Most have it worse than you. V-Day is some worthless holiday to remind you how crappy you should feel if you're single and a reason to get laid if you're coupled with someone.

i don't really feel bad about it at all

Valentine's Day was a farce as usual. You didn't miss much and you definitely have many chances left. Be patient.
