~~*Organzation XIII goes to court*~~

Zack was getting pretty restless and annoyed that most of the prosecution's witnesses went to use the bathroom. Looking toward the defense, he saw that the black-cloaked floozies were also getting bored with the whole case. The red-head...he was okay. Not a bad hairstyle. A bit TOO spiky for his taste. The pirate surfer and ol' dreadlocks...a bit lame in his opinion. The geezer with the "Rachel" hairstyle, though...now HIM Zack liked. He gave a mad scientist vibe, but at the same time reminded him of one of those peeping toms that liked to "experiment" on female victims. A player, as it were.

Of course, why was he looking for that stupid koala? Trying to do anything right now would just cause the whole courtroom to dissolve into chaos...again. Fortunately, the hairball was in the safe and knew the bathroom excuse was a bluff. The abomination had used the bathroom before court started. And it had a VERY strong bladder. It could hold its contents for more than a week. Or else it would've been useless as a world destroyer, right?

And what was the judge waiting for? He looked toward the defense and saw the hottie of a defense attorney was lost in thought as she stared in Axel's direction. So, she liked redheads, huh? Zack wondered if he should make a move on her...but then remembered he was still on the clock, so he had to wait impatiently for her to finally make a move.

A stray thought popped into Naminé's head. Now that she thought about it, Repliku and Stitch were almost in the same boat. Both of them were "experiments" that ended up turning on their creators and tried to redeem themselves for their very souls. She didn't know what to make of it, though...

Then she noticed that Repliku was jotting something down. Rather than annoy him, she decided to sit back and wait for what happened next.

 

"B-but. . . but I'm not gey." Axel whined like a child looking at the silver haired boy, his palms up, shoulders shrugged and eyes quivering. Damn all the fangirls for this! "Got it memorized? And don't you put on that innocent face on me! You know exactly what you said to me! " Axel crossed his arms and looked away from Riku, pouting, still acting like a child, and directed the next sentence towards Repliku who just couldn't help but say something at the matter, “Oh, shut up. What do you know? No one can burn me, but ME!â€
However, both Sora and Repliku were correct on that though, Riku, for a moment, did get the better of him. Axel very well knew that it nothing more than a joke, and he played along, but it still didn't stop him from remembering all the fanfics, the comics, and all the erotic picturers of them two floating around the internet. The mere thought of him and Roxas together only sent a shiver up his spine. . . oh good god NO. He wondered what was it that made people think this way? Was it his strong bond of friendship with the kid? Well, it was just like Riku and Sora's friendship, then why all the fuss— wait, scratch that, nevermind, there's plenty of RikuxSora stuff going around the internet as well. “You haven't got it so easy either, mister.†He smirked, †You are just as gay for Sora, as I'm gay for Roxas.â€

 

OOC: I still want an Org member to play, darn it. >.< You guys are having too much fun!

Riku could only laugh. "I was waiting for you to point that out. It's sad that we have to live with this wonderful image, isn't it?" He was glad Axel had a sense of humor to play along because this was going to be pretty boring if nothing at all was going on. Those fanfics were something atrocious and he didn't care to mention that there was a percentage of AxelxRiku stuff out there too. Riku suddenly once again wished there were more girls in the KH universe that weren't hitched up. Maybe he'd luck out and get Aqua or whoever that 14th member of the Org was. He could hope.

Repliku just smirked and continued writing...then chewed on the pen for thought again on how to word what he wanted to say...then went back to it again. He just had a point to prove here and either way it went, he was prepared. He peered over at Vexen a moment in thought. He wondered what his former master would think about this. He then shook his head and went back to writing. It didn't matter what Vexen thought. It didn't matter what any of them thought really, did it? They certainly didn't care what he thought. Of course, that was what this was about any way. Oh how he wished Marluxia would fry but he had the feeling a nice death sentence was not coming out of this. The Judge was way too easy and also dismissed too much. So, it was with great candor and amusement that Repliku would write a few more words and then fold up the paper and wait for the right moment. He knew he may be up on the stand sooner or later for charges against what he had done, but this letter was going to someone soon enough. He just had to now relax and be patient. He now had the will to actually sit through the trial until just the right moment. Then he was walking if he didn't have charges or a reason to stay. This was going to be interesting.

