~~*Organzation XIII goes to court*~~

Kairi waved back half-heartedly. Although she was supposed to have faith in Sora, there was reasonable doubt in her mind. After hearing his story, she felt ashamed. She remembered the days where the boy she had a crush on was nothing more than a blurry face in her memory. She insisted that she knew who he was, but the thoughts wouldn't click together. And then the day when Roxas communicated with her happened. The memories of Sora had come flooding back to her piece by piece. She was overjoyed that she could finally remember the slow-witted, but adorable guy that she wanted to make out with. But now that she heard everything from his lips out in the open, she wondered how the defense would disregard his claims. He may be a dunce at times, but he wasn't a liar. She was sure of it.

Naminé had remembered everything that Sora had said. It was all the truth as far as she knew. After all, since she was the one who manipulated his Chain of Memories, she saw everything that Sora had seen and experienced. She still felt slightly guilty that she had been desperate enough to even face Sora, but she knew that Marluxia was the true mastermind behind the entire plot. She sighed. Hopefully she didn't have to go up on the witness stand again. She had already said everything she needed to. Right?

Zack was slightly taken back by what 150 had said to him. He didn't say anything about a tail whip. He couldn't have read his mind due to all the psychic-proof reinforcement equipment. He finally decided to put it off as the Pokémon reading his body movements. It reminded him of the "Perceive System" that the demonic horned defense attorney and the schmuck with the cloak claimed they possessed.

He considered the available options that this prosecutor still had. He could still telekinetically lift small objects and send them flying. That could mean he could pick up tiny discarded objects like the open bag of Skittles or some paper clips and fling or shoot them at people. Zack made sure that his invisible force field protected him and the judge from any lethal weaponry. If the Mewtwo decided to fling stuff at the defense attorneys...

Meh. As long as it wasn't interfering with the trial or the witnesses, he didn't care. He'd only do something if Xelax or Janexna actually complained about it. And if Xelax happened to use his powers against Mewtwo, the bet he had with the judge would be pretty much won. But right now, as long as it was peaceful...

He eyed Jumba's Experiment 626 in its cage. He wondered if he should do everyone a favor and send it back to Hawaii from where it came from. But if the judge was confident it wouldn't cause any more trouble...it still had two more strikes anyway. The little hairball wasn't going anywhere at the moment.

 

No, she was leading me there because she was lonely, she said.

"Lonely? But is she not a nobody? I was under the impression nobodies cannot feel anything. I have found Pika_power's memories of this, and I know his thoughts on the subject but I am curious about your opinion."


"Yeah, she led me to the crossroads, but it was Marluxia who led me in from there and then spoke to me and Donald and Goofy."

'Donald and Goofy? Did they also have their memories altered by Namine on Murluxia's orders?"


"Apparently no one was at the Castle at the time Marluxia coaxed me there, to include Riku who showed up later after I had gone in. Riku showing up was not intended as far as I am led to believe. Just Namine was there and I didn't know her."

"So you definitely did not care about Namine at that point in time?"

"I believe that was the nature of the Castle Oblivion itself. It had properties that Namine did not. And yes, once we entered the doors sealed behind us and seemed to be sealed."

"So would you say you could not have escaped and nor could Namine?"

"I am not really sure. I doubt it was the Castle itself, but maybe I drew Riku there by the connection I had to him when Namine was doing things to my memories. I am sure that Riku and King Mickey now though were definitely not there. However, both were drawn there by this whole thing and I doubt that Marluxia knew that would happen, or Namine for that matter. I didn't know it."

"So the heart's power rebounded on their tricks, summoning the thing they lied about..."

"Yeah, the cards when they'd make them would be imprints of events and memories that I had gone through. When he passed through me it was the start of it all and he had an imprint of my memories so he gave the card to go on. It's kind of confusing here. It was definitely him though."

150's mind wandered. Why was I pokemon number 150, while the original mew was 151? Weird. Sensing Sora, he nodded.


"It was Marluxia. I watched him do it as did Donald and Goofy as they experienced it."

