Xelax took note of her examination, nodding as needed whenever Larxene spoke. He seemed somewhat distracted. Looking into her exeedingly large eyes as she spoke was getting to him.

He was not sure if he found that attractive or not. But she looked so cute. It reminded him of the dramatic Leemur he saw on the internet a while back. But that wasnt the point, the point now was to defend Larxene from the charges against her... amonst them was manipulation of Sora and Namine.

"One last question Ms. Larxene," can I have you number... no don't ask that idiot! "Did you manipulate Sora and Namine? And are you guilty of abuse?" Now that he thought of it... it was kinda two questions...

OoC: DF, you bas-idiot, answer Roxas's question. (I also want to know the answer!)

Pika_power tugged on Harvey's sleeve. "When can we try to say the Repliku is not a doll?" Pika_power wanted to object to that as soon as possible. Calling Repliku a doll was hardly fair. It is like saying that the org are dolls. If the org are dolls, would he be allowed to get a Scizor to decapitate them? after all dolls are not able to feel pain, nor do they have rights... Pika_power wondered if he could use that as a defense. He might ask Harvey later. The yellow and blue furball then added on "Also, when can I say that Repliku is also underaged, so can also be added to child abuse?"

OOC: Considering I haven't had the pleasure of reading the KH2 novels like you have, I'm stuck with whatever knowledge I've got from the Re:CoM and KH2 cutscenes. I'm sorry that I'm not sticking completely to canon (as I don't have all the information readily available), but I'm working with what I've got available, okay?

And I don't like changing personalities in mid-story. It makes it harder for everyone else to adjust story-wise.

BIC:

The defense seemed to be wrapping up their "Cross-Examination." Soon it would be time for the prosecution to cross-examine Larxene's testimony. Naminé was pretty sure there were contradictions somewhere. There was something that bothered her, though. She realized that she wasn't the same shy, timid girl that she was back at Castle Oblivion. And she knew she rarely got angry. But ever since she had re-merged with Kairi, a whole flood of emotions that weren't available to her finally managed to creep in her mind. Call it tainted if you would, but she was feeling resentment toward Larxene and Marluxia at the moment. Sure, she could understand them being a Nobody herself, but after finally looking back on the incident, she wished that she had been stronger. Brave enough to stand up to them earlier. But, of course, she couldn't change the past. She could only accept it and move on.

Then she noticed Roxas had been talking to her. She had been so wrapped up in her own thoughts, that she completely forgot about the question. She looked into his dreamy-looking eyes and sighed. "At the moment, believe it or not, we're still our own individual beings. If we were still in Sora and Kairi's bodies when it happened, then yes. It would be confusing. But right now since we're separate and have our own forms to move around willingly..." Naminé looked down at her feet in embarrassment. "...then the kiss was just ours. No one elses."

Kairi chewed on her bottom lip thoughtfully. She didn't know why, but there was something in Larxene's answers that didn't seem to fit. Granted, it sounded like the genuine truth, but it was still a matter of perspective. Whatever intentions one might have, it's the person's actions that determine who they truly are. Despite what one might think happened, they can always selectively block out the true memories that laid within.

Either way, Kairi was pretty sure that the child abuse charges would stick because of what Naminé had proven. Intentional or accidental, physical hitting was still considered physical abuse, no matter how the defense tried to sugar-coat it. She was slightly unnerved at the fact that the Organization members didn't think there was a punishment bad enough for them. They were, after all, dead so to speak. But this courtroom seemed slightly surreal. If whatever force that brought them together had the power to bring the slain back to life, Kairi was pretty sure that the same force would be able to carry out the Judge's sentences regardless of impossibility or not...

Harvey looked at Pika. "Just wait. There's no reason to 'object' her opinion just yet. When the Defense is done we will set up to deal with her opinions and show some revealing things. We can't really interfere in the Defense's examination since the defense itself is not doing anything amiss. Once it's our turn we can address these things."

