Organization XIII - It's a beautiful day!

Marluxia blinked at Demyx and was handed gifts. "Wow, thanks guys. The flowers are beautful, they smell gorgeous, too. The the chocolates. I love chocolate. And I forgive you for eating half. This is enough to help me survive the day." He smiled at Demyx and sniffed the flowers, but instead of smelling beauty, he smelled Cow Tongue. "Oh... no..." he thought.

 

Demyx's face suddenly contorted as he smelled an unfamiliar smell. "What...what is that?" He said, quite repulsed. "My nostrils are being violated!"

 

Lexaeus finished wrapping up the case and looked at his handiwork proudly. Now when do I give it to Number Eleven?

 

Axel leaned on Demyx still depressed. "Sooo uhh.... what is that smell?" He asked while putting his arm around Demyx.

 

Marluxia stuffed his hands in his pockets. The tongue juice was dripping out of the leather, and he had to do something before the two noticed. "Oh! Be right back!" He said quickly. He ran behind a wall, and ate everything in his pockets. "So... freakin... GOOD..." he thought as he ate. He came back to the room with a little bit of grease in his face. "Uh, there's nothing smelly there!" he pointed back at the wall he just hid behind.

 

"Roxas!" Vexen ran up to the boy. She had been quite frustrated when in the middle of her search the tracker changed directions. She was in a hurry.

"Roxas, I need your help! I need to find a dre..." She stopped. What reason would she use for needing a dress? Did she want the boy to know about her planned night with Marluxia? Oh, well, she had no time to think about that now; she needed that dress!

"A dress. I need a dress, and I know that you can help." Her eyes caught sight of the time. 3:30. She was running out of time.

She looked to the boy, giving him the most manipulative look possible, with her eyes widened and her lips pursed in a pout.

 

Axel gave Marluxia a strange look and started to whisper in Demyx's ear. "I think I have a way to get the birthday boy out of the dinning room while you decorarte... I'll be right back..." He kissed Demyx's cheek then walked over to Marluxia. "Can i talk to you in my room... I need advice..."

 

"Um... sure..." Marluxia followed Axel to his room. "I wonder what's up... maybe he got me something... or maybe... no... I couldn't touch him, he's Demyx's! Hm... if he does, I wonder if he has an ampallang... NO MARLUXIA! THATS WRONG! Maybe he got me a gift that's too big to carry." Many thoughts raced through his head.

 

Axel opened his door and walked in. He sat on his bed while Marluxia walked in. "Make sure you close the door..." He sighed and looked down at the floor. "I am having a bit of trouble lately... Since your one of the most romantic people I know I thought I should ask you. Now you know im with Demyx right? Well I may still have feelings for Roxas... and..." Axel threw the picture on the floor. "He just might too. I even kissed him. I hate myself right now... I don't want to hurt Demyx"

 

Marluxia shut the door and looked at the picture on the floor. He picked it up and took a look. "I'm not suprised. I knew something was up with you and Roxas. I mean, you even had his plush." Marluxia walked up and sat next to Axel. "But I see your point. It's hard choosing the man you truly love. Thing is, who do you love? Who cares for you the most? Love's not a choice. Either you love a person or you don't." He looked serious and stared into Axel's eyes. "Who actually cares for you, and who would you spent the rest of your life with?"

"Thats the problem... they both mean same thing to me... I dont know how to choose, Roxas is my best friend and makes me feel funny but Demyx... he gives me hope and a will to live... he may be of water element but that doesn't mean we cant be together... I just don't know." He started to tear up. "I don't want to lose Demyx because I'm the one who asked him to be mine... Im caught in a trap and I cant get out." Axel grabed Marluxia's hand and gave him a hopeful puppydog stare.

 

Marluia looked at Axel who was giving the saddist look he had ever seen. "Well, your right. Your're trapped. But if Roxas makes you feel funny, shouldn't Roxas be the one you truly love? If Demyx loves you enough, he'd understand that you need some time away." Marluxia pet Axel like if he was a puppy. "If it doesn't work out with Roxas, then you always have Demyx to back you up."

 

"But what if hes with someone else? I mean like how could I get him back?" He sighed. "I'll just go with roxas... Hopefully he will say yes.. otherwise I'm screwed... Thank you Marly." He quickly hugged Marluxia and got up. "C'mon we should go see Demyx now..."

 

"Don't worry about it. Everything will turn out fine. If not, I'll help you." He got up and followed Axel.

 

"Thanks Mar." He said before walking out of the door. He shut it and walked back. 'Hmmm... demy better be done with the decorations...'

OOC: Sorry I haven't posted lately. I'm extremely busy, but I will try to post as soon as I get a chance.

 

Demyx had finished setting up the last pink ribbon just as Axel and Marluxia walked through the door. "Ah! Uhh.....HI GUYS! I mean uhh...HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MARLUXIA!" He shouted across the room. There was confetti, balloons and ribbons all over the place, a disco ball had somehow been hung on the ceiling and a big photo of Marluxia adorned the wall. "I hope you like it..." Demyx smiled.

 

"Nice job Demyx...." Axel said then sighed. He sat down in a chair at the table and started to think, 'When would be the best time to tell him... damn... I don't want to do this...' He tried to smile at Demyx and Marluxia, but he just couldn't make himself do it. "So whens cake?"

OoC-bad news... im grounded from the internet today... this is the only time i have... so don't do anything important w\o me!

 

Marluxia was still shocked at how marvlous the room looked. It looked like a real birthday party. He was happy inside, knowing that there were people who loved him.
