Organization XIII - It's a beautiful day!

"McDonalds sounds fine." Demyx smiled.

Then Xigbar came running through the door. "Oh hey, Xiggy. We were just about to go out. What's up?"

 

Xigbar hit them both with a huge, unnatural grin. "One second!" he chirped. "I gotta get my munny first. Wouldn't want to get stuck washing dishes the rest of the day again, would I?"

He started giggling and ran back up the stairs quicker than lightning. That was especsially (SP?) disturbing sence he wasn't even CLOSE to a morning person.

 

Axel smiled back at Demyx. "Alright, monkey." He said, without realizing it. He turned around to see Xigbar. "Oh, hey!"

 

"....Right then, I guess Xigbar's coming to." He said while nervously laughing.

 

"Got it!!!" Xigbar raced back into the kitchen so fast, he tripped and busted his head on a countertop. He sat there motiontionless for a moment, then slumped onto the floor without a word. A long, deep gash that had appeared on his forehead started to bleed badly.

((Don't ask WHY I did that... I just did. >.>))

 

Demyx looked wide-eyed at Xigbar. "Oh my God.. What the hell?!" He motioned to Axel, "What should we do?!" He asked frantically.

He walked over to Xigbar and took a closer look at the older man. He prodded him in the side a bit. "Xiggy.....?"

 

Axel gasped at Xigbar's act. He ran over to him. "Get a bandage or something!"

 

Xigbar didn't move. He just layed there, his eyes closed, his mouth slightly open, and his arms sprawled about. The blood was starting to make a pool beneath his head.

Axel sighed and grbbed Xigbar and put him in a chair. He ran over to the sink and grabbed a towel and placed it on his forhead. He shook his head. "So foolish."

 

Demyx freaked out, he searched all the cabinets to see if he could find anything that could help them. He found a roll of bandages and quickly took them to Xiggy's side. There, he unraveled the bandage and wrapped it around Xigbar's head, just like Xemnas had told them all how to in a meeting one time.

"What if he's not all right?" Demyx asked shakily, tears starting to form in his eyes.

"I don't know... He'll just die from his mistake." Axel said and threw the blood stained towel in the sink. "Damn, I realy wanted to get some food... " He looked over at Demyx, and noticed he was crying. Surprised, he walked to him and spoke. "Oh! I know, Vexen might be able to something for him! Don't worry he'll, be alright."

Buzzing noises, clinks and clanks, and various other commotions echoed in the white lab, as the scientist walked across the floor, staring hard at a sheet of paper with scribbles, numbers, and equations. She nearly tripped over one of the various objects she had thrown on the ground in her hurry to find needed objects for her experiment. She was truly enraptured by her work.

So, if the energy is contained within the body, circulating through the heart, which is the central emotional organ, then... Her thoughts raced as she began to scribble even more scientific data on her papers.

Placing her data on a table, she made a swift motion towards her machines, which were mostly connected by an intricate array or wires and plugs. She pushed buttons and adjusted knobs, all the while recording her data.

The lab was a mess and Vexen seemed to have lost all human traits. She stopped for one moment to breathe and wipe the sweat that glistened on her forehead.

 

"Ugh...." Xigbar's eye fluttered open. "What the... Ahh, what hit me? A freight train?" He attempted to sit up, then winced. "Damn.... My head hurts sooo bad..." He finally noticed the two people standing over him.

He stared at Axel, trying to blink off the blurryness in his eyes. "Marluxia...?" He looked at Demyx. "Luxord...? What happend? I feel like someone's throwing a wild house party in my head..."

 

Axel sighed. "You hit your head on the counter..." He looked at Demyx then back at Xigbar. "Come on, We need to take you to Vexen, she'll probley do something."

 

Demyx was overjoyed at Xigbar's sudden revival, then he paused. "Wait... Do I look like Luxord or something." He proceeded to shudder at the thought. Demyx then offered his hand to Xigbar to help the man up, in order to escort him to Vexen's lab. He hoisted him up and then, with the help of Axel, started making his way to the lab, Xigbar held up somewhat steadily. "Dude, you weigh a ton." Demyx complained.

 

Axel looked over at Demyx. "Thats because he always eats." He laughed a bit at his own joke as he helped Demyx by holding up Xigbar's other side. "Wait, can't we just portal to her lab?"

 

"Her...?" Xigbar asked, weakly. Then he chuckled nerviously. "That's funny... For second I thought you said Vexen was a girl, Marluxia." He still hadn't seen Vexen with her new make-over yet.

 

"First of all, I'm not marly, I'm Axel. " He poked Demyx lightly where Xigbar could see. "Thats Demyx. Anyways, Vexens a woman now... I have no clue how it happened, but she's a woman."

 

A giant, deformed eye bulged behind the liquid flask, tinted blue by the color of the mixture in it. It blinked.

Vexen rose, finished with her examination of the flask, scratching her head. The liquid did not turn out the way she had hoped. Oh, well. I will just have to try again. The woman wrote down her discoveries, mentally making a note of what not to use this next time around.

As she prepared another flask, she heard voices at the entrance of her lab. She turned. Who would bother her here, now when she was busily working on her research. She set down everything and took off her scientific goggles and her gloves, which had left her hands dry. She then turned off her machine, thinking that if anyone was bothering to come find her then they were doing so for something important, and that would take time.

The nobody walked to the entrance of her lab, not wanting anyone to walk into the working section so that they may not disturb her work in progress. Now, she waited for whomever was out there to walk in, trying to tear her mind away from her work.

The three nobodies found Vexen at the entrance to her lab. "The sniper-dude hit his head, will you fix him for us?" Asked Demyx.