So you are certain it was Murluxia who turned your friends into cards, not just Castle Oblivion's nature? After all, it happened to Jack Skellington and Ariel as well."


"Yeah, I'm very sure he was playing with words here and 'implying' it would be Riku, but he was also doublespeaking to mean Namine who I didn't even know. I mean seriously, I didn't know her and we were desperate to find Riku and the King who were trapped in Darkness. We never would have gone in there had it not been for that reason and I'm sure he knew it very well."

"Bothersome. It would have made it so much easier if they had said Riku would be there." Directing his mind speech only at Harvey, he asked "Will that count as anything in court?"


"Axel knew that Marluxia was testing me and decided to cut in on the action I guess. I don't think he knew what Marluxia wanted here other than that."

"Okay, so you do not think that Murluxia could be held responsible for anything Axel did?"


"I'd say that he was the most 'honest' out of the Organization members to me and gave me a hint there but at the same time it was the double-speak that they all were doing who I met. I'd say it was a warning and a taunt/play on words at the same time."

"Okay. I will have to cross that bridge at Axel's trial."


Sora gives a nod at the Namine's work remark. He then shrugs. "What's the difference? When even after we woke up the Journal was still empty of the whole events at the Castle Oblivion other than two words which were written before we went to sleep. It was stolen, erased..however. It was not retrievable."

'Thank you for that." Directing speech at the judge and persecution, he said "One count of defacing private property, against Jiminy Cricket. Any objections?"


"We believed Riku and the King were here still by what Marluxia had said. We couldn't just abandon our friends after all they went through."

"Problematic. I do not know if this will hold in court. The org have certainly covered themselves here."


I would call it that to say the least. It was cruel and no one knows what it's like to have your mind altered until it happens to you.

"Thank you." Mewtwo directed his thoughts at the judge again. "If mental harm is not on the charges, please add it on four counts, for Sora, Donald, Goofy and Jiminy."


"I would guess since it went along with Marluxia's plans that she was in on, it makes sense. It was literally mind altering. I don't know what defacement means..."

"Thank you again." Once again sending to the judge, Mewtwo said "Another defacement charge please."


"At the time I didn't know but I can say that he was under Marluxia's control and implanted with false memories so he wouldn't even really know.

"good." Thinking to Harvey, 150 asked "Has this charge been put on yet?'



"You mean who attacked first of me and Riku? We both did and I did say it was to try to jog his memory. You see, we both used to always spar and stuff for fun and I was hoping he'd remember something better and well, get to his old self again. I didn't want to lose him all over again."

"Understandable." Mewtwo dropped it at that. No point in continuing questioning of questionable behaviour.



"Uhh..I believe he was telling me the truth but at the time it was so confusing I couldn't accept it with all that had been going on. Everything was so confusing and I didn't want to write off Riku to darkness either. That's just a horrible thing to do."

"So you would say that Murluxia had tainted your mind so much that you could no longer think sense?" Mewtwo gave a smile. That worked out well.


"Yeah, I know now they were his orders. At the time I didn't."

"Judge, will the bailiff rip off Vexen's head if he makes an uncanon decision? If so, I charge Murluxia with murder of Vexen."
I am taking a gamble here. Pika_power had little success with it last time. He may have succeeded if he had not been knocked unconcious.
Feeling sorry for the pokemon, 150 ignored the warning pain in his head, and blew some Sacred Ash out the window. Waving his hand gently, he coaxed the wind into taking it to Pika_power. That worked. It seems I have found a loophole to this problem I had. I can still use minor telekinesis, and the air happens to weigh far less than half my body weight. Better not push it though.

"Since it was meant to be a mess and part of the plan at confusing me and weakening my mind, it would be Marluxia's plan, but Namine is the one whose powers were behind it. Repliku was really upset at this all and I couldn't help feeling bad too for him and me. I didn't know what was real at this time and I'm sure he didn't either."

"I see. Not much to add here."


