~~*Organzation XIII goes to court*~~

Naminé saw Repliku feigning sleep from afar. Yeah, she could tell. Having been through his head let her know his bluffs, no matter how minuscule. At the moment, it was seeing the eyeballs moving underneath the eyelids and the way his eyelashes were twitching slightly. She looked up to see the mysterious guy trying to ask for an audience with the judge. That immediately rang silent alarms in her head. No one knew this man's true intentions and if he were friend, foe or an unrelated third party. Plus there was something awfully familiar about him. But she couldn't put her finger on it...Finally she decided that if he had hostile intentions, she'd Mind Crush the guy...

...Then she remembered she no longer had her powers. Disappointed, she figured she might as well go up to the prosecution's desk and swipe the drawing pad that Pika_Power had swiped from her before this trial began...

 

Ah, sweet, sweet boredom. :D

A gigantic flame. . . The sound of girls screaming. . . Smoke raising up to the sky. . . Girls on their knees crying. . . Ashes floating and drifting in all directions by the swift winds, and Axel running in circles fluttering endless pieces of paper into the huge flame, laughing maniacally.
“Burn, baby burn!”
He kicked at the sand in elation as the rest of the papers coiled and turned to ashes in the bright flare. They were all gone! All of them! He continued to laugh manically while still running around in circles around the fire. With a mere snap the fire only grew bigger and the girls kneeling it let out a shrill cry to their demise, begging him to stop. All their work, all their fantasies, ruined, gone, destroyed! Axel stopped dancing for a moment, only to face the “dying” girls. His eye twitched as he observed them all, and he let out a boisterous laughter, jumping up and down, clapping and congratulating himself on the success of destroying all the “AxelX____” fanfics, along with any other yaoi fanfics. . . The fire burned bright, and Axel's eyes gleamed in its mighty glory, the glossy orbs clearly reflecting the 'flurry of the dancing flames'.
He watched the flame with exuberance as one of the girls came crawling to his feet, tugging at his coat. He looked at this girl, still grinning madly, his hand caressing her cheeks he whispered to her, “What's it like to see all your fantasies burn like hell?”
The girl looked at him in awe and despair, streaks of the wet tears on her plump cheeks glistening in the glow of the flame under his fingers. It seemed forever since she stared at him, and then she finally spoke, “Excuse me?”
Axel repeated himself once more, widening the grin, “I said, what's it like to see all your fantasies burn like hell?”
The girl returned a strange look to Axel, and she spoke once more. . . this time with a rather MANLY voice, “Umm. . . S-sir? Are, are you feeling okey?”
Axel was dumbfounded. What the freak? The sandy sore had suddenly melted away in front of his eyes, the large fire disappearing within a blink, and he found himself somewhere else.
“S-sir?”
Oh no. . . As soon as Axel snapped back to reality, he wished he hadn't. Taking a quick glance, he immediately knew that he was certainly not on some beach burning the fanfics, caressing some crying fangirl's cheeks asking her about how it felt to see her dreams being crushed, but rather in a crowded Café. However, though he might not have been on a beach caressing a girl, but he was most definitely caressing the cheeks of the poor barista—the male barista of the Café. With a quick yelp, he retracted his hands from the now scared and probably disturbed boy. “Gahh! My bad!”
All eyes in the Café were on him, and Axel blushed a bright red with embarrassment, literally matching his hair. Here he was trying to prove he wasn't gay, and now he finds himself caressing some boy's cheeks. Nice. . . very smooth. The boy only looked at Axel, almost in fear, stuttering when asking him what he wanted.
“D-double Espresso Shot. . . to go.” He mumbled to the boy. Axel had walked out of the courtroom, daydreaming about how he'd burn all the fanfics, not realizing when he's come into the Café, and well. . . the rest is history. Handing the barista his due, Axel stepped aside, waiting for his drink. He could feel the peering eyes in the room, the giggles and the not so silent mumbling.

 

150 glanced at the newcomer. Instantly he took an intense dislike to him. He could not place his finger on it, but there was something strange about this man. He dismissed the feeling. He could not allow himself to act illogically. Following a whim would certainly be illogical. Besides, what could he do? Instead he would content himself by listening in on the conversation between the judge and the black one.

Pika_power climbed out of the toilet seat, into the face of Goofy. the pokemon's face went bug-eyed, then lept out and started running. What would have happened if he looked up a minute later?

Roxas swooned out of the toilet, an arm around Jack Sparrow's shoulders, supportingly. The wobbled across the floor, grinning. They guided each other to their seats, clambering over Tron and grabbing pinnochio's nose for support.

