BIC: Before responding to the judge, Zack reached into his pocket and hurled a Max Revive/Full Restore mixture at the Pokemon Prosecutor, instantly healing it back to its awakened and alert state.

Then nodding to the judge, he grabbed the card and held it up for all to see. This would be the fate of the Organization if they were deemed guilty. This would teach everyone to take the trial more seriously. Then with a shadow of a smirk on his lips, he walked into the back room, placed Larxene into an envelope and sent it to its destination via first-class snail mail.

Looking pleased that he hadn't snapped and stuck it in the shredder like he would usually do outside the courthouse, he returned to the courtroom and nodded to the judge again indicating that the task was carried out.

Namine collapsed into her chair and sighed with relief. FINALLY, the nightmare was over...Then she remembered who was up next. She groaned. Did this mean she'd have to go up and testify...AGAIN?!

Kairi was slightly afraid of the judge and his ability to wield power like that. If he could transform living beings into cards, did this mean that he could change them into other inanimate objects? Voodoo dolls for example? She shuddered at the thought...

 

150 watched as Zach hurled a max revive at the place where Pikachu was.

"Too late Zach. I already have delt with him. You ought to pay more attention to time. What you see one moment may not be there the next."

 

OOC: How could I tell? Your post was a page back and I only look toward the future. :huh:

BIC: Zack didn't like this prosecutor's attitude. He narrowed his eyes. Yes, he'd dealt with this ******bag before. In another timeframe, he remembered that he used his handy Codebreaker to Master Ball the so-called powerhouse into submission. And in another timeframe he had seen 150 get kicked out of the SSBB lineup and replaced with a Pokémon players would be proud of. He also knew that it had the ability to read minds...if it could. Fortunately for him, Zack had a Psi-dampener implanted in his skull during his Area 51 training. Level 100 Psychics couldn't mess with his mind or use telekinesis on him. Besides, Dark-types trumped Psychic no matter how you looked at it. If this so-called Pokémon attempted to use its powers to manipulate the court...Zack smirked. 150 would be in for one hell of a headache. He very subtly adjusted a knob inside his glove to initiate a telekinetic feedback field. No one would cheat in this courtroom. That was why he was the bailiff...

Kairi didn't know what to make of this new prosecutor. It was as if he could read their very thoughts. Her eyes widened. All those lustful thoughts of Sora right now...he didn't read them did he? Think unnaughty thoughts, think unnaughty thoughts...

Naminé sighed. She wished she had her powers back. She could kinda sympathize with this new prosecutor when it came to mental abilities. But, at least they were finally getting somewhere.

 

Mewtwo ignored Zack. He would reply, but there would be no point. 150 broadcast his thoughts psychicly into the minds of the recipients. Zack had somehow blocked the signals, so there was little mewtwo could do to comunicate with him.

OoC:what on earth would a telekinetic feedback field do?

 

OOC: I never said he couldn't hear him. I only said that if 150 tries to do any funny business, the feedback field would activate and the Pokémon will suffer a psychic backlash, causing the worst headache that it can imagine, destroying its focus until it stops trying to manipulate whatever. In other words, if 150 messes with the witnesses (or audience), it's going to wish that it wasn't such a powerful psychic. So, talking's fine. Anything that would disrupt this courtroom that involves psychic vandalism or abuse and Zack's turning all that psychic power back into that Pokémon's brain. 'Kay? ;)

BIC: Zack gave the judge a little something to prevent any mental manipulation. "Don't want you to get hit by the Jedi Mind Trick after all." He then looked back at the prosecutor. It was more dangerous than Pika_Power when it came to terms of power. But as long as he was bailiff, chaos would be under HIS control and no one elses. He stood straight and tall and waited for the next incident to occur so he could easily nullify it...

Kairi was nervous that Sora was being called up. After all, the prosecution and the defense would have a field day in digging for as many answers as they could from her boyfriend. She hoped Sora could take the pressure better than Naminé did...

Naminé was also slightly nervous. She had given back Sora's memories. But would it be enough to go on?

 

150 looked at the baliff properly for the first time. "Very good, you have implemented a psychic field. I can break through if need be, but I would rather not invoke anything that could be avoidable. As such, I request you detail what the field is programed to combat."

150 did a quick scan of anyone who may be talking to him, then returned his attentions to the mental message.

"You seem to have a misconception of me. I am Mewtwo, the clone of mew. I am from the pokemon Anime. I am not a pokemon to be enslaved. Nor am I the weak form from Melee. That was an experiment of mine, to see if I could make a mewthree. It failed spectacularly, and was donated to the fighting game. Now it has a roll as a trophy."

Mewtwo soon got tired of talking to Zack, and zoned out. He would dearly like to have a look inside Vexen and Repliku's heads, but he decided to wait for a reply first.

 

Zack wondered if he should answer. After all, he didn't know if this Pokémon's "thought speak" was broadcasted to everyone or just him. But he decided to anyway.

