Larpex frowned, scooting over to Abexecca's side and stroking Xandlei's back. "It's... okay, Xandlei. The next chance you see Reixa, talk to her about it. She's seen things too..."

 

OOC- I'm on the west coast... but it comes on at midnight... :/

Xandlei wiped his eyes as he continued to hug Abexecca.

Abexecca looked down at him and then over at Larpex. "What sort of things... did she see...?" Abexecca asked, worried for her brother.

 

O.o.........Death Note..........Light's voice....is so........weird........so is Ryuuk's........and L's.......and Soichiro's......

Nah......I read the manga.....and.....their voices are just......creeping me out.......

 

Xandlei looked up at Larpex. "I heard voices..." he said. "They kept telling me to come with them..."

Abexecca looked at Xandlei worridley. "Is there anyway to... prevent this?" she asked.

 

"I think that's why Rei wanted to talk to him. I don't know... she's the only one that knows about aura in our whole organization, I think even counting Organization XIII." Looking at Xandlei worriedly, she tried to smile. "When Reixa and Cepxis come back, I'll talk to her about it. I'm sure Cepxis went looking for her, so they must be together."

 

Abexecca nodded and stroked Xandlei's hair. "Just forget about it for now... okay?" she said.

"I'll try to..." Xandlei said.

Reixa waited for a while before contacting Roxas again, Zexion had shown no signs of noticing, at least none that she had seen.

Roxas, meet me at the clock tower as soon as you can.

Reixa then turned to Cepxis and smiled weakly. "I'll meet you back at the headquarters, hopefully with Xangel too. If you need any help, just send a message." Rei hadn't forgotten his telepathic powers, and now she had her own method of reply. "Be careful." With that, she silently portalled to the familiar clock tower, the brilliant sunset almost blinding her as she leaned against it on the high ledge.

 

Roxas snapped his eyes opened as he was almost falling asleep, due to had went on, which he wasn't getting any rest from, from mind, body, and soul. Sighing, not really wanting to get up now, he lifted himself off the bed, standing, before dusting his trench coat, and portalling to his favorite spot. It wasn't long before the black curls disappeared, and the view of Twilight Town and the twilight sun grazed his sight again, blazing the sky as he stood on the edge of the tower.

For some reason, this never got old for him....but now there was no Axel next to him to share with.

Feeling someone there, he turned his head sideways to look at Reixa.

She asked Zexion if she could go to the kitchen for something to drink.

I started hearing what sounded like a lot of gunshots, and an uber loud scream. (I live in the boonies). So I'm freaking out, and I look out the back windows and it turns out that the neighbors are shooting illegal (sweet) fireworks and the donkeys next door are having a fit (screaming) xDD

Reixa lifted her arm, taking off her hood as her dark hair spilled across her shoulders. She smiled weakly, standing up straight and walking closer to Roxas. "I'm... glad you came." Reixa sighed, looking at him a bit apologetically. She had noticed his hint of disappointment, most likely because his sunset-watching buddy wasn't there.

"I-- wanted to talk to you about Axel. I had this... dream, where he was a version of Axel, the one that I liked." She swallowed hard, re-living the chilling sensation. "And for a few moments, he changed to the real Axel. He said to tell you to stop wining." Rei smiled, seeing Roxas' already confused expression. "He also said that even the fact that you stayed to watch him was loyalty enough, and that you did your best. He will always be your best friend, Roxas, and nothing can change that."

 

OOC: Ah! Fireworks! :3 Me love them, there's nothing better than to do them illegally. You didn't hear that from me, by the way xDD.

Roxas was lost on all this, basically. While she did seem true, and there was no hint of falseness or lies on her part, it was hard to believe that she had a dream with a Axel, and that the real one sometimes broke in, and told her this? Especially from a dead real Axel, of all things. What Reixa had told him as a message sounded good, and relief giving, but that perhaps might be just a ploy to make him feel better. There was the...Traverse Town and the bathroom thing, but how would he know Axel didn't tell her that before he died, and she was bringing it up now?

Caressing his neck as he thought, he kind of eyed her doubtfully. "As much as I would love to believe that, and that's what he thinks...honestly, is hard to take in. I mean, a dream of Axel? And he told you this? And the Traverse Town...he could've mentioned it when you two spoke..."

 

"He also told you to stop being a dumb*ss, by the way. And if you remember, Axel and I weren't on the friendliest terms. We didn't know each other well before I... hypnotized him, and he didn't forgive me after that. Do you really think he would have told me something like that?" Stopping herself, Reixa closed her eyes and took a quick, brief breath. "I know it's hard to believe, but he really wanted to say those things. He really misses you and... Larxene."

 

Abexecca stood up and let Xandlei ride on her back. "Alrighty then... are we ready to continue?" she asked, smiling.

"Yeah!" Xandlei said with a grin.

 

Larpex stood, walking next to Abexecca. "Maybe we should leave the fighting to Xadyn and Toxst. They can handle Larxene." They left the room, finding themselves in a long hallway that led to the main staircase. "In the meantime, we have lots of video games and food. Let's just hope that there's more than spam in the fridge." She giggled, smiling again at Xandlei as he clung to Abexecca's back.

 

Roxas pouted when she said he called him a dumba**, but he did smirk, because that's what Axel always called him when he was being...sometimes, dim, but it was on joking terms. He blew out a breath, trying to figure this out, and she did have a point. Closing his eyes, he thought it over quietly, and he smiled. Opening them again, eyeing Reixa carefully, he breathed. That thought of Axel not blaming him, was...like a very heavy weight was lifted from him, and perhaps it might not be true, but it was something to go by. "I guess...fine. Can't say I'm entirely convinced, but I think you have no reason to lie to me on this." He then gazed at her, wondering her reaction on the mention of her name. "And he misses Larxene...to think...how are you on that, by the way?"