Riku sighed, watching the scene before him. He knew Repliku had his own personality, even if some things Riku could say mirrored his own. Just because Repliku was a replica of him, kind of like a clone he supposed, it didn't mean that genetics were the end all and be all of personality and thought. Identical twins were technically the same genetic material from the same egg that split in two. They had similarities but also developed into two distinct people. It would be a task in some ways to prove that Repliku was his own person and not just a carbon copy of Riku that was 'fake' and a 'doll' but it was easy enough to be done. From here where he sat, he could tell Repliku was really upset and also angry.

In a way he pondered why Vexen had chosen to use replicas in such ways and wondered deep down if the replicas could have been a possible way of a cure for the Nobodies had he went in a direction other than he had. Instead, the Nobodies used them as doubles, dominating them. Repliku had obviously gone his own way, but that to Riku actually seemed to be a success instead of a failure as the Organization members had written it off. If Vexen could create a being with a 'synthetic' heart...with better exploration and all, he may have even found a way to make the Nobodies synthetic Hearts or something. It seemed that while the Nobodies had memes of emotions, and brilliance in some senses of the word, they lacked at times in creativity or certain flows of logic. He wondered if Xemnas had known at all about the replicas and if he might have studied them more if he had known. It just seemed odd to Riku that a replica with a heart, real or not as far as the Nobodies knew, and yet they were so willing to do other things that were just destructive to get what they wanted. Maybe it was something he'd suggest to them later if they weren't getting the death penalty.

6. OOC: *slaps head* I don't know why does that keep slipping my mind...O.O.

DF, don't think on it too much :/, I'm already used to it, and you don't have to please anybody. Since I've been reading mostly the novels, Naminé's characterization has been stuck in my head, and is weird to look at her in a different light since I'm so used to what she represents in writing in a real version of the situation. But that isn't your fault.

And to think, bas-idiot was a misunderstanding xD. Hurrah for creating words that don't exist! =D

Larxene was beginning to feel odd now, or rather, more like being watched. Was it just her, or was Xelax kind of her eyeing her strangely? He was gazing at her a bit too much for her liking. Raising her eyebrows at the man, she listened to his last questions...or she was hoping they were, and went into thought. Had she manipulated Naminé or Sora? All she remembered was taunting Naminé most of the time, though she knew that what she said didn't make her do anything she already wasn't set out to do by Marluxia, unless making fun of someone does that. For Sora...not outwardly either, unless it was the fact that she reminded him of Naminé's name, which was bound to happen anyway whether she did or did not as he kept going deeper into the castle. Maybe if they actually brought out what was it they were calling her on manipulation for, she might know what to reply with. Yet, how about now? Thinking this over, predicting that the prosecutor might bring this up eventually for her to truly answer, she went to respond to the first question at hand, "As far as I'm aware of for now, no." Yet, the second question, was a different story altogether, and she deemed herself even guilty. There's no other way around it. Besides, was dying a second time? As long as it didn't include mice..."As for guilty of abuse...yes."

Janexna looked on, not surprised at that admittance, because even she knew Larxene did hit Naminé, and she was kind of proud that she didn't lie her way out of it by denying it, or else the prosecution was going to have a field day on arguing that one. But she knew Larxene wasn't guilty of forcing to do Naminé anything. It was just that, taking teases at what she was doing, and from the cutscenes she remembered, Naminé didn't really act on nothing Larxene said, except to look down sadly. It was because the real reason Naminé erased Sora's memories was not on the Savage Nymph in the first place, and why the little blonde girl kept doing what she was. No...it was not. It was a hard decision to bring out though, and to show the judge. If Larxene didn't spill it, then she wasn't sure if she and Xelax could. While it might release her, it...was a do or die situation concerning two people.

And she was torn about this for the moment.

The pokemon had a sudden brainwave. Could that work? Perhaps at a stretch... It really depends on what degree coercion is considered... Glancing at Namine, the pokemon felt uneasy. She was very impressionable, Axel had just been talking to her and was now giving him an evil stare.
An almost paranoid fear for his memories, along with a desire to focus his thoughts, the pokemon decided to make a list of what thoughts were running through his head. Taking out an inking pad, he dipped his paw in it, and began to pat the page in a way much like finger painting.

