No, actually, GOD is telling people to kill off a large group of people in favor of another. Its all over the bible, really. Examples of this are homosexuals and people who commit adultery; I don't know the exact parts of the bible that say that people who do those things should die and be sent to hell, but it says that. If god truly cared, or even was real, wouldn't he send those people to hell, himself? The bible also promotes slavery...