"It's pretty simple. Your power's are only limited to talking and minor telekinesis. No mind-reading. No hovering around. No teleportation as was demonstrated earlier when old blondie up there..." He jerked his head toward Roxas. "attempted to dark portal. You were able to teleport before because the field was off and we weren't prepared for your arrival. Now that your DNA is encoded into the system, it's completely locked onto you. Private or not, your "thought speak" is being continuously monitored which can be easily accessed through the Court Record. No 'persuasive manipulation.'" He rolled his eyes and muttered something about having a rival who had the same ability. "Any psychic, status or TM/HM/Move Tutor/hacked/uncanon attacks trigger the feedback. Telekinesis is limited to small inanimate objects. And before you even try it, my dark powers trump your psychic ones. So, I won't tolerate the "Boot to the Head" shtick coming from you." He smirked. "I wasn't an evil genius for the past decade just to be beaten by some low-brow wannabe. And believe me..." Zack gave him a stern look. "...as much as you think you are, you're not the most powerful Psychic-type in the world any more. It's been years since you've even made an appearance. Biotechnology has evolved since you've been seen last. Plus, magic has been integrated with the system as well to counter any physical, mental or spiritual tampering. So any attempt to tamper with the system itself will force all psychic beings into a mental shutdown. In other words..." His eyes narrowed. "...I wouldn't advise trying any funny business unless you want to know what it feels like for your brain to be cleaved in half, your lungs collapsed and your body becoming nothing more than a shell. Are we clear?"

Naminé was stunned. All psychic beings? Did this include her too? But she didn't have her powers any more, right? So it shouldn't affect her if the prosecutor did try something recklessly like that.

Kairi sighed. The bailiff wasn't taking any chances with this new prosecutor. She hoped that this one wasn't as arrogant as Xelax or Pika_Power was. And if he was worse...well. They'd cross that bridge when it came to it.

"One last thing. It's my job to make sure that chaos doesn't interfere with this courtroom. If I see any open physical hostility that caused the first judge to be excused, I'll be forced to use my powers with no mercy and no regret. So, behave yourselves." And with that, Zack walked back to his position next to the judge and waited, cracking his knuckles with a menacing glare to all that opposed the order of the courtroom.

And then he remembered. He side-whispered to the judge, "Since Pika_Power's no longer here, can we change the bet to this new Pokémon vs. Xelax instead?"

 

OOC: When Erkz said that Larxene's sentence may be amusing, never thought it was going to be that o.O. I actually expected worse ^^;. As for the Marluxia case, I still need to take a few things over with ICSP, so I/we must wait for him.

Janexna was surprised to hear the judge's final verdict, and then finding Larxene disappear in a puff of smoke, looking over at the seat in shock as the mist cleared. She was soon staring at a animated card of Larxene, stuck in there, and the first thing she thought was that it reminded her of Luxord's powers, before actually snapping out of it, and getting what had happened. The sentence could've been worse, and coming from a fanfiction writer herself, this will be easy to get 750, 000, if you got a plot and set story in mind. Yet, friendship? And K-Rated? The girl was going to be there a long time if that was the case. Explaining to Larxene what happened, or at least attempting (could she hear her?), watching her being slowly lifted up, she quickly took a vial from her pocket and opened the lid where there were red confetti, the remains of the character of her unfinished high school fic that she decided to drop. Putting a bit on her palm and closing her eyes as she muttered some words, she threw it at the card, the red disappering inside, before Larxene finally flew away. It was another gift she had acquired, though she never really used it, and she didn't know whether it would even work.

She watched the member go off, in that hands of the bailiff, and soon, disppeared to be mailed. Janexna actually felt kind of sad....since she was expecting to talk to Larxene around the trials, a girl companion, and get to know her well. That wouldn't happen now though, and she wished her good luck, because that was the only thing she could do. The punishment wasn't that horrible (well, that was kind of biased since she was a writer), so she should be thankful for that. Great. So much for female company. From there on, a lot had happened after Larxene's leave, like the new Pokémon, some telekinetic power going on, and other stuff that didn't really interest her at the moment. The departure hit her harder, maybe because she was hoping Larxene to be here until it all ended and her sentence was taken into action after they got through all the members.

Larxene had barely time to react when she heard the proclamation of guilty for her charges, and before she knew it, everything went white, and it wasn't until a while later that it disappeared, but she wasn't in the court room anymore. Rubbing her eyes to make sure she was seeing things right, she was in a blank place, everything white, white, white, and only in what she supposed was the "ceiling", she saw what was almost a TV screen, where Janexna was looking down at her, saying something about her turning into a card.

A card.

Seriously.

