Isobu - The Three Tails

The Giant Turtle Tailed Beast. It primarily resembles a turtle, but with a crab-like shell, and three shrimp-like tails. It has a pair of human arms and hands, but no hind-legs. Its right eye is constantly closed, an injury from a battle with the Eight-Tailed Ox, Gyuki. Isobu is an extremely fast swimmer and has many abilities that stem from its large size such as roaring to repel attacks or causing a large omni-directional tidal wave. It can use its three tails to smash through defenses or use its own shell as a shield. It produces a hallucinogenic mist that causes victims to face their insecurities. Gyuki - The Eight Tails

The Giant Ox Tailed Beast. The Eight-Tails has the upper body of an ox with four long horns on its head. It also has a fifth horn like protrusion on its chin, which appears to have been damaged, much like its upper left horn, part of which was sliced off in battle by the Three-Tailed Demon. It has a muscular upper-body structure, with a hunched back, arms with spiked protrusions on the elbows, and hands with opposable thumbs like that of a human. It has no hind-legs. Its tails consist of eight tentacles that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. It is also extremely massive, large enough to stand equal in size with a mountain. Kurama - The Nine Tails

The Demon Fox Tailed Beast. Kurama is strongest of the Tailed Beast. It resembles a large demonic brown fox with the upper body of a human, having opposable thumbs. A single swipe of one of its tails can flatten mountains or cause tsunamis. Its roar can repel and destroy anything in its way. It has a near-unlimited supply of chakra. Konohagakure is the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Its leader is known as the Hokage. The Hokage Monument is a landmark overlooking the village with sculptures of all its Hokages. Kirigakure​

​

Kiri is the Village Hidden in the Mist and the most violent of them all. Its leader is known as the Mizukage. For some strange reason, a large number of missing-nin come from this village. They also have a unique class of hunter-nin, tasked with eliminating the defectors. It is surrounded by a thick mist with several mountains in the background, making it difficult to find. Kiri is famous for its Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, a group of Shinobi skilled with bladed weapons. It is also known as the Bloody Mist. The sea around it is home to the Five-Tailed Dolphin-Horse and a lake is home to the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle. It is allied with Konoha in the current war.​

Iwa is the Village Hidden in the Rocks and is the most absolute. Its leader is the Tsuchikage and its current is the third. It is known for the rock-hard attitude of the shinobi. Once the Tsuchikage gives an order, it is followed without hesitation. The mountains around it the village and country make it a natural stronghold. It has small narrow waterfalls among these mountains. Its buildings are made up rock and stone and sit on cliffs, being connected by a network of bridges. It is allied with Kumo in the current war. The mountain range closest to the village is home to the Six-Tailed Slug and a volcano on the other side is home to the Four-Tailed Monkey.​

Taki is the Village Hidden by a Waterfall. It's current leader is Shibuki. Ninja from here specialize in water style and earth style techniques. They believe that the failure of a mission brings great dishonor upon the village and shun and imprison those that fail important missions. Treating those that fail regular missions harshly. Much like the Village Hidden in the Sand, they are neutral and choose to stay away from the war unless it comes to them. The large tree centered in Taki is the home of the Seven-Tailed Demon, Chomei.​

Suna is the Village Hidden in the Sand. Its leader is the Kazekage and it is currently on its fifth. Ninja from here specialize in wind techniques and the peculiar Puppet Technique. They believe the accomplishment of a mission predominates the lives of the ninja trying to accomplish it. Suna was the cause of the Third Great Shinobi War when its third Kazekage went missing. In its deseparate search to find him, they provoked other villages. It is a neutral party in the current war, but its shinobi can individually ally themselves with one of the two alliances. The desert around it is home to the One-Tailed Raccoon Dog. Its Tailed Beast is the One-Tailed Racoon Dog.​

Wow, you seriously read all of that? Yes? Well, good job and congratulations, you're almost ready to join. No? Well, read it then. Now read the rules if you want to join~​

1. There are obvious rules such as no godmodding, keep swearing to a minimum, be nice, proper grammar, etc.​

Character Rules​

​

1. Jinchuriki's are first come, first go.
2. If you're going to have an Organization member, something has to be special about them such as a unique jutsu (you can make one up), a strange appearance, etc. (think Akatsuki).
3. I'm going to say four characters per person maximum. Only one can be a Jinchuriki, only one can be in the Organization, and only one can have Bloodline Limit (Bloodline Limit) (not counting the Organization's).
4. A Jinchuriki cannot have a Bloodline Limit. They really do not need another advantage.
5. I’ll allow Kages for the rest of the villages that don't have one posted otherwise.
6. No Jinchuriki is going to be in complete control of its Tailed Beast except the Nine-Tails and One-Tail. In other words, you are at risk of losing control.
7. If you need help making Jinchuriki forms. I will be glad to help you with that.

