Zack's face was impassive. Seeing all the chaos reign, he was finally given the chance to stretch his metaphysical limbs. He started rubbing his hands, slow at first, and then faster and faster. Soon, smoke began to whisp from the blurring motion of his gloves. Finally when the power was built up to its climax, Zack slammed his palms together, causing a giant magic temporal shockwave that cleared the entire courtroom of all flying objects in the Magnega orb and placed them back into their original positions.

Seeing that the only thing left out of place was the Pikachu, he shoveled it with his boot and soccer kicked it back to its table.

He glared around the courtroom. No one was going to mess with him as long as he was around...except maybe that Riku kid...

OOC: So, since we're all here, can we FINALLY finish Larxene once and for all?!

 

The judge facepalmed again and shook his head.

"Since the opposition is currently incapacitated, I'm afraid I'm going to have to proceed. Now, normally, I'd be ready to pass judgement at this time, but " - he eyed the Pikachu - "I'm worried about the prosecution. Is your partner going to be okay, Mr. Birdman?"


OOC - Pika_power, you have no idea the kind of post I had written up just now. You just saved yourself.

@Twilight Night - The only reason I asked that back then was because having to sit through an appeal would be way longer. And... I seriously don't think you want to go through an appeal like this.

 

OOC: Sorry for the edit but I need to fix things after Zack changed it back to normal.

Riku smirked at Zack's challenge and mouthed 'Bring it'. If he could take on the baddest stuff the universe had to offer, this guy was a piece of cake. Then again, Riku really had no intentions of actually 'fighting' the guy. He just had to challenge the attitude because it was just there. He glanced over at Kairi who had caught him and shrugged innocently. Okay, playtime for now was over. Evil girl. He then sighed as stupidity ensued that was worse than his little game with the bailiff. Magnega went off and now things were mad dashing upwards, spinning around and well, this was not so cool. On the bright side though, Pika Power had been rendered temporarily unconscious so the show could move on. He admired the little guy's spunk but it was holding things back. Then Zack arranged things as they were prior and all was at peace. Wonderful.

Sora blinked as the papers and what not flew upwards to Magnega. "Huh?" was all he could mutter as tons of things went skyrocketing to be collected around the center point of gravity. "I don't want to be around when the stuff falls. Seems like a good time for a recess!" Sora hit the floor, ready to drag Kairi down if need be. However, Zack doing his act to undo the spell made him blush a bit as he climbed back to his seat. "Ahem" he whispered, clearing his throat, ready for proceedings to go on.

Harvey blanched as his paperwork from his briefcase began going upwards. Files of work ... he dove over to the brief case and landed on it, slamming shut what remained of his files and Avenger let out a loud shriek of discontentment as he ended up rising upwards. Desperately, Harvey grabbed Avenger and waited for the spell to be over. "This day just gets weirder by the moment!" The spell changed around and his work was all back and tidy and Avenger was not in any danger so he gave a nod to the Judge. "Go ahead and proceed, your Honor." He looked over at Pika and set him in the chair that was his for the deal. "He seems alright. Just knocked out."

 

OOC: Nooo, I do not D:. Is fine, is fine, I just got a little off there ^^;. Sorry for that. I'm just going to wait, and take a break, of not reading.

Oh, and how come The balif can maneuver skittles through the air into their bags, but not get a pokemon on target? I am thinking a lawsuit would be a good idea.

 

The bailiff suddenly realized that the cause of all the trouble was Experiment 626. Zack wondered if he should bother capturing the little thing and disposing of it properly. Then he shrugged to himself. He would give the little koala three strikes. After that, despite its ability to lift 5000 times its own weight, Zack would make sure that it'd be deported back to Hawaii from whence it came from.

Naminé held back a shriek as Roxas' hand had just touched a ticklish spot on her body. But she regained her composure soon enough. She was impressed with the new bailiff's ability to use a "Cosmic Undo button." She wondered how much power this guy really had. It was almost of the same aura as Xelax, only different...

OOC: Because he was lazy. He hasn't even shown what he could do yet. Thank Erkz for switching judges. ;)

 

After a lot of thinking, Stitch decided to become a plot device manipulator. Walking over to the scalded ducks, he tried to say "give me the fattiest thing you have."

