Organization XIII - It's a beautiful day!

Demyx sat down, tired. "Phew, that was hard work. Is it nice enough? I had to summon like, a zillion water clones to help me do it in time." He slouched in the chair and tried in vain not to fall asleep.

 

Vexen twirled, her new pink dress floating in around her as she did so. Roxas had really been a great help. He had taken her to a beautiful shop full of gorgeous dresses. He also helped her pick out one that was beautiful while still being simple. She could not forget his face, though, which was full of thought. Something had happened to him that was really troubling him, though when Vexen had attempted to ask him about it, he would refuse to admit that something was wrong.

She put the last finishing touches on herself, checking in on her table in the garden. She did not check the food because she thought that it would be alright.

She looked down at the envelope in her hand. In it was a letter telling Marluxia to meet her here later that night so that the two could enjoy a wonderful dinner. Vexen was still not sure if anything would happen between the two, but she really liked Marluxia and owed her this dinner.

She portalled into the kitchen, finding Axel, Demyx, and Marluxia sitting amongst gorgeous decorations.

"Happy Birthday, Marluxia!" She walked to the man and hugged him, tucking away the letter for later.

OoC: Sorry that I have not posted in so long. I have been very busy and will continue to be for atleast one more week, so this may be my only post in a while. I will try to post again soon since things are moving so quickly here.

 

Marly blushed red. He looked at the gorgeous woman walk into the room. As soon as she walked in, he saw sparkles and hearts appear behind her. She was BEAUTIFUL. "Ve-Vexex?!" He was too nervous to talk. "Wh-where did..'cha... get... your... dresss..s.....s.sssss......."

 

After his adventure of shopping with Vexen, Roxas was completely exhausted. The last thing he wanted to do was to go see Marluxia to wish him a happy birthday. But he knew he had to.

So he returned to his room to freshen up a bit. Oh no, I didn't finish his present. Roxas had been so busy that he still had work to do before giving the gift to the birthday boy. Maybe Marluxia won't even notice that he doesn't have a gift from me...Yeah, that's what I'll do. I just won't say anything he decided, and went to find Marluxia.

OOC: I'm as busy as a bee, so I might not be posting for a while.

 

Lexaeus decided that the birthday celebrations would most likely be held in the kitchen and made his way there with the case in hand.

He waited for Marluxia to get over the shock and presented the wrapped case, saying, "Your present, Marluxia. Custom made by Zollo for you, per my exacting request."

Axel gasped seeing Vexen in a dress. 'Woh... hes a woman now... whatever...' He thought and looked at Demyx who seemed he was about to fall asleep. Axel put his arm around him and inched closer to Demyx. He smiled, but it quickly turned into a frown remebering what he was sapposed to do with him. As the minutes passed he tryed to figure out what to say to the sitarist. He sighed feeling sick to his stomache.

 

Marluxia grabbed the present Lexaeus gave him. It was a wrapped case. He didn't want to open it until everyon got there. "Thanks Lexaeus! Give Zolo my thanks as well" He smiled at the big man.

okay, sorry for butting in but I'm a little noob around here. My computer won't open the first page or second since it says I can't load it. Are any Org XIII members open here? And can someone give me the rules? Please?:(

Also, sorry guys... I'm caught up in the middle of a SUPER IMPORTANT project and I won't be able to post much here... So... yeah... See yas when I see yas.. >.> ))

 

Demyx felt his eyes getting heavier and he rested against Axel. "Vexen's a woman now...? I'm not even going to ask." He said drowsily. "Don't let me fall asleep, Axie. This is the first party we've had in ages and I don't want to miss it!" He smiled up to Axel.

 

Axel let Demyx lean on him a bit more. "Don't worry. I need you awake for later.... hmmm.... want some coffee?" He smiled and laid his head on Demyx's shoulder.

 

"Sure. That'll help me perk up." He said, smiling. "Even if I hate the stuff...oh well."

 

"Alright." Axel got up. "Try and... keep your self up." He ran into the kitchen and made a very quick cup of coffee with his fire powers and ran back. "Here you go monkey! Hope its not too hot..." Axel put it on the table and let Demyx lean on him again.

 

"Ahhh, thanks, Axel." Said Demyx as he relaxed against him. He slowly drank the coffee, which, to him, didn't taste all that great. But he drank it anyway, in hopes that it would bring him more energy. Energy that he would use to spend time with Axel - since he wanted Demyx to stay up for reason unbeknownst to him.

 

Axel smiled. "Feeling any better?" He said laying his head on Demyx's shoulder.

 

"Yeah. I feel great, hun." Demyx smiled widely. "Did you want to do something, then?"

 

"Oh yeah... that..." Axel looked down and sighed. "Ok I really need to have a serious talk with you..." He turned his head towards the others. "Do you mind?" Then looked back at Demyx.

 

"A serious talk?" Demyx gulped. "I have no idea what's going on.." He inwardly cringed. "It's either good news or bad news...what could it be? Well...there's only one way to find out.."

"Well...I'm listening." Demyx attempted to give an encouraging smile but looked more worried than happy.

 

Axel sighed. "Ok just making sure... for what I'm about to tell you... I am sorry but its the truth and... I don't want to lie to you anymore. I dont want to hurt you either... and this is hurting me more than its hurting you... Im putting my life on the line for that."

He paused for a moment deep in thought. "Yo-you know how I said back there I didn't care for Roxas anymore? Well I relized that I was lying to myself and..." A tears started to fall from his eyes. "He... well... I don't know how to say this but... he might too and... I love you so much Demyx, I would give up my life for you but... I love roxas more... Now please dont be as if I never really loved you I just... I love you but Roxas.." He took out the picture and put it on the table. There was a strange cut on his index finger that was bleeding.

 

Demyx stared blankly for a few seconds before his eyes started to glaze over and the tears started coming. He looked down at the photo and tried to understand what had just happened. No, he understood it clearly - he just didn't want to believe it was actually happening. But he had to, this wasn't some little prank Axel was playing on him, this was real.

He closed his eyes tightly and his bottom lip started to quiver. "I get it.." He managed to gasp out, "I'm not the one for you." And with that, Demyx burst into tears and he covered his face with his hands. He turned away from Axel, not wanting to look to hurt, but it wasn't really working. He had went from being relaxed and calm to an upset wreck after hearing what Axel had to say.

"Just leave me alone." He didn't look at Axel. "I just want to be alone."