And she thought she would be out of Luxord's booby traps the moment she died, yet she guessed the judge had some power. Hearing the judge say something about her writing a 750, 000 words of K-Rated, Friendship Genre Fan-Fiction, she facepalmed. No way...that was going to take forever, she didn't know crap about friendship, she never had the experience in both lives, let alone any fluff. Listening to Janexna say is not that bad, the girl sprinkled something red in the card, before she was moved away and then the screen now suddenly faced the court room. Hearing things closely, she processed that she was going to be sent into this Fan-Fiction world, and soon, everything went...well, nothing. She guessed she was being sent now, and inside a envelope. Strange...it almost felt like she was nothing again, alone, in blankness. So wait, how was she even suppose to write this fanfiction? When she gets there? If she finishes that, that was it? But friendship...well, the easy example to take was Sora and the Idiot Brigade, and added fluffiness. Very fluffy. She yawned from her laid down position, thinking that she might get her rest now until she got there. However, she did want to see the rest of the trial, like Marluxia's, though really, she did not know how he would escape, and Axel's, who must be condemned. Especially for the whole Janexna thing. Sexy? Yeah right.

"Condemn? Won't help you much with the story. I can't read minds by the way, is just that this one was strong enough to be heard."

Larxene froze at the familiar voice. There's no way. Turning her head sharply to the direction where it was coming from, wishing it was something else, a Organization cloaked familiar member smirked at her, the spike, fire red hair, the green, bright eyes, the creamy complexion, the fine features, and the tattooed face of...Axel. She blinked. Maybe this card was making her hallucinate, there was no such thing as Axel being here, because he was left back in court. But now...he was there, beginning to walk to her, and then, he went to lay down beside her form, letting out a casual breath as if this just wasn't out of the ordinary while putting his hands behind his head, while her expression looked at him with a "WTF?" gaze.

"Remember when you saw a bunch of red sprinkles fly down that Janexna had?" he asked her, finding her stunned face quite amusing. How much did you get that from Larxene? Never. Without waiting for a answer, because he knew he wasn't getting it, he continued, "I'm not Axel Axel, if that's what you're thinking. Rather, I'm Janexna's fanfiction Axel, here to guide you and keep you company. Because trust me, for friendship, you need complete guidance. You're going to fail otherwise."

"....."

"....."

"...why you? I'll probably end up killing you, power or not. There's the use of bare hands."

He gave her a fox-like grin, not at all fazed by the glare she was giving him and the obvious disdain in her voice. "See? That's not a way to start a good friendship, now is it? As for me being chosen, well, you probably didn't know, but Janexna supports you and Axel together. As a couple." There was raging silence, before Larxene broke out with-

"I KNEW IT! I saw something called Larxel on her folder. That's a mixture of our names...I was wondering..."

Axel chuckled. "Get used to it. You're to find a a loooooot of disturbing pairings in the fandom. And fics. Like I, for example, get paired up with you and Roxas, despite that I'm not gay, those are the most that pop up, while I also go with Kairi, Naminé, Vexen, Marluxia, Saïx...seriously the guy was out to kill me, Zexion, Demyx, Xemnas, Riku-"

"Fandom whore."

Pause.

"True."

"Why the hell am I even talking to you?" Larxene asked herself roughly, truly confused, knowing she was suppose to hate Axel's very existence after what he had done. Now she was on friendly terms? Not even in the next life.

"Because you want to," was the simple answer he gave.

"No. I hate you," she spat harshly, her eyes narrowing as she focused her attention somewhere else, feeling some fury bubble inside, though she wasn't suppose to feel such. Having him here just made Janexna heighten her punishment to a new high, and she was her attorney.

"You can't hate. You don't have a heart, remember?"

"I don't care."

"Denial. Yes, you do. You know you do," Axel finished triumphantly, beginning his teachings by psychological approach, though he saw Larxene not even be aware of his presence here anymore as her eyes were on something else....which was all blankness really. His lips turned back into a smirk as the female shifted her back now on him, hellbent on ignoring him probably, since you could barely move in here, trapped. He was the exception as he was here by magic in the first place. This was going to be hectic.

 

150 chuckled. "You have thought of everything, haven't you? I have one more question. Why do you bet that I will be in a fight with Xelax? You have told me I am limited to only normal psychic attacks, and that will cause my head to implode. I have no physical prowess, so any physical match I enter will result in defeat. Yet you seem to be sure that I will end up fighting Xelax. So either you are stupid, or there is something you are not telling me."

Mewtwo continued to chuckle at the guard. Finally he spoke. "Are you aware that if an alakazam was in here, you would be on trial for murder?"

Leaving him to ponder that, he went back to considering the case, flowing through Pika_power's memories. He was looking forward to seeing Vexen's case.
Stitch had found something rather unfortunate. While Pika_power was attracted to Magnega, a golden axe had come out of Pika_power's pockets. Stitch grinned.

Creeping onto the roof, axe in hand, he crawled over Erkz. Stealthily he dropped, swinging the axe in a downward motion, heading for the judge's forehead.

A direct hit! Stitch chortled, then bounced off, along with the Axe. It had done nothing to the judge. Testing the blade, he found it sharp, but when he lept up and swung it at the judge again, it bounced off. Stitch looked at the blade in bewilderment. WTF? He then looked up and saw everyone looking at him.

OoC: Cookie to anyone who can tell me what happened to stitch's axe! (No, the answer is not uber psychic powers.)