"Riku Replica told me that my brain was a train wreck and Namine and he explained that she had messed with my memories and mind. She said there was another girl closer in my heart that was real. Riku Replica was upset because he was determined that he was the one who made the promise to Namine and well...in a way he's right. I didn't see it that way at the time and he and I fought because he was really angry because he knew all along Namine had messed up my mind because of what Larxene and Marluxia ordered. So he -had- to be the one that made the real promise, to him."

"I see." 150 was still smarting from the pain of manipulating wind. He was not breaking the rules by doing it, but he was pushing it.


"I know that the plan to mess me up was his orders. I don't know if Larxene wigging out over Axel betraying them and doing all she did was. I have no way of knowing that for sure.



"I'm pretty sure Pluto and that feeling were her and then the Organization guy out at the crossroads and also in the Castle Oblivion entrance were Marluxia. The voice is exactly his, even though he had his cloak hood up."

Mewtwo chuckled at the bailiff looking at him in surprise. He may have been stripped of mind reading capabilities, but he could still sense everything going on. It was easy to sense the scorn in the laugh, and work out what was going through his head due to the things 150 had said.

 

Zack saw the Mewtwo take a pile of whiffle dust out of somewhere and throwing it out the window. What was it? Ash? Or maybe some drugs? He tensed up, ready to pounce on the prosecutor for bringing in illegal commodities into the courtroom. Could he have been trying to contaminate this courtroom? Then he realized that it was Sacred Ash, a rare commodity that would revive Pokémon from its dead state. Zack relaxed slightly. He rolled his eyes at the Mewtwo's foolhardy attempt to revive Pika_Power from a great distance. "Yeah, I try healing that pipsqueak with a Max Revive/Full Restore concoction and this lamebrain teleports him out before it can wake him up." He flexed his gloved fingers. "Moron." Of course, he didn't say any of this out loud. But if he was right, this prosecutor probably knew what he was thinking by his body language...

Axel smiled widely as Janexna stammered her words to him, peering at Laxene from the corner of his eyes. She hadn't siad much so far, but her face was something to consider. Just to incite the blond a little more, Axel reached in to brush away the stray hair from Janexna's face. He hadn't noticed it before, but the woman was truly attractive, and she did have the most exquisite eyes, and for just a brief minute, he found himself to be lost in them, only snapping out if when Larxene's voice cut in.

"The only good thing you can find in him is that he's attractive. Otherwise, inside, he's a slimeball who's a murderous coward. Do us a favor, and combust yourself again, Axel."

"Larxene, you are SO mean!" Pouting, he spoke in the most bitter and sarcastic tone possible. "Aw, Janexna, you don't need to hear that crap from her." Well he definitely go her attention, and apparently this was working... wait, what was working? Why was he doing this? Why the hell did he care if Larxene was flirting with Xelax? Why the—

No sooner had he finished his sentence, a couple of things happened, and they happened fast. First was the casting of MAGNERA from the opposite side of the courtroom, causing havoc; the appearance of a new Bailiff [why does he look almost like Axel?], whom he hadn't noticed in the room before, and Mr. Power being knocked cold by the incident. Okey... Then immediately following all that was Larxene's verdict, which was obviously GUILTY. However, Axel did manage to sneak in a smirk at her sentence before in a white poof, Larxene was gone.

“What the freak?†Axel's eyes widened as he saw Larxene being turned into a card. This was indeed turning excessively haphazard by the minute. Janexna, however, did something to the card, like sprinkling something red and closing the card in an envelope, apparently she knew what the heck was going on, and for the sake of his sanity, Axel decided to leave it at that, not wanting to question anyone about it and not wanting to put two and two together at the moment. While Axel stared at Janexna with a wtf look, a new Pokémon entered the scenario, turning every head in the room. Watching and playing an excessive amount of Pokémon in his spare time, Axel immediately recognized the latest addition to court, Mewtwo.

Pika_Power.... dead? Axel's wtf look turned more confused, and now had changed into a state of shock as his jaw fell. What the fack was happeing, were his thoughts. He may not have liked the Pokémon, but the news of his death did in fact make him... what? Sad? He felt sad, okey... sure, why not.

