Love in the Snow

Haru nodded his head to Kya.

 

"So do you mind if I ask whats up?"

 

Haru says," Nope I don't mind at all."

 

"So then what's up?"

 

Haru says," Nothing you?"

 

"Nope. I have a pretty boring life. I really want to leave here but I can't"

 

Haru smiled and said," Why? You can leave if ya want."

 

Xaldin payed no attention to Zexion when he walked passed him, neither did he pay any attention to Axel when he left the resort slamming the door shut behind him. He quietly waited for his drink, reading the small booklet he'd gotten from the airlines. He looked at all the activites listed and the places that were worth visiting. He took his interest particulary at the Museum located at the town just a few miles from the resort. The museum was dedicated to fine art and sculptures.
"Intriguing..." he thought. He had a special taste for fine art, and after reading the discriptions off the booklet, he'd decided this was the place that he MUST visit today. His coffe had arrived just in time. After thanking the barista, he checked his watch, 5:47 PM, he'd have more than enough time to check out the scenery around the place along with the museum... and perhaps the town as well.
He pulled his hood over his head as he walked passed Demyx who was still feasting on Axel's plate of marshmellows. He merely grunted in return to the sime Demyx had given him. Poor guy... he was stuck with Axel's bills.

uhh... well lets see.... every1 still practically walking around... and RA's charecter (and she herself) is trying to get every one to start talking... but its not really working... XD every1 still continues to wander around the lobby... =[

and as for Axel, Zexion, Larxene, Marluxia and Xaldin... well hmmm..

Axel... is in love w/ Larxene.. but wont admit it... so he's somewhere out in the snow contemplating on it.

Zexion... is trying to find out if Larxene feels the same about Axel. =] (he questioned Axel earlier... and axel freaked.... XD)

Larxene... is hella pissed off at Axel... for some reason ;D... and is currently talking w/ Zexion at the Library as he tries to get her to talk...

Marluxia... will be making an appearance soon... how soon? no idea...

Xaldin... went out.. to town.. the museum... just checking the place out.

Sharix walked around the resort.

 

"I know that," Larxene snarled at him, though truthfully, she didn't. She just wanted to lie to Zexion so he wouldn't precisely know what was going on with her, though she suspected he did already. She just did not want to be questioned about the problem anymore, or talk about it, and even if a Nobody is able to feel somehow...didn't mean she wanted it, not to mention that it wasn't truly real in the end. Larxene knew how hard it was to have a heart, especially if it kept getting broken time and time again. She missed being able to be complete and not be disrupted by something missing in her chest, but still...past or not, what makes it so sure the hurt won't happen again? For all her life...

"Then what is holding you back from being with Axel, Larxene?" Zexion asked softly, not entirely believing her word, or else she wouldn't have had a hard time understanding feelings in the first place. He saw the stunned look on her face, and he simply smirked knowingly at her, confirming it with his nod. "Yes, I do know how you feel. Sorry, but to me, it was painfully obvious. Either way, I can tell something is making you separate from him...not get any closer. What are you afraid of? Or what are you exactly running away from?"

He could see another wall build up as a storm of outrage appeared in her blue eyes, and he knew after this that none of those questions will be answered, as well as this being the end of the conversation. At least some of his suspicions were confirmed by her behavior, and he did what he could.

 

Axel lay there, arms spread, his body limp against the snow, in the shape of a crucifix. His eyes were wide open as he continued to stare at the sky, at the passing clouds. How long was he there for, he knew not. He watched the sky slowly changing its colors as the sun took its leave for the day. A cold wind howled by, passing over his limp body, he did not stir. The falling snow slowly collecting on his body, his clothes turning moist in the melting snow. The sky was giving off a faint purple color at the end of the darkest red orange. Another strong wind howled by, though the spiny leaves of the pine tress, making a gentle scratching sound followed by a soft thud of the falling snow. His fingers moved slightly as a warm tear, in contrast to his cold face, rolled down the side of his face. His eyes still gazing up at the sky... for once, his mind was actually blank.
The minutes passed like hours and finally he stirred. The sun had gone down rather quickly, and a warm glow of the slowly rising moon began to shine down onto the woods. The snow seemed glowed in its light. Axel sat up straight, the loose collection of snowflakes falling off his chest and body. He slowly stood up, and he cuddled himself in the cold, despite being a fire element, he didn't do anything about it. Instead of heading back towards the resort, he headed further into the woods. There was only one thing in his mind, which he desired the most, and no company in the world could give it to him... not even himself.

