Obliteration and Broken Hearts

Cid had stayed behind to protect the horses and make sure they weren't attacked from behind.

 

Euphie smiled as she came upon Cid.
"Thank you," she smiled, and lifted Natalie on the white horse.
"We'll be heading towards Fades, and getting parliment to change the monarchy to a democracy," she said.

Natalie looked at Cid and smiled.

 

"Alright." he said, smiling back at Natalie.

 

"You don't have to follow around anymore," she smiled as she jumped up on the horse. Her sister looked just like she did when she was young, except she didn't have elf ears. She clicked her tongue.
"Tabernus!" she said in french to the horse. The horse then started running on the path at Fades. The sun started to come out and the dark forest lightened up. She entered the town, watching the surprised faces. She knew she would have to make a speech soon.

Natalie smiled and waved at the people, who in return cooed and waved back at the young princess.

 

Cid followed her and said "As I told you earlier, I am forever in your debt."

 

Natalie smiled and giggled.

Euphie took the horses to the stables and jumped off, pulling Natalie off.
"Well, sir... Have fun doing what I'm doing," she chuckled softly. She walked out of the stables and to the entrance of the castle.
"I need to former status of how much the citizens know, and i need parliment to visit," she winked at a guard.

BIC: Cid followed her, ready to protect her.

 

Euphie walked in, making sure the guards let Cid in too.. She watched the detectives in the castle, and put Natasha back down, letting her roam around.
"Go to your room, and get your things," she smiled.

Natasha nodded and ran up the stairs and to the east wing.

 

Cid walked beside her and looked around.

 

Natalie ran in her room and opened her closet to get her bag. To her surprise she was off the ground, and something covered her eyes. She tried to scream but nothing came from her lips, as something wrapped around them and in between her teeth. She kicked around feeling something big pick her up.

Euphie talked to a few detectives.
"Answer me this, has the whole castle been searched?" she asked.
"We've searched the whole west wing, but we found no one. We're progressing to the east wing right now," one of the detectives answered. Euphie stared and nodded.
"I'll go call up the parliament," she smiled.

 

"You should get some rest first." he said. "You must be exausted."

She shook her head.
"No not really though... Natalie's been pretty quiet, I thought she'd be done by now," she sighed, then walked over to the west wing.


Natalie struggled against the person holding her, then she got her hands free, slapping the person's face, in which return dropped her. She kicked his knee then jumped up, running down the hallway screaming and crying, until she found Euphie, walking up the stairs, were she jumped in her arms crying.
"Someone's in my room!" she cried. And at that note, detectives started running up the stairs and into her room.

 

Nina sighed, staring a window of the castle. She decided to walk around and entered the east wing.

 

Cid looked around, making sure no one was going to surprise them.

 

Nina thought she heard something and went to check it.

 

Natalie looked at Nina. She looked newer in the castle and she cocked her head. She jumped from Euphie's arms and ran over to Nina, poking her.
"Hi! Who are you?" she asked smiling.

Euphie watched the detectives take out a member of the clan from the bedroom.
"Make sure you ask them about the Fare Knight's Clan!" she emphasized. She looked over at Cid.
"How is your visit doing at the castle?" she chuckled.

 

"My name is Nine Alrin, your highness." Nina bowed to her.

 

"It's alright." he said, noticing Nina and Natalie.

 

Natalie giggled and bowed back.
"Why are you here?" she asked, curiously.

Euphie smiled and watched Cid.
"I'd..like to thank you for helping me out today," she smiled wider.
