Is anyone else doing this. It starts November 1st (Tomorrow). Basically you have 1 month to write a 50,000 word Novel (1667 words a day). I's a huge undertaking but I think I'm going to do it. I may want to try this out. It seems like a way to get off the lazy couch and start doing stuff. I've honestly felt like I've got not talent for writing, or anything else. And I'd hate to lose something I loved to do. Can you sign up after november 1st? or do you have to do it before?
I think you have to do it before. Go ahead and do it though. It's not about the quality of the writing, it's about forcing you to write and not procrastinate over it, which help you to improve!
I would partake in it, but I don't want to be distracted from my current novel that I'm hoping to get published. If it's possible, I may rewrite one of my old English GCSE stories into something okay. Is there any limit to what you can write, as in context/themes?
I'm doing this already, but independently. It just gives me reasons to not procrastinate/completely start over. My story is a little interesting, I just hope that it'll be good enough to fill that amount of pages.
