~~*Organzation XIII goes to court*~~

Xelax noticed Axel walk in... "Hey, um... could you stand here for a minute?" He pointed directly at the spot where he was standing as he stepped aside. "I kinda gotta go somewhere, and I don't want anyone to notice. Since we look the same with our hoods... maybe no one would notice." He kept casting nervous glance over towards the mysterious man...

 

"Hmm?" Axel heard Xelax calling him, and took a quick glance back at the man. "Er. . . NOW?"
He attemted to gesture at the sleeping Roxas in his arms, he was a little preocupied at the moment, however he did wish he could do what Xelax was asking for, he wouldn't have minded of course. He'd have no problem with doing Xelax a little favor, but here was Roxas in his arms, unconscious and wasted, and there was Xelax wanting him to take his place for a brief moment. What should he do?

 

Xelax didn't notice what happened to Roxas... "What happened..." he leaned forward really closely and whispered in his ear... "you didn't kill him did you?" he was his lawyer after all... he should be amounst the first to know.

 

OOC: Doh, forgot harvey's thing...too fast with the button. sorry i have to edit.

Repliku looked over at Axel and Roxas ...and boy did that look suggestive to him, what Axel was doing and Roxas was all drugged out or something. "...and you were mentioning fanfics...maybe they exist for a purpose after all." He wished suddenly he had a camera to take a picture or something. It sucked being a clone with no possessions but a sword and dark mode and the clothes he wore. Why didn't Vexen give him a darn camera phone!

He glanced over at Xelax curiously after and then back at Roxas and Axel...who were still in a compromising position.

Harvey shrugged. "Well, just who are you then? And why order people to remain here only if that is your intent? If we are making mistakes, I would think we'd like to know -before- we proceed further and if there is some worry of outside influence, well, I'd like to know too. Are you suggesting we all not leave the building or this room?"

 

Roxas felt a strange taste in his mouth. Quite refreshing, when compared to the rum... Then the heat hit. Sitting upright, he grabbed onto Xelax and started shouting incoherently "Axel! What have you done to my tuo- I mean tunh-" Roxas gave up, and blurted out "mouth! There is a hole in my mouth! AXEL! I thought we were friends! Why have you ripped out my taste?! It buuurns!"

Roxas fell to his knees, clasping Xelax's cloak, tugging it hard, begging. "Please Axel, make it stop! It hurts! My head hurts, my mouth hurts, my feet are numb, Axel, please! I don't like it!" Roxas gave the cloak an extra hard tug, almost pulling it off.

 

Riku just lofted a brow at Axel and Roxas. "This is definitely not helping your image." This was all he could even think to say as he was listening to the trench coat dude as well.

 

OOC: Me and Erkz know who this guy is. I'd tell you, but I'm waiting for ICSP's okay.

Kairi sat down and started chewing on her Cheesy Gordita Crunch...almost seductively. The way the cheese seemed to drip from her mouth was almost mesmerizing...And the way she moaned silently from the pleasure of finally eating real food would've had almost any guy drool with lust. Of course, she was completely oblivious to the fact. She was just hungry and didn't care what anyone else thought.

After polishing it off with a sip from her 64. oz Baja Blast, she wiped her mouth with a napkin and looked up at Sora. "You think we should take this to go? I don't think these Grande Meals are going to last that long." She licked her lips in thought. "Do you think I should buy a couple more Grande Meals for the Organization and the lawyers? I know they're supposed to be off limits, but even they have to eat too, right?"

 

OoC: By any chance is he in one of ICSP's fanfics?

 

OOC: this is hilarious!

Sora munched down his food rapidly. Then he looked at Kairi who just looked so unintentionally seductive. "You're so pretty" he mumbled and then blinked as she spoke. "Oh, yeah, right. I bet that would make them all happy! We should definitely buy them all some food."

Repliku snerked. "Oh yeah, I got it memorized." He could just not help the grin of high amusement as Axel continued to make it worse and Roxas dragging on his cloak was not helping any. The smell of Roxas's liquor was spreading through the air and Repliku rubbed his nose. "You had to get him really drunk to get him all over you too."

FACK. He walked right into that one, didn't he?
"Why thank you for your. . . insight, but this is merely me helping my best friend. Got it memorized?" He spat at duplicate. Axel's eye twitched as Repliku continued to stare at the two in amusement. Ugh. He really should watch his actions. Xelax however had a completely different thought. "NO! OF COURSE NOT! Why would you even think that!"
Though Xelax had barely asked him in a whisper, Axel replied his answer back to him in shout.
"Shut up Roxas! I'm over here! And snap the hell out it already!" He rubbed his face in his hands. This really was NOT his day, and Riku's comment really did not help at the moment. He actually felt like crying. What was happeing?
"And you shut up too!" Directing that to Repliku.

 

Xelax flinched back at Axels shout... "I just thought I'd ask..." he shook his head. "So... um... what are you going to do with him?" Then he overheard what Repliku had to say... "You didn't do that either, did you?" he narrowed his eyes at Axel... he was not a fan of Aku Roku.

 

The judge tapped his fingers as he considered it. Only he could think of making such a request. He fully realized with whom he was dealing with now, and why the person had been oozing that sense of familiarity at him. Having come to a conclusion, he sat up straight and looked at the "stranger".