 

OOC: Guys, since the charges seem to get rotated around and well, I was hardly here for the charges being done on people initially I'm going to add some for debate to Marluxia since we also had to adjust Larxene's if that's fine. If not we'll go with what is presented. He's murmuring it to the new Offense Attorney any way so it doesn't have to hold but some things were forgotten at the beginning.

Harvey rummaged through his paperwork and looked at the new pokemon that was his partner who just rattled off the charges, coming into the case. He sighed as this was not all but he'd now have to wait a bit.

Harvey looked over at the new Pokemon and read off the charges said and added some. "This would be the more complete list. Marluxia was in charge of the operation that he and Larxene took and so should have charges she did as well which though she carried them out, were his initially. Is there anything you want to debate before these are presented as the whole charges?"

Sora waved to his friends and gave a hug to Kairi for good luck, and then went up and sat down after being sworn in. His statement testimony is as follows:

1. I felt drawn to go towards the crossroads. It felt like it was the way to go which I would guess was Namine drawing me there subliminally. Pluto may have also been an image by her since we followed him there.
2. At the crossroads, I encountered an Organization member pointing out Castle Oblivion and one with Marluxia's voice speaking.
3. "Ahead lies something you hold dear — but to claim it, you must lose something
first." The plan seemed already set in motion at this time.
4. My friends and I entered, hoping to find the King and Riku. Our abilities and magic were sealed from us.
5. We had the distinct feeling our friends the King and Mickey must be in the Castle.
6. The Nobody who I believe to be Marluxia passed through me and 'sampled' my memories, making a card. He stole them.
7. Entered Traverse Town and he said that these were just memories. We continued on not knowing what to do.
8. He turned my friends to cards and said I had to pick them up without fail if I value them.
9. He had me convinced I was going to meet Riku by saying I'd meet someone dear to me if I kept going and I had to go on alone at first. I know now he meant Namine, who I didn't even know.
10. Marluxia showed up again and I asked what he wanted. He said that depends on what I have to give.
11. Axel showed up and said he was tired of Marluxia hogging me and so Marluxia passed on the cards to him. Marluxia said 'perhaps you'd like to test him' and left. Axel and I fought after he told me his name. Marluxia never said his name but I could tell by the voice match it was him.
12. Axel returned after saying the same message Marluxia had about finding someone important but when asked about Riku he said he doesn't know and I forgot forgetting. He also said I may no longer be me.
13. We had already forgotten Hollow Bastion. After Aladdin's world we could remember me being a Heartless and freeing Kairi.
14. However all entries in the Journal Jiminy kept were gone. They stole it all.
15. We went on to Olympus Coliseum and came out with less memories trying to fight to keep what we could. We had little choice but to continue.
16. After Alice's world I began to have memories of Namine but they were weak. It was distracting me about Riku and Kairi. I began to forget Kairi and Riku being gone was less important.
17. After Monstro, I recalled more of Namine like she drew pictures and stuff and I was sad when she left.
18. After Halloween Town, Larxene shows up. She said that if I didn't recall the girl's name I was remembering then she'd be heartbroken. She said the girl was here and that I'd have to get passed the bad guys...then she said she was the bad guy after she kicked me and I dropped the charm.
19. I didn't recognize it since it was changed from Kairi's and she said I had it the whole time. I 'remembered' Namine's name then.
20. She said I was Heartless to forget...and it all felt weird...she held it and said she was going to destroy it. I got mad and wanted it back. Kairi's memory was fading and I wouldn't want to forget my friends.
21. Larxene and I fought so I could get the charm back. I did and she left.
22. I wanted answers about where Namine was and what was going on. She was gone though.
23. Riku or actually Riku Replica showed up after Atlantica.
24. He was upset because all I was thinking about was Namine, he thought but I remembered I came here to find him.
25. He said Namine and he were sick of me. He was acting very weird.
26. We were now scared something bad happened to Riku's mind and possibly the King's too since he was last seen with Riku. We continued on.
27. After Neverland, we met Riku again, and he was being stubborn and confusing still. We fought to try to jog his memory and see if he'd come down from this. It didn't work and he ran off when I tried to say we could go find Namine together.
28. After this I and Donald and Goofy couldn't remember Kairi anymore. Namine totally replaced her.
29. After Maleficent and Beast..I remembered my promise to Namine and couldn't recall anything else really but that we were here to help Riku and the King. We had to use that as a basis to go on.
30. After Pooh's world we meet Vexen who says he is the one who reunited me with Riku. I demanded to know what was wrong with him and why he was being controlled. He said I didn't need to worry in my 'final moments' and challenged me.
31. He fought me to produce a card from my deep memories which now I know were actually Roxas's. I went on to be on the outside of the mansion in Twilight Town.
32. Vexen shows up here and says it's another side of my heart's memories. He claimed Riku as his and we fought. I beat him.
33. He told me after that Riku had one fate, to fade to Darkness. He said that if I continued to go after Namine, I would lose myself and be Marluxia's pawn.
34. When I went on to ask, Axel came out and killed Vexen.
35. We went on and met up with Riku. I hoped he was free now because Vexen was gone but this wasn't the case. I found out that for some reason, Riku and I both had the same memory of Namine and the falling star. We both became very upset and angry. We both had the same charms too.
36. We fought and Riku dropped his charm confused and I picked it up calling to him but he was gone. It changed into a card and I could only think it was fake.
37. I went to Destiny Islands. Riku there was from my memories. I ran off to go protect Namine while he warned others.
38. I went on to meet up with Riku Replica and Namine. It's here that they start to confess what is going on about Namine altering my memories.
39. Riku Replica and I fought. He beat me and Namine broke his heart freezing him in place.
40. Larxene shows up and says that Namine did the whole thing. She said Riku was fake. She said that it was their chance, Larxene's and Marluxia's I assume, to make me their puppet but Axel betrayed them.
41. Namine was hit by Larxene because she was in a foul mood. I tried to stand up and defend Namine because even if it was not a 'real' promise, I felt it real enough to do something about and could tell Larxene was just not a good person.
42. Donald and Goofy came back and we fought, defeating Larxene who threatened to kill me.
43. Marluxia told Namine apparently that he'd keep her locked away in the castle forever if she didn't do as he said. She explained she was lonely and did try to lure me there but the plans to mess me up mentally were Marluxia's idea.
44. We go on to stop Marluxia and told her to watch after Riku.
45. I walked in when Namine was brought before Marluxia and he was holding her hostage to avoid a fight with Axel. Axel was determined that he'd go through Namine to get at Marluxia.
46. He said that Axel was going to go through her to get to him and vanished. I was really confused not getting the scene and fought Axel after he said he'd rather not fight me but had a reputation to think of. In a way I think he did it all for show. I defeated him with my friends.
47. He made a comment he saved me and vanished. I was confused so went on.
48. Marluxia thanks me for destroying Axel, still holding Namine hostage. He says that he wants the Keyblade power for his own and have the Organization at his mercy.
49. I told him to let her go. He told her to erase my memories. Caught as we were I believed I could endure it and Donald and Goofy would help me. I told her to do it. She could not despite Marluxia threatening her. He said I would be his slave and even ruined, I could be rebuilt to what he wanted.
50. Repliku appears and gets Namine away from Marluxia. We fought Marluxia along with Repliku and found out it was not the real Marluxia. This was really getting annoying.
51. We went to fight Marluxia who said he'd scatter my heart to the wind.
52. We won and then Namine said I had to choose between memories. I chose to remember my friends and real past but hoped to meet her again.

