Site News Nostalgia Rep Weekend

Hey everyone! Remember our Nostalgia Rep Weekend from last year? We're a week late on being truly annual, but, as promised, we will be hosting it again this year! Basically, for a few days, all of your reputation (given and received) will be made visible to you in your User CP, instead of the most recent fifteen. As always, there is the possibility of the User CP lagging (though we had no such problems last year) so we just wanted to give you guys a heads-up. Either myself or Roxasvsriku will enable all reputation to be viewed on Friday.

If you'd like to save your results from this year, Slaughtermatic pointed out last year that, when the time comes, you can select Save Page As... from your browser (location varies depending on which you use), name it rep.html (or something along those lines), and have your records saved! This method preserves the links to the threads as well.

Ooh, this'll be fun. I missed last year's weekend, but I can tell that I'm going to enjoy seeing how much I was de-repped as a noob.

You can, but for those with a lot of rep (and I'm guessing that includes you too, but we can see this weekend) it actually ends up being more space on your computer and harder to work with, along with being more work to make in the first place.


Last year I got them into a spreadsheet but I remember that one being quite a bit of a pain to pull off. I might work on stream lining that this year.

 

The benefit of saving the page is that the links are preserved--with a screenshot you could still see the thread titles/usernames/etc, but that doesn't guarantee you'll find them if you go looking.

 

What an interesting event. It will be nice see again our Rep Points, given and received!

Right, this happened last year. If you have any autoplaying videos, please notify either an Administrator or a Super Moderator and we can edit it for you.

 

I saved the page, but icons aren't showing up, so I can't tell which ones are green or red.

 

I can't believe some of the stuff I got repped for. Like, how did I get away with some of this stuff? But the memories are sweeeeet! xD
