Jack had walked alongside euphie and natalie since they reached the castel.He then said "Anyway...what have you been up to euphie,i haven't seen you in 13 months" he said in a slightly happy voice.

 

Nina noticed Natalie with Takeshi and Eurphie with Cid and sighed. 'It's better this way, I guess.'

TBH that last thing i can remember, is Natalie with Takeshi outside on the swingsets, and Euphie in the castle with Cid.

 

OOC: Yup. And Cid is waiting for Euphie to answer him.

 

Euphie shrugged.
"I have to call a meeting with Parliment. They should be on the way here. I have to change this kingdom to a democracy," she sighed, shaking her head. Her phone buzzed, and she flipped it open, answering it.


Natalie jumped off the swing, then ran off, wanting to play hide and seek. She hid in a tree, laughing.

 

"Alright." he said, wondering what she was going to do to thank him before Takashi stepped in.

 

She hung up the phone after talking to the chair board.
"Well, I have to give a speech in a minute to the kingdom and let them know what's going to happen. The board doesn't know about changing the government right away, what with the king and queen's assassination. They think that'll only mean that we're weak and we're giving into their demands," she frowned.

 

"I see." he said, pretending to understand. He was never really good at politics.

 

She felt a tap on her shoulder, as she turned around and was lead outside the gates, where a podium sat in front of a large crowd. She took a deep breath as she took the stand.
"Citizens, of Fade," she started softly, and slowly.
"Our government, was threatened earlier today, with the assassination, of the King and Queen of Fade. The whereabouts of the young princess has also been found, not long ago... She is to be trained and in power before you know it. But in the near future, our government will be changed. We will go from a monarchy, to a democracy, as Princess Natalie commands. Keep in mind that our government will be in a much more better change, and we shall let you, the people, also have a say so," she smiled. She heard something loud. a bang, or gunshot. Her heart reacted faster than her brain. She felt the pain of a bullet go through her chest, and she fell back, in her own blood bath.

 

"NO!" he yelled, running to her. He looked up and saw the shooter, firing an arrow at them.

 

Natalie could hear the speech from the tree, then heard a loud bang. she thought it might've been a firework or something, but it seemed to be a sad speech for a firework. She jumped from the tree and ran into the castle.
"Euphie!" she called out, running to the front doors, that were wide open, and she saw Euphie on the ground, covered in blood. She'd seen enough to fall back, passed out from so much shock. First her parents, then her sister... She could only feel useless.

Euphie shook slightly, feeling the pain in her chest unbearable. It was hard to breathe her eyes looked up at Cid, and she was crying.
"C-Cid.... do me a favor," she breathed a few more times..

 

"Don't go." he said, crying. "I still haven't paid back my debt to you."

 

She only chuckled, with what strength she had.
"We haven't known each other but an hour...." she felt as if they were moving way to fast.
"Make sure..Natalie is kept in safe hands.." she said, closing her eyes and going limp, finally making her peace to the world.

 

He cried into her chest, holding on to her. "I never got to tell her how I felt about her." he said.
