Organization XIII's Rivals

"Let her go," Xemnas ordered the Nobodies, and the silver creatures scattered. Approaching her, he made a portal of darkness appear in front of her.
"Step through and be on your way," he told the girl, looking at her. "But before you go...could you at least tell me your name?"

OOC: I'm just curious, but what number is everyone in the other Organization? The first post isn't updated so I'm all confused...

 

"Of course she did" max's voice echoed throughout reixa's room.

 

" Lirxa." Is all she said then she stepped through the portal.

 

"...Not entirely, but yes..." she managed to say, her voice cracking somewhat on her last word, fighting the tears that she knew would eventually come. She still resented herself for doing it, but it wasn't like she could change it. She took a deep breath, sighing heavily. She tried her best to not look at Axel directly, knowing that she would probably begin to cry.
Looking around at the sound of another member's familiar voice, Reixa scowled, her mood completely reversed. "Stay out of this, Max," she said firmly. She had no intension of dealing with him at that moment, especially when she was with Axel, knowing that he would take the conversation over. Axel was a very important asset to him, though.

 

ooc: how come nymph and twilight always leave when I am about to make a move :l .....

bic: "My apologies, but this is urgent. I was hoping that it would not lead to this, but at the moment, Larxene has been hinted onto what has happend, and the heartless is causing her trouble" max said. "Of course, if axel wishes for me to stay out of this, then I will, though he will be missing the information that I have about what they tried to do to her" max said,

OOC: I was always here, I just took long in posting in Twilight High. It was hard, cause I was writing and AIMing my best friend, and I kept making a bunch of typos of chat slang, confusing the two, and the damn sound that told she was writing kept me from concentrating, so I just ignored her and lowered the volume xDD. She'll understand.

Axel couldn't help but me furious, the bubble bursting as he clenched his hands into fists, his body trembling from the fire rising within, gritting his teeth when she heard that she did in fact, know. She was aware of it and still kept going on with her acts? She knew the damage that she was causing, to him and Larxene, and she still kept going? He shut his eyes, forcing himself to calm down, not really wanting to shout at the girl who was already anxious and remorseful. He wanted to know why she did it, but he could already guess the proper answer. Though the moment he heard Max speak, his body was now filled with irritation. The last thing he needed was his damn presence right now, and he was about to summon his chakram and flung it at him, only to snap his eyes back open at what he said, hearing her name.

Larxene was hinted...what...?

Shaking his head to focus back his mind from the red in his eyes, Axel glanced at him sideways, glaring at the male, yet a strike of fear shot through his spine about Larxene being hinted at what occurred, weakening the stare. Setting his gaze back on Reixa, he sent her a look of disappointment, very upset. "How could you?! If this ends up hurting Larxene, I will never forgive you for what you've done! You knew what you were doing, but didn't care for my own thoughts. I'm aware that you have 'feelings' for me, but you could have at least thought over the consequences or hers! I thought you were better than that..." Breathing deeply, his voice almost cracking at the end, he left her figure as he turned to Max, not wanting to show like he needed his information, but Larxene was now his first priority after finding out what he wanted. "Just what is it?"

 

"There are two heartless on the lose, both which took the shape of you and larxene. THe axel one knows what is going on, but the larxene one things she is larxene's heartless, and is slowly trying to hint on larxene about what went on between you and Rei. Larxene is already a little bit suspicious, but she does not know to much" max said to axel. "You are in a very dangerous situation here" max said.

 

"I think I've figured that on my own," Axel replied dryly to him at the last comment, releasing one of his shaking fists as he ran a hand through his sandy red hair exasperatedly, that had yet to be washed from the last events. The pent up vexation taking its toll as it made the room heat up from the steam flowing on his bloodstream, and he felt like slamming so hard. And now...now he definitely had to tell Larxene the truth, like he had planned, and the only thing was to hope that she'd understand. He regretted so much abandoning her on the beach, and he couldn't help but blame himself and his temper. Even though he was ina trance, he couldn't help but think it was his fault.

Yet, he had to focus, he needed to sooth his infuriation, and think of what to do and of what Max had said about the Heartless. This time, when he glowered at Max, a look of annoyance and dislike were present. Axel was goingto kill him one of these days, he swore. "I'm guessing the heartless had something to do with you, because for some reason, you have to f*ck things over more than they have for whatever the hell you're scheming. But I digress. Do you know where she is?"

 

"Last time I checked, your room" max said. "I think it will be wise of me to say though, that if you are planning on telling her the truth, then you should not. Larxene is already furious. I was not able to do anything to get her away from the heartless's grasp, but I was still able to observe what had happend. The heartless asked if she truely did love you......." max said. He himself was sort of saddend by the denial that larxene had put herself under, since she acted as if she was angered by when she saw the heartless larxene playing with axel like that, but she still never actually said that she loved him. It was easy for her to have said it to axel, but she could not say it to others. "THe point is is that she is at a delicate state, and if you tell her the truth, then I cannot assure you that things will go well" Max warned. "Of course, I am certain that you still concider me to be your enemy, so you do not need to take my warning" max said.

 

"And maybe I won't. I'm not keeping this from Larxene, and what the heartless said will be kept on her mind, she might even ask me what I did in my absence, and I have to be honest with her. I'll make sure she is calm before I tell her, but she's finding out either way," Axel said determinedly, looking away the opposite the directoin from Max, knowing that if he didn't admit what happened, despite her state, he wouldn't be able to look at her face or touch her. The guilt of what he did was grilling his mind, body, and senses, and for perhaps the second time, he saw his vision blur as his eyes glazed over water, but blinked them away quickly. It seemed he was still wrecked from before, yet he'll combust himself into suicide before he actually showed it with him in the room. He gave one last look to Reixa, before creating a portal to his private quarters. "Thanks...not really, but I'm going to take care of things myself."