Roxas lurched toward Namine, giving her a sloppy kiss. "hey Nanime, sack Jarrow's got this great stuff! It comes in a bottle and tastes strange, but it makes everything better. Try some!" Roxas drukenly grabbed a half empty bottle from Jack's pocket, and thrust it towards her, smiling from ear to ear.

Jack and Roxas coming out of a bathroom together... and both of them are drunk? Dear god man, what kind of mental images are you trying to provoke? *shudder*

Erkz's eyebrows hoisted themselves as he heard what the man said through the intercom on the bailiff's chest. He was amused and perturbed at the same time. One does not usually discuss a case with a judge unless they want something about the case changed. Well, whatever. Erkz sighed. It wasn't anything he couldn't handle. That, and there were two powerful psychics in the room. Even if anything were to happen, both Zack and Mewtwo would be aware of it. And he had to admit, he was somewhat interested in what this random bystander had to say so badly he'd actually think of discussing it with the judge.

He cracked a leering smile.

This case was full of surprises.

Roxas only has eyes for Namine. (possibly Axel, if the fangirls are to be believed)

Mewtwo saw the judge was about to get occupied, so quickly sent a metal message, to prevent the court case dying. "I request a deadline for Janexa to speak out in. We cannot wait for her to wake up forever. If she does not respond within a certain time frame, continue without her. We did so for Pika_power."

Speaking of Pika_power, where is he? Next up is Luxord, and we cannot try him if he is down a toilet...

 

Harvey walked back into the court room with his mug of coffee and sat down at the table, humming a little merry tune. Avenger landed on the table and all was good in lawyer land. He glanced over at the man who had decided to interrupt and not tell the lawyers things -before- the case or even during it, but instead went around the system entirely as if his statements were going to matter without valid proof. He wondered what it was that this man had to say that was skipped over so dramatically and what this man's motivations were for bothering to say them. Harvey would not mind a little unorthodox thought but at the same time, his presence was disturbing and if he thought he was going to just speak assuredly and that was that, well that was not going to pass through. He'd wait.

Sora walked back into the room and looked around for Kairi. "Hmm..where would I be if I was Kairi...No...not there...ok...food time." He then turned and went out to go down to the food court area and milled about finally settling on some Chinese food to order.

 

OOC: Wait a minute. I thought Mewtwo headed to the bathroom after Pika_Power. When did he get back?

Namine had feelings for Roxas but wasn't THAT affectionate. "Ewww! Roxas!" She wiped off the slobber off her face with the back of Roxas' half-jacket. "What is wrong with you?!" That's when she noticed that the back of Roxas' half-jacket was soaked with some yellow and brown stains on it. Covering her mouth to prevent herself from "tossing her cookies," she pushed away from Roxas and headed for the nearest trashcan...

Kairi was completely unaware of Sora looking for her as she browsed through the shelves of the mini-mart. "Hmm..." She tapped a finger against her chin thoughtfully. "Chocobos...Moogles...Cuccos?" The last one had her do a double-take. "What the heck are Cuccos?" Going further down the aisle she noticed a produce bin full of paopu fruit. She looked at the price. "$34.99?! For ONE?!That's highway robbery!" Kairi sighed. "Maybe I should head to the food court instead. I feel like eating some Mexican..."

OOC: BTW, I'm surprised Xelax isn't reacting to the "mysterious" man like everyone else is...especially if he is who I think he is...

 

Slightly more tactful than Roxas, Jack stumbled over to Janexa. "Would you really choose those orsanitation lot more than a charming person such as meself? Why not come with me?" Jack snatched her hand in what was supposed to be a graceful gesture, and attempted to lead her out of the door.

Roxas walked a couple of steps after Namine, but collapsed as Jack had run off. He gave a hearty grin to Axel as he fell, and hit his head on a bench. "Hey Axel, do nobodies sleep?" he asked, as he drifted into unconciousness.

OoC: Mewtwo came back unnoticed. Either that, or he is still in the toilet. If he can create rain over the entire earth, I would assume he would need an extermal eye to see stuff.

 

Sora finally spotted Kairi in front of a Paopu Fruit area and heard her exclamation. He blinked because they were in abundance on Destiny Islands and all he had ever to do was pick one. "Wow..those are super expensive here." It then entered his foggy mind that why hadn't he ever shared a real Paopu Fruit with Kairi and he eyed one of them. "Um...want one?" It was his most forward move ever! But damn, 34.99 munny...that really was highway robbery. To buy one must mean a person was really in love.