 

OOC: Yeah, there's something Zack's not telling 150. But, seriously Pika, you should've waited for your partner before announcing the charges like that. I mean, unless you want to contend with Janexna and Xelax by yourself (which would spell doom for us all) I suggest letting Harvey get his say first. Without him, the original charges wouldn't have stuck as well and Pika would've been penalized at least twice back there. And I for one don't wish to see Repliku leave this RP. :huh:

@ Repliku - ... write an essay? Oh no, don't misunderstand. She got sent to the realm of fanfiction, where fan-fiction is reality. >: } In other words, she has to act out 750, 000 words of fan-fiction. Like Fan-Fic Axel said, it's gonna be really tough on her given the Genre and rating... Imagine who else might get what punishment.

@ Pika_power - PLEASE don't do something like that unless the post is on the same page that everyone else is on. It's rather inconvient. Had Repliku not mentioned it, I wouldn't have noticed you'd already mentioned charges and whatnot. :\

@ Twilight Night - She only got off that easy because she didn't kill anyone or anything. Certain people won't be that lucky if the prosecution does their job right.

The judge looked at Stitch and raised his eyebrows. Grabbing the experiment by the nape of his neck, he opened a nearby cage and tosses him into it.

"Now, no more mischief," he said, chidingly. "and you won't be able to break those bars either. Not even a black hole can put a dent in them."

Turning toward the new prosecutor, he frowned as the bailiff and prosecutor had already gotten off on the wrong foot.

"We can't have this, now can we...? Quite the unfair advantage you have there, Mr. Mewtwo. I'm sorry, but I cannot allow it." he said tapping his gavel lightly as a shiny metallic circle with a purple gem materialized on the pokemon's forehead.

"I'm sorry to have to limit you to this, and I'm sorry for any bad memories it may bring up, but that on your head is a Psycho-Repressor. With that on, you cannot use PokeMon attacks, nor read minds... frankly, all you can do is project your thoughts as per normal, and weak forms of telekinesis. You won't be able to lift anything heavier than half of your weight..."

He coughed before continuing.

"As I said, I am sorry, but I cannot allow you to continue without the aforesaid measures in place. It's much more appropriate than everyone having to wear psychic dampeners. Also, you won't be needing any other powers than your intellect so it shouldn't be that much of a problem."