 

"Make sure Zexion and the cheese man, vexen, don't get involved. They'll twist it so that she gets hurt in the end" max said as he opened up his own portal of darkness, and left the room, as he then entered into twilight town, appearing atop the clock tower. "I need time to think" he muttered

 

Not even wanting to glance at the remorseful girl behind him, he already said enough, he went in the Corridor Of Darkness and portalled away, finding his eyes look around as the darkness clouding his view dispersed, stepping in. Axel thought in the back of his mind that he might have been a little harsh concerning Reixa, after all, he did comprehend her, he would have done the same in her position. But the resentment took over, and he cannot overlook the fact that she had a chance to stop it, but chose to continue it. She knew. And if he didn't mention Larxene's name...then who knows what they might have done. His tongue hurt a tad more from the yelling, and yet...

That wasn't important now as he finally saw what had been away from his eyesight in this long while, Larxene sitting on his bed, the crimson sheets and her being the only bright color on the pale walls and floor. Dread filled his stomach, as his lungs constrict tightly together, ruining his steady breathing. Axel looked down, feeling sweat build around his forehead, not wanting to meet her gaze when he felt he dishonored her. How was he going to explain?

 

Hearing a soft, swooshing sound, Larxene tilted her head up, and, as she assumed, saw Axel standing there, looking down...was he still that upset that he couldn't look at her? Did he even realize she was standing in the room?
Despite these misgivings, Larxene stood and briskly walked over to him. Before she could even hesitate, she brought her arms around him, embracing him close to her.
"Axel...I...I..." she paused, uncertain of what else to say on her thoughts. She was so relieved, it was to find him back here...not supposedly under some crazy hypnosis from a heartless that claimed to be her own, or with another woman...he had more than likely been out, doing something to ease the anger he felt towards her and her actions. If he was still upset, she wasn't sure...but at least he hadn't been doing what she had feared...
"...Were you...that upset with me?" she asked, finding that a question would serve what she wanted to know better.

 

Axel felt air leave his body completely when her delicate arms wrapped him a hug, making his head lift up a bit startled, and what should have sent a nice shiver through his body or it being something he enjoyed, this one was bitter for him. His arms lifeless by his sides, he stood stock-still, biting his bottom lip to compose himself as the anguish and penitence wash over him like the waves that was in the Twilight Town beach, the moment where everything was good, and how it all went downhill from there. Axel thought it wouldn't be that hard to tell her, after all, it wasn't like he did it on his own will, didn't cheat on her because he simply wanted to, yet he felt like he did all those things with Reixa on purpose despite his innocence on the matter. But now things were so much harder when she was standing there, her body touching his in her clasp, and once more, he found his eyes burning.

Shuddering, though not in delight, he nuzzled his face into her shoulder deep, covering his expression, not finding himself not entiled to wrap his own arms around her, and he gave a shaky sigh when he heard her quiet inquiry. He shook his head. "No...not at all...I should have never left you..." It was then he shut his eyes hard, his voice grim and low as he breathed. "I need to tell you something..."

 

Although Larxene was glad to find that he was not upset with her in the least, the graveness of his voice made her tense. Again, she could hear the words of that Axel heartless, echoing in her mind...
After all, the real Axel did the damage without our help...
Ignoring the pit of dread rising in her stomach - an emotion that despite being a Nobody she could just feel so real - she asked, a bit tonelessly, as if trying to control her voice, "What is it?"

 

Breathing in her scent, with closed eyes, Axel made his face dig into the crook of her neck, covering it. For awhile, he stayed frozen on that position, not wanting to come to grip with what he had to reveal. He needed to relax, because he knew she had to know this. He had to remember he didn't ask for it, that he wasn't to blame for what had happened. It was his fault he took his leave, but from there, it was Reixa's doing, he was nothing from a puppet. The guilt that he did what he had with another female that wasn't Larxene was rapid, but he felt more confident to know that there was no wrongdoing by his own choice.

And so, raising his head up weakly from the familiar and comfortable warmth he was used to, not anyone else's, only hers, he grabbed her hand with his, making sure to avoid her eyes, because then he just wouldn't be able to go through with it. Pulling away from the embrace, he listlessly lead her to his bed, the steps so numb for him, and guided her to sit down, him following reluctantly. Axel took in a breath, and finally made their eyes connect deeply, finding her blue hues to be anxious, but he wanted it like this, to make certain she captured his honesty. "Promise me that you won't speak until I'm done, and try to understand. Would you do that for me?"

 

Max snapped his fingers, in order to destroy the image that lead to axel's room. Yes, he was manipulative, but something like that was just out of the question to spy on.

ooc: I would feel bad if max was spying on this oh so special moment. It don't feel right

 

There he was, sounding so serious, so somber about it again...
Those heartless...Larxene had kept telling herself that they were lying and she had hoped that was it...but it was not...unless, maybe she was being too hasty with the assumptions, and there was some other matter he was trying to speak about that was just as severe.
There was still doubt within her mind about that however, and it made it hard for her to speak.
"...I will," she answered, her voice still sounding controlled. She just wanted to know, now, of what it was...the suspense, the longer it took for him to tell her...just made her apprehension for what could be true grow within her. She kept trying to tell herself that it wasn't, just couldn't be it but...then why was she so dubious about all of this?

OOC: It's nice to see Max being nice for once. lol

Reixa shuddered violently as Axel sent her a look of deep resentment, and she watched his back remorsefully as he opened a portal of darkness and exited the room. She shot an angry look at Max, making him portal away to his little coniving world.
Once alone, she plopped onto her bed solemnly and buried her face in the pillow, sobbing. She hated herself for what she did, hurting Axel the way she did... what she did to him... what she knew...