Jutsu Rules​

​

1. If I can't find your jutsu in the Naruto wiki, you can't use it unless you’re a bad guy from the secret organization. In which case, let me look at the jutsu before allowing it.
2. Your character cannot have every freaking type of jutsu (see: godmodding). Make it realistic.
3. Bloodline Limit rule: You don’t have to be from the same clan to use Bloodline Limits, but you do have to be from the same village. Sharingans cannot evolve to Mangekyou or Eternal, they go up to level 3. No Rinnegan at all. We might bend this rule for one or two people for plot purposes, but that won't happen anytime soon. No more than two people with the same Bloodline Limit (not counting bad guys).
4. Any of Akatsuki's powers (from the series and minus Nagato/Pain) can be used, but they have to be for the Organization.
5. No special weapons unless your character has a reason to have them. S/he can be a Swordsmen of the Mist or Black Ops for your village, or whatever. It has to be some kind of elite. If you include this in your OC Form, just add it to their "Special Abilities" slot.

Personality: Yasuzu is much like Kakashi, regarding things with a cool, detatched demenor. Coming from the Village Hidden in the Clouds, Yasuzu has no boiling point and fights with a cold efficiency. She can be caring and apathetic towards others after some time spent with them.
Biography: Yasuzu graduated from the acadamy at the top of her class when she was six and made Chunin the next year. She progressed to Jonin through extensive training in the mountains away from her village and opted to join the Black Ops of her village instead of continuing her training alone. Yasuzu's mother died in childbirth and her father traveled with her to many different villages during her training, picking up and mastering bits and pieces of other jutsus. Her father was killed in a rockslide on the way back to Kumogakure and she believes his death to have been a sign from the Heavens to continue her journey alone. Recently she uptook the mission of finding the rouge ninja from the Village Hidden in the Sound and has been unsuccessful so far.

Over time Chomei occasionally gave Ichiro some word or advice, but he talking never lasted long.

His main goal is to protect the nature of plants anyway he can.

Blind Transforms light particles to become much brighter, temporarily blinding the enemy (Think of Solar Flare from DBZ)
Light Prism Main trapping ability. Traps opponent into a prism preventing them from leaving without be cut sliced by the rays of light. Kai cannot move when performing this ability or else the prism will fade.
Light Beams Main brute attack. Creates beams of light through hands (like lightsabers). Act as swords. Cannot use hands whatsoever during this strategy.
Spectrum Duplicate A clone and escape. Creates a duplicate of ones self by transforming light particles into various colors taking the shape of ones self.
Light Darts Only distance move. Creates Light from finger tips and shoots them at target. Poor accuracy.
Last Light Kai's last chance move. Uses the power of light radiation to go to the extreme and destroy all skins cells with a 100 meters radius. This completely destroys the user when executed.

Biography: Born in Konoha both Iba's parents were ninjas so he was soon signed up for the academy. He graduated head of his class and became a genin. Soon after Iba 's parents were killed during a mission.He decided to train even harder so they would be proud of him. After becoming a chuunin the Yonbi's Jinchuriki passed away his village nominated Iba. He traveled the Yonbi's volcano and became the new Four tails Jinchuriki. The village tried to keep Iba under watch afraid he would lose control of the Yonbi. After a while the village grew to trust Iba and at the age of 18 he became a Jonin. As a jonin Iba had many successful missions.
Other: They may disagree sometimes but Iba and Yonbi have respect for each other.

-1 Tailed Chakra Cloak: Gains an aura of red charka around his body. The aura acts as a layer of armor protecting Iba he also gains a massive speed boost.
-2 Tailed Chakra Cloak: The aura of charka increases. Iba's hands Are covered by red charka that forms the Yonbi claws.
-3 Tailed Chakra Cloak: Iba becomes a mini form of the Yonbi. His whole body is covered in dense red charka and is more beast than human. His speed and strength is increased tremendously. He is able to breath fire without hand signs. He doesn't have complete control of this form yet.
-Full Yonbi Transformation: Iba lets the Yonbi take full control. The yonbi grows to full size and is able to breath lava.

Biography: Nabarashi was made into a Jinchuriki at the age of two like his predecessor and underwent serious training. At the end of his training, he was able to transform and control his Tailed-Beast at will. Seeing still how everyone in his village still treated him like a freak, he isolated himself from everyone else and became stubborn and hateful towards humanity.
Other: Most of his jutsu is Taijutsu and maintains a reliance on his tailed beast.

The only friends he could make were those of the plants and came to terms on how the light they received was life. Not having much light within his village, he moved to the lands outside of darkness. His main goal is to protect the nature of plants anyway he can.

Blind Transforms light particles to become much brighter, temporarily blinding the enemy (Think of Solar Flare from DBZ)
Light Prism Main trapping ability. Traps opponent into a prism preventing them from leaving without be cut sliced by the rays of light. Kai cannot move when performing this ability or else the prism will fade.
Light Beams Main brute attack. Creates beams of light through hands (like lightsabers). Act as swords. Cannot use hands whatsoever during this strategy.
Spectrum Duplicate A clone and escape. Creates a duplicate of ones self by transforming light particles into various colors taking the shape of ones self.
Light Darts Only distance move. Creates Light from finger tips and shoots them at target. Poor accuracy.
Last Light Kai's last chance move. Uses the power of light radiation to go to the extreme and destroy all skins cells with a 100 meters radius. This completely destroys the user when executed.

