Organization XIII - It's a beautiful day!

"I dunno." Axel said and shrugged a bit. He closed his eyes and layed his head on a pillow. "Maybe they forgot about us."

 

"I suppose we could handle our nonexistent partner's cards as well." Lexaeus paused to contemplate the second question. "The social dimensions of the game interest me. It helps to expand my horizons. Card gaming allows me a means of interacting with others that is both enjoyable and also involves little conversation. Why the curiosity?" Lexaeus asked. "It seems out of place for me or something?"

 

Xigbar quickly shook his head, as if waving his question off. "No, no, nevermind," he murmured before Vexen could answer. "It doesn't really matter, anyway." He started pulling on his Organization cloak. "Just forget I asked. Thanks for fixing me up and stuff, but now I'm starving. I feel like I haven't eaten in 2 days!" He actually hadn't. He scrambled over the lab table and took off for the door, one of the sleeves in the cloak still flapping and armless in his rush to get to the kitchen.

((Sowwy, Treah, you took a bit too long thur... >.> Grrr... Now I'm hungry... >.>))

 

Luxord would shrug, not knowing why he asked either. "Dunno. Just had to ask, I guess..." he mumbled softly as he continued to explain to Lexaeus how the rules of the game are set and began to instruct how to play without bending the rules, even if he always did. While in the middle of the explanation, he heard footsteps, and he looked up only to find the Freeshooter. "Xigbar...you're well?"

 

"He looks sane enough, but I would advise caution for now," Lexaeus whispered to Luxord, careful not to let Xigbar hear. Turning to Xigbar, he said loudly in a friendly manner, "Xigbar! Not seeing any more camels, I hope?"

 

Luxord would nod to the whisper, a little more concerned on what had happened to Xigbar that atually led him to act like he did the other. He'd sigh a bit, brows raising for his concern for the man continuing to rise. He'd keep it within himself to make sure that no one, not even Xigbar himself knew of the feelings for the Freeshooter.

Xigbar raised his eyebrow slowly. "Uh... Camels?" He shook his head suddenly. "Never mind... I really don't wanna know..." He grabbed his sleeve and began wiggling his other arm through as he made his way to the fridge. He pulled the door open, looking quickly through everything.

"So... Um..." he started casually, tapping his finger on the handle. "You guys heard anything about Axel and Demyx lately...?" He leaned further into the fridge, careful to hide his face.

 

Luxord would shake his head. "I haven't seen them in a while though. Maybe they got back together," he suggested, continuing to set some of the cards down, eyes would look at the fridge in some of the process over towards Xigbar then back over to the game.

 

Xigbar gripped the handle hard and leaned even further into the fidge, a look of pure, surpessed joy on his face. He bit his lip. Get a grip! he ordered himself. He got rid of the over-joyed look on his face, exhaled, relaxed, and started pulling stuff out to make a mondo-sandwitch. "Oh," he said, simplyly.

 

Demyx pondered for a moment. "Forgot about us?" He said quite sadly. "I hope not..." This said, Demyx whipped the quilt off himself and rushed to put some clothes on. He looked at Axel to see if he'd caused any sort of reaction.

 

"Ehh, yeah..." Axel said and yawned. He opened one of his closed eyes, pearing at Demyx. He chuckled a bit before opening his other eye and sat up in the bed. He wrapped one of the blankets tightly around himself. "So..."

 

"I trust whatever medical technology Vexen is using actually proves helpful, then?" Lexaeus asked Xigbar. "Say," he added, now addressing Luxord as well, "How do you think Vexen's going to get on with Larxene now that Number Twelve is not the only female in our Organisation?"

 

Vexen watched as a half dressed Xigbar rushed out of her lab. He must really be hungry. She knew he had not eaten in quite some time.

The scientist yawned, stretching her body. She was tired but not ready to sleep. Instead, after taking a look around her messy lab, she began to tidy up, placing everything in it's rightful place. She would have to put her studies on hold right now, atleast until her mind decided it wanted to be in the mood to research.

After about an hour, the blonde looked triumphantly at her successful cleaning session, though she still had an entire corner left. "Ugh!" She sighed. "I don't want to clean anymore." Speaking to herself, she set down the last few things in her hands and opened a portal...

... findng herself bathed in warm light and a sweet aroma. She was in the rose garden. "Now this is relaxing!" she said, beding over a rose to sniff it. As she walked about, she heard some ruffling to her left. Looking in that direction, Vexen made out some spiky dirty blonde hair. Roxas.

She made her way towards him. "Roxas! Hello."

OoC: Sorry, Foxxie! I had a really big test to study for and was not able to post any time sooner! You worked it out, though! ;)

Xigbar put down the pickles and mayo on the table. He tapped on the counter top, while looking up, as if he was trying to remember what he wanted to get next. Then he snapped his fingers and rushed back to the fridge.

He grumbled a distracted, "I dunno," as he pulled out the mustard, turkey, and ham. His thoughts were obviously elsewhere...

 

Luxord would shrug a bit at the question given by Lexaeus towards him, wondering what exactly he meant. "Change of taste? I could of swore Vexen was with Marly way back when," he guessed. He would of only seen the two of them together the other day when he was being nosy by eavesdropping. He was wondering why Xigbars' mood was a bit 'of a 'happy' one at the time. He just got out of Vexen's lab, did he not? But who was he to decide what emotions one should feel after comming out of a lab.

OoC: Yay Multitasking! <3 xD Holy crap was that bad ._o;

 

Roxas's head quickly turned to the direction of the now-woman's voice. His face lit up and he quickly smiled. "Hey there, Vexen." He walked a little closer before adding, "How are you?" He was holding a white rose in his hand, signifying humilty and reverence.

 

"So...uhh" Demyx paused. "So you get up, you lazy bum!" He joked. "C'mon, I'm ready to go.." He sat down on the bed next to Axel, gave him a brief hug and then quickly pulled the quilt off him once the said redhead was least expecting it.

 

Axel gave Demyx a discusted look. "Yeah, what was that for?" He yelled. He grabbed a pillo and wrapped his arms around it shivering. He got up and started to put his own clothes on. Not feeling like wearing his trench coat he wore tight black pants, a black shirt and some armwarmers.

 

Demyx rolled his eyes. "And they say I'm whiney..." He stuck out his tongue at Axel. "Ready yet?"
