"So what if I do have a 'emotional attachment' to Axel as my best friend? That's none of your business. Instead of me keeping out of this, protecting what's important to me, you should follow your own damn advice and stop getting in the way of people's lives!" Roxas exclaimed at him, gritting his teeth as he narrowed his eyes, not at all moving from the position that he had placed himself in. Everyone knew how Zexion played, and he wasn't going to fall for the lie that he wasn't trying to harm him. "I could care less what your plans are for the Organization is...yes, your plans, not ours. I'm in no way turning my back on the group, except on you. It seems you have your own agenda, and if taking Axel's remaining life is going to aid you, then think again, *******!"

He was surprised to find that he had used vulgar words, but he couldn't help himself as rage and resentment picked up. He was trying to kill Axel, and for what? Roxas didn't care if they weren't suppose to feel, what he had with Axel was true, and he was going to protect it.

"Yes, Sir," Vexen recited as he gave a firm nod, standing up, and with another small wave, he portalled out of the room to leave Saïx to rest, heading straight into his lab, only to find to his horror Roxas out with his keyblades and Zexion standing there calmly, but alert. Vexen clenched his hand into a fist as he felt a headache pop up a the event going on, knowing that this is what happens when he left anybody alone in here. He thought Zexion was speaking to Xangel, but she was nowhere to be found, and instead, Roxas was in her place, pointing his Oblivion at the Cloaked Schemer. He decided to make his presence known," What in the worlds is going on?!"

 

Turning, Zexion glanced at Vexen. "Xangel...I had her leave because I needed to speak with Roxas a bit...as well as check a couple of other things...however, the Key of Destiny here believes I'm trying to harm Axel...just because I was looking around your invention...he truly does not understand anything...believing he has a friendship with Axel..."

Larxene did not retort back or say anything at all to Max's warning. She just turned, transporting directly to Vexen's lab...
Where she saw Roxas, standing in front of what seemed to be a casket, with Zexion and Vexen, looking directly at him.
"What is...where is Axel?" she asked, a trace of coldness within her voice.

Reixa kept her composure as she said "It's about the odd couple, Axel and Larxene. It seems some conspiring has developed between Axel and Saix, your precious second. They fought, and I cannot say that it ended well. Saix is injured, and Axel is... on the brink of death. So I suggest you go to Vexen and Zexion, as far as I've heard, they are experimenting on him as we speak."

 

Roxas was about to shout "LIAR!" when he saw Larxene appear, and the room was suddenly quiet, hearing her words. Glaring at Zexion a last time, he placed his sight on the female in the room that made Axel risk his life, lowering his keyblades a little. He knew that her and Axel had some kind of romantic relationship hearing what everyone else was saying, and he also understood Saïx's deal after he mentioned it many times in the lab, at least the little bits, expecially his words when they found Axel in Addled Impasse. and before any of them could say anything, he answered roughly, "You know want to know where Axel is? He's in there. " Roxas pointed at the glowing blue machine. "His life is at stake, he's dying, and almost faded away, all because of Saïx and their fight. It was....about you Larxene, it looks like, since that's what Axel, from I heard, kept fighting for. And Zexion tried to sabotage the only way he could perhaps live, why do you think I have my keyblades out at him?! Decoration?! If I wasn't hiding, Zexion could've of..."

At this, he stopped himself, not willing to finish that grave fact, and he glanced at Vexen, directing this bit of information at him as well.

Vexen just blinked, a bit surpised at the sharp and out of nowhere turn of events. He was a bit surprised at what Zexion tried to do, though he kind of understood, as he remembered their old conversation to get rid of all obstacles and hindrances. Of course, he already knew of what Zexion mentioned of Roxas' "friendship" with Axel, so that was quite a given. As said, he didn't care for Axel's life, so it didn't matter, but he did care about his machine, so he was glad Roxas stopped what he was going to do to it. But now...

Now it seemed that Axel's two most precious people were here, and my, what a reunion it was. Vexen simply stared at them all, not really knowing what to say in all this. It seemed Larxene will finally get the truth of what happened.

"...Is there anything else you'd like to say?" Xemnas asked, seeming completely unfazed with what Reixa was saying. "If not...then please leave."

Zexion caught the vague 'scent' of Max's upon Larxene...so she had been to see him? And what had he said now? Well...no matter what...everything would go fine...
"You still don't understand my plans...do you, Roxas? And Larxene..." He turned, looking over at her. "I would like to speak to you...about your visit to our...ah...enemy."

 

"I don't want to understand your plans, you obviously tried to kill Axel, don't pass your lies through me, looking at the wires and about to touch them, doesn't mean checking out whether it's working, because from what we all see, it is. And I rather Larxene come with me, so I can explain to her what happened, if she cares enough to know," Roxas stated, looking over at the girl confused, not knowing what to exactly make of her. He didn't know how far her....'feelings' for Axel had gone, but he was sure his friend's own emotions went deep if he got himself in this situation to be with her, and Roxas didn't know whether Larxene was using him or anything of the sort. He wouldn't put it pass her. Roxas couldn't trust anyone here, really, and he was really scared for Axel at the moment.