 

OOC: Okay, I did up Sora's stuff and hope I did it right. It took me sometime to go through everything lol. Hopefully that will work. I'm all caught up and what Harvey said was to Mewtwo to discuss the charges. I just wanted it to be in more order to not have to go about doing as many adjustments as with Larxene's. I expect some of course but didn't want things omitted ahead of time because technically, Marluxia was the mastermind behind it and he stood a chance of having less charges than Larxene.

Also, I do get Larxene's punishment. Just I expected some prison time. lol. I do find it funny though and laughed. I suppose it came across as wrong in the way I wrote it.

 

The bailiff glanced at the judge curiously but with approval in his eyes. With the combined equipment of the Psycho-Repressor and the telekinetic feedback field, Mewtwo (or 150 as it preferred to be called) was now on even footing as everyone else. Of course, if this Pokémon had thought about it, he'd have taken a page out of his "failed experiment" and learned some physical attacks such as swinging its heavy tail or judo-chopping its opponent. Zack chuckled slightly. Genius Pokémon? That was a laugh.

He just hoped that the judge forgot all about the bet...

Kairi was still slightly worried about Sora as her face shown with concern. "I hope he'll be alright..."

OOC: Repliku, wow. I didn't see that Witness Testimony up there. I was expecting it to be those short bullets that would allow us to press for more details, but...

With something like that, I don't see any room for Pressing anything. Either that or this will take awhile. Kinda too bad that the prosecution called him up first. Now it's their (Pika's) job to Cross-Examine the whole thing. Not that I'm complaining, mind you. :p

 

OOC: I wasn't sure how to get it done and Sora did a lot of stuff. It was more things than I too anticipated actually as there was more evidence going through the videos and script than I thought. In a way I did it for two purposes. One was so I would have a reminder where these things were so I could look it up if asked for more details, because researching all that took a longer time than I wished. The other was that it would help the case move on faster for the Defense/Offense and perhaps we wouldn't get hung up so badly as we did on Larxene, where Namine for some reason was being put on trial and then the debates back and forth with Larxene on the stand. If it doesn't work out better I suppose if Riku or Repliku get called up I'll work it differently. Another reason I did it is because later if Sora is called up, I can omit scenes from this as they apply to others or they could be used when trying Vexen or Riku Replica if he is going to be charged. It solves the problem for later things too.

If it is too much, let me know guys and I'll go ahead and alter it. Really, it is to reduce some headaches for me and others who were tired of being caught up in little details and also so I could use this later on when others go up who Sora had to contend with. Since the first part of the game is devoted to Sora, it was going to be longer than Namine's.

 

150 considered his options for battle with Xelax. Swinging hs tail? The bailiff seriously wanted him to use tailwhip? Laughable. Speaking only to the bailiff "Tail whip lowers the foe's defense. Thus a status attack. Therefore my mind would implode. This bet is not looking like you will win."
He noticed the gem on his head. He quckly checked his senses. Hearing... check. Sight... check. Touch... limited. Smell... check. Taste... check.
His partner seemed irritated. How interesting. Best not to have him leave.
"Mr. Birdman, do you wish to cross examine, or can I?"

ooC: Stitch's axe came from Pika_power's animal crossing pockets. Animal Crossing. Ever hit someone with an Axe in animal crossing? It bounces off.

 

Harvey gave a nod to 150. "The floor is yours." He sat drinking his coffee and hoping this would work out alright. Avenger walked across the table, pacing as if he was ready to do the examination himself but of course, he was a bird. He would however, have fun mimicking the actions of Mewtwo as he'd do his examination.

Sora sat there looking out and hoped this would go over well. Now he understood how it was to be put on the spot and he could not help but be a bit nervous. This looked more exciting to do when playing court than having to be up here for the real thing.

 

Sora waved to his friends and gave a hug to Kairi for good luck, and then went up and sat down after being sworn in. His statement testimony is as follows:

1. I felt drawn to go towards the crossroads. It felt like it was the way to go which I would guess was Namine drawing
me there subliminally. Pluto may have also been an image by her since we followed him there.

150 nodded. So the subliminal leading of Namine that you mentioned. Was this under order of Xemnas?"

2. At the crossroads, I encountered an Organization member pointing out Castle Oblivion and one with Marluxia's voice speaking.
So while Namine led you to Caste Oblivion, Murluxia led you into it?
3. "Ahead lies something you hold dear — but to claim it, you must lose something
first." The plan seemed already set in motion at this time.

"did you hold something dear in the castle, or was it a lie to coerce you to go in?"
4. My friends and I entered, hoping to find the King and Riku. Our abilities and magic were sealed from us.
"Was it the nature of Castle Oblivion that you lost your attacks, or more work by Namine? Also, were you sealed in the Castle?"
5. We had the distinct feeling our friends the King and Mickey must be in the Castle.

"Were they in the Castle, or do you believe it was another trick by Namine, to get you to enter?"
6. The Nobody who I believe to be Marluxia passed through me and 'sampled' my memories, making a card. He stole them.

"He stole your memories? Didn't he take an imprint of them on the card then gave the card to you?"
7. Entered Traverse Town and he said that these were just memories. We continued on not knowing what to do.

