Maximum Ride: The Greatest Foe

Max saw Angel being carried away and rushed to help. Zen got into the air before her and shot electricity at the Flyboys, stunning them all so they all freed Angel.

Zen shot into the air, wanting to finish off the chopper, but as he got nearer to the chopper, a bomb(one of Gazzy's) flew past him and hit the chopper. "NO" shouted Zen but the chopper blew up and Zen was caught in the blast. He was blown backwards many yards and hit the ground, unconsious.

 

Nudge took cover below while Fang grabbed Angel and carried her down before the bomb hit. "Thanks Fang." She said smiling. Looking around Angel asked, "Wheres Zen?" Before she knew it the Flyboys had snapped out of it.

 

"That'll have to wait" Iggy said, kicking a Flyboy in the ribs. Max used a series of roundhouse kicks on a few of them, knocking them out. She then remembered the spine trick. "Kick at the base of their spines,that'll short them out." she yelled kicking some in the spines.

 

Fang did a side kick at the Flyboy's ribs knocking it back a bit. Angel Meanwhile was looking around for Zen. "Zen!" She yelled looking franticly.

 

Max, Gazzy and Iggy finished the rest of the Flyboys and stood back, wondering where that school was.

 

Angel, Nudge, and Fang met up with the others. "Wheres Zen?" She asked looking at Max worried.

 

"I don't know Angel" said Max looking at Iggy and Gazzy. Iggy was shuffling his feel, looking at the ground and Gazzy looked blank.

"Listen Angel" said Max, "there's something we have to tell you about Zen. We kinda..."

"Don't trust him at all" Gazzy interrupted suddenly looking angry.

 

Angel looked shocked at The Flock's reaction. "But why--" She said being cut off by Fang, "Angel we just dont trust him enough to be 'In' the flock, okay?" Nudge for once stayed quiet and swayed in the air.

 

We don't trust his friends, Root and Elaine either" said Iggy. "To be honest, i was scared that he might kill me in the night" Gazzy said. "Iggy's a witness to that" He finished and Iggy nodded.

Max spoke. "We will go to this school that you mentioned, just because you've checked it out already" Max said.

Iggy's sightless eyes turned towards Angel. "sorry Angel, but we're better off without him, that being paraniod around him.

"Let's go Angel, lead on to this school" said Max, gliding into the air.

 

Angel frowned and started gliding to the School. "By the way. The gym teacher caught me using my mind powers on a bully... But good thing is he already knew about the other avain-humans, like us. There are alot of teachers that are Erasers too. So im guessing we have to stay low." Angel shouted behind her then she relized for once she was in the front leading the formation. It was cool.

 

"Here's the plan" Max called out to the rest of the flock flying in the air. " We'll register as new students there, while in the meantime, watch out for anything sketchy. And one more thing, NO BOMBS" she shouted at Gazzy and Iggy who grinned, embarrassed.

OOC: Zen will show up real soon, as soon as he regains consiousness so until then i'll just be max, Gazzy and Iggy.

Angel, Nudge, and Fang landed in the woods a few yards away from the school.
"Ready?" Fang asked them. Angel just nodded looking at the ground walking to the school.

 

Max walked up to the front dest and sighed, then remembered something important and turned around to the flock.

"anyone know what to do if they ask for out information" she whispered

 

"Lie." Fang said with a straight face he always has.

 

"they have files on record," Max said, "and Mom never gave us any official identities yet." she looked at Angel. " can you mess with their minds to give us files, at least until Nudge can hack the computer and make us files."

 

"I guess..." Angel said looking a little sad. Nudges face brightened when she heard that. Fang nodded toward the women behind the desk. Angel walked up and thought, Make files on my 'brothers' and 'sisters'. Shoving the thought into her Angel said, "My brothers and sisters would like to enroll into this school."

 

The receptionist went to the computer and Max said all their names and she gave them their schedules. Max's first class was Mrs Weekers with Angel.

"cone on Angel, lead on" Max said

 

Fang, Iggy, and Nudge strangely had the same classes together. Angel smiled and nodded. She pointed down the hall to show Fang where to go. "That way to your class." She said and Fang nodded following the pointing finger. Nudge followed closely behind him. Angel smiled at Max and started walking down the hall the other way.

 

Max and Gazzy went to their classes and Max followed Angel to Ms. Weekers' class where they sat down in their seats. Ms Weekers called the roll and soon she got to Zen's name. "Zen" she called out. She looked around and called out, "has anybody seen Zen!"

 

Angel sat down and said "Here" when needed. When Zen was called she just looked down and said nothing.
