Actually they tend to dress up on Sundays. In Harajuku on Sundays is when people in costumes and Cosplay come out.

Harajuku is an area in Tokyo. Unforunately the day I went didn't have many people, but I did see a white guy about my age dressed up in a Maid costume with a 'Free Hugs' sign. XD

He went to Japan a while back. Yeah, it's been a while since I've heard most of these things so I've forgotten quite a bit.

Also, they have square watermelons.

And I don't leave there I went on holiday there about 2 weeks ago.

 

Only in Japan they do everything you do, just 10 times better.

Examples: Much better shows (anime), much better voice acting, much better game design, etc.
