ME and 2 friends have to make a website for a technology class at our school, but we can't decide on whether to make one about Meme's or 1337. so I told them i'd ask the internet.

Either way, this is the worst idea for a website since those guys tried to make an online archive of cutscenes from some Square Enix-Disney game.

 

If I absolutely HAD to choose, meme. But if I chose this then I would have to stand over you for the entirety of the thing to make sure that it's actually funny, and I don't have that kind of time.