 

OOC: Er... Repliku, if you'd like, I CAN give you either Xigbar or Xaldin [with ICSP's consent of course]. I don't mind *^_^*. It actually might do me some good too, per say that I suck at writing dialogues. xD And I'm not really a fan of making MY characters talk with one another either, though it may have it's advantages, but it's just BORING to me D: . It's MUCH better if there's another person playing the oppostie character. . . keeps me guessing as to what he may write/say next. It just keeps it spicy. xD So just name who you'd like. ^_^



“Oh yes, quite wonderful.” He said in a rather formal tone. It always amused Axel how the fangirls always fawned over his hotness, when they yet paired him up with most of the male Organization members, and sometimes including the kids from the little group he dubbed Keyblade Club. Sure the Larxel thing was okey, as she was a woman, and a sexy one at that too, but he just couldn't understand how the heck so many of Kingdom Hearts fans saw him as gay. Poor Riku and he were the most common characters who were dubbed gay by the hordes of screaming fangirls, and everyone else just became the victim in the process. Quite unfortunate. Was there even ever a moment where the game hinted that they were perhaps gay? The way Axel saw it, there were none. Eh, it was one of those mysteries, he supposed.
Thinking about all this and being swept up into a conversation with Riku, Axel had completely forgotten about that coffee he was longing for. Since Larxene departed, the courtroom had suddenly become dull, considering he had no one to piss off any longer, except maybe Marluxia, but what was between them was not considered fun, but enmity, and maybe a little jealously pertaining to Larxene. Well, even Axel had found a girl perhaps, but what of Riku? He's a very strong person, with a willful heart. What was it that stopped him from finding some hot babe for himself? “Hmm. . . Maybe, if we find a girlfriend or something, these crazy fan-people might stop turning us into homosexuals.”
Axel stretched, raising his hands into the air and giving a quick twist at the waist. The sleepiness had left him, and felt a bit more energized. He had to admit that he was rather enjoying having a conversation with Riku. The boy's personality was incredibly intriguing. He was nothing like the boy he'd met in Twilight Town.

 

Riku thought over what Axel had said. It was one of those things that was true to a point but he was almost sure that despite that happening, they'd be called 'bi' and to have just gotten over Sora and Roxas. (I have to chuckle here OOCly). After all, they clearly had their minds focused on Namine and Kairi! "I'm betting it would help but we'd still see more fanfic on how we went through some emotional trauma of being denied our 'true loves' and then found some girls to make us happy in the end." He chuckled a bit having said it. "I'm starting to wonder where more than half of my side went to."

 

The judge was getting bored... almost bored enough to start messing with people in the audience... However, this was a trial, and he had to keep on the straight and narrow. Unless...

Standing and twirling the gavel like a baton again, he quickly slammed it yelling "RECESS!" He had remembered that they had never actually gotten to take that recess he'd mentioned after the Larxene case, and thought now was as good a time as any. Hopefully, by the end of it, Janexna would have her thoughts finalized as well.

He sighed, and popped a can of Pepsi open. This judge stuff was harder than it looked. You always manage to piss off somebody no matter how hard you try, and the ones you don't are almost always never satisfied. He took a couple mouthfuls of cola. Humans and their emotions. Maybe the Nobodies had the right idea after all. The lack of emotions kept them focused if anything. He sighed again. Emotions make people into who they are. Without them, they're little more than a hollow shell, a shadow of themselves. He took another gulp. At least that explained why the Nobodies wanted hearts so badly. So complicated life was, and yet so few people ever realized that. Oh well, he thought, downing the last of his cola, such was life.

“Oh. . . right. Didn't think about that.†Seriously, was there no way out of this? It was as if they were stuck in barred room with absolutely no means of escape. What has the fangirls done them! He was getting quite tired of the fangirls and their explicit fantasies. Axel pinched the bridge of his nose as he attempted to think of a solution to this problem when he heard the Judge slam his gravel yelling out “recessâ€. Recess? Weren't they already in one? Axel blinked a couple times before shaking his head as the Judge opened his can of soda and began drinking it, reminding him of his need for coffee. He'd been standing in the middle of the seating aisle all this time, making conversation with Riku, so he helped himself out of the place and onto the open floor. “Maybe if I set fire to all the facnfics. . .â€
Oh yes, FIRE was the answer to everything in his mind.

 

OOC: I wouldn't mind Repliku taking on an Org member... as long as his opinions don't bleed into the character...

And Xaldin is doomed anyway... so I don't care about him. Xigbar would probably be better played by you anwita... "He's Nucking Futs! Mansex BFT!" *Wink*

The mysterious man approached the baliff... "Excuse me sir, if its at all possible, may I please have a moment to speak with the judge privatly?" He asked... politely.

 

OOC: Oops. I didn't ignore you. ^_^ . Even if it looked like it! I still have this craving to run Zexion since well, no one has played him in some time. >.> But if you'd want, I'd take Xigbar since he's just such a radical dude. lol.

"If you did that, I'd love you forever...in such a platonic way, of course!" Oh that would make Riku's day. Riku stood up and stretched. "Guess I'm going to find me some coffee now." Riku waved and wandered out to the hall and down to a stand where he ordered a mocha cappuccino. That would get him through the rest of the Marluxia case. His brain ticked away though on how to gather up all the fanfic to let Axel roast it. They could have a huge bonfire out on the beach of the Kiddy Island. That would just be the coolest thing and so liberating.

Sora hopped up out of the seat. "Recess! Hooray!" He ran out the door and went into the boy's bathroom. He had been holding it FOREVER. After relieving himself, he went to go get another soda from the vending machine. Gulping it down, he wandered back, searching for Kairi and bringing along a soda for her he had purchased.