"Sir, I see no reason to do so. If you fear for the safety of the lives of the multiple defendants, your worries are misplaced..." he said cooly. "Do you care to share your opinion on why I should do such a thing if that is not your concern?"

 

The man folded his arms and tilted his head back confidentaly.

"Well, your honor. I was assigned to a connected case, but since it appears I am unliked by my peer Mr. Birdman, I suppose I am quite connected, assuming there are no objections from him."

OOC: Seriously... its up to you Repliku... he has a big significance after the trial. If you deny him, I won't have any hard feelings... but if you accept him, you have to deal with the consequences. I promise he will have no more influence in anything until after every Org Members verdict if handed down if he does stay

 

OOC: This might cause some MAJOR SPOILERS for the ones who are just easing into the Ace Attorney series. *glances at Pyrɸmaniac*

BIC:

After hurling the entire contents of her stomach (which was just acid since she had just used the bathroom), Naminé looked up and suddenly realized who the man was. "Oh my...it's Miles Edgeworth." At the curious glances toward her, she added, "Legendary Prosecutor." She could finally make out the frill tucked in his front lapel(OOC: It's the guy in Erkz avatar) She took out Kairi's internet capable cell phone and quickly tried finding the information...

Then she realized that the keys were locked and only Kairi could unlock it.

Undaunted, she bounded toward the prosecution's desk, took back her drawing pad and a Pokedex that had been left lying there and pointed it at Edgeworth. Immediately, the device voiced out the information:

"Hmm..." She raised an eyebrow thoughtfully. "Interesting..."

Zack raised an eyebrow at Naminé's words. Miles Edgeworth? This stiff, uptight bum? He finally noticed the trademark frill poking out from underneath his black coat. Up close, he didn't seem like much of a threat. Not to mention the fact that he was interfering with this case even during the recess. If he was supposed to fear him...nope. Zack just felt utter annoyance toward him.

 

Mr. Edgeworth suddenly felt like he was being probed... he did not like it. It was weird since he saw nothing.

OOC: Goodnight everyone... Repliku I GTG. Ask DF for the plot I was thinking of before you make your decision. Sorry I have to leave in such a hurry.

 

OOC: Hey, now wait a freakin' minute. You didn't exactly tell me that much to begin with! :huh:

*shrugs* Meh, w/e. I know what he's planning, I'll tell you that much. But you'll have to PM me for the rest.

 

OOC: You guessed excatcly what I was thinking!

OOC: Well I hate to spoil something heh. So go for it.

Harvey shrugged. He wasn't sure what to make of this. He just did not want any bad repercussions out of it. "I leave it in your hands, Your Honor" he said to the Judge. "I still am not sure I see a reason to have everyone remain here after the trial, but if there is some cause, I would hope it would be told to us. As far as hearing this other information, I am willing to."

 

OOC: Oh, heck no. You've gotta be kidding me! If that happens, Kairi's bringing in her backup!

BIC: While Sora watched the rest of the food, Kairi got up and ordered about three more Grande Meals. After the order was finished (and pretty much pissed off the people on the food line) she took the bags and jerked her head at Sora to indicate that they should head back to the courtroom before the food got cold.

 

Roxas lept up, shouting at Xelax. "What the hell? Why are the two Axels? Fakes!" He spun on his foot, drawing the keyblades (recess was in play, weapons could be used) and ran at the two Axels, when he noticed the third mysterious man wearing the same coat. "Another one of you? Vexen must have done a lot of work!" He did a few thrusts at Xelax, missing around him, until finally landing a shot in the groin. He spun, and grabbed the real Axel's hair and swinging round on it to get momentium at Edgeworth. "Stop burning my head!" He yelled, dashing towards Edgeworth's back. He swung directly towards the persecutor's head, but by a stroke of good luck (Or drunkeness, take your pick) he only slashed the hood off the coat, revealing the demon's face.

Mewtwo looked at Edgeworth coldly. What place did he have in this court? Seeking out the pokemon Pika with his mind, he found it sleeping in a hand drier. Delivering a sharp shock to Pika_power's mind, he smiled.

Pika_power was having a nice snooze when his head started burning, then stopped. Realizing where he was, he jumped down from the heater. Shaking himself to return his fur to its normal shape, he marched out of the bathroom, into court. Into the face of an insane Roxas screaming about Axel clones. Thinking fast, Pika_power directed him into the toilet. "Oh yes, there are tons of clones there!". He watched Roxas run off, then turned back to the judge, to see him talking to Miles Edgeworth. The Pikachu was not happy, and he noticed no one (Except perhaps Zant) was wearing rubber gloves. "What the heck? You? I thought you were taking the hobbits to Isegaurd. Back already? In that case, bugger off. This is my case, I have no need to call on some sleep deprived maniac for help. I am having a bad day, as Zant over there" Pika_power shot a look at Zack "used me as a football, then I had to hitchhike on pidgy to get back here. So leave now, or I cannot promise that the guy with the big keys won't come back for another shot."

The pokemon turned away, dignified. He was blissfully unaware that the hand drier had set his tail on fire, making him look like a charmander cross breed.
