Ok I need methods

I can't take it anymore, I want to get rid of the phobia there's like seriously only 1-2 people I can get comfortable with, but if I want a full enjoyable life, I'm gonna tackle that way. I'mma take any method that does not sound ******ed and stupid.

well try to get to know them a bit more, socialize, Myspace, school.....IM just try to be friends first

Well first, don't run around the doctor's office when the nurse is trying to give you a check up... Let's call this step one to the plan.

Next, try to become more outgoing and talk to women more. Like, jut go and hang out with them, just talk to them. As for the outgonig part, well I lost by shyness just talking to people and eventually being outgoing became natural.

 

Xaldin, you my pal so i'll give some advice. You'll get use to them alot better if you hang around them, get to know them better. And think of a reason to, don't just go over to them and freak em' out. Be nice and don't break anything please.

 

Hang out with a group of chicks.....that's what I do ^-^

Now that I mention it, most of my friends are chicks.......*goes to find some male companions*

 

Nah, well second one of course a yeah. Though the first one xD of course it's just online. i don't mind with talking to females online, it's just getting close to physical contact that really gets to me.

I doubt they'd even give me a female doctor anymore, and well I guess I could try that.

The thing is they all hang around me even more then usually because of the phobia they find it -shudders- cute.

Well that's where it makes the problem worst, like I said above they hang out with me too much cause they enjoy seeing my phobia.

As for the appeal to their better nature....I hope that doesn't mean what I think it does.

 

Does the fact that I want to find Xaldin, jump on on him and be like, "RARARARARAR HARHAR I'M FEMALE FEAR ME" make me a bad person? >:

 

They'd be crazy if they did... Hell they might as well just burn down the building and save time instead of giving you the female doctor

Yes, try that. For the outgoing part, I lost my shyness and became really outgoing just by talking to my friends. Once you feel ready just start trying to make friends with some girls until you feel more comfortable.

just hang around with them more, except for mean girls *oo i like that movie* cause then theyll make you more scared, and with a reason. all girls arent bad, maybe just the ones that made you scared of girls, if thats what caused it in the first place...but still everybody has good in them! the more your scared of girls, the more theyll take advantage of you, which makes you even more scared and keeps the cycle going. so hang out with them, but like SoKu said, with a reason, please...id be freaked out if some random guy came up and talked to me...everyone here has already basically said the same thing - TALK TO THEM AND HANG OUT! :p

Well I can't stop acting scared cause it's sorta like a phobia, even if I wanted to act brave, my body would say different.

of course it's hard to talk to them at the same time so, try approaching them one by one...

Wha? No I don't that's not it I can talk to girls fine too, though the moment they get in touching distance is when that happens, just think of it like a girl and a cockroach or a spider.

Hugging girls, that's something I could try tomorrow, I hope that works xD
