"Would you both stop hitting on my girlfriend???" Sora said it pretty loud but he was also joking with it to not make it seem like he was taking any of this seriously. He couldn't help though but feel a tinge of jealousy. Oh what an evil little emotion that was.

 

OoC: So tempting...

Roxas smiled. "Don't worry, not happening again." He made to stand up, but lurched toward Kairi again. "Woah!" Then laughed, "Just kidding!"


Captain Jack wandered into the courtroom, drunk. "Ahoy mateys!" Making his way around to Kairi's seat, he placed himself down next to her, stepping on the fololing around blonde haired boy. "WOAH!" Roxas yelled, as he went crashing into Kairi for the third time.
"Sorry matey!"Jack said heartily. "I didn't mean to interrupt anything!"


Pika_power wandered into the bathroom, and finally heard Namine in the toilet. Sitting down in he cubicle next to her, he watched Roxas' antics, and commented "Those two look cute as a couple, don'tcha think?"

 

Kairi winked at Sora with a coy grin to let him know that she was still his girlfriend and then turned to punch Riku playfully on the arm. "Riku, you could have any choice out of your fangirl database out there. There's a girl out there for you somewhere. I know it." Then she furrowed her brow. "You know, maybe I should go check up on Naminé. She's been out for TOO long."

She shoved Roxas off of her, walked down the stairs of the audience booth and after pushing through the double doors of the courtroom, she headed for the girl's bathroom...

Naminé was just trying to bear down and push it out, but it was just too hard for her. That's when she heard a familiar voice talking to her from the cubicle beside her. A MALE voice.

"EEEEEEEEEK! What is a guy doing in a GIRL'S bathroom?!"

OOC: So...what exactly are we waiting for? *TwilightNight* to say something? :huh:

 

OOC: No idea. I guess that might actually be what Erkz is waiting for since everyone else of the lawyers are done. And I so wanted to hear what would go through tonight. lol

"Run while you can, Kairi" Sora waved bye to her as he continued to sit where he was by the Judge. She was so awesome. <3 <3 "Seems Captain Sparrow wanted to help you fall on Kairi again. Can't you go find Namine to fall all over, Roxas?" Sora gave a wave to Jack, cordially.

Riku looked off after a sort of candid smirk. Fortunately Kairi was leaving. Why she and others said he could have any girl out of a bunch of squealing fangirl base he never really was exposed to...oh yeah, that's just what he was attracted to. He was too serious and 'real' to go out with some girl that hopped around acting all hyper. He hated to admit in his heart he did have some feelings for Kairi, but at the same time, they weren't enough to change his mind that he knew Sora and Kairi were meant to be together and that he was very happy for them. She had turned more into a sister since that realization hit him. He figured he just had to bide his time till the right girl came along for him. It was bound to happen sooner or later, but he seriously doubted he could want some of his many fan girls that people kept saying he had. In a way he was glad he hardly ever saw these fans in the first place.

 

Pika_power groaned as he noticed Kairi coming towards the toilets. He noticed her coming in, so he went the only place possible in a 6X4 cubicle..."

Roxas made no sound as he hit the ground. He was starting to enjoy landing on Kairi, so he stood up, and said in a fake voice "Oops!" and fell face first into the lap of Riku. "Ewwwwggg!" Roxas screamed, as he realized where he was, pushing himself up, but missing the seat to push up on, causing his face to crash back down onto Riku. I though akuroku was bad enough! What will Kairi think?!

 

Riku pushed Roxas off him and smirked. "Kairi ran off to avoid it all. I'd worry more about Axel getting jealous of me....Just so you know, Axel, this is all one-sided. Roxas is cute and all, but I just don't think we are meant to be together." He then let out a laugh.

"Roxas, you seem to have balance issues. Are you wearing skates?" Sora snickered and wondered where Kairi and Namine now both were. Namine sure had been gone for some time.

 

Roxas glared at Sora and Riku for a long moment, then after realizing that the keyblade was not going to jump into his hand, stormed off to the toilets.

Captain Jack stood up, and walked off after him. "Sorry mateys, but this lad is too gold to pass up! Also to tell the truth, I need to go for a bit of a tinkle myself."

Goofy noticed Roxas and Jack leave, so absent mindedly, he wandered after them. "C'mon Donald, I think there's a party!" Donald jumped up and followed Goofy, muttering stuff about needing to take care of him.

150 looked around. The next case was Luxord, and a witness for the case had vanished into the toilets. Also Pika_power seemed to be in there, so Mewtwo figured he better go and bail him and Jack out.

Getting up off his chair, he glided towards the toilet door.

OoC: Add mewtwo to that list.

 

OOC - ... Yeah, I actually am waiting for Twilight Night... Just to be fair, y'know?

Erkz twiddled his gavel, before setting a card face down in front of him. His expression was vaguely similar to that of Yami Yugi.