5000 times his own weight was all very well, but what if he got fat?

 

OOC: One last question. What exactly are we waiting for? I hope we're not waiting for Pika_Power to revive. If that's the case, I'm having Zack use a Max Revive on him...

 

OOC - Er... I think you guys are waiting on me. Would now be an appropriate time to slam the ban-hammer?

 

OOC: I say deem the charges final with no chance for an appeal. I believe you can do that. :huh: Just bring down the gavel and use the Guilty animation already.

 

OOC - ._. I'd kinda want all the lawyers to be here when I do that.

 

OOC: Actually they can be 'finalized' but saying there's no chance for an appeal is not right. Of course, an appeal won't be done in this RP any way but still, later lawyers could appeal if they found one Judge to be biased. It doesn't change the Judge's current verdict so go ahead and hit the mallet, Erkz. I think it's a done deal at this point.

 

OOC: Did I just read through four pages of the prosecution arguing with the judge...

Xelax was dissapointed with the prosecution's badgering of the judge. He was the judge, his desicions were final, his gavel was the difference between life and death... and all he could do now was wait for the verdict...

He awaited the verdict...

 

OOC: Yup. Kinda irked the hell out of us. Oh, and we've got a new bailiff that draws on the powers of chaos like Xelax draws on the powers of nothingness (or darkness or whatever the heck he draws it from). :sly: I thank you for the opportunity...just don't piss him off because he WILL get physical if his job pertains to it. :p

 

OOC - Honestly, I've had this planned for a while... And I couldn't have a better bailiff for it. XD
Also, my net went wonky just now. It's like it was trying to stop me from posting the verdict.

The judge stood up majestically, radiating a warm glow as he spun the mallet in his hand like a baton, as sparks started sprinkling out of the edge.

"I am now ready to pass judgement."

Glancing at the defendant, he continued.

"Ms. Larxene, on the charges of Attempted Murder, Child Abuse, Coercion and Attempted Criminal Damage, I find you..."

GUILTY!​

With that he slammed the gavel, and something most peculiar happened. Larxene poofed in a cloud of white smoke. After the smoke cleared, in her place, was a card. On that card, was an animated Larxene.

"I hereby sentence you, Larxene, for your crimes, to 750, 000 words of K-Rated, Friendship Genre Fan-Fiction, effective immediately."

He then turned towards the bailiff.

"Bailiff, make sure that card reaches it's destination, which would be the Realm of Fan-Fiction. She will serve her sentence there."

 

OoC: I am allowed to argue with the judge though...

Now Pika_power is dead. I am trying to think of a plot device to bring him back. I am caught between:

Saying forget pikachu, and bringing in mewtwo as my new Avatar.

A strange sound was heard from the vicinity of pikachu. A dark portal opened up, and a grey humanoid cat glide-stepped through. It was mewtwo, the greatest success and failure of Geovanni. It pointed its three jointed hand at the yellow and blue ball. Pika_power rose up, and stayed curled up for a minute, as mewtwo's eyes glowed an eerie blue. With a flick of his wrist, number 25 shot backwards into the portal, which sealed up. Number 150 then 'spoke'. It was actually a psychic communication to everyone 150 wished to hear it. Namely, the judge, and only the judge. "I have been called here by the pokemon Pika_power to fight in a court case. The accused do not deserve the miracle life. I shall fight to see their twisted excuse for life being stripped from them. I have absorbed Pika_power's memories. Larxane has already been dealt with, therefore next is the one called Murluxia. The charges against him are:

So, attempted murder of Sora is up first."

Expanding the broadcast range of his message to the lawyers and Sora, 150 continues

"I call Sora to the stand as my witness.

Sora, please detail all you have been through in castle Oblivion that includes Murluxia."

150 takes a seat, and levitates millimeters above the frame of the chair.

Still looking at the Judge, he speaks only to Harvey.

"So, you are the Birdman. I see. You have been gifted with an unusual life. Human, yet you have wings. Wings, yet you are human."

150 puzzled over Harvey's form while waiting for Sora.
