Love in the Snow

Devon had taken the key card back to her room, not thinking about giving it back to the check-in desk. She placed it on her bedside table, "Someone will pay me good money for this back", she said jokingly to herself. She left and headed back to the cafe.

umm was it a cafe? oh well you know what i mean XDD

 

It's been a while now, and I haven't actually gotten to know anyone. Guess that's what happens when you practically stay in a room the whole time when your at a resort to take a vacation. she thought to herself. And looked outside the window, just staring out there. She decided to go out for a while, so she grabbed a jacket and went outside.

Sharix saw someone walking out of the resort. hey! It was the girl from before, I can still remember it clearly. When I bought hot chocolate and she did too!

OCC: saying hot chocolate, and reading cookie made me want to get some....xD

There was a twinkle in his eye. The night was still young, the full moon and its illumines light made it seem like it was the dead of night. Looking out the window, he hoped to keep those desired to himself, he was sure that his heart palpitations could be heard by Larxene, for she lay so close to her chest. The snow still continued to fall outside, gently and softly, once in a while a wind would come and disturb the flow of their fall. Even as he tried to distract himself from her, the thought of having her still lurked in his mind. But he will not force it on her. Hell he still was not fully sure if she felt the same way for him. The only reason she lay there quietly was because she was hurt, a little broken. But why the hidden tears? He wondered, slipping into deep thought again, still keeping his eyes away from hers. She too had slipped into deep thought as a smooth silence passed between them.
The warmth of the room still intact, the room still dark with only some light from the moon, and there they were, Axel and Larxene, one lying in bed, the other comforting. Axel looked for any means of distraction, but what can he find where she was so close to him? He still felt her breath fall on him, making him weak and long for her even more. He wanted this night for the two, he wanted them to be like this for eternity. He couldn't help but look at her gentle face once more. The tears were no longer hidden as they trickled down the side of her face. His face showed a sign of confusion, as he watched them glistening down her face. He could taste her tears like it was his own, he wanted to make them his own. He wanted to hold her and tell her how much he loved her. He wanted her to know how he felt and he needed to know how she felt. He'd wanted to just say it then and there, his feelings for her. He wanted to scream. His eyes turned away in anguish when he felt the touch of her hands on his cheek. Startled, he looked back at her to find her looking at him, so affectionately, and lovingly. It wasn't like her at all. He placed his own hands over hers, softly grazing her skin. Was there anything for him hin her 'heart'? He was convinced at her request that there was something, something she too nourished for so long. Softly he took her hand in his own and brought it up to his lips to kiss it gently as he gave her a smile worth dying for.
How can he not abide to her request? He gently slipped under the cover as he leaned in closer to her body, laying flat on his back, wrapping an arm around her waist to bring her even more closer to him. She rested her head on his flat chest as he continued to stroke her neck and hair. His desires still burning and bubbling in him. But he pushed then aside for her sake, for her honor's sake. This is how he dreamt it would be, just the two of them. He'd nothing to offer her besides his genuine love for her.

 

"Yeah, I guess so.." Dom smiled weakly cautiously hugging the ghost of her sister.

She continued to walk around, she thought she was being watched so she kept looking down

 

Larxene felt, that if she had a heart, it would've fluttered in gratification when he responded by kissing her hand, the same expression on his face, yet now, she could somewhat understand it. It was gentle and tender, yet full with such a deeper feeling, especially in his eyes...it was the reason she was feeling loved again, from that time before. And perhaps, she was figuring his feelings for her out, though there was still uncertainty, it could mean many things. Like a mother loves and cares for her child. Like a friend loves and cares for his or her other friends. Nevertheless, she didn't think on it much as he accepted her statement, and she found him getting under the covers with her, though she didn't expect for him to pull her close, his arms encircling her waist as her head now rested on his broad chest...but hell, she wasn't complaining. In fact, her own arm weakly went around his hip tightly, their bodies meshed together, as she took in his known warmth and scent with pleasure...enamored for it. Feeling her eyes sting, she closed them again, the aches in her body not yet leaving, but having someone to hold her kind of made it better, more comfortable. This was so cozy...

As she cuddled against him, and nuzzled her head, she thought about why he had her in his arms this way, and how he had been looking at her. It was blaringly obvious to her right now, but she still didn't want to take it as him returning her feelings yet, without fully being sure that's what it was. And she remembered now...his goodnight and "my love"...it was him, she really didn't forget about it, but it was at this moment that she managed to make the connection. There was no doubt in her mind it was him, he was the one who tended and took care of her. A little shocked at her own revelation, she still couldn't take it unless it came from his mouth, so she placed that in the back of her mind. Still...she was a Nobody, and she loved him, despite it not being real or having a heart for her to fully give it all. But Zexion did say that while it is gone, the echoes of it are still there...the remembrancee of what once beated inside her chest, and she'll take it is as it is. Heart or not, she knew what she was "feeling"...it was hard to confuse something so strong.

Come on Larxene, you can do this, just admit it to him, and that's it, it will be over. Do it...

Sighing, feeling herself sleepy again, as she was exhausted from her work of rolling down a slope, taking in a breath, she called out, as she whispered in his shirt, "Axel?"

She let go and smiled

 

Dom smiled back.

 

"so...where have you've been?"

 

"Lot's of places... Never really stayed in one place after... after what happened..."

 

"Oh..." She smiled "But you're back now and that's all I care about right now"

 

''damnit where is that paper i wrote one, on that paper stands all my idea's'' said rexejon to himself looking around

 

Sharix walked over to the girl. "um..hiya." she said.

 

"Hay", she replied knowing that it was someone she had seen that was watching her

 

He would remember this night forever. The tender silence between them was soothed and touched by the swift winds outside of the room. Her head buried in his chest, hand twined around his waist. Her warm breath falling on his pects, a sensuous warm sensation. He sighed in serenity, burying his nose and lips in her hair. Her scent and essence flowed into him with each breath he took, touching every bit of his soul. He wanted to remember her scent, turn it into an unbreakable memory, for a strange fear developed in the back of his mind... the fear of losing her. He tightened his arm around her waist pulling her even closer, firmer against his body.

His thoughts drifted back to pervious events, them bickering over nothing, then in her own annoyance, she left with naught but a word. Later, her appearance at the woods (only to frightened the living soul out of him). He still didn't understand how she found him in the midst of all the cold snow and dark trees... No, the question is not how she found him, but why she came after him. She came after him for a reason, and the curiosity of it tugged at the back of his head. She'd been crying (according to Zexion), he remembered, she cried now. He only wished he had the answers to these strenuous questions. There was no doubt about his love for her, but what of her? The way she looks at him, caresses him... her minute request and the way she held him surely meant something. He sighed and closed his eyes, the questions becoming tortuous. He still breathed in her essence, the only source of comfort from the demanding questions and his lust. He delicately stroked her waist line as he drifted in and out of his thoughts. He was sure she had fallen asleep, for she hadn't made a peep since he lay beside her. He smiled and as he put his free hand under his head and stared at the blank ceiling. He felt weary not knowing what lied in her heart...

He heard her speak... whispering softly in his shirt, sending another warm breath down his chest. Her cound broke his winding and churning train of thoughts. It was soft and fragile, sending an overwhelming sensation throughout his body, so tender and so sweet, music to his ears.
“Mmm?”