 

The safe in the corner suddenly went into a mad frenzy, noise coming out from all sides. It appeared to be having a fit.

Luckily Tron, in his PDA, managed to get into the court record cameras, and scan the interior of the box.

Possessing the speakers, Tron spoke "I think Stitch needs to go to the Bathroom. As I always wanted to see a bathroom, Stitch, when you get out of there, TAKE ME TOO! I have been lying here all day!"

 

OOC: Now wait a flippin' minute! The bathrooms are NOT co-ed! They are separate bathrooms! The mens room and the womens room!

BIC:

Kairi entered the girls room and saw some sparks flying out of one of the stalls. She had also heard Namine scream. She could only come to one conclusion.

"Mr. Power! You better not be doing your business all over Namine!"

"No, he's not, Kairi! The bigger question is what is HE doing in a girls bathroom!"

Kairi sighed. There was something wrong with a male Pokemon in a female bathroom. "Anyway, what's wrong, Namine? You've been in there for hours!"

"I think something might have been in those M&Ms! A digestive or something."

Kairi thought for a moment. She herself didn't actually have a chance to eat the M&Ms. She rummaged through her purse and took out a bottle of antacid tablets and tossed it in Namine's stall. "Try those and see if they help!"

Namine grabbed the bottle, poured out a couple of tablets and started chewing on them. The effects were immediate. Her stomach was no longer queasy. She finished wiping up, flushed and opened the stall door where Kairi was waiting.

"Feel better?" Kairi asked.

"Loads!" Namine handed Kairi back the bottle and after washing up, the two girls headed out the door. Before they made it back to the courtroom, Namine made a quick stop to the security office and informed them about how a perverted male entered the womens bathroom even when the mens bathroom was completely available and still might be in the womans stall.

Kairi noticed a hoard of guys heading towards the bathrooms behind them. "Either a recess has been called or one of the defense attorneys fell asleep," she muttered.

After they finished their business, the two girls made it back inside the courtroom and noticed that the prosecution's witness box was almost vacant except Riku. "What happened?" Kairi asked. "Has there been a recess?"

 

Riku waved as the two came back. "No, there isn't. We are just waiting on the call of the other Defense Attorney and then we are set to hear the Judge's decision. I think people are just getting hyped up and needed to stretch their legs meanwhile...or everyone had to go to the bathroom because Namine and you left. " Riku snerked. This was kind of strange. He began to wonder if the bathrooms were co-ed or something.

 

OOC: I don't know what happened to *TN*... I am tempted to keep the case going, but I bet she probably has something to say about the charges...

Also... Yani is awesome...

The mysterious man wondered why everyone was starring at him... In his career he was used to people eyeing him suspiciously... but not when he was sitting off to the side observing things... It was kinda creepy...

 

OOC: We need both Janexna to say something, as well as Marluxia's statement. =/ Ay, *TN*, where'd you go hun? T_T


Axel had been watching all that had been going on with the little Keyblade group on the other side of the room all along, listening and smirking at Roxas as he continued to “trip” and fall on Kairi's lap. That clever little bast— no, no. . . punk. He couldn't help but snicker loudly when Roxas' attempt to fall on Kairi's lap had failed utterly, and ultimately ended up falling on Riku's lap instead. What a sight and how quaint. He let out a snort as he tried his best to hold back his laughter and looked at the priceless expression on Roxas' face when the kid realized where he'd fallen. He covered his mouth tightly as he attempted to keep his laughter contained when his attention, however, suddenly shifted as he fell into silence and intently watched, with a raised eyebrow, as one by one, almost all of the prosecutor's side was emptied, all heading out the door. Did he miss something? He was too preoccupied with the current sight of people leaving the court to pay attention to Riku's clever little remark about him and Roxas. It was first Naminé (though that had happened earlier), later followed by Mr. Pika_power, then immediately following Kairi was Captain Jack Sparrow, Roxas, Donald and Goofy. . . no wait, that's not all. . . add 150 to that list as well. Okey. . .
"Recess?" He mumbled to himself. It had to be, why else would everyone suddenly leave the room? Oh good then, now he can go get that coffee he wanted. Along with all the people now suddenly leaving the room, he too decided to join in; but of course, little did he know that that particular little group now leaving was actually heading for the toilet, and his destination was rather the small café located at the first floor and not the bathroom.
Axel pushed himself out of his seat and rubbed his rear with his hands. He could've sworn that his cheeks were numb from sitting so long. After taking a moment to get his feeling back in his glutes, he scurried out of the aisle, when he paused, a wtf expression on his face. Riku's remark finally got through to him.
“Wait a minute!” He paused, his expression now priceless. “Ey! What's that supposed to mean?”

