An obnoxious bell sounds bright and early next morning. Mr. Perkins paces through the halls, waking the assembly just in time for sunrise. Their groggy discontent is soon replaced with serene anticipation as they catch a whiff of something delicious coming from the main hall...

The party make their way towards the scent, which turns out to be a generous breakfast prepared by the butler himself. Each person grabs as much as a plate can carry and is led again into the sitting room; notably, it seems several more chairs inhabit the space than there were last night, but they are all filled once everyone is seated.

Perkins clears his throat and speaks. "You may or may not have noticed that there are more of you. The murderers are now in our midst; it will be your job to unveil their identity. I shall participate in these proceedings as well—and no, I am not one of the perpetrators, so your vote would be wasted on me."

By official decree, Makaze is confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt to be Town-aligned.​

"Mystery lovers, I wish you good luck and bright minds. The game is afoot."

I had to go back and look at the OP after that because I thought this was the one Makaze was co-modding, not Midny. Hurk.

Also it's probably better that he is the confirmed townie role this time. It will [[ hopefully ]] make things a lot less crazy involving him.

 

Hey it's not his fault people just automatically assume because he's Makaze that he's the mafia.

 

I half expected to get the Hated modifier. That would be all I needed.

 

Yay, it's finally time to play! I've been waiting in excitement since the thread was first posted. XD

Just some quick notes: This game, I have two part time jobs, volunteer work, a lot of paper stuff to do, a boyfriend (though he's moving across the country in like a week) and I'm going to be starting some classes pretty soon, so yeah, I'm busy. XD Though I still will probably spend way too much time here because of my love for the game. :D

Now then! I also agree that things are going to be much easier to figure out, since Makaze's confirmed Townie. I'm not sure how this will all play out, but at the very least, we know that we don't have to suspect him of being Mafia. XD