Repliku looked up at the Judge and blinked. Wasn't there already a recess going on? Oh well. He stood up and tucked the paper he had been working on into his pants pocket so he wouldn't lose it. He then leaned back, put his hands behind his head and closed his eyes. It was nap time. If things were different, he might try to be sociable, but continuously hearing some of the things said about him and then the Judge deciding to go along with them and not judge him as a person...he was to the point of just giving them what they wanted so he could leave. At least this time, unless he'd die leaving this court, he'd be free to go wander and see things he had not been privileged to before.

What was it like outside of the Castle Oblivion? Maybe he could journey to some of those worlds that he had quasi-visited while he was forced to live out a lie. Maybe he'd make his own friends and have some grand adventuring, wandering here and there. It all sounded really cool to do. Of course, if he was charged with something and had to be locked up a while, that would put a damper on the trip, but how long could he be held for? He hoped it wasn't for life. That would -suck-. He pondered if dark portals worked in cells, but they probably wouldn't if Larxene was in one. He'd have to be inventive. He just hoped that he was sentient enough to them that they didn't just decide to send him out of existence. That, he would fight over and if he had to die, someone was going with him.

Zack looked up and down at the mysterious dorkwad that stood before him. Something about this guy didn't settle well for some reason. Despite how polite and good-natured this man seemed to be, he wouldn't have been doing his duty if he had just let let the guy waltz in with no security bypass. For all he knew, this man might try to brainwash or blackmail the judge behind his back. Zack would have been a fool to not at least ask his intentions. "May I ask the nature of your conference with his Honor?" he asked reciprocating the stranger's politeness.

OOC: I like the Org, ICSP. I just don't agree with your assessment that Sora is a murderer. It doesn't mean I don't like the Org and know them well. I've Rp'd Org members elsewhere lol. You are too harsh on me. =:( So, keep Xigbar then and well, let me have Zexion. >.>

 

OOC: Why not get Luxord to interact with someone then? That's the reason why Lexaeus and Zexion haven't been heard from in awhile. They haven't talked to anyone else yet. :huh:

After hearing recess take place, Kairi decided that she wouldn't chance the M&Ms and decided to go shopping in the courthouse's mini-mart for souvenirs. Who knows? She might actually be able to keep them with her even if everything reverted back to its original state...

 

OOC: yeah, luxord could go do things. And hmm..well if another Org member comes up free I would probably be glad to take the person. If not, ah well. I'll figure out something to do.

 

The mysterious man replied. "Its of a legal matter which I wish to discuss... you see... I noticed something in unusual in this case... somthing which the prosecution overlooked, and the defense is downplaying."

The man smirked... "I thought of waiting until after the case to point it out to him, as I am not currently assigned to it, but since the recess has been declared, I would like to discuss it."

OOC: Repliku, see if you can get Daxma to reply to a PM. Also, I would have to run it by *TN* when she gets back. I'm still a little leary... and I want a second opinion...

 

OOC: Dude...I am really confused. I don't hate the Org and never did. Some members I think were scum but others were what I would call 'put in a bad place and didn't have a chance to get other things'. Just forget it though because I really don't see why you'd have the hang up. Just because I think some like Marluxia and Saix were rotten doesn't mean I don't like most of the others and sympathize with their tudes. It's no big deal though. Just forget I asked. =:/ I'm not going to pursue it any further.

However... I cannot help but feel that Daxma and Thunderandlightning13 are exactly INTO this RP. Heck, even Bama comes by to check in with the thread... I really do think Repliku SHOULD have Zexion, and DiZ and King Mickey should also be given away. <_<

Zack stared at the man for a long moment, sizing up his true intentions. Finally he said, "Understood. But be aware that the hidden cameras are always running, private or not. Even I can't turn them off from here." He shrugged. "Security measures. There've been recent terrorist (mostly from fangirls) and death threats to both parties ever since this trial was first mentioned to the media. But rest assured. Whatever you discuss with his Honor won't be overheard by the general public."

 

OOC: You run Xigbar great and well I've decided to just move on to keep the RP going with the theme it is in so I'll stick to the characters I have.

Repliku opened an eye and looked at the man that had propositioned to speak to the judge alone. This was going to be interesting. Too bad he would probably not hear the convo if it was taken to a back room. The curiosity was there though. He wondered how 'sealed' the back door really was to the Judge's chamber. He might just test that. For now, feigning sleep was a necessity so he closed his eye again.

Harvey gathered his paperwork together and looked at the man. He wondered what they could possibly have forgotten and he scoured through some of it. He supposed the judge was going to find out but he was a bit disappointed he didn't know. This would make it interesting when the Judge came back from his little rendezvous. Ah well. There was coffee to be had! He stepped out and Avenger flew after to go get a grand cup of caffeine loaded with sugar.