Mewtwo looked interested. Sort of. It was a bit of a task telling what sort of emotion he had.
8. He turned my friends to cards and said I had to pick them up without fail if I value them.
"Again, was this him, or the Nature of Castle Oblivion?"
9. He had me convinced I was going to meet Riku by saying I'd meet someone dear to me if I kept going and I had to go on alone at first. I know now he meant Namine, who I didn't even know.
"Do you believe he knew he was making you think of Riku, or was he genuinely telling you about Namine?"
10. Marluxia showed up again and I asked what he wanted. He said that depends on what I have to give.

11. Axel showed up and said he was tired of Marluxia hogging me and so Marluxia passed on the cards to him. Marluxia said 'perhaps you'd like to test him' and left. Axel and I fought after he told me his name. Marluxia never said his name but I could tell by the voice match it was him.

"Did he attack you on Murluxia's orders, or of his own initiative?
12. Axel returned after saying the same message Marluxia had about finding someone important but when asked about Riku he said he doesn't know and I forgot forgetting. He also said I may no longer be me.

"Would you consider this a warning, or more taunting and coercion?"
13. We had already forgotten Hollow Bastion. After Aladdin's world we could remember me being a Heartless and freeing Kairi.

14. However all entries in the Journal Jiminy kept were gone. They stole it all.
"Stole, or erased?"
15. We went on to Olympus Coliseum and came out with less memories trying to fight to keep what we could. We had little choice but to continue.

"Why little choice? Also you say we, who else was there?"
16. After Alice's world I began to have memories of Namine but they were weak. It was distracting me about Riku and Kairi. I began to forget Kairi and Riku being gone was less important.

"Would you call that mental harm?"
17. After Monstro, I recalled more of Namine like she drew pictures and stuff and I was sad when she left.
18. After Halloween Town, Larxene shows up. She said that if I didn't recall the girl's name I was remembering then she'd be heartbroken. She said the girl was here and that I'd have to get passed the bad guys...then she said she was the bad guy after she kicked me and I dropped the charm.
19. I didn't recognize it since it was changed from Kairi's and she said I had it the whole time. I 'remembered' Namine's name then.
"Changed? Would you call it defacement? Was Larxane doing what Murluxia told her to?"
20. She said I was Heartless to forget...and it all felt weird...she held it and said she was going to destroy it. I got mad and wanted it back. Kairi's memory was fading and I wouldn't want to forget my friends.

21. Larxene and I fought so I could get the charm back. I did and she left.
22. I wanted answers about where Namine was and what was going on. She was gone though.
23. Riku or actually Riku Replica showed up after Atlantica.
"An attempt to damage and confuse you more. Was he under the org's orders?"
24. He was upset because all I was thinking about was Namine, he thought but I remembered I came here to find him.
25. He said Namine and he were sick of me. He was acting very weird.
26. We were now scared something bad happened to Riku's mind and possibly the King's too since he was last seen with Riku. We continued on.
27. After Neverland, we met Riku again, and he was being stubborn and confusing still. We fought to try to jog his memory and see if he'd come down from this. It didn't work and he ran off when I tried to say we could go find Namine together.

"Who attacked first?"
28. After this I and Donald and Goofy couldn't remember Kairi anymore. Namine totally replaced her.
29. After Maleficent and Beast..I remembered my promise to Namine and couldn't recall anything else really but that we were here to help Riku and the King. We had to use that as a basis to go on.
30. After Pooh's world we meet Vexen who says he is the one who reunited me with Riku. I demanded to know what was wrong with him and why he was being controlled. He said I didn't need to worry in my 'final moments' and challenged me.
31. He fought me to produce a card from my deep memories which now I know were actually Roxas's. I went on to be on the outside of the mansion in Twilight Town.
32. Vexen shows up here and says it's another side of my heart's memories. He claimed Riku as his and we fought. I beat him.
33. He told me after that Riku had one fate, to fade to Darkness. He said that if I continued to go after Namine, I would lose myself and be Marluxia's pawn.
"Do you consider this to be true, or another mind game?"
34. When I went on to ask, Axel came out and killed Vexen.
"On the orders of Murluxia?"
35. We went on and met up with Riku. I hoped he was free now because Vexen was gone but this wasn't the case. I found out that for some reason, Riku and I both had the same memory of Namine and the falling star. We both became very upset and angry. We both had the same charms too.
36. We fought and Riku dropped his charm confused and I picked it up calling to him but he was gone. It changed into a card and I could only think it was fake.

"All the work of Murluxia?"
37. I went to Destiny Islands. Riku there was from my memories. I ran off to go protect Namine while he warned others.
38. I went on to meet up with Riku Replica and Namine. It's here that they start to confess what is going on about Namine altering my memories.
"I see. Who confessed, and why?"
39. Riku Replica and I fought. He beat me and Namine broke his heart freezing him in place.
40. Larxene shows up and says that Namine did the whole thing. She said Riku was fake. She said that it was their chance, Larxene's and Marluxia's I assume, to make me their puppet but Axel betrayed them.
41. Namine was hit by Larxene because she was in a foul mood. I tried to stand up and defend Namine because even if it was not a 'real' promise, I felt it real enough to do something about and could tell Larxene was just not a good person.
42. Donald and Goofy came back and we fought, defeating Larxene who threatened to kill me.
"Was all of this under Murluxia's orders?
43. Marluxia told Namine apparently that he'd keep her locked away in the castle forever if she didn't do as he said. She explained she was lonely and did try to lure me there but the plans to mess me up mentally were Marluxia's idea.

