By the way, the Poke Gods are Mewtwo, Mew, Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno... at least in the original RBY versions.

BIC:
Xelax was somwhat suprised that Sora was attacked by the prosecution, especially because he was a witness for the prosecution. "Wow... if I gotta go against someone that cruel, I'm in for some trouble."

 

Unfortunately for Sora, Kairi had coincidentally noticed her cell phone go off on vibrate and completely missed him getting electrocuted. So, she was utterly confused when the audience began muttering their disapproval of how the witnesses were being treated. "What...did something just happen?" The only thing she could make out was Sora's smoldering form and sparks flying from the defense's cheeks.

She sighed and rolled her eyes. "I hope the sprinkling system isn't too overly sensitive."

 

Xelax screamed out with his cords of steel he learned from a self help tape made by Apollo Justice.

"The defense is obviosly threatening and intimidating the witness!! I believe this will bias his testimony, so we should hearby drop some charges, being that Sora is thier primary witness." Xelax paused for a moment, letting it sink in. Hoping the judge will take note of what just happened.

"Unless, the defense convienyently has another witness to testify against Miss Larxene?" He smirked, almost as if showing his firm opinion that he could easily win this case. It was mainly a bluff though, deep down inside he was terrified.

 

OOC: Um, guys? Are you really sure Repliku even KNOWS we're doing this? Because he's been online for an hour and I haven't seem him glance this way at all...

Namine finally finished taking her "porcelain cruise" and began heading back to the courtroom. That's when she noticed the lights flickering on and off. Thinking that something was up, she rushed straight for the doors.

 

Now that she had calmed down, she thought over what the judge said, and he did in fact, ask the prosecution. However, she didn't know what the case was at this moment, which was why she was lost. She also didn't know what she was defending against anymore, since the charge was Possession and use of weapons without a license. That not did not include...oh. Janexna bit her lip as she might've found a hole, however, she heard Sora come up to testify against Larxene? That was another hole in itself. Yet, before she could do anything, she felt a familiar voice ask for a Skittle, and she froze. OMG. OMG. She knew that voice. Turning around slowly, her eyes caught upon the redhead that she loved so much, and her eyes widened, just...staring, her eyes glinting in glee. ZOMG! He's hotter in person! If that was even possible! Squeeeeeeeeee!

Her hands went to hair again and her face, wondering if she looked good, until she forgot that he had asked for a blue Skittle. Blue skittle....she looked at her Original Skittles bag, and found that it didn't have any blue. Wait. The Tropical version had some blue. She wasn't planning to open it now until she finished the other one, but hell, IT WAS AXEL. Smiling at him, she dug into her purse blindly as her focus was on him, grasping one of the many bags in her hand, and took out what she was searching for. Opening it without concentration, she simply gave the whole bag to Axel frantically. "Here! You can take it all! Cause you're sexy."

Her body was almost jumping in anticipation, as if she wanted to jump on him, though resisting nervously. Do not glomp. Do not glomp. Do not glomp. Do not glomp. Do not-

She then listened to Xelax, and then remembered that she was in court. Frowning, she gave one last longing look at Axel...upon a few more minutes, before reluctantly nodding to her partner, and gazing ahead. But OMG. He was behind her. Yay! Happy now more than ever, she stood up giddily, getting back to her job with a grin, this time, super excited. She had missed most of what happened, all there was the crowd mumbling in protest and seeing Sora...spark. "Your Honor, in due time when he wakes up, I would have to deny Sora coming up the stand any longer to counter against Larxene, or Marluxia, due to the fact that he does not remember Castle Oblivion, and therefore, does not remember the titled Savage Nymph. In other words, Sir, he cannot be counted as a 'witness'."

Larxene just looked with disgust as the girl...what was her name? As Janexna, was practically on top of him, and even if she was defending her, the whole drooling over Axel was irritating. Great. The defendant just had to be a fangirl. She was about to electrocute the pest to get away hard, until she got reminded about her professional work by her partner. Getting more comfortable in her seat as she glowered at everyone in the court room now that the problem was solved, not even wanting to be here, she listened to Janexna's objection, considering she was chosen. God, why couldn't Marluxia go first? He was the Lord, after all. She eyed the pink haired man at this,who sat next to her by number, though his expression was a complete blank. Either way, the faster this goes, the faster she'll get out of this dump.

At least she was entertained by Sora getting a piece of lightning to knock him unconscious, and she smiled in satisfaction. She could've done that willingly though, might gear the kid's brain to start working up his low IQs.

