My first rant thread!

I'm going back to school tomorrow and I CAN'T TAKE IT!!! I'm not so down that summer's over and it's not that I don't like learning but I do not want to face the freaking pettiness. It's stupid and I can't take the stupidity any more!

I'm sick of people making fun of the songs on my iPod just because they're in a freaking different language! I'm sick of fights that I get caught between that are just over stupid things! I'm sick of some of my petty friends who will not SHUT UP! I'm sick that there's no one that seems to give a care about what I like when I listen to "oh Nick Jonas is hot!" 5 days a week! I'm sick of people saying that my hair looks weird when it cannot be helped (don't you just hate bad hair days!)

I'M SICK OF IT! I'm hoping that this year will be different and that there will be one person in this school that doesn't obsess over/worship High School Musical, the Jonas Brothers, or Hannah Montana/ Miley Cyrus! (whoever she thinks she is right now)

I just want one friend that I can talk to without using a keyboard (no offense I love you guys you're awesome) but don't we all have friends in real life right? I have to drop my "friends" now because I know that I need new ones. It took me a while but I've finally realized it.

Even though it can't be helped and I still have to go back tomorrow I at least got that off my chest.

 

I know what you mean. When I was in middle school, my friends were like that. It'll take some searching, but theres someone bound to like you as a friend for who you are. Sometimes you just have to step over the immaturity. People will like you for that.

 

The problem is that my school is very small so everyone knows everyone and apparently a lot of kids left last year. Even though that's the case there will be new students this year and out of one of them I hope will be my friend.

 

I know what you mean. I've never been one for having friends, probably because I've always been different from the other people in my school. When they were listening to Beyonce I was buying Rise Against CD's. I still don't have that many, and if the people aren't entirely like you, just find the most chill people you can that kind of stay out of all the Disney and MTV hype.

And remember, if you can't, school will be over soon and you can just find yourself some nice cats.

 

I got bored about halfway through your first paragraph, so I'm just going to make a generalization of what I assume your problem most likely is:

You're just blossoming into a grown woman.

Keep it in the pants.

 

Wow I'm sorry about that. If you're headed to high school don't worry there will be many people. And doubt all of them will care about the music you like. Just ignore them. They're ignorant for even caring about stuff like that. And don't let it get to you. C:

 

My whole school is Disney and MTV. (scary isn't it) the new students normally aren't tainted with the craziness of this school. They grow into it.

This is my last year of middle school and then I'm away from these crazy people and off into a whole new kind of crazy called high school.

You gotta act fast if you want new friends. I didn't have really good friends during 1-6 grades. I have a couple of friends now. Anyways, I'm sure you will get a friend.

People actually like HSM and Hannah Montana?! And you have to put up with that? You poor thing!!!! *glomps*