Devon kept feeling like she was glared at so she felt abit uncomfortable.... 'Seriously who is this guy?' she thought until she had got his name. She heard wooohs as soon as she heard it, and looked back ... a girl had fainted, "Ummm, I'm Devon", she replied

wow hun... axel isn't there anymore... i tried to stay at the table as long as i could... but the story kept buildin up... <_< and due to certain facts... Axel stormed out and is currently out in the woods being emo... XD

She could hear the sound of sirens, she walked to her window to find the girl being pushed into an ambulance, the one who had fainted. She rolled her eyes, and walked out her room.. she didn't even know him.. he's not like in magazines or anything.. what was so special

If there was one thing Larxene hated most of all, was when someone straight out pointed her feelings in the open, and she was damn sure she didn't make it obvious, Zexion was just sharper than most. What she hated even worse, was when a person hits the nail right on the head. Yes, something was holding her back, and for good reason considering her painful past, however, that was not his business, and she didn't even know why Zexion was interfering in the first place. Whatever he wanted, she wasn't going to reveal to him her true experience on why she couldn't go through with telling Axel anything. Glaring at him viciously, her eyes getting blurry again from the thoughts of everything that had happened so far getting to her again, she gave him a chance to escape. And she was certain her was aware of what she was thinking, because he made his way to get up. "Go back to your ignorance, Zexion, and butt out of other people's problems."

"Even when I'm actually helping you two?" Zexion questioned in the same way he always did; calmly. He had wanted to know exactly what was making her run away from her own feelings for Axel, and the only reason he could think of was that she was afraid of love...which was odd. But he had done his job, and now it was up to both of them to figure it out, he had guided them enough. Sighing, he walked off the table when he saw tears in her eyes once more, making his way to get out, though his senses picked up Axel's 'scent' far off as he tried to know where the redhead went to...it was somewhere deep in the woods. Concentrating on the spot he was in, giving Larxene a final advice, he summoned a dark portal behind her that will lead to Axel, or close to him. He pointed at it. "Whatever happened to get you this way, what are you going to do, Larxene? Wallow in your self pity and let bad experiences take over you, leaving you scared? Since you always try to show how strong you really are, how is that for strength? Letting your past get a hold of you...are you going to move forward? Or stay where you are now? Think about it, the worlds aren't fair, we all have to go through obstacles in life, but is getting through it and becoming a wiser and stronger person that makes one admirable. Hopefully, you'll be one of them. I know the problem with you is in your past...or something, like you are afraid of love, I think, and of your feelings. Yet, even as a Nobody...is still sad to let a good thing go, right? Who knows what it might bring...hurt maybe...but the worlds are full of hurt. Why miss out on a source of light because you're frightened of pain? That just means you're frightened of life, and you might as well not truly exist. Trust me when I say...that Axel...will not turn his back on you."

That was the best way he could explain to her that the fire wielder felt the same without really saying it. He did have some manners, after all, it was up to Axel to do that.

With one last glance, he began to get out of the section he was in, adding one more time casually, "That portal leads to where Axel is, if you're still not ready or do not want to reveal it just yet, the least you can do is talk to him, as he was just trying to make peace with you and you blew out on him for no reason, for a cookie. I'm sure even you know how stupid that sounds.It's only the first step, Larxene...it's your choice to take." And with that, he neared a corner and disappeared, leaving her alone again, getting himself out of the situation permanently.
