Luxord looked up from the sound of the ventilation system and then sighed and shook his head and then continued to listen past the door.

"Shigiku, it isn't, really it isn't. You were scared, true, but it was nothing you could stop...it wasn't. If that person could hurt your parenst, what about you, who is only six years old? Don't keep blaming yourself for this, Shi, you'll see, that in the end, everything will be okay. What you can do to help now is wish and pray that they're okay, and you'll be with them. I know you will, actually. Trust me on what I say, there are things in life I blame myelf for, but found that there shouldn't be a reason that it should fall on me. If you want me to be honest, I don't think it would've stopped, even if you tried...but that doesn't mean your parents are lost either..." Axel explained to her, trying to think of his own experiences and how to say it in words, but found it hard. He went to hug her tightly again, placing his chin on top of her head. "I know how it feels...not that I could feel, anyway...but I promised I'll find your parents, didn't I?"

It was then a bunch of noises and sounds, and even a curse, resonating around the room, and alarmed, Axel snapped his head up, immediately looking around. Holding Shigku tighter to him in protection, he concentrated for a while, hearing it hitting metal...and stared at his ventilation system. Narrowing his eyes as he focused, he warned dangerously, with a glint of sadism, "Whoever is there, if you won't get out or leave at this very second, you're going to be fine roasted meat on air vents. And trust me, I'm not afraid to burn you."

He was going to use kill as well, but figured that would only result to scaring Pumpkin. Damn it, he couldn't curse either.

 

There was a knock on Axel's door. May I come in?Luxord called.

 

"Great, now Axel want's to kill me." said Saix. "Let's see... can't teleport correctly... can't move... one thing left to do." He got out his claymore and began pounding dents in the vents. "Gah, this isn't working... I don't have enough mobility... I've got it! I've just gotta go berserk, but how?" He tried to get angry but it didn't work for him. "DAMN IT!!" He screamed pounding on the side of the vents with his feet.

 

In a flurry of Darkness Vexen appeared a few feet infront of Saix "Stuck?" He asked raising an eyebrow condensendingly.

 

Shigiku hugged Axel tight, staring up at the air vents, scared. She didn't know what to say to Axel's response, because she knew he was right. And this had been a long time ago... she was surprised that she hadn't forgotten about it, yet. Shigiku thought that when she forgot a memory, it just sort of disappeared and she could no longer see it. But Now she saw that these memories had been forgotten a long time ago... but now that Namine had helped restore her memory... she could see them. It seemed a bit strange to her... and she was terribly confused... but at the moment she didn't really care much about things that had already happened... she was thinking about what was going on now.

She stared at the air vents, wondering what was going on. She could hear somone crawling around up there... and they had obviously been spying on them. But who was it? And why were they spying on them? She jumped a little as she heard a sudden knock on the door, and a voice... but different then the last one. It was still familiar, though. She felt as if she had heard it before.

Another one of Axel-sama's friends?

"What's it to yah?" Asked Saix. "And you might wanna leave, Saix gonna start a fire in here any minute." He riggled around until he found enough room to lie down on his back.

 

Shigiku? Are you in there? Open the door please.He called as he rattled the door handle. And don't set the fire in the vents Axel. He added.

 

"So you're just going to fry?" Vexen asked banging his head on the top of the vent.

 

"What else can I do? I'm stuck in a vent I can't move in, I can't teleport, I can't smash my way out, and I can't berserk my way out." he said. "It's pretty much hopless unless he finds out it's me, which he might burn me anyway. Besides, the little girl is probably scared out of her skull enough."

 

Shigiku froze when she heard somebody say her name. She didn't move from the spot she was at. Her parents had told her not to awnser the door to strangers... and the only people who weren't real strangers to her were Axel, Namine, and Angel... although Angel was kind of a stranger because Shigiku didn't know her well.

 

"Yeah... you going beserker is enough to give me nightmares...let alone Shigiku " he shuddered "If you're sure you wanna ride it out..." Vexen said the darkness begining to swirl around him ominously.

 

Shigiku? I don't know if you'll remember me but I was with Namine on the island where we found you. He said and sighed giving up to break the door open.

 

Axel just gaped his mouth open as he held Shigiku as he was her shield, knowing perfectly well those voices like the back of his hand. I mean, after spending so much time unfortunately living with them...though it didn't help his mood. Seemingly feeling some sort of anger at the constant noise, and the disruptions, even scaring the little girl in his arms, damn idiots, he shouted, "WOULD YOU ALL SHUT UP?!! Saïx...how the hell did you get stuck on my ventilation system, you dimwit?! Vexen, can't you just teleport him out instead of teasing him?!" He then looked at the door as he rolled his eyes. "And Luxord, stay where you are! I don't want people in here...everything is fine. "

 

You sure? I can at least cut Vexen and Saix out of the vents y'know. He said in a normal tone.

 

"Alright, It's a funny and long story. But the punch line is brilliant. It's the part where I get out, Vexen gets out, you two deal with your family problems, and we're all happy." said Saix.

 

"Where's the fun in just getting him out?" Vexen complained teleporting them both outside of the door next to Luxord "You really are dimwit you know." He said snarkily to Saix

 

Nvmd. Luxord said to Axel. THey got out. He added and sighed to Saix. Why on this world did you have to be in the vent system? He asked.

 

"Could been worse... It could of been the sewage system..." Vexen said pulling a face. "Well, I'm not one to stay where I'm not wanted..." He said walking off.

":sweat: It was a almost a complete accident." said Saix. "I was trying to teleport somewhere else when I couldn't concetrait and ended up there. After that I couldn't even try and teleport correctly."