• Coercion: persuade an unwilling person to do something by using force or threats.
• Keeping someone confined could be considered force.
• Larxane had the idea to change Repliku's memories.
• Larxane may or may not have relaid these orders through Murluxia to give to Namine.
• In the case that she gave the orders to Namine directly, she would have to be using some questionable method to persuade Namine to change his memories, as it has been shown Namine did not care about Repliku, and she would have no wish to have him running to save her, killing off her "hero" Sora.
• In the case that she gave the orders through Murluxia, it proves that she was in on the coercion and just did not get her hands dirty, much like a person hiring an assassin, or a mother getting a father to beat a child.
• Either of these fits the bill of coercion.

The list was written in pokemon, so no one but him could read it.

Pika_power wiped his paw on the underside of the desk. Unfortunately the desk had ornate carvings on it.

The pokemon sat back, pleased with the work. Now when it came to his turn to cross-examine, he could just try to find facts to support his theory, and then execute them. The irritating thing is that no where in the theory did he need to prove Repliku was nothing more than a doll. Ah well. he would stiil argue Repliku's rights, even if there was no point!

He wondered if Harvey would approve of the angle he was going to take.

Namine felt sorry for Repliku. Despite what everyone thought, he was still his own individual with his own thoughts and feelings. That was why she had felt like apologizing and thanking him earlier. She didn't think about it during Castle Oblivion as he disappeared before she said anything. Namine was glad that Larxene admitted to the abuse charge. At least she wasn't getting out of this completely clean...not that she was ever clean in the first place. Then her mind started wandering to what punishment the judge would give her. Death penalty was out of the question. Maybe she would be stripped of her cloak, chained to the floor and tickle-tortured by numerous Pikachu. A slight smile appeared on her face. She remembered Larxene once mentioned her fear of mice. And her thunder abilities wouldn't affect the electric mouse Pokemon. It might've been cruel and unusual punishment, but death or solitary would've been more of a blessing than a sentence...

Kairi could almost see the gears turning in Namine's head. She wondered why she hadn't brought her notepad and colored pencils with her. Maybe she could draw what was going on in the courtroom since no cameras were allowed. Then Kairi remembered that she had kept it in her purse. She reached in and started rummaging past accessories and rolled-up teen magazines. To her surprise, it wasn't there. That's when she noticed the pad that Pika_Power was using to ink up notes. Yup, there was no mistaking it. He was using Namine's drawing pad as note paper.

OOC: I thought anwita was talking about me when she said "Bas-Idiot". XD When I read Axel's response to being called a Bas-idiot, however, I got the real joke.

I noticed there's been some confusion about how Larxene died right? She got wet by the dumbest trinity limit ever: "trinity sprinkler". Then since she's all electricity, she got crusty like a staute and blew up. Am I correct there?

OOC: Um...no. We're basing all of our arguments on the game itself and NOT the manga. Everyone here believes that the manga isn't canon to the game's storyline so none of us are using that as evidence or any of our character's storylines.

Her "death" is based on whatever you see in the Re:CoM cutscene. And that's all.

OOC: Yeah, we can't use the manga as it's not really canon and also makes some events totally different from what happened in the games. The novel sticks more to it if you want to read that or just refresh yourself with the game. If anyone needs links to the scripts from CoM and KH2, let me know. I can post the links for you all. They are on gamefaq.

Harvey worked away at his method of questions which he was going to first start off with what her testimony originally had been and go from there. As her statements went on it seemed Larxene was very opinionated and did not really go into depth studying people but for some amusement. It suggested a few things of her former life and perhaps she could be made more aware. As it stood, he saw no reason to really call for a death penalty against her even if she was 'cruel by nature' because sometimes these sort of people just needed a wake up call. He did think the charges against her could stick but even so, some may be dropped to lesser charges and perhaps some rehabilitation would do her some good. She really was not one of the Org members that had some of the absolute worst charges against her since they could not really try her for betrayal against the Organization itself, even though he was sure Xemnas's reaction to that would have been death as a penalty.

