OH! and this year is going to be my first time going to an Anime Convention 8D! and...i'm going as the easiest character to cosplay =___= and yet, i STILL MANAGE to PHAIL at it -__- yes, i am going as L, can't find a good wig, and now i have to style my hair to at least LOOK like his o.o at least i didn't epicly phail at that =.=

Good luck with your first con, make sure to just randomly go talk to people you don't know, hug someone if they have a cool cosplay, and watch out for PMSing Itatchis!

Religion. I know it's been a sketchy topic before, and has caused a bit of fighting, but if you're willing to talk about it calmly, then I will too.

 

Very well. Lets talk.

 

Alright, well then, let's start with something general. What exactly do you believe in, and how far do you believe in it?

 

Me? Well I'm a Christian, I believe there is a God and the one TRUE god. But I have a hard time believing some of the things said in the bible, for exaple: in the bible it says that Adem and Eve were the first human beings on the planet...sooo does that mean they... *cough* ...mated until they filled the world with humans? And then there is the whole "world was created in seven days thing", now I don't remember what it said in the bible what happen on the seven days (if you know please tell me) but what from what I have gathered most people in my religion have bulit this odd fantasy that dinosaurs NEVER really existed and the fossels(sp) were tools of the devil and Evalution is a bunch of dog s*** covered in gems. This sort of logic termination needs to end.

 

One 'true' God. Many other religions say their Gods are the only real ones. What do you say to something like that?

Hah, incest much? But I do agree, there seem to be quite a few loop holes in the bible. About how much of it do you actually find could be possible? Out of all the loop holes, how much of it seems solid to you?

So then are you with the others that say that, god created the world, put such things as the dinosars and first mammals on it, and let evolution take it's corse? (possibly being guided, but one way or another, it happnened)

 

Well God has given humans "infinite patience" and the choice of whether or not to worship him (or her, what ever gender you think God is). But that is hardly an answer to your question. But that is why I say so.

What have been more believeable is if human beings (and I mean a lot of them) lived in the Garden of Edan the two idiots, Adem and Eve, ate the damn apple and God got mad a threw them and the rest of the human race out of the garden. Now that I would have believed more.

Yeah pretty much. Plus, there is this one thing I noticed. When some christians get upset about something and say that the people who made said thing are going to hell because they angered God in some way, I have to say this one thing... If it bothers God so much why doesn't he stop it? Nothing can go angenst God's will, so if he is mad about something w humans do they why doesn't he do anything? Answer: Because he doesn't care what we humans do any more.

 

Why would god not care? He apparently loves us all, doesn't he?
