Organization XIII - It's a beautiful day!

Demyx's jaw dropped as he left the room. He dawdled a few metres before stopping to prod the new contraption that was on his neck. "I-I..uh.. MARLY, GODAMNIT!" He wailed and ran away.

He decided he didn't want to let Axel see him being degraded with Marluxia's collar so he went straight to his own room.

He walked in and looked at himself in his mirror and inspected the collar. "This is so not good," Demyx said, trying to pull it off, but to no avail. "What the heck did Marluxia do?? It's stuck!"

 

Marluxia sat on his bed, scythe in hands. "What's that my Thorn? I did an excellent job? Yes..." He looked at the scythe's blade. "Don't worry my Thorn... soon our plans will help the Organization. Now how will my test subjects react once I get rid of their will?" He got up again, and laughed at himself while hugging the scythe. Something was going on with Marluxia, but what could have happened to this once cheerful, loving, spontaneous, and carefree man?

As Zexion approached down the stairs he saw Xaldin, and quickly fled back up the stairs. He started to walk faster and faster back to his room; slamming the door behind him, and panting heavily upon leaning himself against the closed door.

He turned around to look at his mirror on the door, pulling the contraption that was around his neck out a little, venting the itchy skin underneath. "This thing is like hell," he exclaimed simply, "I hope this won't be on for long." He said feeling the points facing his neck.

He walked back to his bed, sitting down; thinking. "Hmm...something is not right about Marluxia these days," he said. "I wonder why or what is causing this." He leaned back, laying on his bed, sighing in a sense of relief.

He dozed off slowly.

 

"Now, what are my precious pets doing? Demyx seems to be checking out his new gift. Zexion, however, is dozing off. But he won't doze off for long." Marluxia banged the bottom of his scythe on the ground, causing Zexion's collar to respond. There would be a painful set of shocks going into his head, turning him into a mindless puppet which did everything Marluxia had commanded.

"Zexion, you've been a bad boy. Why don't you come down to Master's room?" He said in an evil tone. He stroked his face against the scythe as if he were a cat. "This is a brilliant plan Thorn. First Zexion, then Demyx... then the entire Organization!"

 

Zexion was thinking like he was a kid in a cage; trapped in his own head. He was trying to move, but nothing would suffice.

He jumped around within himself, but he could not move. He could only look at Marluxia blankly.

 

"Zexion, my beautiful pet. I need you to do me a favor. Find Vexen and Roxas, and convince them to wear these collars." He handed 2 collars of the same sort to Zexion. "If they refuse to wear them, bring them back to me immediately." He pointed out the door, signaling Zexion's leave. After Zexion left, he began talking to his scythe again. "I wonder how beautiful Vexen looks right now. The look on her face when she calls me 'Master' will bring happiness into my heart... oh? I forgot... I don't have one. Right Thorn?" He began to hug the scythe. "But unlike Vexen, your sharp mindedness is greater than her mind. Thank you."

 

Without knowing or will, he left.

Zexion was totally unaware of anything, and all his actions were blacked out after that moment. All he could stay aware of was his movements; yet he could not control them. He assumed he were going to get Vexen and Roxas like he was told.

Xigbar grinned, mischeviously. (SP?) "Oh, reeeeally...?" he drawled. He crossed his arms and cocked his head to the side. "Then ya won't mind doing something for me, say... Right now...?"

 

Axel lifted an eyebrow and still had that same look on his face. "It matters what that thing is."

 

Xigbar's grin broadened. "It's a game, silly!" He said. "Really fun, too... I'll show ya how to play when we got to my room... Pleeeeease...?" he asked, in his most innocent tone. He widened his eyes to add to the effect.

Axel sighed. "God. A game you say? What might this game be?" He asked and put his hand on Xigbar's shoulder and smiled.

 

Xigbar scratched the back of his head, a little embarrasedly. (SP?) "Well... I haven't really come up with a name for it yet... I made it my self..." he mumbled, looking down. His eyes went bright as he looked up and asked Axel, "So you'll play?!"

 

"Ummm, sure..." Axel was really hoping that this 'game' wasn't something that he was thinking of.

 

"WHOOOO!!!!" Xigbar screamed, pumping his fist up in the air. Suddenly, he scooped Axel up, and placed him on his shoulder. Then he took off, giggling like crazy.

 

"HEY! You have no right to grab me!" Axel yelled while pounding a fist on Xigbar's back. He shook his head and whispered, "What the hell did I get into?"

 

Vexen had hoped that Roxas would not probe into her life, but she could not avoid it any longer. He was, after all, her friend.

"Ok. I have to tell you this, even though its really silly." The woman looked away from Roxas, not wanting to face him as she was opening herself emotionally. This was not easy for her. She sighed.

"Lately..." She glanced around, hesitating as to continue with her story. "Lately, I've been thinking about Marluxia a lot." She looked to her companion to see his reaction, and he was taken aback by her confession. "I mean, after our dinner, I have not been able to stop thinking that I want to see him again. And its silly! I don't think I feel anything romantically for him." Atleast, I hope I don't. She had a difficult time sorting out her feelings and accepting them, though at the time she was not sure what they were exactly.

Vexen refused to look at her friend. "Anyways, thats not important. Let's talk about something el..." The scientist stopped midsentence. "Zexion?" Behind Roxas at a distance stood the long since absent nobody, and he seemed to be heading her way.

FOr some odd reason, Marluxia can see what Zexion saw when he closed his eyes. He was sitting in his dark room holding his scythe against his face.

"Tiptoe in the garden, by the garden... that's where Vexen will be..."

 

Zexion approached down the stairs, ignoring everyone. In his head he was thinking "GET ME THE HE** OUT OF HERE!" But no one could listen; nor could he control himself.

He stepped into the garden and felt the pulse of his blood rush. He found Vexen.

 

When those words graced Roxas's ears, his stomach dropped. Vexen wanted to see Marluxia again. What was the big deal with that? Roxas shouldn't have cared, but he did. "Oh..well," was all that he could muster out of his mouth before his friend saw Zexion. Roxas was rather glad at this relief.


OOC: wow...exams = absolute crap. all of my energy is gone, especially after all of the rolling that i have been doing.

"Zexion my puppet... be a good little pet and hand them the collars. Tell them they need to wear them, or they'll upset your Master" The room was still dark. Marluxia wasn't the same anymore. He had been possesed by something dark. Darker than the Organization itself.