He definitely wanted to hear some things from her that he'd ask when the time came to get more of a feel for the inner depth of her before making any decisions on what charges he'd fight to stick to her or not so he worked on writing more because that was essentially what had to be known to make correct judgment calls.

Sora ate some more M&Ms despite the fact he had eaten nearly half the pound bag and was getting an upset stomach. He'd regret it later but for now it was something of a nervous tick to do. He now remembered how rotten she had been, taunting and ridiculing and doing low blows for her own amusement. He could not really think how he could have dealt with it a different way. Knowing the Org as for what he did though, he pondered why she did want to betray them, if there was something of a conscience in her or if it was a self-motivation for power, as it seemed clear it was for Marluxia. Had she been abused by the other members? Was she one of those types of people that fought against the world and laughed at it haughtily when it tried to give her crap? She was a bully and cruel but Sora was one of those sorts of people that would reach out to a person to try to find the good in that being if it existed at all. He just had to wonder if there was good in her or not so he wanted to pay attention. He wouldn't change his testimony when he went up but if he felt at all there was something there he would say so at least.

Riku was not sure what to make of things at this point. Yeah, Larxene admitted to child abuse but she danced around the other charges and it made him curious to know if she actually did think she was justified in her acts or not. If so, she obviously had a strange upbringing to make her believe such. He was sure though that if she had a conscience at all, when Repliku went up to speak she might stop thinking him a doll and actually see he had at least the same plight as the Nobodies. Riku was not ever going to be happy about having to do what he was forced to because of how the Org was in the Castle Oblivion, but he had come to understand some of what they had done. It was an emotional thing and maybe the way to reach the Org was to listen to Saix's own words he had said about they lacked hearts but still remembered what it was like to have them. Then a -few- might at least see that their angles were wrong and some redemption could transpire.

Repliku tried hard to not glare knives through Larxene. He was -not- a freaking doll!!!!! Oh he was mad but instead of glaring at her, he looked down and admired his shoes. How does a 'doll' know how to hate? How to love? How to want to just be real and belong? He had a few choice words for her and the rest of the Organization when he would get up there. Oh yeah...his mind was churning with ideas but he had to also make it constructive instead of destructive. After all, it had to mean something other than just a doll, teenager with angst just yelling and screaming his frustrations or it would be ignored. He needed composure and facts and sanity. He'd be having to reach for those three things because it had been so hard to control himself in the past and not do something overboard. He also wanted no advice from anyone else. It was that advice and listening to others that got him in the mess in the first place. Repliku's mental thoughts of the moment though simply revolved around "Grrrrrr" as he tried to force himself to get his head on straight.

13. Larxene had answered what needed to be answered, the questions asked for a specific thing, and she went and replied to those, not getting into details because the questions themselves didn't ask her to. They were short and simple, and she kept the flow. However, seeing as she was supposedly done from being cross-examined by the defendant, she had to await the prosecutor's turn. She wasn't in any way nervous or anxious though, and she laid back to take a rest on her chair, feeling a little drained and annoyed from all the pestering, and there was more to come. It wasn't like she had enough information considering she rarely ever spent it alone with Naminé unless she had to (ordered) or there was a group discussion that made her be in her designated room. That was Marluxia's watch, not hers. Holding back a yawn, she was to take her one second relaxation before she was pounded on again, and focused on the song playing right now in her ears....it turned out to catch her interest. It seems Janexna had quite a few songs with this Celine Dion person (or so she read in the description there), and while she had skipped over them, the lyrics on this particular one caught her attention.

Where do silent hearts go?

Looking down to see the title of the song, she found it was something called Where Does My Heart Beat Now, somewhat cheesy, romantic, something that deserved to be burned, butchered, shredded, stabbed, hell, she really wanted to change it, yet she let it play anyway. Eh. It was somewhat relatable at least. Though she had really enjoyed the other Bad Girl song by some Danity Kane chicks.

