My Fourth Of July Has Been Ruined!!!

Yeah we were going to do fireworks tonight but we had a severe thunderstorm and it rained like mad. THE ROAD IS SOAKED!!!

My fourth of july *sobs* is RUINED!!! *throws fireworks away* *trash can explodes*

 

Don't feel so bad. Same thing happened to us.

You can still shoot 'em off tomorrow, right? (as long as you didn't already throw them away <_>)

We can be firework-less together. You can't legally shoot off fireworks where I am. =S

We set off our fireworks three days ago. So I guess we are ok. (Yes I live in Canada).
By the way, what will your father say when he sees that the trash can has mysteriously exploded?

 

People in my neighborhood were setting off illegal fireworks and I don't think the cops even noticed.

 

Where may I ask, do you live? I don't remember a place, even in the United States, where the cops don't notice things exploding up in the air.

Then again, I haven't been all over the USA.

 

Virginia. They were setting them off like 20 minutes ago but I never heard any sirens. The cops around here are probably dumb@sses.

I like cloudy days, rain, snow, hail, heck even fog, better than sunny days.

Luckily, none of the houses caught on fire, cause it rained all day.

 

I doubt that the fire department would arrive, as there weren't any cops in your neighbourhood anyway. Maybe that is the reason they are illegal, because the forces are too lazy? :p

 

They're illegal cause there's lots of towns and cities in VA. If it was somewhere like Kansas, they'd be legal.

 

How ironic. I will be visiting my Aunt in Kansas this summer.
