Can we all shut up for a minute?

I'd like to explain my position on this. When Jube posted the thread pretending to be Roxas, and thought to myself, "Oh god I must reply, it would be so funny if people believed him."

Little did I know that CtR would see it and react in the way she did, I'm not blaming her for ANYTHING, she's a wonderful person and a great staff member. This was a moment of weakness for her however. I can only imagine she felt betrayed and confused, and from her confusion came anger. Under that sort of stress she closed the thread, which is in fact abuse of power, bu it was not intentional. Later when the mayhem continued, she set Ghetto, Jube, Trigger and I to Ignore. I will not say that it was without our fault, but this was not the proper way to handle it. There was no reason to set us to ignore, we thought it was funny.

To continue our fun, we "rebelled" against her. You think we really feel the way we were posting? We were having fun, I was practically hysterical because Kay was acting ridiculous and the forum was exploding. Excuse me if that's entertaining to me. No one's at fault for the way things have turned out. The fact is it's over now, and it's time to calm down and reflect on the matter. Our actions weren't justified, neither were hers.

I will not defend myself or my friends because we were being idiots.
And you damn well better not defend CtR, she was being JUST AS BIG AN IDIOT.

My night will be pretty good since I'm going to chill with friends soon. I tip my hat to all of those involved in this event.

 

Cin, the point is that none of this should have started to begin with. When you saw her get upset with the joke, you should have stopped. Just as I would hope you would with ANYONE. My post won't be as long as yours but its just as direct.


I WILL defend CtR, because of the fact I KNOW she would defend me if I were in the situation. I would have done the exact same thing she did. Hell I would have banned Jube's account. I REFUSE to have Roxas back at this site. I REFUSE to stand by and watch someone that I care about be attacked-serious, or not. I WILL take care of it. call ME corrupt, say I abuse my power, I couldnt give a ****. But I will NOT stand by and watch it happen to one of mine. End of the line. If it continues, I will start issuing banishments. Your my friend, but you were all in the wrong here-Except for CtR.

Well, you're actually banning Roxas for something he did over a year ago and it's kind of like holding a grudge against him, but I'll shut up nao since you're a big bad admin.