Xigbar had long ago fallen asleep in his chair as he used up almost all his energy fidgeting around during Larxene's trial, and now he pretty much missed the whole of Marluxia's trial. What a great example he was currently setting for the rest of the organization as its great second member. His head had fallen back on his chair, and his slick onyx and grey ponytail hung behind the backrest of his chair as a few kids seated behind him toyed with it, tugging it and braiding it, not to mention discreetly drawing a nice thick mustache on his face. Unfortunately, none of it was enough to snap the Freeshooter out of his beauty sleep.

Xaldin was getting bored with the court as everyone just waited. Like always, he grunted with displeasure as he looked to his side hoping to start a conversation with is comrade (anything to pass the time), only to find him sleeping and apparently drooling. . . and when did he get a mustache? And Braids? He stared at the man blankly for a moment, eye twitching as his orbs followed the small trickle of drool.
“Eeeh.” He grunted, at the sight. No wonder the organization had failed in their plan so miserably. No organization would prevail if their members consisted of traitors like Larxene and Marluxia. . . and Axel who was just someone he couldn't trust from the beginning, damn the double personality b@astard, he too was a blasted traitor! He was definitely not pleased with Larxene's sentence, seriously, a rated K Fanfic about friendship? Well, considering who Larxene was, it was a tough challenge, and he couldn't help but smile oh so evilly as the thought of Larxene suffering through something like that. Nevermind, that was a suitable punishment for the girl. It'll most definitely put her through hell. However, he was hoping that at least Marluxia would get the death penalty, the bloody traitor, but the chances of that were slim, now that most of his charges were dropped. Well, if it were up to him, Marluxia would've been condemned to death immediately. There was no place for traitors in the Organization. He sigh in disappointment, and turning to the sleeping Xigbar, he reached for his eyepatch, pulling it slightly away from his face, then letting it go with a quick snap.

“Gahhh!!”

“Wake up you nitwit.” He mumbled with his deep, cold voice, trying to keep a straight face.

“B@stardo! Dammit Xaldin! I was having such an awesome dream.” He rubbed his eye over his tiny eyepatch. “That hurt!”

“Tell it someone who cares, and by the way, you missed Maluxia's trial.”

“NO!” His face fell. He really wanted to hear the Judge pass the death penalty. “Is it over?”

“No.” He sighed. “We're waiting for our lawyer's consent and Marluxia's statement.”

“Oh. . . Hey! What th—” He'd ran a finger though his long ponytail to find it braided, practically making him look like Mary Sue with an eyepatch. “Who did this!” He exxlaimed as the kids behind him only giggled as they slipped to each side of the aisle, not wanting to be behind Xigbar when he turned around.

For the first time, a smile of entertainment came upon Xaldin's face as he watched Xigbar starting up a pointless argument with a poor young man who had the audacity to laugh at Xigbar's appearance. At least something was stirred up keep him entertained as the court waited.



OOC: Oh yesss.... B-O-R-E-D. xD

 

OOC: Wait, I thought the defense agreed not to bring up Marluxia due to self-incrimination or something...that and we're already finally at the finish line, there's no point in lengthening this trial further...

 

OOC: Really? O.o' Is that what happened? *smack* Well, in that case, we're only waiting for Janexna's consent then. Heh, I must say, Marly's trial ended pretty damn fast, compared to Larxene. Maybe if *TN* was here. . .

 

OOC: Really... I don't remember saying that. But the thought did cross my mind. If *TN* wants Marly to take the stand... I have no problem with that.

OOC: It ended fast because we didn't debate the charges forever like last time. And I wish *TN* was here... :crybaby:

 

Riku turned as Axel had his 'late realization' about what was said earlier about him. That was just too funny to Riku though he put on a serious face of bedazzling innocence and shrugged as a response. "What?" *blink blink*

Sora laughed. Axel was cool to him. He had such a unique personality and it was so vibrant. He could totally buy it that Axel really did just now figure out that Riku played him. Maybe Sora laughed though also because Riku was always doing this to Sora too and leaving Sora going "huuhh?" so it was nice to see that Sora was not the only person to be caught unaware. "He so got you."

"Well, isn't this surprising. The fire god just got burned." Repliku smirked because that was just hilarious. He had to have some laugh out of this whole mess. He went back to writing on the paper he had and tapped the pen on his cheek a couple times to get back his train of thought.

 

Vexen sensed the trial seemed to have stalled, he figured no one would miss him if he slipped away temporarily. He went off searching for Jumba's experiment number 626... this would certainly be a find worth keeping.

OOC: Ok... where is stitch anyway? Last I heard the judge caught him....

 

OOC: He's still stuck in the safe the judge locked him in. Pika's (member not the character) trying to get Tron to release him via "bathroom excuse." :sideways:

 

Vexen approached the nearest person he could find. "Excuse me, but I'm looking for something... a little blue, um, "dog" but he looks more like a koala bear... do you know where I can find one?" He said, trying to seem as innocent, and unintimidating as possible.