"I think that's it, your Honor," Janexna had stated, finally snapping out of her thoughts from the clues she had in her folder of the script, and to prove that Naminé herself said she had beckoned Sora to Castle Oblivion, yet she had to do the obvious plot that set up the whole game. Of course, she also said that she didn't mean for it to be this way, but the point still stood ground to go along with what Larxene was saying if the prosecution wanted to keep going with that argument. The other, a conversation that was just a few quotes away, was another thing entirely, and if she had to present the quote from Naminé, there was a chance they'll find out what she was being indecisive about. It would only make the next trial harder, though it was to go with the fact that Larxene was just a bully, yet didn't coerce Naminé into anything she wasn't already doing from before. She had to make a sacrifice, though. Glancing over at Xelax, she did ask him, "You're done, right? It's time to have the other side have their turn?"

So far, Larxene pleaded guilty to abuse. The rest was questionable.

Updated Testimony...

• It began when we found out that Naminé had summoned Sora into the steps of Castle Oblivion where Marluxia hatched up a plan that I got involved in that he shared with me.
[*]If Naminé hadn't lured Sora, we wouldn't have initiated the plan otherwise.
[*]The plan was to take over the Organization with the Keyblade wielder as the main component.
[*]My status in the plan was more of a sidekick than anything else...
[*]It was obvious that the two of us won't be able to fully take Xemnas on, he was too powerful.
[*]In the end, Naminé was to replace his memories with new ones once we found out how Sora discovered Castle Oblivion, and what the girl was capable of.
[*]It appeared she wanted her own hero and once the order was given, she didn't protest much...not that she could.
[*]She's not the type of girl who would argue back or press her own opinions.
[*]Fragile thing she was...or is. There were times she wasn't under surveillance; her face was always on the damn sketch pad.
[*]I don't know how often she was under surveillance since I was sometimes with Axel in another room.
[*]She was never to be killed or harmed, because we needed her for her connection with Sora, to us, and the studies of memories that were in action.
[*]There was no reason to harm her.
[*]I taunted her on wanting Sora's company, to meet him, to save her, yet everything went underway soon nonetheless.
[*]I wasn't given much orders from Marluxia, except to watch Sora's progress on the crystal ball with the a**hol-I mean, Axel. I mostly acted on my own volition."
[*]The only time I ever took action was when it was my turn to toy around with Sora a little, I found him to be amusing really, all over this girl and so passionate about it, hilarious, in my opinion.
[*]Yet, I didn't have much to do there, kicked him, had a battle, the time when the lucky charm was switched, teased him a bit for it.
[*]I mostly spent my time talking to Axel, Vexen, and then came Repliku, who was really just a plain doll, empty, governed by the thoughts and memories Naminé placed on him, and who broke and trampled on his 'heart' later on.
[*]That, and it was one of Vexen's creation. Doomed for some failure somehow.
[*]Later on we included Axel in our plan, but it was our greatest mistake.
[*]I still remembered the anger I felt when I decided to visit and see how Naminé was doing, only to not find her or Axel there.
[*]I don't know what Axel was thinking. He always thought about only himself.
[*]Nothing was of importance after that, the plan was obviously screwed, to the point where it didn't matter that I reveal the scheme and what Naminé was doing all along to Sora in his stay, which was our second meeting and our last.
[*]I revealed the trap to him and told him to stop continuing.
[*]I was truthfully in a bad mood, everything was ruined, and we were so close..."
[*]I get more violent when I'm pissed off and I lashed out on Sora, kicked him again as he went and dared to come at me when I was obviously spilling out the truth that he couldn't apparently take, and for the first time, landed a physical hit on Naminé.
[*]Naminé was already free and in full control of Sora's memories, considering he still saw me as "evil" if not cruel...
[*]Honestly, I wasn't intending to die....though I guessed that fate wouldn't have it otherwise if I did ever manage to escape.
[*]I didn't intend to die as I assumed I could take him on with full power.
[*]I didn't manipulate Sora and Naminé as far as I'm aware of.
[*]But I do plead guilty on the child abuse charge.

All things really began the moment it was known that Naminé had summoned Sora into the steps of Castle Oblivion, and from there, it was a hatched up plan that I got involved in once Marluxia shared it with me.

