Let me do a little coaching since this seems to have thrown some people for a loop:

Vote randomly to draw out reactions and get people involved in the game. At a certain point these reactions will provide actual tells and either clear or confirm someone as mafia, allowing us to switch wagons onto them.

Sitting around leads to a no lynch, which means mafia get a free kill.

Draw out as much info as you can.

idk guys i hate to be taking sides this early [ esp considering how passive i was last game -- but i've taken your advice ] but, assuming makaze isn't mafia, he could be a big help bc he's v smart and like good at questioning ppl and drawing out info

First vote is semi-innocuous, but the other two form a wagon. Can you explain how your votes help you or town?

 

Town people vote for people they think are mafia.

 

well, if you happen to mafia, you've got a leg up on everyone by having the most experience, and that's a risk i'd rather not take. plus you're being kind of a tool <3

 

You have no reason to think I am mafia as yet. Town gather info until they can build a solid case; voting your gut this early is a shot in the dark at best.

So far you are the only one doing any sort of rational talking, trying to get answers out of everyone. Seems suspicious to me, or hell maybe it was a shot in the dark. Regardless that's my vote.

 

I suspect Beau is trying to protect Makaze as a fellow Mafia member.
