In the beginning of July... My dad is taking me to a Dude Ranch.

A Dude Ranch. WHAT DO YOU EVEN DO AT A DUDE RANCH!?

So please, someone explain to me wtf a Dude Ranch is.

 

What in the nine circles of hell is a dude ranch?

Seniors go there. You can play football, eat, swim, do anything.

It's a ranch where the owner does nothing and hires people to do the work associated with it.

Swimming is kinda okay... But I'll probably half to do it in a murky lake. ;.;

 

Well, I dunno, I've been to a Dude ranch before and they're not half bad. You just go to a ranch that operates kind of like a hotel and stay there, going on trail rides and all kinds of stuff while you stay. It's pretty fun...just give it a chance! I'm sure you'll have fun. ^^

 

Think of the lake as...all natural! XD

 

I'm going to hope my Dad doesn't go through with this one... Bail out in the last second like he did last year when we were supposed to go to Canada.

AND, to top it all off, I'm missing my friend's annual sleepover.

I still think it hilarious and sucky. Why don't you tell you dad how stupid it sounds? Or have a family vote....
Or dress up a illegal immigrant up as you send them to the dude ranch and hide out at my house until they get back, that why the immigrant has fun, you don't go insane and you can go to the sleep over! >_>

My dad and step-mom are insane. If I said it would be stupid they'd start being all snotty at me and say "You'd rather sit on the computer than spend time with your family?!"

And then they'd whip out the family pictures I ruined by imitating Bono's profile look.

 

Then suggest going some where else.