"Really? Or did Namine lure Sora near Castle Oblivion, and then you showed him inside and sealed the door?"

It was to overthrow the Organization, take over, whatever you fee like calling it, and since the keyblade wielder oh so conveniently came into our territory, he became the main component.

The pokemon had not much to say about this. He just popped a yellow skittle into his mouth.

It was obvious that the two of us won't be able to...fully... Take Xemnas on, he was too powerful.

Using foresight to the next charge, the pokemon grinned. "So, by 'take him on' I assume you meant murder? Was there any other way I could interpret 'take him on'?"
He knew it was unneeded to press for this, but he wanted to make sure that there was no escape for the next charge.

In the end, Naminé was to replace his memories with new ones once we found out how Sora discovered Castle Oblivion, and what the girl was capable of.

Pika_power pounced. "So! But I thought Xemnas entrusted the castle and the girl to Murluxia? I doubt he would give Namine to someone without knowing her abilities. So you would have been given Namine. Then in her loneliness- a loneliness brought on by you, she would have summoned Sora to castle Oblivion.

It appeared she wanted her own hero, something I found laughable, and once the order was given, she didn't protest much...not that she could.

Pika_power looked at Larxane strangely. "You really think that because she did not protest, she did not want to do it? Namine is intelligent. Why would she bother protesting? At that point in time, she was in a state of loneliness. A loneliness brought on by you, with your taunting and teasing. You then took advantage of her weak-mindedness and forced her to alter Sora's memory. Is this not considered coercion? If she was not unbearably lonely, she would not have altered Sora's memories. Is this correct?"

Fragile thing she was...or is.

"See? You admit you knew she was fragile. This was aided by the taunting and teasing you have pleaded guilty to. You then forced her to do things she would not normally do, as her judgement was tainted by loneliness."

There were times she wasn't under surveillance, if only for a few minutes, not that it mattered, her face was always on the damn sketch pad.

Pika_power frowned. He would have the most trouble here. Perhaps he should leave this to The Birdman. "Yet she never left. Is it true that the doors to Castle Oblivion were sealed? Also, is it true that the org had the power to ambush dark corridors? At some point, was Namine told she was unable to leave Castle Oblivion?"

She was never to be killed, though, or harmed, because she was beneficial in the connection she had with Sora himself, to us, and the studies of memories that were in action.

"Unless of course she did not co-operate." Pika_power said cynically.

I taunted her on wanting Sora's company, to meet him, to save her, yet everything went underway soon nonetheless.

"So you taunted her constantly, breaking down her mental barriers, emotionally damaging her, so she would be easier to bend to your will. All of this to a 15 year old girl? Disgusting." The pokemon gave Larxane a look a hatred. "This proves that whatever happens, one with no heart or feeling such as yourself should not be allowed in society. You care for nothing, and will endanger those around you without a second thought."

I wasn't given much orders from Marluxia, except to watch Sora's progress on the crystal ball with the a**hol-I mean, Axel. I mostly acted on my own volition.

"Uh huh..."

Anyway, the only time I ever took action was when it was my turn to toy around with Sora a little, I found him to be amusing really, all over this girl and so passionate about it, hilarious, in my opinion.

"Hilarious? But you are a nobody. You have no emotions. How can you find something humorous?" He was genuinely confused about this. Something here did not add up.

Yet, I didn't have much to do there, kicked him, had a battle, the time when the lucky charm was switched, teased him a bit for it.

"So you also tormented Sora? Judge, child abuse on two counts please."

Then of course, I mostly spent it talking to Axel, Vexen, and then came Repliku, who was really just a plain doll, empty, governed by the thoughts and memories Naminé placed on him, and who broke and trampled on his 'heart' later on.

Pika_power hated her for this. Repliku a mere doll? Voice trembling with rage, he calmly asked "and what do you define as a doll?
Was it your idea to change Repliku's memories? If so, I do not see how you would have gotten Namine to change his memories. Even if she changed Sora's memories willingly, why would she change Repliku's? You must have coerced her into doing it. Either that, or you went through Murluixa. If you do this, then you are no better than someone who hires an assassin, or a mother who gets a father to beat a child."