Personality: Smart and brave, Iba stands up for people and because of that gets into lots of fights. Likes to take some time off and play Shogi.
Biography: Born in Konoha both Iba's parents were ninjas so he was soon signed up for the academy. He graduated head of his class and became a genin. Soon after Iba 's parents were killed during a mission.He decided to train even harder so they would be proud of him. After becoming a chuunin the Yonbi's Jinchuriki passed away his village nominated Iba. He traveled the Yonbi's volcano and became the new Four tails Jinchuriki. The village tried to keep Iba under watch afraid he would lose control of the Yonbi. After a while the village grew to trust Iba and at the age of 18 he became a Jonin. As a jonin Iba had many successful missions.
Other: They may disagree sometimes but Iba and Yonbi have respect for each other.
Jutsu Types: Genjustu and Fire Justu
Tailed Beast Personality: The Yonbi loves to fight and believes there is no match for him.
Jinchuriki Forms:
-1 Tailed Chakra Cloak: Gains an aura of red charka around his body. The aura acts as a layer of armor protecting Iba he also gains a massive speed boost.
-2 Tailed Chakra Cloak: The aura of charka increases. Iba's hands Are covered by red charka that forms the Yonbi claws.
-3 Tailed Chakra Cloak: Iba becomes a mini form of the Yonbi. His whole body is covered in dense red charka and is more beast than human. His speed and strength is increased tremendously. He is able to breath fire without hand signs. He doesn't have complete control of this form yet.
-Full Yonbi Transformation: Iba lets the Yonbi take full control. The yonbi grows to full size and is able to breath lava.
Special Abilities: (Special jutsu they use. No Bloodline Limit.)
With the Yonbi Iba is able to use lava release
He can also use advance fire justu and basic genjustu

Okay, this character is going to be a lot like Temari from the existing Naruto series.
Obviously, not everything will be exactly the same, but the village, elemental type, and even weapon will be the same... I really hope that's okay... ^^;
And yes, this may also be considered at a cheap attempt at an "almost" Temari, I understand, but eh, she's my favorite.

Biography: Kamon was trained under the watchful eye of the Suna jonin, Temari. Even since she was a little girl, Kamon admired Temari for her independence and strength. She vowed she would be just like her, and when Temari took her under her wing, she nearly fainted from excitement. Starting from when she was thirteen, three years of heavy duty training ensued. When Kamon was fifteen, she headed for Konoha for the Chunin Exams. With her natural bred intelligence, Kamon passed the written test with flying colors. Shortly after, she managed to beat a fellow Suna ninja in the Preliminaries, then a Kiri ninja in the Finals. Surprised and extremely pleased with Kamon, Temari taught her her signature technique, Kiri Kiri Mai (Summoning Blade Dance). Once Kamon mastered this technique, Temari left her pupil with three years of useful, and hopefully life-saving, knowledge.

Personality: Shinji is a by-the-books kind of Shinobi. He rarely strays away from the task at hand, and always completes his tasks as proficiently as possible. When he is off duty, he's a calm, collected guy who rarely ever lets his temper get to him. However, when he is brought into a rage, he usually doesn't calm down for a while.
Biography: Shinji was raised by perfectionists. They always wanted things done a precise way, and if it was of even by a little, it was considered a failure. This up-bringing has caused Shinji to also become a perfectionist in his Ninja-duties for the village of Iwagakure. He became a Jinchuriki similarly to how a certain other Jinchuriki did; The beast was infused into him when he was an infant. Only once has the beast ever had any affect over Shinji, but as the seal he has weakens, the beast will surely show itself again.
Other: He tends to use his jutsu techniques to "buff" his sword, such as giving it a coat of jagged rocks to increase damage output.
Jutsu Types: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu
Jinchuriki Forms:
1-Tailed: A red aura that vaguely resembles Kokuo surrounds him, giving him a power and speed increase. It should be noted that Shinji tends to not use his sword in any of his Jinchuriki forms.
2-Tailed: The red aura intensifies, giving the illusion that the aura is boiling. Shinji's power and speed increase more.
3-Tailed: The aura turns black and Shinji is no longer visible. Three tails are coming from the back of Shinji. He is able to fir off Chakra blasts from his mouth. He also gets a significant power and speed increase.
4-Tailed: At this point, Shinji is virtually gone. Kokuo has nearly taken over, with it finally becoming full sized, but without skin or fur, just visible muscle tissue and eyeballs.
5-Tailed: Shinji is completely gone at this point and Kokuo has taken complete control. There's little chance of coming back from this form.

Biography: Crystal was born of noble parents. Her father was a normal working man. Her mother was a secret shinobi that was very under the radar to her and her father. One day the Gobii attacked her village. Her mother was was the only one who new how to seal the beast away. She could not apply this treatment to herself and would only do this to someone she could trust. Her mother chose her daughter to accept the seal. Her mother was killed in the process. Her father became aware of his wife's past and he allowed his daughter special training.
