Love in the Snow

Kya sighed. She now had nothing to do or anyone to talk to again

All Zexion heard in the background was a slam of a mass hitting the surface of the table, a chair sliding along across the floor squeaking, and steps moving away outside, and shifting his eyes, he saw Axel leave through the door upset. All he did on that was direct his focus back towards the hall he was walking in, because with what he left in Axel's mind, it should make the redhead contemplate, as he was doing now. Next up, was Larxene. And he already knew she was going to be a hard case. Opening the door to the library as he reached it, he stepped in gracefully, into the room filled with books, but particulalrly small. The first thing he did was go to the librarian, hadning the book he held back, along with his card key that was used to open the door of his room. As she was swiping, he asked for a blonde girl, and once he got the answer, he slipped away to the back.

After a few lanes of shelves, he found her on a silent, lonely table, not that there was anyone here, but considering that her head was covered by her arms as they laid in the pages of a open book...it felt like he was looking at isolation. Especially with the wide window in the wall beside her that looked into the outside, the snow, the slopes, the evening sun....

Stepping nearer to her, he knew he didn't have to make his presence known, as he was sure he had sensed him by then, or even before.

"What are you doing here?" Larxene quietly asked in a rasp, not turning her head or lifting it up a little, but she could see from a crack in her arms the face of Zexion. After a few more spilled tears, it had managed to stop, and her eyes were clear and fine, and hopefully, not puffy from the wetness. All the while she was deep into her thoughts, wondering, and...just thinking. However, she felt calmer now, and the whole incident in the café almost seemed distant, and forgettable. Yet, now she had a little visitor, and she waited for his answer.

Zexion just browsed along the rows of books calmly, eyes just seeing nothing, but the color of the rims. "Just came in to see some books...didn't know you'll be here alone."

"Bullsh*t."

Zexion sighed, thanking himself that he did a test to see what he was dealing with. And so it began.

 

Axel slammed the door shut behind him as he left the resort. What was he so angry about? His eyes and his face held only one expression... hate. Hate for what? He stormed acorss the snowly landscape, even hitting a couple people along the way. They yelled as he ignored their remarks and continued on. He didn't know where he was heading, but not here... He just couldn't stand to be near anyone, or anything for that matter. Anger rushed through his head as he walked off towards the woods, kicking the fluffy snow. He grited his teeth as his eyes narrowed and his face almost sore from scowling so much. A couple feet into the woods, and you wouldn't be able to see the sun, the sky, or any sort of light. It was as if night had fallen. He stompped his way through the woods breaking branches, tearing and burning leaves, even getting a few scratches from the sharp dry twigs. He continued on until he reached a sudden clearing.
The setting sun had shown a tiny glow of light there. It was the color of fire, a soft glow of orange smeared with a tiny speck of red and yellow. The snow continued to fall as he stood there in the middle of the clearing, hadnds clentched into fists. He closed his eyes to rid himself of all thoughts.... but unfortunately, that was not going to happen. Once he closed his eyes, he only saw one thing....
Larxene. There she was, smiling... an old memory... from Castle Oblivion... her sitting on the sofa, book in one hand other hand resting on the arm of the couch, her hand curled under her chin. Her hair tightly brushed like usual and her antennae like hair falling back as she looked up.. slightly smiling... eyes gleaming looking at him... and an expression... that cannot be described.
Axel opened his eyes to find himself tearing up... because of anger? WHAT ANGER?? WHY? He clenched his fists tighter as he scramed out loud.. sparks of fire flying out as he bent down on his knees... slowly lying on the soft snow.
He still wound't admit it. He loved her.

OOC: =3 yay!!! Larxene is truly a beautiful woman... i got that lil description of her from HERE... she looks AHH-MAZING! =3

 

OOC: Aww *huggles Axel* She better be beautiful xP, she's my favortie female character. Not simply Org. member, KH female character in all xP. I think she was much deeper than portrayed to be, I got that more from her death. That is a gorgeous fanart though.

Thinking that there wasn't anything else to hide concerning her remark, he simply went to sit down across the seat from her, that with her snarl, he noticed she didn't like. Well, she had to deal with it for now, but how to get her to open up? Just by him coming here he could see she already placed a wall between him and her, it wasn't like he could take the "get to the point" approach as he did with Axel. Watching as she finally lifted her head up, just to eye him boredly, she saw that signs of her spilling tears were nonexistant, but he was positive he saw them.

"Why are you here?" Larxene asked again, a bit miffed at the fact that he had interrupted her alone time and peace. She had still wanted to go over a few things in her mind, but unfortunately, she couldn't now. What was it Zexion of all people wanted to do with her? He never bothered with the neophytes. Whatever it was, she wasn't going to give it to him.

"I just wanted you to answer one question, is all, that peeked my interest when I saw your...wet eyes," Zexion began, going into the bit of honesty direction instead of constant questioning. All he needed was her thoughts about feelings, and if it turns out to be successful, it would finally prove the hypothesis that she was afraid of something, and is running away from it in turn. That's the only connection he could make concerning her and Axel, and the way she acts. Not to mention, it was mostly because she didn't have any trouble following her emotions before. Zexion didn't know her well, but he had been aware of that. Of course, there was also a chance he was wrong, but that was a 1% out of the 99 that could happen. Though with the comment he made, he could figuratively see another wall and shield build up in her eyes. Damn, she was difficult. "Okay then, if you won't answer the question, I'll tell you, as I am a researcher on hearts."

He saw her sigh with impatience, and with a irritated look to say if he was kidding. Zexion simply shook his head, wanting her to understand more on the Nobody, though he was suspicious that it was more than the understanding of it. "Just listen, it's true, that Nobodies can't feel, we don't have hearts, and we don't have emotions...but we remember what it was like. We have memories, and even if the heart is gone, some of the remnants and echoes remain, which is why we can feel so much anger and sorrow. While they might not be real feelings, or true, they are still there."

 

Kya stood and passed the front counter

Haru was still sitting in the Cafe drinking his coffee at the counter. He yawned loudly as it seemed like the coffee was still not taking effect so he ordered another one.

 

Kya went over to Haru "Heya. Name's Kya. And you are?" She said with a smile

 

Haru turned his head to Kya and smiled. He was a little suprised from the sudden Hello but he countinued to act Natural so He put his hand out to her and said,"Nice to meet ya Kya, I am Haru."

 

"Nice to meet you to..." She shook his hand

 

Haru countinued to drink his coffee as he turns back to the counter.

 

"How is the coffee?"

 

Haru started to chug down the rest of the coffee and said," Eh it's alright Kya."

 

"Oh. So why are you here?"

 

Haru put his fingers in his hair and started to stroke it. He looked at her and smiled then said," I come here all the time and relax."

 

"Oh. Well this is a cool place after all"

 

Haru countinued to smile at her.

 

She sat down "Soooo what's up? Oh and sorry if I'm annoying you... I'm just bored"

 

Haru shrugged his shoulders and says," Eh it's ok Kya im bored too."