The replacement lawyer, 150, didn't waste any time, [what happened to the recess?] and immediately began on Marluxia's case, calling Sora up to the witness stand for his testimony. There starts another endless debate. Who knows how long this one may last, and Axel facepalmed himself, a headache was coming in.

 

"Lonely? But is she not a nobody? I was under the impression nobodies cannot feel anything. I have found Pika_power's memories of this, and I know his thoughts on the subject but I am curious about your opinion."

"Well, I don't know if Nobodies can't feel loneliness but what I felt from her was that she did feel that way. I know I was told they don't have emotions but well, being all alone with no one who likes you...I could imagine that could affect even a Nobody because that stinks. At any rate, I'm not a Nobody expert or something but I'm very sure she was telling me the truth."

"Yes, by doing what she did to me, it was also affecting both Donald and Goofy too. They had trouble recalling stuff just as I did."

"Well, it's hard to care about someone you've never known or seen before so I can say definitely no at the time."

"The doors were sealed and I'm pretty sure we could not escape from there. Also, I believe if Namine had not had Marluxia holding her captive there, she would have tried to leave rather than staying where she was that whole time. I don't know it for absolute sure, but she was very unhappy there and even if she was a Nobody, I could tell they were filling her head with stuff to keep her down and controlled, like how Larxene talked to her in front of me and how Marluxia was holding her. He also threatened her that she would never leave the Castle so obviously he had some method of preventing her escape. I know me and Donald and Goofy couldn't get out definitely after a certain point because everything was so muddled."

"I don't know that. He obviously was just hopping in something Marluxia was up to and I know from later that Axel was kind of a double agent in a way and was loyal to the Organization at the time but got in on Larxene and Marluxia's plan to sabotage it. I don't really have an answer here."

Sora shrugged not knowing what to answer to that one and figuring he didn't have to. Axel had done some rotten things at the Castle Oblivion but he had turned things around and redeemed himself in Sora's eyes which is something none of the other Org members really even tried to do.

OoC: Don't worry. Pika_power will come back eventually. I am toying with the idea of having him and Mewtwo tag teaming. I liked Pika's attitude, but I want mewtwo for Vexen.

"If you insist." Mewtwo nodded to the judge. "Erkz, please add that onto the charges as well."
Mewtwo would never call the judge 'your honor, for 150 could never respect a human who attempted to constrain and control him. People should live by what they do, not by what they are, yet here he was, constrained because he had psychic power.

With mewtwo's arrival, I am trying to make the RP in slightly less shambles.

"Is that a nobody?" Roxas asked to the air in general. "So, let me get this straight, a massive magnega storm happened, the new bailiff insulted me, and Pika_power died. The nobody somehow dark portaled here, chucked Pika_power away, then got some bling from the judge, who mentioned psychic powers. Now he has been staring at Sora for the past ten minutes, with Sora having a one sided conversation. Someone explain please." Seeing 150 take out a powder, Roxas added "Oh, and he happens to bring strange dust into the court. Just what our side needs. A druggie. He has probably given Sora some, so now he is babbling to everyone about his life story. Great, just great."

Roxas had decided that he would forget about where Stitch maneuvered his hand, to save Namine the trouble of removing the memory herself.

 

Mewtwo nodded, in a daze. "Yes, that would affect anyone... But not Amber..."

Sora looked with his eyes to the left and right like 'ooooooookay' and assumed Amber must be some girlfriend of the past or some disinterested girl. "...Sorry to hear?"

"Umm..yeah, everyone I knew from former worlds did apparently forget me. Leon and others did mention they didn't even think about it until what would be when I woke up and Kairi didn't remember me either really and barely recalled Riku. Namine's power was apparently so good at making me forget it might have made everyone in my memories through the scenes at the Castle Oblivion forget too."

"I see. I think Murluxia did not know about them, and instead it was a normal link between yours and Riku's hearts."

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure Mickey and Riku showing up were different from having Marluxia's involvement."

