Okay guys, I'm REALLY sorry I keep just posting once or twice then leaving. I don't mean to, and I honestly have no idea what the problem is, but my internet is really screwed up at the moment. My mom is gonna switch it over (hopefully) tomorrow to MTS. As long as she doesn't procrastinate and 'forget' I may have a proper connection tomorrow.

Basically, I've been trying for about two and a half hours now to get it to work just to send this damn post.

 

The same thing is happening to me, but I think its a lot better than yours. My internet cuts out for a few seconds every 10 minutes, and it takes a while for my computer to find the connection again... -_-

Wait... I think I might know a bit of a solution:

Try unplugging the modem and plugging it back in after 5 seconds, it works for me sometimes.

 

Tried it. It slightly works, but it doesn't work enough to load a page fully. -__-;
