Actually, he was mentioned in the very first reply. Check it out.

Anyway, I'm back, and the tacos were delicious. I never expected so many replies.

Also, there is a difference between a soft taco, and a burrito. It's all in how you fold the tortilla. A taco is just plop all the food and fold it over once, like an omlet, while a burrito gets wrapped tighter so the food doesn't all spill out.

Also, burritos are traditioally made without veggies, like lettuce and tomato and onions and stuff. Burritos are traditionally just meat and beans and cheese.

Close enough of an explanation but another major thing is that tacos are made with corn tortillas while burritos are large flour tortillas.

Oh and burritos can also have sour cream or salsa and may also have veggies too.

    DID YOU SAY PUBLIX

Publix only exists in most parts of Florida and very rarely in Georgia.

    You live nearby.

    I will stalk you now.

    Be prepared.

    Because I will find you.

Oh, I know burritos can, I said traditionaly. Meaning, authentiically. If you go to like, authentic mexican food resteraunts, at least, here in America, they won't usually put veggies on the burrito, but if you go to modern places, like Taco Bell, they do.

You do realize that you're talking to a mexican-america XD my whole family is from mexico so we eat nothing but mexican food. So if you go to Mexico, then they'd have what I mentioned. And my veggies were meant toward lettuce, onions, tomatos and such.

lol, I did not realize that. Well, if that's how you say it is, then you're probably right. lol, America messes everything up anyway, my dad always said the "authentic" mexican food restaurants only call themselves authentic because they're closer to the real thing than Taco Bell. XD

Don't get me wrong, I love the place. I'd eat there twenty-four seven if the nearest one weren't FORTY FIVE STINKIN' MILES AWAY!!!

*Deep breath* Sorry. Some guy in my town called up Taco Bell and begged them to build a franchise in my town. They said they won't build one here because they think they won't get enough customers, 'cause we already have a McDonalds. What they don't seem to realize is everybody is so sick of McDonalds now, if a Taco Bell were built here, they would never run out of customers.

Sorry for rambling. The point is, as much as I love Taco Bell, it's not authentic.

Never trust the so called 'authentic' unless they speak spanish. XD We have tons of yummy places to eat mexican food her. And actually, I believe hard tacos are an american creation because mexican (or at least my family) never eat them. But we use tons of corn tortillas. I prefer flour though.

Nope. McDonalds and Subway. Everything else is a small locally owned business, usually mediocre cooking and/or waaaay overpriced.

Yes, I think you are quite close to me, Teddy. I recall vaguely, you posting a thread... on homework, from a science textbook. And it was from the very same textbook I use at school, I think, or I have seen it at least, not sure if or if not we are in the same grade. Sooo, did you do your literary fair? Aah! This must mean we share same projects? I think. Hmm. Where do you live, where...

Oh, those jokes. I'll have to shut my windows, lock 'em, door firmly locked...