"I am fine with the Offense assessment" Harvey said and gave a curt nod. Now came the ugly part which was the Defense.

Sora blinked at all the charges and looked at Marluxia a moment. He didn't really have any like for the guy that had really been the root of all of the problems at Castle Oblivion just because he wanted power. He though really had never thought of all the 'charges' that Marluxia had done wrong though because some of it was just beyond him. He knew in his Heart what was wrong or right for the most part though at times he became challenged with it when lines weren't so black and white. Court really did try to make things very black and white. It was interesting and yet a bit unnerving to Sora. In the end, the guy was a coward who used girls to hide behind, made other people do his dirty work, and knowing how Xemnas was...he was hard pressed to figure out why Xemnas ever let such a reject run things at a secret base of the Organization. However, he didn't want to really judge. In a way though he had to say he had more sympathy for Xemnas who was part of Ansem ..no Xehanort's Heartless...who caused the mess in the first place. Sora wasn't sure he was happy to feel so judgmental about others though. He could forgive nearly anyone if they were willing to turn over a new leaf so he knew he'd suck as a judge, let alone a lawyer."

Riku gave a smirk to Roxas as he watched the Offense side wrapping things up. "Roxas, you need to learn what I do so your brain doesn't hurt. Ignore that which you can't explain at the time or write it off as it's just stupid antics and that no force in nature can explain sentient stupidity. It goes against itself and nature somehow, which makes little sense to anyone." He patted Roxas on the shoulder once and turned back to watch the trial.

 

Kairi found it a tad annoying that the Mewtwo was using private "thought-speak" to ask Sora his inquiries, giving the impression that Sora was having a one-sided conversation. She sighed and attempted to get the bailiff's attention by waving him over.

Zack had his finger in his ear as he was listening closely in his earpiece of the real-time conversation that the Mewtwo was giving. 'He must've forgotten that all his conversations are being recorded onto the Court Record,' he thought. Then he noticed the vixen in the skimpy pink outfit waving to him. 'A damsel in distress!' came to his mind. But he resisted the urge to hit on her as he was still on the job. "Yeah?"

Kairi didn't trust those lustful eyes gazing at her. Just being caught in their view made her blush. "You can hear what's going on, right?"

"Yeah? What about it?"

"Is there any way that you could broadcast what that Pokémon's saying? It's kinda annoying to hear only Sora's side of the conversation."

The bailiff thought for a moment. Only a moment. "Alright. I'll be right back." He quickly headed for the storage closet.

Naminé glanced at Kairi. "What do you think he's going to do?" She knew Roxas wanted to pretend what had happened never happened, so she would do the same.

Before she could ponder the matter any further, the loudspeaker screeched making everyone cringe. Suddenly a deep, mysterious voice boomed out:

It took a few seconds for everyone to realize that the "voice" was coming from the Mewtwo prosecutor. Zack turned to the audience. "Sorry for the interruption, but you're all probably wondering what's going on. You see, since all the questions for the witness are being broadcast via "private thought-speak" it'd be unfair for everyone else not to know what the witness was answering. So, instead of causing everyone to question the witness' sanity, the courtroom is now broadcasting any conversation that is directed toward whoever is on the witness stand via the Psycho-Repress or on your head." He looked at the blank expression on the Mewtwo. "Don't worry, you can still have private conversations with anyone here. But any words that you direct to the witness stand will be broadcast in real-time for the audience to hear." Zack narrowed his eyes. "Or are you trying to discredit your witness' credibility?" And with that he gave a wink to Sora's girlfriend and took his position next to the judge.

 

OOC: What's sad is I did not see where he said that it was all mental speak or else Sora himself would have asked what is going on cuz that's just too weird to not comment about. >.<


Sora blinked a moment as the voice came out loud and clear. He must have had another 'blond moment' and did not even realize the Pokemon had been talking into his mind and not to the people around the court room. It had been so clear in his mind that it sounded just like he was talking right next to Sora. Sora let out a sigh of slight humiliation. "I'm sorry...if I had realized it, I would have asked. It just really seemed like he was talking out loud. Maybe that explains why people have been so quiet...either that or I was talking too much over there and now that I'm gone they are more quiet." >.>

"Also, I'm pretty sure that he said the charges right and out to the Judge...and who is Hominy? Are you meaning Jiminy? Not to be rude, but if you are going to relay messages from someone...shouldn't it be accurate and actually what was said? He said Jiminy."

