He chose not to listen to her and sat down.

 

Janine sat at school most of the day bored.. She couldn't wait to get out and go help Jamie. She wondered why Greg hadn't came back yet. She called her home number, hoping Greg would answer.

 

He heard the phone ring and answered it. "Yes?" he asked.

 

"So i take it you're not coming back for the last class?" she asked.

 

"No." he said. "I'm going to stay and keep an eye on her."

 

Achara kept walking, keeping her head down. Sooner or later she arrived at home. She unlocked the door, stepped inside, and sighed. Another night alone, at home. She wondered how it would be when the baby arrived...

 

She sighed then heard the final bell ring...
"We'll I'm on my way home now," she said, gathering her stuff, and walking out the door.
"You go on home and get ready for the party, i'll make sure she get's there," she smiled, even though he couldn't see it. She hung up and walked to the parking lot, getting in her green beetle car and driving home.

 

Seth smiled "looks like school is done" Seth said as he hopped on his motercycle and drove home

 

He put his hand on her forehead and smiled. Then he got up and went to the door.

 

Achara lay on the couch, wondering whether to go to the party or not. She had a couple dresses, some money to get a taxi. Oh, what the hell she figured, then went upstairs to check out her closet. I need a good time anyway.

 

Jamie felt his hand on her forehead. It felt cool and she smiled. Then she heard the door close and open..

Janine got to the house, seeing Greg out the door.
"See ya at the party!" she called out, getting out of the car and running in the house, getting ready herself. She thought she'd let Jamie sleep a little longer

 

"See ya." he said, heading home.

 

Janine went through her whole closet, finding a beautiful black dress she decided to wear. She walked into Jamie's room, banging on the door.
"Wake up!" she said, enthused. She shook Jamie.
"Get ready sweetie... I'll see you at the party," she said, then went in the living room, getting her earrings and purse, then heading out to the restaurant early to help set up.

Jamie groaned and watched her leave, then she fell right back asleep.

 

He got home and got ready.

 

Janine got to the restaurant, helping set up. She looked very radiant, and she smiled.

Jamie continued to sleep.

 

Greg was ready and decided to give Jamie a call to see if she was awake. He picked up his phone and dialed her number.

 

Achara picked out a dark violet purple purple dress, one she hadn't worn in a long time. It was a spaghetti strap, and set off her hair. She let her hair down, it was all wavy from the braid. She also found a pair of high heels, black. All in all, she looked pretty good. She called a taxi, and made sure she had all her money. Thirty minutes later, she was on her way to the restaruant.

 

Jamie heard the phone and picked it up.
"Hello?" she asked.

 

"Hey, it's Greg." he said. "You getting ready?"

 

She went silent. She fell asleep again, holding the phone to her ear.