 

OOC: Oh hey.. Then I'd gotten 3 right! ^_^ *dances*


Xigbar had been all but silently watching all the comotion that had been taking place in the courtroom all along. Not to mention how intrigued he was over how the Judge had completely missed all the exchange of threats and 'attacks' on the witnesses over and over. The order in his court had seemed have disappeared a while back. He'd been sitting on one of the chairs reserved for them, just a few chair's away from where the redhead was sitting. He sat with is hand on his lips and legs crossed, looking like a gentleman. He had to make a good impression, this after all was a courtroom and he was on trial. First impressions counted here. Though he kept his mouth shut for the most part, unfortunately he couldn't help but laugh at the smoldering Sora after the Pikachu had shocked him. He held back the laughter, but a loud snort managed to leave his nostrils.

 

Kairi didn't know what to make of the tall blonde with the antennae sticking out of her head. She reminded her of a Shadow Heartless for some odd reason. The way she carried herself seemed to radiate with arrogance and power. There just seemed to be something she didn't like about this woman, but Kairi couldn't quite put her finger on it.

Their eyes eventually met and Kairi suddenly felt a slight twinge of anger flow through her. She eventually broke her gaze due to Naminé taking her seat right next to her.

"So what'd I miss?" Naminé asked.

Kairi shrugged. "To be honest, I have absolutely no idea."

That's when Naminé noticed Larxene. Her eyes narrowed as she glared at the Savage Nymph.

Kairi noticed Naminé's expression and leaned toward her whispering, "You know her?"

Naminé gave a curt nod. "She's that sadistic $%*#@ that used to torment me in Castle Oblivion."

Kairi gave Naminé a pitying look. "Well, she can't be completely bad..."

"She's also one of the people that toyed with Sora while I was being forced to redo his Chain of Memories," Naminé added grimly.

Kairi's eyes widened in shock. "You mean to tell me that Sora was actually losing? To her?"

Naminé nodded again.

Kairi shook her head. "As much as I'd like to believe you, I've got to see her personality for myself."

 

OOC: Funny. That's completely out of character for Naminé. If this isn't going to follow Naminé's real thoughts on the matter, I don't know how this is going to work, considering she never expressed any hate or ill-will to the Organization members. Even after Castle Oblivion.

 

OOC: I don't know. I was asked to play her like I always do and that's how I imagine her to be. And the expression she has on her face when they face Saix doesn't seem too pleased with him, so I imagine there's at least some slight disapproving feelings toward him. Not to mention since she merged back with Kairi (but split for this particular occassion) she has her heart back, so she's got the full range of emotions in her.

 

OoC: I know I god modded... I did write something out about it, but then accidentally deleted it, and forgot to restore it.

I only did it to give a reason for Sora needing Repliku, as DF already had said Sora was there.

 

Axel stared at the baffled and excited woman in amusement as she stated at him as if in shock. Her hand spontaneously went for her hair and face, giving it a quick fix. Then suddenly reaching into her purse, searching for something blindly as he eyes never really left his face. He'd only asked for a skittle. If she didn't have a blue, then he'd happily had settled for a red one, but before he could speak up she pulled out a tropical bag of Skittles and stuffed the entire thing in his hands in the excitement.

"Here! You can take it all! Cause you're sexy."

“Er... O-Ok... Thank you.†He replied, accepting the whole bag of Skittles from Janexna with a raised eyebrow. Sexy huh? He thought, not that he minded of course. He gave her grin and a wink before leaning back on his chair. She, on the other hand, still continued to stare at him... almost in anticipation. Her hands and shoulders twitched slightly, clear signs they were, it was obvious she withheld her desires to literally jump at him, until thankfully she was distracted from him by the call of her partner. Axel was almost afraid... no, not because of Janexna's sudden future leap, which was sure to come if Xelax hadn't called her, no, it was because of the stare of doom he was receiving from the other woman seated only three seats away from him. Clearing his throat, he wiped the smile off his face and relaxed in his chair, now munching his new bag of skittles, still eyeing the blonde woman at his right through his peripheral vision. He continued to observe the happenings of the courtroom, and slightly straightened up on his chair, concentrating on the blond as hers name was brought up, her turn to be tried. He now, waiting in anticipation, flung a blue skittle into his out, only to choke on it when Sora was electrocuted by the Pikachu. Good, good, he thought. If the prosecutor himself wiped out his own witnesses, then this case would only be a breeze. It seemed that everyone had enjoyed the fact that Sora was hit by the spark, knocking him unconscious. Larxene seemed to be enjoying herself as well, and the snorted laughter of Xigbar was loud and clear. But what amused him most was Janexna at the moment. She'd brought up a very good fact indeed. If it was allowed, he'd definitely have applauded for her clever little ascertainment. He happily threw in another skittle in his mouth. Yep... a breeze.

 

Pika_power almost fainted when he saw his precious bag of skittles disappear. Now I know how that other Pikachu felt with its ketchup bottle... thought Pika_power morosely. He was downhearted, and alone. His partner was still not there, and he had just electrocuted his prize witness.