 

Mewtwo asked to the bailiff, along with everyone else in the room "Are you relaying the messages clearly? I clearly called the little green cricket Jiminy, but you have called him Hopiny. Do you have something against him?"

150 continued to consider what he could do to bypass the filter. He had found a way around the telekinesis restriction, but what could he do to everyone else? He knew he could cause headaches with screeching noises, but as it was not the ear that would intake it, it would not damage. Ah well. Always the option for insanity. He could mimic the bailiff's voice though, telekineticly broadcasting him saying things that he would not.

OoC: Repliku, as Jiminy kind of lives with Sora, I think he is yours.

 

Jiminy Cricket hopped onto Sora's shoulder from somewhere. "That's right! The name is Jiminy Cricket. I keep the journals for the group and record their adventures."

Sora snickered a moment as Jiminy appeared from wherever it was he went to when he was gone. That cricket was magical! "I'm sure it was just a mistake. Now we all know."

"Take care everyone!" *waves and disappears to somewhere that will remain a mystery. We could take dibs that he has a condo in Sora's hood.

Zack frowned. There shouldn't have been that sort of glitch in the system. He excused himself to the backroom and quickly looked through the computer's programming. After a few seconds, he mentally slapped himself. "All the years of being an evil mastermind and I'm finally thwarted by a missing spell-check update. Of all the..." He quickly updated the custom dictionary, slammed his fist on the console ("Cheap $20,000 piece of junk...") and re-entered back into the courtroom. It was his mistake for not checking, sure, but he wasn't going to admit it in front of all those pompous idiots out there.

Kairi held back a giggle. "Hominy? Isn't that like an herb or something?" She shook her head in amusement. "For such a serious and dedicated bailiff, that guy needs to get laid."

 

Riku laughed as Kairi said that. It was so kind of not like her to say something insinuating someone should get laid. "Well, I'm sure he spent some of that money on getting laid that could have been used to getting a better machine." Some guys had to do that after all...but not Riku! Even if he didn't have a girlfriend yet. Yeah, he was cool.

Sora blinked and then let out a little chuckle at Kairi and Riku's comments and then nodded to the bailiff. "Glad to see it's fixed now."

 

OOC: Heh. If Zack had a clue about that tactic, he'd probably counter that with sound dampeners or something. But since he doesn't, I think it'd be a bit entertaining to see how Mewtwo would use that tactic. ;)

Anyway, it's the defense's turn. So Xelax and Janexna (if you're still even reading this thread), how're you going to play this? Also, I'd rather not have to summarize everything in bullet points (with the additional statements as well). So, good luck in Cross-Examining in all that clutter. :wacko:

Sorry for the delay, me and ICSP were lost on a discussion (of the thread itself, to say the truth...due to current events), so after a few things were put on the table, now we continue to roll. That, and I took my own recess, since we were suppose to have one, and it got screwed. To post something for the while....

Janexna sighed depressingly, putting her chin on top of her arms as she laid them on that table, wishing that Larxene was here. It was hard, not having your favorite character to keep you company, and she didn't know how long Larxene was going to last acting the 750, 000 story. Hopefully, with her Axel there...if he was even there, it might get done faster. And the fanfiction world? Larxene would've been lost forever considering the many twists and turns, and how she doesn't know how to act out a fic. So yes, she hoped she had her Fan-Fic Axel to lead her, if she hasn't killed him yet. Sigh. Janexna was so lost in her emo thoughts and feelings, that she didn't notice a black cloaked person sit down on Larxene's empty seat....which she will never sit on! Cry. Sniff.

Sensing someone touch her arm, she swat it away, wanting to wallow in her melancholy. When she felt it again though, she mumbled, "F*ck off."