"When did she stop and Murluxia take over?
44. We go on to stop Marluxia and told her to watch after Riku.
45. I walked in when Namine was brought before Marluxia and he was holding her hostage to avoid a fight with Axel. Axel was determined that he'd go through Namine to get at Marluxia.
46. He said that Axel was going to go through her to get to him and vanished. I was really confused not getting the scene and fought Axel after he said he'd rather not fight me but had a reputation to think of. In a way I think he did it all for show. I defeated him with my friends.
47. He made a comment he saved me and vanished. I was confused so went on.
48. Marluxia thanks me for destroying Axel, still holding Namine hostage. He says that he wants the Keyblade power for his own and have the Organization at his mercy.
49. I told him to let her go. He told her to erase my memories. Caught as we were I believed I could endure it and Donald and Goofy would help me. I told her to do it. She could not despite Marluxia threatening her. He said I would be his slave and even ruined, I could be rebuilt to what he wanted.
50. Repliku appears and gets Namine away from Marluxia. We fought Marluxia along with Repliku and found out it was not the real Marluxia. This was really getting annoying.
51. We went to fight Marluxia who said he'd scatter my heart to the wind.
52. We won and then Namine said I had to choose between memories. I chose to remember my friends and real past but hoped to meet her again.

"Yeah, the cards when they'd make them would be imprints of events and memories that I had gone through. When he passed through me it was the start of it all and he had an imprint of my memories so he gave the card to go on. It's kind of confusing here. It was definitely him though."

"It was Marluxia. I watched him do it as did Donald and Goofy as they experienced it."

"Yeah, I'm very sure he was playing with words here and 'implying' it would be Riku, but he was also doublespeaking to mean Namine who I didn't even know. I mean seriously, I didn't know her and we were desperate to find Riku and the King who were trapped in Darkness. We never would have gone in there had it not been for that reason and I'm sure he knew it very well."

"Axel knew that Marluxia was testing me and decided to cut in on the action I guess. I don't think he knew what Marluxia wanted here other than that."

"I'd say that he was the most 'honest' out of the Organization members to me and gave me a hint there but at the same time it was the double-speak that they all were doing who I met. I'd say it was a warning and a taunt/play on words at the same time."

Sora gives a nod at the Namine's work remark. He then shrugs. "What's the difference? When even after we woke up the Journal was still empty of the whole events at the Castle Oblivion other than two words which were written before we went to sleep. It was stolen, erased..however. It was not retrievable."

"We believed Riku and the King were here still by what Marluxia had said. We couldn't just abandon our friends after all they went through."

I would call it that to say the least. It was cruel and no one knows what it's like to have your mind altered until it happens to you.

"I would guess since it went along with Marluxia's plans that she was in on, it makes sense. It was literally mind altering. I don't know what defacement means..."

"At the time I didn't know but I can say that he was under Marluxia's control and implanted with false memories so he wouldn't even really know.

"You mean who attacked first of me and Riku? We both did and I did say it was to try to jog his memory. You see, we both used to always spar and stuff for fun and I was hoping he'd remember something better and well, get to his old self again. I didn't want to lose him all over again."

"Uhh..I believe he was telling me the truth but at the time it was so confusing I couldn't accept it with all that had been going on. Everything was so confusing and I didn't want to write off Riku to darkness either. That's just a horrible thing to do."

"Yeah, I know now they were his orders. At the time I didn't."

"Since it was meant to be a mess and part of the plan at confusing me and weakening my mind, it would be Marluxia's plan, but Namine is the one whose powers were behind it. Repliku was really upset at this all and I couldn't help feeling bad too for him and me. I didn't know what was real at this time and I'm sure he didn't either."

"Riku Replica told me that my brain was a train wreck and Namine and he explained that she had messed with my memories and mind. She said there was another girl closer in my heart that was real. Riku Replica was upset because he was determined that he was the one who made the promise to Namine and well...in a way he's right. I didn't see it that way at the time and he and I fought because he was really angry because he knew all along Namine had messed up my mind because of what Larxene and Marluxia ordered. So he -had- to be the one that made the real promise, to him."

"I know that the plan to mess me up was his orders. I don't know if Larxene wigging out over Axel betraying them and doing all she did was. I have no way of knowing that for sure.

"I'm pretty sure Pluto and that feeling were her and then the Organization guy out at the crossroads and also in the Castle Oblivion entrance were Marluxia. The voice is exactly his, even though he had his cloak hood up."

Sora gave a nod and waved to Kairi. She was so great. <3 <3
