"Why do you think that?" Zexion asked, as he watched Max's movement. The darkness illusion seemed to shimmer slightly, before enveloping the roses.

 

Roxas heads to the clock tower.

Xigbar continues to shoot.

 

Max began to chuckle. "Because, not only can you not understand the heart, but the heart does not actually belong to you. It belongs to the person that you used to be. The person, that you are only one tiny piece of." max said with a grin. "Oh wait, my apologies. It appears that I am talking a little to much" max said, as he began his little test. He snapped his fingers, and though he could not see the roses, the roses still opened, sending up dark spores. He could not tell for sure if it would work, but, he still tried to control all darkness in the area, and he began to shift it towards the roses, which would make the illusion begin to become disorted

 

Zexion was silent for a moment, his mind quickly working out what he said, before he spoke, his tone sounding as if he was suppressing a chuckle, "It seems you do not know enough yourself..."
He then created yet another illusion - a thin sheet of flames covering the ground. Although an illusion, it would feel just like a real fire - thus burning the roses...and if it didn't...

 

Max stayed still, not moving an inch. "Intersting. So then, now what are you trying to confirm?" he asked

 

Now that the roses were disappearing, the illusion had stopped shimmering and distorting dangerously back to reality. "Oh, nothing really..." Zexion said, smoothly.
The flames now began to creep slowly towards Max. The Cloaked Schemer was not bluffing with them - if he still stayed still, the flames would catch onto him.

 

ooc: question. Does it look like the flames are EVERYWHERE, as in there is not one area that isn't covered in flames?

 

OOC: Well, the flames were everywhere except for a circular area arond you, but it's starting to close in.

bic: "I suppose that you have already created a flaw. I mean, come now. Trying to kill off your enemy that easily? Especialy when he is feeding you information bit by bit? You need to put more thought into your plans" max said with a sigh, as a hole appared right under max, and he dropped into it. After all, it wasn't like people could just make a portal to their left or right. They could make a portal beneath them to

"And kill you off so fast?" Zexion murmured to himself, even though Max was gone. "I've made you leave, and that's all I wanted."
Although he was no where in sight, he concentrated to see if his 'scent' was anywhere nearby still...

 

.......I get the feeling....someone's watching me....or keeping track of me.......but seriously.....these people need to totally get some new wall paper.....

A sword appeard in her hand for comfort.

 

Max's portal reapered, right next to where the battle was, basicly where axel and larxene was. "Oh, woops. Looks like I ended up in the wrong place" he muttered.

 

Since Axel had diverted his attention to Larpex, Marina portalled to the location of that shadow she had seen.

"You little dumbass. I haven't fallen for all of your tricks."
"Tricks? whet could you mean?"
"It may seem that I am Marina, but I'm not. Marina wasn't able to use the Darkness. Or any other powers."
"Smart..."
"Stop this, damn it!"
She heard laughter, and something forced her to the ground.
'A Neoshadow..?' she wondered, as she saw what it was.
"Hah, That's what I am. I took the form of your shadow. " it said, and attacked her again.
She guarded just in time, using Xinaram's weapon. She slashed at it, and watched as it flew into a nearby tree. Pinning it to the tree with both weapons, she asked, "So, was this whole thing just a trick?"

It dissapeared in a puddle of darkness underneath her, and soon she was the one being pinned to the tree.
"You're getting angry... "

"What's that have to do with anything?" She demanded, before pushing away from the tree, and jumping over the Heartless.

"Nobodies cannot feel, can they? " It asked.

"For all I know, these emotions are just another trick!" She said.

"Hahah, for all you know, everything's a trick. An illusion of some sort. "

"Argh... You... Just die!" she yelled, slashing at the Neoshadow. It dissapeared in a puff of darkness.
'Why didn't I do that sooner... ' she thought, 'Wait... Am I ever going to change back? I still look like Marina... '

OOC: left unfinished, because I don't feel like finishing tonight. 10:30 P.M. where I live.

Marina's heartless is a very evil Neoshadow. xD

(When I said she yelled, she was so deep in the forest that no one could hear her. >.>)

 

Larxene heard a soft, swooshing sound and she turned to see Max standing there, muttering something to himself. Max? What is he doing here? she wondered, as she gestured with her head slightly to him for Axel...although she was already sure he had noticed his appearance.

 

Axel's expression went grim as he spotted a certain person portalling into this little get together, and he got distracted slightly as he nodded at Larxene's motion, telling her that he was oh so very aware of his presence. It wasn't just the jealousy anymore, is that this guy rubbed him the wrong way. There was something odd about Max, but he wasn't certain what exactly drove him to want to chuck a chakram in his face.

He gave Max a dirty look, thinking over if he should take on Larpex, or get at Max for their unfinished struggle. If he stayed, that is.

 

Geez...this place is huge.....you'd think they'd put a sign somewhere telling you where's where.......okay...I think I passed by this hallway five times already.....or it's a new hallway......*sigh*...you seriously can't tell.....wait...I know! i'll just mark this wall....

She made a burn mark on a nearby wall and continued walking.

 

"What a mess. And here I was expecting you guys to have cut off your puppet strings from that cloaked guy. What did he say it was...................Ah yes, the cloaked schemer or whatever. But honostly, this is quite saddening indeed" max muttered. It seemed to him as if axel and larxene almost WANTED to be zexion's tools. In an even simpler way, to max, axel was zexions biach, as well as larxene (sorry, but I couldn't resist but say that)

 

"If you're going to speak any BS, might as well not mumble it," Axel spat, his trained hawk eye set on Max, though he did pick up some of the words he muttered. Like "cloaked schemer", "puppet", and "saddening". He was still next to Larpex, though now she wasn't what got grasp his attention. Anything that came out of Max's mouth just irritated him.