"Excuse me?" a thick voice almost deeply growled beside her.

Knowing it, blinking in surprise, she turned her head to find Marluxia glaring at her in a admonishing grace, somehow looking respectful and elegant even while displeased with her. Testorone pouring out of every bit of his body....screw the pink hair, the man was fierce with his presence. The whole air even got a eerie tension. Smiling in apology sheepishly, she straightened herself, pulling a bit of loose hair behind her ear as she stared at him professionally, noting that Marluxia had gotten Xelax's attention as well. "Sorry about that, just emo about Larxene. What was it you needed?"

Marluxia just gazed at her blankly for a moment, before beginning to speak, "I have to say that I don't deem this court professional nor legible, as it seems, this is more like a battle of opinions. Also, I do not agree with the fact, which I think Larxene was right on, that we were simply awakened and summoned from our deaths to be trial, as I do not get what does it prove, precisely. We can argue over some of the charges weren't true or what they look like, yet, we will get a punishment either way, which we have already gone through."

Janexna looked at him, the mose serious expression on her face, though she was still on the loss of Larxene funk. Sniff. Come back to me!! "To be honest, from long ago, when we were asked to take on this case on the Organization, after a few conversations, your case...is very...hard, to say the least. While we sign up to protect the members from being falsely accused and to understand what caused the action as well as understanding the scene itself, yours...well...needless to say, you did them, Marluxia, since I look more deeply into the things, yours is...I didn't find much that even I could see. We considered your situation out of all the members to be hopeless...hell, you're worse off than Xemnas who got lost on trying to do a good deed for his race. There was no way it can never be proved that you didn't do what you did. That's why we had the quote of yours that we used for Larxene....I feel guilty to throw it out that way, which is why I hesitated, but we had concluded your part of the case by then. Some of what the prosecutors and what Sora says are questionable, so those would be answer to, because even though you will get a grand punishment, maybe, I don't know, is better to look more on the charges in a wide range of view as well as lessen the severity to responsibility of the rest that were there." With that said, she reached out to get the paper Xelax had finished writing all the charges on and the claims. Some seemed unfair in her opinion, but since Marluxia was the mastermind, and she could tell he was perhaps the most disliked here, bias would be included in all opinion and decisions, it was a lost cause even if they did battle.

"Exactly, though I do see where you're coming from of the rest that were added," Marluxia spoke calmly, looking over the list as well and gazing at it unimpressed. "Yet, is better to avoid another session that is not really needed, do you not think?"

"Hmmm...." Janexna hummed to herself, before saying, "I think we can work something out for you, though remember, you're not exactly well liked, and condemning you would be no problem for anyone. Corrupted? Hell yeah. But as you can see, I'm even starting to question the court, though we're still here...and if they do give you death penalty, that would be kind of pointless, really." She really didn't understand that, but she went and motioned for Xelax, asking him of what they should do in stern whispers, and discussing the matters at hand.

"An emotionless voice appeared in Murluxia's head. "I doubt it will be death penalty, considering Larxane. Much more likely it will be an absurd task. Now, what would you hate most in the world? Imagine that, then bring it into reality. That will probably be the punishment. So I would start taking this court seriously."

Mewtwo glanced over at Murluxia. Sure, the bailiff heard, but it was not intimidation. If anything, it was attempting to help Murluxia. Besides, Erkz had said worse.

 

The bailiff heard every word that Mewtwo told Marluxia. But he didn't really care what happened to this lot. In fact, the entire courtroom (except the girls, the judge and himself) could burn up and he wouldn't care. Zack just wanted to go back to his evil lair and think up of new ways to defeat that "Blue Blazer of Ultima" once and for all...

 

Mewtwo considered mimicing the judge's voice, and saying that the defense did not get to cross examine, but he figured that the reaction of the bailiff would be too out of proportion.

He eyed Stitch's cage next to the judge. The bars were fairly wide apart, Stitch could stick an arm though. Well, he certainly say 'up yours" in a grand way.