The pokemon took a breath, then continued.

"I believe Repliku is not a doll, but a clone. Clones still have feelings, and memories. You treated him like a doll though, and beat him up, before altering his memories. Judge, another charge of child abuse, and assault."

That, and it was one of Vexen's creation. Doomed for some failure somehow.

"Was his failure destiny, or manufactured by you and your kind?" Pika_power did not like things being brushed off onto destiny.

It was then later on, that we had included...Axel, unto the team so to speak, yet, it was the greatest mistake.

Uh huh. And are you certain including Axel was the greatest mistake? I would say the whole venture was a futile effort."

I still remembered the anger I felt when I decided to visit and see how Naminé was doing, only to..whoop! Not find her there. Along with the bast-idiot that let her go.

"Again with the emotions. You have none. Judge, I charge Larxane with contempt of court! She cannot remember something she does not have."

Nothing was of importance after that, the plan was obviously screwed, to the point where it didn't matter that I reveal the scheme and what Naminé was doing all along to Sora in his stay, which was our second meeting and our last.

"Yet he continued for one reason. You altered his memories beyond reason. He needed to save Namine, and reclaim his memories. What you did was a last attempt to hurt Namine. Despicable." Pika_power did not like Larxane. Any admiration he had for her had vanished."

I was truthfully in a bad mood, everything was ruined, and we were so close...

"Still contempt of court. You have NO emotions. You could not be in a bad mood." Pika_power knew he had her trapped. If the judge ruled that she did have emotions, he could wreak havoc with the pseudo kh lot.

Either way, I get more violent when I'm pissed off royally, I lashed out on Sora, kicked him again as he went and dared to come at me when I was obviously spilling out the truth that he couldn't apparently take, and for the first time, landed a physical hit on Naminé.

"I can guess what Xelax is thinking, and I know it too. You have no emotions. You cannot be "pissed off royally" as that would require a heart. You are continually showing contempt of court. Oh, and a bad mood is no excuse for violence," the pokemon winked. Then turning serious again "But why could he not take the truth? Because he was brainwashed by you and your coercion of Namine! You knew this, but chose to torment him some more."

Honestly, I wasn't intending to die....though I guessed that fate wouldn't have it otherwise if I did ever manage to escape, I think.

"Well none of us do, really. Oh, and fate is superstition. It does not hold up in court."

Most of it is what you've seen, I'm guessing, so to not waste any more of my breath, if you want information, feel free to cross-examine.

"Happily." The pokemon scowled, wondering what sort of answers she would give.

Naminé rolled her eyes. Pika_Power was doing the exact same thing that Xelax did to her. He was accusing more than he was questioning. She also was wondering if the Pokémon even bothered to check the updated testimony. Larxene had already admitted to the child abuse charges already. There was no reason to bring it up again repeatedly.

OOC: I don't exactly do the bullet points for myself, you know. :sideways:

EDIT: Okay, I guess you did see it. But still...

I don't think that last part counted as her testimony.

BIC:

Naminé also was wondering how Pika_Power was planning on backing up the whole emotions without a heart issue. The Ansem Reports? The video tapes? The script? Because if she knew the defense, they would be able to easily counter it with their own evidence. And then there was Mr. Birdman. Obviously, he decided to let Mr. Power to take the questioning. Was this part of the prosecution's strategy? Or was Mr. Power going off without consulting his partner again? She massaged her temples in frustration. Both sides were even. But would either side let the other win?

OoC: I know that if they say that nobodies can have emotions, they will butcher the Xemnas led group. All that is resting on it is a charge of comtempt of court. So really, I am building a foundation. Either way works for me.

Oh, and I know I am doing what Xelax did. I saw from Namine that it works well. I also cannot be countered by being told the witness is not on trial. Doesn't Namine have a sense of irony?

OOC: Well, as long as you don't end up like Xelax did, I don't see a problem.

Last OOC: Xelax got defeated because he tried to use a scenario that did not work well. He did not loose due to accusations.