Riku wandered back into the court room and sat down, sipping his nice warm cappuccino and studied the guy approaching the Judge. He thought for a moment that perhaps it was DiZ, but he was not sure so he studied the stance of the man because his clothes were not the same now. Maybe it was someone else like Yen Sid, but Riku didn't know what that person even looked like. This was getting more curious by the moment.

Repliku yawned despite himself. He was not very good at faking he was asleep. It was -putting- him to sleep and that was so not intended. He opened his eyes, giving up his ruse, but stayed relaxed and leaned back as he was, now making the choice between going to sleep or staying up to see what this man wanted.

 

OOC: I'm pretty sure this "mysterious" guy isn't from the KH universe...most likely the other half...

BIC:

Kairi was surprised at Sora's forwardness. "No, it's okay, Sora," she said smiling shyly at him. "I was just stunned that they would sell paopu at these prices. It's probably because they're imports or something." She leaned in and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. "It was a sweet gesture, though. Thank you." That's when her stomach grumbled. "Hm, I guess one can't live off candy alone." She looked over at the food court area. "I'm going to grab something from that Taco Bell Express over there. You want anything?"

 

Sora's cheeks turned a nice crimson color as he blushed and then kind of tried to act 'cool' by scratching the back of his neck, hoping that the blush would go away. "Umm..sure!" he responded and looked around for the Taco Bell. Conveniently it wasn't too far away. "I'll go with you". His stomach had been nurtured for hours on M&Ms as well and yeah, it just was not the right food he was craving. Sweets were great but just not what the body truly craved for sustenance.

 

At the cash register, the cashier awaited Kairi's order. "Hmm..." After a few seconds, she said, "I'd like a Number 6 combo, one of the Chalupas make a Gordita, both are steak, Baja style, heavy pico de gallo, heavy baja sauce with a Crunchy Taco, a 1/2 lb. Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a Cinnamon Twists and a Caramel Apple Empanada. Oh, and add two Grande Meals, seven crunchy, seven soft, six Bean burritos. Add on a couple Nacho Bell Grandes and two Mexican Pizzas as well. The first order's for here, and the Grande Meals are to go by the way. And then whatever he wants." She jerked her head toward Sora. At Sora's stunned expression, she explained, "I figure the others are hungry. The Grande Meals are for them."

 

OOC: You make a good point...

Xelax saw the mysterious man and immediatly recognized him. He thought... Oh snaps... its him... the demon himself has come to greet us. He lowered his head and tried to avoid eye contact...

The mysterious man wondered if the judge would actually come out to speak with him, of if he was just wasting his time. He folded his arms and tapped his fingers impatiently. There were so many other ways he could waste his time. Such as with Pess.

 

Sora's jaw gaped as he listened to Kairi list off a ton of food that could feed 8 people pretty easily maybe. "Huh?"...it took a bit to process what she had said. Still, even with giving the others grande meals...that was a lot of food. Kairi must be working out a lot or pregnant, he thought. "Oh, my turn... >.> ...<.< .."I'll have three bacon chalupas and an empanada and a soda." He waited for his food and fished in his pockets for some munny to give the freckled teenager behind the counter. Then he handed the guy the munny and took the food as it came to him and let Kairi get some of course because there was a lot there. Sora then made his way over to a table and sat down, unwrapping one of the chalupas and digging in. "Mhmm..this is delicious after nothing but M&Ms to eat all day."

 

Erkz smirked broadly. This man intrigued him.

"I'll hear what he has to say, Zack. It's no problem."

 

The mysterious man realized the judge had just arrived. "Ah yes your honor. I do hope you don't mind, I took the liberty to follow along with this case as it does relate to mine. I have a request for you." He turned his head to the right and smirked, glancing back towards the judge, "I would like to request that you sequester everyone involved in this case immediatly after the verdict is read. That is all I came to ask."

Xelax looked down at the desk... trying to appear preoccupied with something else... hoping that no one acknoledged him at the moment. If I avoid eye contact, maybe he won't recognize me... he thought to himself. Completely overlooking the fact that he was wearing a treanchcoat himself which made him almost completly anonymous.

 

Riku lofted a brow. What right did this person have to say to sequester anyone? That was pretty bold to say considering they still had a lot of people to try and go through. This man had no right to do such a thing at all. "If you mean that people involved in this case will be removed from the court house, I think that's pretty darn bold of you to say. We have other trials to do other than Marluxia's and you have no right to make such demands at all. I hope you will better explain yourself because calling out the witnesses is ridiculous and makes the trials that much more difficult to be just."