Now gazing deeply at the blonde girl, he added. "Of course, is up to you. I don't think is a good idea hearing it from him, he can't be trusted right now. If you care more about what Zexion has to say than knowing about Axel, maybe he shouldn't have almost died for your sake. And he's still at risk of it."

Vexen raised his eyebrows as he watched the whole spectacle in silence, a bit surprised at Roxas' harsh choice of words. It seemed the kid didn't have faith in any one standing around him, and in good motive, he now knew about what went on between Axel and Larxene, yet didn't know how far it was. Vexen didn't doubt Roxas' words, of course, and Zexion had his own schemes to work in, not that he will get in the way. But it seemed Roxas was testing Larxene's trust on his own accord, making her choose which man she'll be more willing to be with. Not bad...

 

Reixa frowned. "Think I'm lying? Why don't you go there yourself? See it with your own eyes, Xemnas?" Reixa uncrossed her arms and let them dangle at her sides. She didn't look back, but she wondered how Xin was percieving this. "Also, one of our members has suffered some kind of amnesia. Xangel, actually, on Zexion's accord."

 

Larxene didn't want to speak to Roxas...and she didn't want to speak to Zexion. She just wanted to talk to Axel, and she wanted to ask him...ask him about Reixa...ask him about everything...that is, if she could trust him...she always thought she could but now...
Biting her lower lip, she walked over to Zexion, looking at him coldly.
"Zexion...I am looking...for someone. I want you to tell me where she is."

Larxene had visibly stiffened as she spoke to Zexion, speaking sternly, coldly. She was obviously affected from their previous encounter, by how strangely she was acting. But looking for someone? Who else now? Another enemy?
Leaning close to her, his chin hovering just above her shoulder, he whispered into her ear, "I will under one condition...allow me to speak with you alone later on...and not for that short of a time..."

Larxene hated how close he was getting to her, and she gave a slight nod, showing she would...she didn't trust Zexion any more than she trusted Max or Roxas...but she needed to know where she was...besides, she was strong. She wouldn't be swayed...although she was quite a bit already...
"Tell me where Reixa is," she whispered back to him.

"Anything more?" Xemnas asked, making no further comment upon her words. This was quite interesting indeed but he knew some of this already upon Zexion's visit...

OOC:...I can just imagine how sexy Zexion seems in this scene. xDD lol Sorry, couldn't help but think that...

OOC: Um...well, to make things short, Larxene and Axel are in love, Axel fights with Saix, goes into a coma-like state, and is now on the brink of dying but is in Vexen's machine to come back to life; Larxene, after Zexion has planted the seed of doubt within her and just talked to Max, is confused but asks Zexion to tell her exactly where Reixa is...who is currently talking to Xemnas...

By the way, chula, did you see when I edited my post to have Xemnas reply back to Reixa...?

Reixa thought over the past events, wondering if she missed anything. Looking up, she remembered something. "Apparently Larxene is elsewhere at the moment, I'm not sure if she has returned yet or is back... but yeah, that just about sums it up. Oh, Roxas knows as well."

 

delmoxy covered her mouth quickly "crude I forgot that I'm spying." she said in her head

 

Roxas just shook his head at Larxene, almost disappointed, dismissing his keyblades while glaring at her without her notice. Didn't she hear him? Axel was dying in that damn machine, and all she cared about was looking for some enemy? If she even took any of Zexion's words, she was stupid, and not in any way sharp, Roxas thought she would have more common sense to hear out the guy's best friend, but it didn't seem that way. "Are you deaf, Larxene? Axel is in that machine dying...but I guess I understand now..."

Whatever, fine then. If Axel survives...no, he will survive this, he'll make sure to tell him her actions, and try to convince him that she wasn't worth it, as far as he can see. Giving a dirty look at everyone in the room, he went to the machine, looking down at Axel's state sadly as his palms laid on the glass. The usual cocky guy was cold, his body pale like the walls and floor of this castle except covered in a blue light, and wounded, though it was stitched now. Why did he had to be reckless, especially with Saïx? He gazed at his buddy, resting his forehead on the surface as his head went down, studying him. "Come on, Axel...don't go..."

He was also worried about the machine malfunctioning as Vexen mentioned...then he would really....if that happened...

Vexen's eyes were searching as he eyed Roxas' actions with a bit of disdain, wondering why friendship was so important to him, is not like they could feel. Though it was quite touching to anyone with a heart as he hoped that his best friend will get better, but it was pathetic to him. And he was also expecting some type of reaction from Larxene, or did she really not hear? Sighing, he went forward to the young one, coming from behind him as he passed Larxene and Zexion, placing a hand on his shoulder. "He can't hear you, might as well simply wait it out..."

 

delmoxy heard exactly what was now happening "because of mindless fighting someone is might or might not die." she sighed and looked up and said "what are we going to do now."