Riku really hoped that wasn't what this kook was saying and that he had misheard because that would definitely ensure the remaining Org members were tried wrong. They may get harsher or much more lenient punishments than merited. Who the heck was this nutjob anyway that just thought he could come in and make demands? It was just darn wrong.

Riku then shivered a moment. A realization hit him. What if this guy was going to do something awful to Marluxia after? Yeah, Marluxia was a dork and all, but this guy was just giving Riku the creeps, reminding him of some of the nefarious people he had hung around that tossed life candidly to the wind and even killed others for their benefit. What if this guy was going to kill Marluxia and take his soul or something? And that's why they had to leave or else they'd be hurt...What if he was going to be Marluxia's executioner? Okay, maybe Riku was beginning to delusion now with how his mind wandered but he had been through too much to not have some hypothesis of dread. "What are you going to do to him?", he whispered, unsure he actually wanted to say his suspicion out loud. Even if he didn't like Marluxia much after what he heard...the worst he hoped for was the guy would be imprisoned and safe away from others and they away from him.

Harvey blinked and looked over at the man. "That is quite some claim to want and the Judge should not agree to such a thing at all." Birdman just didn't get what all this extra stuff was and why they just could not try these people and get done with it. "Also, you are coming in from the outside, interrupting proceedings, and not talking to either the Prosecution or the Defense. Your testimony does not mean much in that case so to demand sequestering of anyone is ludicrous at best. If you have something to say, you should follow things as surely the rest of us must. The Prosecution will resist this separation or segregation request on behalf of the point the witnesses are needed and so are the remaining Organization members to plead their cases."

 

Pika_power fished himself out of the toilet, spitting water. Speaking to no one in paticular, he muttered "Pah, last time I try that! I'm getting a gender!" With this thought in mind, he climbed into the hand-drier to dry his soaking fur, talking to himself. Muttering turned into murmuring and murmuring turned into snoring. The pokemon half jokingly hoped that no one came into the bathroom.

 

The mysterious man was a bit suprised with the prosecutors audacity. To think he was trying to get him kicked out of the court. "I will let you finish your job, and I will take care of the mistakes you left behind. I am not from the "outside" as you put it. Although, if you think sequestering is too extreme, then thats your choice. I just made a request. The judge can either accept or deny it."

OOC: By the way... don't segregate them from each other... as that would destroy the RP. Segregate them from the outside is what he is asking.

 

OOC: LOL, Axel wasn't in the room, Pika_Power, But I'll MAKE it work. xD


With the hood pulled over his head, Axel walked back into courtroom holding his cup of double shot espresso, steaming and hot and smelling wonderful. Unfortunately, not even the beautifully smelling coffee was enough to snap him out of his earlier trauma back at the Café. He hated it when these sort of daydreaming always got out his hands and he'd end up doing something stupid. He was forced to pull up his hood back at the Café while he was waiting for his espresso, the stares and giggles getting extreme per minute, and his face only turning a darker red. As soon as he'd gotten his coffee, he rushed out of that room like a scurrying roach trying to get away from the light. As he walked back to the courtroom, he couldn't help but feel that he was being followed. . . he probably was being followed and he dismissed it knowing it was perhaps some crazed fangirl who'd witnessed the little incident. However, now that he was back in the courtroom, he didn't have to worry about all that, or of the little incident at the Café, per say that there weren't any witnesses from this courtroom, thank God.
Axel had barely walked into the room and the first thing he encountered was Roxas— completely wasted. Coming closer to him, the kid stumbled, taking a direct hit on the head form a bench as he went down, slurring some kind of question to him as he passed out. Axel stared at the wasted, unconscious boy for a moment, and sighed. Setting down this espresso on a nearby bench, he picked up Roxas off the marble floor, supporting the boy by placing his arms around his shoulders for balance and his arms wrapped around his waist to keep him from falling.
“Who the hell had the bright idea to give him alcohol!” Axel sniffed and Roxas clearly reeked of rum, and seeing Captain Sparrow nearby trying to woo Janexna, Axel figured out what the heck might've happened. “Oh. . . nevermind.”
Dragging the poor boy back to his bench he sat him down, looking for Sora, Kairi or Naminé, but no one was around the damned bench, except Repliku, who was. . . sleeping. Great. Axel didn't waste any time and quickly went and retrieved his espresso bringing it back to Roxas. Pulling the kid up from the bench, he attempted to snap him back into reality, trying to make him sip the strong espresso. “Roxas! Ey, dude, wake up! C'mon now. . . Get up, or I swear I'll burn you!” Axel continued to tap his cheeks lightly trying to wake him. “My gosh Roxas, get up! Some friends you got, letting you drink like this, in COURT!”
